Hello,

I am a resident of dwarka sec19, amberhai extn. Plot no. 90
The water coming from the connection is smelling of sewage (Naleka pani).
We cannot even take bath or wash dishes.
We were informed there is a leakage but there is no further action taken. This is a basic human necessity and can lead to spreading of diseases due to unsafe and unhygenic condition.
Please take immediate action.

        My water bill showing bill amount is too high according to me.So please look in to my issue and let me know is it ok or not.i have attached some bills for your understanding.So please review the bills and solve my problem as soon as possible.i have submitted writing application for 2 time to delhi jal board at vasant kunj as well.i have checked with online and they have merged all the bills in one.So please check and inform me asap.

        i am already written complaint file but those guys merge my bill never correct my bill & water reading. we have only 700 liter water capicity tank & no water storage things. four family member .so is possible that type of water reading .               Sir/mam,

              As a responsible citizen i would like to bring to your notice that there is excessive wastage of water in my area (Indra vihar, near bbm depot) due to overflow of water tank of first floor of house no. 189 from over a month. Monsoon to set in.in this scenario water borne diseases are likely to spread if necessary steps are not taken. Overflow mainly occurs throughout the whole night and not in day time which is also very disturbing due to water noice.

              Please see attached video.

              In our water tank alarm system is in place to prevent the overflow and water wastage.

              I would request you to take appropriate action because there is acute shortage of water already in delhi. And above all, water is precious.

                This is to draw your attention towards the polluted water coming in our home
                From mcd pipeline.
                3 members of my family got admitted in hospital due to the contaminated water issue. They had suffered loose motions and sick due to drinking water. Water can't even be used for handwash as it's smelling like sewage water.

                This issue is happening for the last 15 days and has happened in the past as well (Today's date:[protected].

                We are expecting to receive clean water supply.

                Please help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

                  Hi team,
                  I have so much fade up of the djb team.
                  From last few 4-5 months we are getting polluted water like hell.
                  It is look like that is gutter water straight to my home. I have visited at the djb seelampur office and they said they will resolve it as the earliest but as usual nobody damn care it. But bill is ontime they are sending. Becuase of that i am drinking bottled water and the agency charging me 20 rs per 20lts water bottle.

                  Water supplied from the djb it is not even i will not bathe on that water as well. I have register the complaint at my area minister as well but you know what the answer.

                  Pure water is our right and please help me to take it back.

                      My bill is faulty & i have been all of a sudden given a bill of rs 15797, the last month and a month after rs 24000 bill has been handed over to me as against this the officials just say that my water meter is faulty.
                      Never this was the case before & more over i am a renter here in subhash nagar 17 block. 17/74. 2nd floor. Front facing. 110027 & also whole day occupied with the office work. I go to office by 8:30 and return 9 pm in the night. How is it possible that my bill has come.

                          This is bring under your notice that my residential premises is locked since 3rd august 2018. No one is residing in this premises. My water meter was not in functional since a long time. When i was using my premises then i made a payment on time against outstanding on average basis of water charges. As i mentioned above that premises is not in use since 7 months.

                          So, you are requested to please clear my outstanding bill yet and not charge any bill against my property in coming days.

                            Since morning sewer water could be getting mixed with the water supply somewhere. I have stopped using the water supplied for cooking and drinking.

                            Kindly asked all staff to check the quality of water. The fault may be in a local distribution line which comes after one month.

                                Since 3-4 days the water which we are getting is gutter water. It has alot of smell. We complaint 3 days ago but no action was taken. This is really un acceptable that our children cannot even drink that water. Even if we cannot bath. It has alot of smell. Can any one take the complaint seriously and can rectify this issue today and help us in getting normal water.

                                  We getting wrong bill from ur side... As per govt we all knw that we r getting 20000 ltrs fre water for a month. N this is enough limit to use in a mnth.
                                  So, i would like to request u to reduce my water bill..

                                    I would bring your attention towards sevage overflow from last two months.
                                    I sone lal thakur a1/1&2, ff, office no. 4, chanakya place market new delhi-110059,
                                    I have approached mcd but nothing happened. Smell and sevage waste flowing on road 24×7. It affected only pessterian but all people leaving here. Chance of infection increases. Request you please take on priority and resolve the issue.

                                      The members of madipur b-684, b-685, b-686 have been complaining to djb & mcd for sewer overflow in madipur b block-delhi-63 since last week but there has been no response from either side. The resultant has been that our house outside has been drowning in sewer water which has foul smell that we cannot easily breathe as also has become a source for mosquitoes & flies.
                                      Repeated complaints also have not brought any result. Please help us as the water will soon be flowing inside the houses.

And meter no. Is approx 024794. It was installed on the ground floor and my flat no. 8 is on 3rd floor.. Requested you to install new meter as soon as possible inside my flat on 3rd floor to avoid from bieng stolen again. My address is...
