To the executive engineer.

Dear sir,
I have a connection k [protected]. My address is f5 maharani bagh, 3rd floor, my billing center is lajpat nagar. My last bill received bill no[protected] for rs 12693.00.
Sir i would like to bring to your attention that till last year we use to receive water bills which were reasonable, on investigation i was told that my meter needs to be changed, i have had that done, but despite that there has been no difference. I was then told that there is a miss use charge as we do not have a reverse well in our building. I asked your meter reader to check the viability to put in a reverse well and there was no land or place to put in this in. His suggestion was to put in this in the service lane?? On land that didn't belong to us.
I would like to bring to your notice that our building was constructed before this rule was implemented, we do not have stilt parking and it is not possible to dig a reverse well on our premises as there is no place. I would be grateful that this situation be investigated and resolved and all excess charges be reimbursed to us.

Hopeful for a positive outcome and a solution to our problem of penalty being charged.

Hi sir/madam,

This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from tape every day in my locality h. No b15, laxmi vihar, near ok model school, dwarka mord, new delhi-110059 this water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed asap by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

Dear sir,

This is to apprise you that i am lived in 410, akhare wali gali, mohalla maharam shahdara, there is very big problem of water which is supplied by delhi jal board. We are facing this problem since 7 months that dirtly water and bad smell like sewar water supplied here. Kindly help us as many people have hospitlaized due to the same reason.

Its been a month we are getting dirty bad smell water. We can't even smell that water its too bad..
We have to wait for like 6-7hrs to get the atleast near to good quality water so that we can drink n take a bath or use it for another purposeplease resolve this issue on priority..
Health is being affected with this.

We have got our pipes also changed and have got the Sewers cleaned many times but the problem still persists.
Your people have visited our block many times but have not been able to resolve the problem.

My normal bill for water is around rs 1000 only but this time it is rs 14133 with the break up as consumption charges: 8423.92 and the sewerage charges: 5054.35 - the copies of two bills attached for a ready reference. I understand there is some technical problem

Though i am depositing the current exorbitant bill but please correct it in your records and adjust in the future bills

Respected sir, a bill for rs. 1877/- through djb vide bill no.[protected] against k no.[protected] for a period 03.01.2019 to 09.03.2019 was received which appears to be on higher side as compared to the consumption charges of the past months. I am a family of just 2 members and hardly have consumption of about 50-60 litters a day.

The matter may please be looked into and bill may be revised accordingly.

I am umesh rawat, resident - c2/87, lodhi colony, new delhi-110003.  from last month dated 16/01/2019 sewer pipe line is blocked in our resident and we have lodeged complaint but according to cpwd main pipe line is blocked. Cpwd guys came 1 or 2 time there person came but didn't able to open it we are facing massive problem in our household because of this problem in our household the smell is coming out in household water by which some of people fell ill and i would like to tell this problem is facing by all the resident who live in same c2 block.

I would like to request you to take necessary action as soon as possible until to wait problem occur massive.

Hope you take action in as soon as possible and provide me fedbackÂ

Sir, plz tell me the water timing in west patel nagar as government supply... Owner told me it's 3 times a day but there is no supply available such that. Sir it probably the wrong timing as told by them or there is fault by water corporation side... Pls let me know about it clearly.. It already had happened many a times... As soon as i open the motor on,,, my mcp falls n electric supply is gone.. Without knowing proper timing. Getting impossible to live here.

From street no. 08 to 09 central road near shama dairy ghaffar manzil colony jamia nagar okhla new delhi-110025, initially infront of street no. 09 near shama dairy central road manhole overflowing from many months after lying of sewer line, now near street no. 08 central road manhole overflowing continuously from last few months.
Please please please solve the problem as soon as possible.

Myself gunika nagpal, resident of house no. C-24, 3rd floor, jeewan park pankha road uttam nagar, new delhi - 110059. Owner of my house is sanjay nagpal (My father) jal board k no. Is [protected][protected]. Our water meter has been stolen by thieves in our parking downstairs while we were upstairs kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.
This complaint is for bindapur police station, new delhi.

Hi,

Please look into this as one of a resident of b-4, gaurav apartments, i. P. Extension, delhi-110092 water tank overflows and plenty liters of drinking water is wasted and goes into drainage. Multiple times we have complaint about it to society but nobody does anything as house owner wife is president of society.

This is the second complaint i am sending...

It have a contaminated water supply from last couple of months.
The water which it is getting from djb is highly polluted & smelly. No one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some sewage pipe line.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Hi,

I am a resident of west guruangad nagar, laxmi nagar, east delhi. We are receiving impure & dirty water, which is unfit for drinking, even after repeated filterations. The water we get through our taps, completely defeats the inherent properties of water. It is usually brown, contains visible impurities & tastes horrible. At times it smells so badly, as if it's coming directly from some drains.
We don't even feel like washing our clothes from that water, let alone drinking.
I want to bring to everyone's attention that, if djb cannot provide safe water for drinking, what can a common man expect for other purposes.
Please help.

My name is sanjay kumar jain s/o vakil chand jain. I am residence of 3381/h, st#6, dharam pura, gandhi nagar, delhi-110031. I got a notice of water bill for rs.105591.58 against k. No.[protected] (Mr-644/ar-10).
Sir, i have five members in my family and i'm a private worker and my monthly income is rs.8000 that's why i'm unable to pay this high amount.

I would request you please provide me some concession so that my water bill can be clear.

I had done complaint on301219 ref i'd [protected] then again ref i'd [protected] of kn [protected] but not solved my metre reading is1312 at present but in bill it is1629 inspire of reminders bill is not corrected l have proof in my mobile please correct my bill and metre reading and oblige attention it is harassing me and giving mental torture again and again

Water is coming out from sewer main hole for the last 5 or 6 days. There seems to be a blockage in the sewer pipeline in front of house no. Rzh-145 street no. 5 raj nagar part-2 solanki chowk palam colony near chotu ram marg new delhi-110077
Please get the pipe line clear so that there may not be any problem regarding dirty water to come out from the sewer pipeline. Please send your men as soon as possible.

I am resident of a-29 amar colony nangloi delhi-110041. My meter k no is [protected]

I am continuously notifying the authorities about this issues by registering my complaint on 1916 (Complaint no. 1:- 80190, 2:- 82080, 3:- 82280) but still there is no corrective action taken.
Please support to get this issue address & provide us the solution.
This water can cause serious health issues, hence seeking for your immediate. We hope that our government will take some strict action.

I would like to draw in your attention that while passing by i saw an illegal borewell is bieng made in the anand nagar area of delhi. I want you to take strict action against this as it is not legal to do so.
