We are entitled to 20, 000 liters for 1 month period. So consumption of 29, 000 lire shown by you will come under free scheme.
You cannot increase the bill period beyoun 30 days and then levy charges.
Please revise the billid[protected] and declare it as no charges.

    Hi team,

    I live in rented home in east guru angad nagar, laxmi nagar.
    We are only two people (Me and my wife) are consuming very limited water but still we received 1183 rs of bill of one month, i informed to my landlord and he called to the person who checked meter reading but he did not help us.

    Request you to get it checked what is the reason of increased water bill, we pay only 150 to 300 for electricity, there is no chance we can use 700 ltrs a day (Govt provide 20k ltrs free water in a month).

          Sir,
          I am resident of c4-76/2 sda. Ground floor and ff meters are installed at gf only. Meters are fitted at backside of house near door of back lane. Everytime meter reader comes, the old lady residing at ground floor c4-76 sda requests him to come from back lane but this is the third time that he denied to do so and went away without taking reading.in last 2 water bills for feb 19 and mar 19 1st floor meter has been shown as stopped inspite of the meter working till date and inflated bills has been generated for k no. [protected]. I called him on his mob. [protected] to take readings but he used bad words. Every time he sends different person to take reading. It seems like he has kept other persons to work on his behalf. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by mr. Rajneesh has caused inconvenience to senior citizens repeatedly. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to ensure meter reading is taken on time from our premises in future.

            I was travelling through shramjeevi express when at the railway crossing of hundan river, a leaking broken pipe caught my attention. It came across after the sahibabad station. For more accurate location, you can even look up to gps of shramjeevi express departed from new delhi on 17th march 2019 at 1:14. The train halted near this leaking pipe for a minute. I request the concerned authorities to look in the matter soon, before the waste of water becomes unrecoverable.

              I am a resident of navin shahdara, delhi.
              In f block, navin shahdara (Behind shyam lal college), shahdara, from the last 3 days, there seems to be a very high content of chlorine in water. It is smelly and tastes very bad. Basically not drinkable. The residents have been complaining daily. On the djb website, there is no option of posting such complaints.

              Or is it due to some other reason? Please forward it to the right person to investigate and respond.

                Since my water meter was changed sometime back, very high water consumption bills stated coming continuously since september 2018, it was 1909.05, in november 2018 it was 5308.00, in january 2019 it was 2153.00 and in march 2019 it is 4268.00.in fact, my water consumption bills are higher than the electricity bills.
                Your urgent attention is desirable in this matter.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that we, the residents of street no. 4, bihari colony, shahdara, delhi - 110032 have been getting polluted and stinking water (Which is supplied by the delhi jal board) for the past few weeks. As a result, we are vulnerable to many water borne diseases like cholera, hepatitis, gastritis, etc. We are unable to use the water for other household work also
                  We humbly request to you to please get the sewer line and/or the water pipeline changed as they might be connected due to leakage. We all will be very thankful for your swift and kind action in this regard so that, we can get clean water for drinking and all the other household chores.

                    There is leakage in your service line near to my premises c159 naraina industaril area phase 1 i have informed many times to area j. E to fix the line every time he give false promises to do

                    No action has been taken till now water is leaking on road and road is flooded with water every eveaning when they start the supply line
                    I m also suufering loss as water is leaking into my premises and damaging my goods

                    Pls look in matter and kindly do the needfull

                      Have so many time log complaint against sewage blocked but every time they assurance handle on urgent basis have log complaint on 28th feb yet no solution even yesterday surprised recv msg against complaint no[protected] its resolved now...                         Also please note the resident has locked from Monday -Friday.Only Sunday is open.

                          Dear sir,
                          I have a connection k [protected]. My address is f5 maharani bagh, 3rd floor, my billing center is lajpat nagar. My last bill received bill no[protected] for rs 12693.00.
                          Sir i would like to bring to your attention that till last year we use to receive water bills which were reasonable, on investigation i was told that my meter needs to be changed, i have had that done, but despite that there has been no difference. I was then told that there is a miss use charge as we do not have a reverse well in our building. I asked your meter reader to check the viability to put in a reverse well and there was no land or place to put in this in. His suggestion was to put in this in the service lane?? On land that didn't belong to us.
                          I would like to bring to your notice that our building was constructed before this rule was implemented, we do not have stilt parking and it is not possible to dig a reverse well on our premises as there is no place. I would be grateful that this situation be investigated and resolved and all excess charges be reimbursed to us.
                          My cell number is[protected], i would be happy to meet any senior official of your organisation to explain this matter and show our billing pattern.

                          Hopeful for a positive outcome and a solution to our problem of penalty being charged.

                            Hi sir/madam,

                            This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from tape every day in my locality h. No b15, laxmi vihar, near ok model school, dwarka mord, new delhi-110059 this water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

                            I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed asap by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

                                Its been a month we are getting dirty bad smell water. We can't even smell that water its too bad..
                                We have to wait for like 6-7hrs to get the atleast near to good quality water so that we can drink n take a bath or use it for another purposeplease resolve this issue on priority..

                                    My normal bill for water is around rs 1000 only but this time it is rs 14133 with the break up as consumption charges: 8423.92 and the sewerage charges: 5054.35 - the copies of two bills attached for a ready reference. I understand there is some technical problem

                                    Though i am depositing the current exorbitant bill but please correct it in your records and adjust in the future bills

                                      Respected sir, a bill for rs. 1877/- through djb vide bill no.[protected] against k no.[protected] for a period 03.01.2019 to 09.03.2019 was received which appears to be on higher side as compared to the consumption charges of the past months. I am a family of just 2 members and hardly have consumption of about 50-60 litters a day.

                                      The matter may please be looked into and bill may be revised accordingly.

                                      As I register the complaint regarding sewage blocking of old line in Kirti Nagar behind my property of K-16 Kirti nagar.kindly issue the problem as we are facing such issue from so long.

                                        I am umesh rawat, resident - c2/87, lodhi colony, new delhi-110003. from last month dated 16/01/2019 sewer pipe line is blocked in our resident and we have lodeged complaint but according to cpwd main pipe line is blocked. Cpwd guys came 1 or 2 time there person came but didn't able to open it we are facing massive problem in our household because of this problem in our household the smell is coming out in household water by which some of people fell ill and i would like to tell this problem is facing by all the resident who live in same c2 block.

                                        I would like to request you to take necessary action as soon as possible until to wait problem occur massive.

                                        Hope you take action in as soon as possible and provide me fedback
