Hi team,
I have so much fade up of the djb team.
From last few 4-5 months we are getting polluted water like hell.
It is look like that is gutter water straight to my home. I have visited at the djb seelampur office and they said they will resolve it as the earliest but as usual nobody damn care it. But bill is ontime they are sending. Becuase of that i am drinking bottled water and the agency charging me 20 rs per 20lts water bottle.

Water supplied from the djb it is not even i will not bathe on that water as well. I have register the complaint at my area minister as well but you know what the answer.

Pure water is our right and please help me to take it back.

      My bill is faulty & i have been all of a sudden given a bill of rs 15797, the last month and a month after rs 24000 bill has been handed over to me as against this the officials just say that my water meter is faulty.
      Never this was the case before & more over i am a renter here in subhash nagar 17 block. 17/74. 2nd floor. Front facing. 110027 & also whole day occupied with the office work. I go to office by 8:30 and return 9 pm in the night. How is it possible that my bill has come.
      My k no is. [protected] and i look for an appropriate resolution where i find myself comfortable.

        My connection for supply of water is ka no. [protected] in the name of hari krsihna gupta, h. No. C-1/146 rohini, delhi. The bill being given to me is of estimated consumption and not as per actual consumption and on reading of water meter.
        Kindly send me water supply bill as per my consumption and on the basis of meter reading. My meter serial no. Is 004888 dated 6/016 co. Kranti.

          This is bring under your notice that my residential premises is locked since 3rd august 2018. No one is residing in this premises. My water meter was not in functional since a long time. When i was using my premises then i made a payment on time against outstanding on average basis of water charges. As i mentioned above that premises is not in use since 7 months.

          So, you are requested to please clear my outstanding bill yet and not charge any bill against my property in coming days.

            Good morning,

            Since morning sewer water could be getting mixed with the water supply somewhere. I have stopped using the water supplied for cooking and drinking.

            Kindly asked all staff to check the quality of water. The fault may be in a local distribution line which comes after one month.

              I have received a message from your office to disconnect my connection No. [protected], which illegal, because I have lodged complaint in written to your office that my bill is illegal and there is no any due of arrear and the bill sent me without any taking unit. Only 30 units is shown in my meter till now.

              I request you to make the bill with meter reading and drop the demand of bill payment.

                Hi,

                Since 3-4 days the water which we are getting is gutter water. It has alot of smell. We complaint 3 days ago but no action was taken. This is really un acceptable that our children cannot even drink that water. Even if we cannot bath. It has alot of smell. Can any one take the complaint seriously and can rectify this issue today and help us in getting normal water.

                From last october we don't receive any water bill.Last bill we received is of OCT18 i.e. -216 .Even I checked online but lastest bill it is showing that of Oct18 .Please look ino this matter asap.

                  We getting wrong bill from ur side... As per govt we all knw that we r getting 20000 ltrs fre water for a month. N this is enough limit to use in a mnth.
                  So, i would like to request u to reduce my water bill..

                  Im nt able to pay this bill.

                    I would bring your attention towards sevage overflow from last two months.
                    I sone lal thakur a1/1&2, ff, office no. 4, chanakya place market new delhi-110059,
                    I have approached mcd but nothing happened. Smell and sevage waste flowing on road 24×7. It affected only pessterian but all people leaving here. Chance of infection increases. Request you please take on priority and resolve the issue.

                      The members of madipur b-684, b-685, b-686 have been complaining to djb & mcd for sewer overflow in madipur b block-delhi-63 since last week but there has been no response from either side. The resultant has been that our house outside has been drowning in sewer water which has foul smell that we cannot easily breathe as also has become a source for mosquitoes & flies.
                      Repeated complaints also have not brought any result. Please help us as the water will soon be flowing inside the houses.

                        Dear sir, this is to inform you that my water meter and motor has been stolen day before yesterday dated 01/03/2019. My connection k-no. Is [protected]. And meter no. Is approx 024794. It was installed on the ground floor and my flat no. 8 is on 3rd floor.. Requested you to install new meter as soon as possible inside my flat on 3rd floor to avoid from bieng stolen again. My address is...                           overflowing water tank

                          Dear sir,

                          I am a resident of a-block, vikas puri. There is a house near my residence where i see everyday water is being wasted due to overflowing overhead tank. I contacted the owner of the house to inform him about the issue of wastage of water, but still the problem persists.
                          I have observed this behavior for several months now and i request you to please take adequate and fast actions against the regular wastage...

                          I want to register complaint against delhi jal board as our water bill is too high and it is difficult to pay everytime. From last one year it's more than 5 thousand rupees every month so it means we are using more than 20 thousand litre water??? What is going on??? Why we are getting bill of rs.5k everytime??? Please refund our all. Money and take strict action on this.

                            I am resident of lajpat nagar 2, and i have been observing that water gets wasted everyday due to overhead tank overflowing from 4 am to 5 am from address c -82 lajpat nagar 2, delhi, 110024. The tank that overflows is for salon he&she.
                            The water keeps falling on the ground and gets wasted. They even run the pump during the day and when the tank overfills they don't get to know. We have tried telling them to get some alarm system put or get a bigger overhead tank but there has been no action.

                              I am one of the resident of govind vihar karawal nagar delhi-110094 our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.

                                I am a resident of cc block shalimar bagh, delhi-110088. I have a water meter connection with kno.[protected]. No one is residing in this hgouse and as per
                                Wateer rates the bill should be 0.
                                But currently it is showing bill of rs20000. When i contacted delhi borad person who takes reading, he said your meter is not working thats why default bill is charged against your bill every month. But no one cared to ever tell me this thing.

                                Then i checked my water meter and showed to the person that meter is working fine and readings were increasing, but still they are charging default bill and when contacted they said you have to pay the amount., no other option.
                                How can we have a bill of 20000 for a house where noone is staying?

Area phase 1, new delhi & submitted application for correction of water bill & other required documents on dated 22/11/2018 with dairy no. 3304 & second letter submitted on 01/02/2019 with dairy no. 4919 but till date not resolve our problem.in this regard regard we have already visited your rajender nagar jal board office but no body ready to solve problem & result our bill are pending for payment from last 2-3 month.
