There is no water after installation of water meter with effect from 05 jan 19 and i have lodged complaint no 76119 on the same day. Representative of djb have visited trice but no water till date. I have also contacted your hq, area manager mr ashish bhatt and many other persons. Inspite of repeated request, there is no any action taken so far. Please do the needful earliest so that family may not be suffered for water hither & thither.

Complaint marked as Resolved There is no response taken by Delhi Jal Board in spit of repeated request and contact to the authority concerned persons. Responsibilities have been given to the Private Company/Representative of Delhi Jal Board not so good to facilitate the service on complaint. Please instruct the authority concerned to avoid the delay, whenever, complaint lodged by the consumer.This may be given as notice to the Delhi Govt for necessary action earliest. In the last, do the needful at the earliest.
Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am Lata Chandola, I stay in a rented house at H.No- 182, Ground floor, KG-3, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018.
I am also facing the same issue, when I had to leave the my Rented house, I have been shown a bill of Rs 27000, now I am in huge trouble because of this. The Local line man has also accepted that he has never given any bill nor he came for the reading collection. I am wondering why I have been sent such a huge bill, no intimation was sent from DJB till yet.
Today I called to their customer care number and they were saying that the Meter from the house has been de-attached and now they are generating an average bill for each month and since June 2017.
I am in huge trouble because of this as I belongs to a middle class family and not able to pay such a huge amount of bill.
Please look into this issue.
