Sir,
This is with reference to the earlier complaint submitted on sep 24, 2018.
Till now no action has been taken. With just few phone calls there action has completed. They enquired me regarding the complaint and told me that my request has been forwarded but still no response.
I kindly request to plz look into this matter as we are facing the sewer clogging again and again, also due to which many cockroaches and small insects are coming in our houses which are very dangerous.
Plz look into the matter at the earliest as possible.

Hn2433 gali no 9 raghubarpura 2 gandhi nagar delhi 110031. Sir there are sewer overflow about 2 months, i complaint many times but no any take action on this. Please sir resolve this sewer overflow problem as soon as possible.

Sir i complaint for sewer overflow but no anyone come for resolve sewer overflow. Dirty water lies on road and make bad smell. This caused many diseases and many people suffer from dengu diseases. I request you please resolve the problem of sewer overflow.

I again request you please resolve this problem.

When mcd repaired the manhole near our resident then they blocked the exit of our sewage pipe due to which water is over flowing from there. And the manhole is blocked/filled with sewage.
It has been half a month that no one has noticed this overflowing of sewage.
Kindly check as soon as possible.

Hello sir myself sunilsogan residential of raj nagar part 2
Sir i filed a complaint against sewer blockage on 4th feb 2019. My complaint no is[protected]. Sir after every 3day i got a msg from mcd that my problem is resolved but no one is solving my issue.
On 16th feb 2019 again contacted regarding my problem with ur coustmor care no, they said that pls contact to j. E and tell them regarding your problem
But when i contacted j. E he started shouting at me instead of hearing my problem and said (Maine toh jo karna hai kardiya hum tujhe jo karna hai wo karle) and then he disconnected my phone after then he is no picking up my call.
I also tried to shair my problem with bhupendra gupta our nigam parshad then he said (Jaao or jitwalo kejriwal ko) now you tell me where should i go
Due to unhygienic condition my parents both are admitted in hospital and m unable to go at action office of delhi jal board

My kno is [protected]. Recently i received the bill for the amount of rs. 8671/-
But my meter reading is under the monthly consumption limit. My meter reading is 71 only till 16.02.2019.
In my family this water consumption is very less due to dirty and tasteless supply of water. Here is also very short supply of water. The person who takes the reading told that my meter is stopped but in actual meter is working properly. We consumed this water in less quantity due to which meter reading is not so much.
I am attaching my current bill and a video recording of running meter.
Please consider my complain and take the relevant action and also rectify my bill as soon as possible.

We have received the bill no:[protected]dt: 12/feb/2019 with the amount of rs 3653 with unecessary excess charges, however till feb 2019
Few das before some of meter checkers representative fyour office and the meter reader was humbly spoken to about the sudden spurt in bill. He explained that the meter has jumped abnormally (Surprisingly he had the reading card in hand and the abnormal reading jump noted from the meter was not noticed) and suggested me to get the meter changed.

Its was humble request to you, please resolve this problem as soon as earlier.

Water bill payment of delhi jal board k no. : [protected]

We have received the bill no:[protected] dt: 22-jan-2019 with the amount of rs ₹5606.16 for (02-sep-2018 to 22-jan-2019) with unnecessary charges, however the last bill we have paid was on 21-sep-2018 for ₹ 8239.87.

Kindly look into the matter seriously and correct our bill asap.

We have already mark the copy of complaint to vigilance office of govt. Of india for the same case

The resident of 42/4 first floor
East patel nagar new delhi have made a drainage pipe which has an outlet of dirty water flowing in the centre of a walking street and the water is all dirty waste of the house. We cannot enter the main door of our house when the water flows and the others cannot even pass the street. Repeated requests for the same have been made but they refuse to even listen. Photos and video recordings have been updated by all d neighbours. Kindly look into the matter asap

Hello i am ramesh resident of main road b-6 dakshin puri new delhi 110062. The main sewer line near my house get blocked for last 3 days. There is so much smell is coming out from the sewer and there is very difficulty to live here in this critical condition. So i want to say in some word there are sewer-backed.
So i would request the responsible authorities to take necessary action.

As we are facing the problem due to supply of dirty water with foul smell. I have made a complain regarding this to 1916 through my complain no.[protected] dated 29.1.2019 but without resolving the case the complain was closed and still facing the same problem.
So i am requesting the authority to look into the matter of such fake closer of complain without attending and solving the problem and also pl. Do needful regarding the matter.

Water suppy is very bad in condition from last 20 days in geeta colony 7 block. Black water comes when mcd motor on. Plz do immediate action on that people suffering from typhoid from this black water. I will share a picture of black water. Water smell's very bad. There are a flats house opposite to my house who waste water a lot atleast 2-3 times during a day and night also.

