Sir,
This is to bring to your attention that my water bill has extended from the given limit due to which i have to now pay the extra charges.
But it is all your employees fault as they did not come for the monthly reading or might have skipped reading. But later on reading was combined for all the 3 months due to which the actual limit extended.
This is not our fault. Kindly send some eligible workmen to read the meter...

My complain is regarding excess billing without meter reading unit. My water meter is working properly there is no defect. I am live here lonely and maximum remain on official tour. My consumption of water is not...

Sir, i am a consumer of djb water but from few days the water supply is stopped in my house and other neighbors house. And the issue is only in my street all other nearby street does have such kind of problem.
Because of this i am so much fed up... Need a sudden solution for this... Please please... Help me. As water is over basic need 🙏

There is no water after installation of water meter with effect from 05 jan 19 and i have lodged complaint no 76119 on the same day. Representative of djb have visited trice but no water till date. I have also contacted your hq, area manager mr ashish bhatt and many other persons. Inspite of repeated request, there is no any action taken so far. Please do the needful earliest so that family may not be suffered for water hither & thither....

My water meter has been stolen by thieves while i was out of station. Kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.

Sir, there is no water supply in my home
Sir in between[protected] there is good water supply in our area but after that there is not a drop of water for drinking.
And before 7 to 8 month the work for new
Water line is in progress but in my lane not
Yet work start. Means in whole the area new water line is start but in my line there is not work start...

Have been complaining to djb & mcd for sewer overflow in since last week but there has been no response from either side. The resultant has been that our house outside has been drowning in sewer water which has foul smell that we cannot easily breathe as also has become a source for mosquitoes & flies.

I am a resident of bholanath nagar, shahdara and from past 6 months both potable and drinking water of this area is not upto the recommended standards of cpcb.

I cannot claim about the chemical properties of water but all the physical properties of water are not meeting standards. Drinking water has both odor and taste and it is not even transparent. Please take action as immediately as you can...

We residentsof m block west sagarpur n. D-46 nearby shiv krishna mandir are suffering from sewage overflow in the whole m block along with water supply disconnection due to pit that was lwft open at sangam chowk. Pls help us we are in danger of dying due to no supply of water and we are stuck within sewage water too

I am resident of rz - 759, gali between 4 & 5, behind baraat ghar, main sagarpur, new delhi-46, since 4 days sewer line in my back lane has been blocked & is overflowing on the road which seems to be very disastrous & looks like living in hell & can cause many diseases to the local residents staying there. Hope you will take immediate action to resolve this problem at the earliest.

I have to complaint that jal board area manager had not come from 3 years to take the meter reading and they came before the due date with high bill and they told us that if the bill is not paid till the due date our connection will be cut but a few days before i have gone to jal board personally regarding meter reading and they me to talk to my area manage. When i talked to the concerned person he did't respond to it. Now i have got 19000/-...

Sir i have been staying in b -1378, first floor, patli gali, dheeraj pustak lane, shastri nagar, 110052, for the past 4 years and our water bill used to come zero rupees, but for the past 3 months the bill amount is excessive and i am sure that it's wrong. Something is wrong with the meter or the person who notes down the reading puts any random number which he wishes without checking the meter. Our electricity bill is around 200 rupees so...

for 85 units water bill 2 different bill amount is 2663 & 6092
for 72 units water bill, billed amount is 8846

Received the bill for december, 2018. My kno no. [protected]

No one came to read the meter reading. I submitted the photo of my meter reading which shows 00307 but the bill is for 00580, which is totally wrong.

The bill was calculated wrongly. I don't know how they calculate.

I requst the delhi jal board authority to please look into it and resolve my problem....
