I have paid previous bill on 20th sept 2018 which was for rs.888/-
Now i received bill in the month of march 2019 for an amount of rs.9552/-
This is on very much higher side as i am single occupant of my billing address i. E. C-452, saraswati vihar, first floor. Current reading of my meter as on18/03/2019 is only 00271.

Hence request you to kindly check and send me corrected bill for payment.

There is regular wastage of water at Kashmere Gate metro station platform number 5 the train towards Raja Nahar Singh I'd really daily see the wastage of water from a single pipe on a track on which Metro runs toward raja nahar sungh please take strict action against it because it is almost a 1 year I seen the wastage water wastage

    The djb lajpatnagar nagar has generated an inappropriate bill dt16/03/2019 for rs 6451/- against key no [protected] pertaining to 3rd floor 2 br flat ln 1 block d.in the flat a single lady is residing how can she consume 20000 litres which the govt is providing free.in past one or two occasions also they generated these type of bills. On one occasion the matter was referred to akosha the consumers forum who within a few days of time got the bill reversed. On 2nd occasion the inappropriate bill problem was solved by one of its officers mr jasbir singh a very good officer. This time also i referred the case to him but if this time he is not solve my case then the matter will be taken up with the consumers court

      I jitender kumar resident of a block, a, b, gramsabha in sewak park face problem due to dirty water and the department delhi jal board dose't look the matter seriously. The water mixed with urine and make harmful illness for the user. The water is co contaminated with many disease. If any person suffering from the serious diseases is the djb takes responsibility for the same.

        I anurag aggarwal, resident of 1/4794 street no 10, balbir nagar extn. Shahdara wish to submit that for last more than one month quality of water supply in our residence is very bad. Water is not only dirty but also contains very foul smell.

        The water is not suitable for even for household chores etc. (Forget about drinking).

        Request you to take suitable action and get this rectified urgently and save us from various diseases.

          Myself mr. Prabir, a resident of e-85, bengali colony, mahavir enclave, 110045. My water meter working well but the bill status shown stop from last 2 bills. Thatswhy the bill amount shown higher than the normal. If any problems of meter have? Please send a technician to resolve it. Last month i filled an application about it but no response from your side to solve the problem. So please take the action as early as possible.

            We have made payment of rs.23, 403/- against djb bill no.[protected] from our yes bank and said payment was cleared by our bankers on 29.01.2019 till today, the payment is outstanding in our account and to be paid by us.in this regard djb paschim vihar office was also visited no. Of times but they refused to enter the said payment in their accounts.

            We have also registered our grievance on 4th march'2019 grievance no. [protected], but no response has been received.

            Request you again to please credit the amount of rs.23, 403/- in our accounts and let us know the balance payment to be made by us.

              My djb old k no. Is [protected]. The water meter has been stolen from in front of my house on e - 40, east vinod nagar, gali no -02, new delhi 110091 on 25 september 2018. Then after that i have fitted a new meter and given a application to change the meter no in the currents bill to the laxmi nagar branch. Till now no body come to check my meter.

              As i am attaching the new water meter bill copy in this mail.

              So kindly merge and replace this no intol a new water meter at my house no. E - 40, east vinod nagar, gali no -02 (Iii floor) new delhi 110091.

              Behalf of this i am always getting a tentative higher bill. Kindly do needful please. Thanks

                My complaint no.[protected] made on 14.3.2019 to rectify the choked sewage line has still not been attended as on 18th march at 4.30 pm. Everyday, i call at 1916 and i get a standard reply that my complaint will be attended in 24 working hours.

                I request the relevant authorities to instruct the concerned deptt to rectify the problem at the earliest.

                  This is more than 30 day period.54 days.
                  We are entitled to 20, 000 liters for 1 month period. So consumption of 29, 000 lire shown by you will come under free scheme.
                  You cannot increase the bill period beyoun 30 days and then levy charges.
                  Please revise the billid[protected] and declare it as no charges.

                    Hi team,

                    I live in rented home in east guru angad nagar, laxmi nagar.
                    We are only two people (Me and my wife) are consuming very limited water but still we received 1183 rs of bill of one month, i informed to my landlord and he called to the person who checked meter reading but he did not help us.

                    Request you to get it checked what is the reason of increased water bill, we pay only 150 to 300 for electricity, there is no chance we can use 700 ltrs a day (Govt provide 20k ltrs free water in a month).

                          I am resident of c4-76/2 sda. Ground floor and ff meters are installed at gf only. Meters are fitted at backside of house near door of back lane. Everytime meter reader comes, the old lady residing at ground floor c4-76 sda requests him to come from back lane but this is the third time that he denied to do so and went away without taking reading.in last 2 water bills for feb 19 and mar 19 1st floor meter has been shown as stopped inspite of the meter working till date and inflated bills has been generated for k no. [protected]. I called him on his mob. [protected] to take readings but he used bad words. Every time he sends different person to take reading. It seems like he has kept other persons to work on his behalf. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by mr. Rajneesh has caused inconvenience to senior citizens repeatedly. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to ensure meter reading is taken on time from our premises in future.

                            I was travelling through shramjeevi express when at the railway crossing of hundan river, a leaking broken pipe caught my attention. It came across after the sahibabad station. For more accurate location, you can even look up to gps of shramjeevi express departed from new delhi on 17th march 2019 at 1:14. The train halted near this leaking pipe for a minute. I request the concerned authorities to look in the matter soon, before the waste of water becomes unrecoverable.

                              I am a resident of navin shahdara, delhi.
                              In f block, navin shahdara (Behind shyam lal college), shahdara, from the last 3 days, there seems to be a very high content of chlorine in water. It is smelly and tastes very bad. Basically not drinkable. The residents have been complaining daily. On the djb website, there is no option of posting such complaints.

                              Or is it due to some other reason? Please forward it to the right person to investigate and respond.

                                Since my water meter was changed sometime back, very high water consumption bills stated coming continuously since september 2018, it was 1909.05, in november 2018 it was 5308.00, in january 2019 it was 2153.00 and in march 2019 it is 4268.00.in fact, my water consumption bills are higher than the electricity bills.
                                Your urgent attention is desirable in this matter.

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that we, the residents of street no. 4, bihari colony, shahdara, delhi - 110032 have been getting polluted and stinking water (Which is supplied by the delhi jal board) for the past few weeks. As a result, we are vulnerable to many water borne diseases like cholera, hepatitis, gastritis, etc. We are unable to use the water for other household work also
                                  We humbly request to you to please get the sewer line and/or the water pipeline changed as they might be connected due to leakage. We all will be very thankful for your swift and kind action in this regard so that, we can get clean water for drinking and all the other household chores.

                                    There is leakage in your service line near to my premises c159 naraina industaril area phase 1 i have informed many times to area j. E to fix the line every time he give false promises to do

                                    No action has been taken till now water is leaking on road and road is flooded with water every eveaning when they start the supply line
                                    I m also suufering loss as water is leaking into my premises and damaging my goods

                                        I have received bill for the month of March'2019 without verify the meter reading by your executive. Bill has been generated without meter reading and bill is too high. As our consumption the bill is almost NIL. kindly arrange to send the bill after verify the meter reading.

                                        Please find attached snapshot of meter for your ready reference and record.

                                        Also please note the resident has locked from Monday -Friday.Only Sunday is open.