There tank overflows and there is no one in the flats to take care and control the wastage.

Please look into the matter at the earlist.
And a strict action should be taken against them.

I am living at 33c dda mig flat motia khan on rent since last 5 year. I am facing problem o[censored]nauthorized water consumption charges.
My kno number is [protected]

My bill of last month (December 2018) is rs.7194/- which is not correct as per my knowledge. My average consumption of last 6 month is 1kl/day & 1.5kl/day during winter and summer seasons respectively.

But current bill shows the consumption of 2.36kl/day during bill period 11/10/2018 to 5/12/2018.

Here i am attaching the photo of meter reading taken on 7 feb 2019 which shows meter reading is (556) till date and billing was done for the reading (688)

The same has been brought to djb's meter reader knowledge but he said the bill is correct.

Please intervene and help me out from the situation

I am one of the resident of biharipur extension which comes under north east delhi. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past many week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.

I would like to inform you regarding the issue which i am facing. I don't have any idea to whom this email has to be addressed. Please do the needful in the matter of excess bill generated for unit 92 whereas, it should be for 46 units in 68 days. Initially, they did lump sum billing by recording less reading than actual and now charging for the reading consumed in past but under the caping of subsidy limit of 20 kl per month.

Found error in method of calculation or invoicing.

In spite of several reminders and face to face discusion the owner the flat mr. Iklakh hussain does not care about the excess flow of water from his flat during the time of water supply at morning and evening. We have been facing problems since many years but not solution has made till date. The afore said flat has given on rent to a family and couple of bachelor are staying. Sir, it is a issue of health hazards also. All the time water is flowing from the flat and no body bother about it. You are therefore requested to take a strong action in this regard.

Sewer is overflowing in E Block Dakshin Puri. House number E 278 to E 283 and market areas . The dirty and smelly water is flowing in the neighborhood area. Multiple complaints to nearest Delhi Jalboard went into deaf years .. appreciate an immediate help . And opening alternate sewer line for resident in E block market.

The unauthorized construction in the market area has created the sewage blockage problem.

Please also help address this to higher authorities

I am a resident of H.No C 43 3rd floor panchsheel vihar New Delhi 110017, I want to bring in to your kind notice that very high scale corruption is going on at Malviye nagar Panchsheel vihar Jal Board Line, I want to aware you that there is illegal connections supply from my line and i want to complaint to it at Delhi Jal Board Saket Branch i personally visit at Delhi Jal Board office Saket Branch on 04/02/2019 ( Monday ) and they have reply me that please go to vigilance department this metter ius belongs to them so i aware you that please come at my place and look into this metter because of this i suffer with the water bill and cant submit the water bill please do some action ASAP Sir, I want to ask this Hon. Executive Engineer that if this kind of happening with the assigning line then where we go to complaint and what we did against it .
I again request you sir to take a strong action against this water illegal connections at the zone of Malviye nagar Panchsheel vihar.

सविनय निवेदन यह है मैं सुरेंद्र कुमार /m/123/ sanik vihar uttam nagar (East) नई दिल्ली 110059, मोबाइल नं [[protected]] आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हु मैंने करीब एक हफ्ते पहले (12 फरवरी) की हमारे घर में विगत 2 हफ्ते से पानी की पूर्ति नियमित रूप नहीं की जा रही है। जिसकी वजह से मैं और मेरे घर वाले बहुत परेशान है हमारे घर पानी आ नहीं रहा या तो बहुत काम मात्रा (200 लीटर पानी) मिल रहा है वो भी बदबूदार गन्दा पानी जिस की वजह से हमको बहुत दूर से पानी लाने पर मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है।।

लेकिन अभी तक मेरी शिकायत पर कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है हम लोग अभी भी बहार दूर दूर से पानी भर कर अपना गुज़ारा कर रहे है आपसे बिनती है की कृपा करके मेरी शिकायत पर कार्य करवाया जाये और पानी की शिकायत को जल्द से जल्द दूर करे ।।

अंतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस समस्या का निदान शीग्र अति शीग्र करवाने का प्रयत्न करे आपकी अति कृपा होगी।।

High water bill issue nd my (Bill id:[protected] with k no. [protected]) we have 500 ltrs. Water tank in our home nd we consume 500 ltrs. Water in 15 to 20 days but instead i got my water bill at my door step which is shows rs.5181 how is this possible because we haven't consumed this much more water.

Sir please it's my humble request to you please help us to short out our problem as soon as possible because due date written is 7th feb 2019
I'm very panic to got this water bill
