Dear sir.
My kno. No is [protected] for the past several years we are paying which i think is not valid according to our consumption of a small family, recently came to know that the person who is coming and noting readings is saying that our meter is stop despite it is showing a valid reading. Bill is made on some average basis without our knowledge. Kindly correct the bill and place new meter if required but unneccessary charges without noting the reading is unethical.

    Dear sir, this is to inform you that my water meter has been stolen dated 12 dec 2017. My kn0. Is [protected], meter is on my mother name smt. Basanti negi.

    Meter was installed on the ground floor and my flat is on 4rd floor. Request you to install a new meter as soon as possible inside my flat on 3rd floor to avoid from being stolen again. My address is h. No-f-78 (F. F.), sidharthi enclave, mohan garden, 110059.

    Another complaint is regarding water bill. I am not consuming water from 1 year but my bill is continuously going to increase while other resident in my building not paying any single money to jal board because there water bill always come zero. When i call customer care regarding my bill inquiry, they told me water bill will be generated on average water bill reading. But this is only for my connection??? Now, without consuming jal board water, m bill is going to add on while my previous all outstanding are paid. I request to stop this water meter and install new one as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that my water meter has been stolen on 27th September 2023. my kn0. [Protected], the meter is in the name of my Wife Smt.Kavita Devi And Manjeet Singh Rawat.

    The meter was installed on the ground floor and my flat is on the first floor. You are requested to install a new meter inside my flat on the first floor as soon as possible to avoid theft again. My address is K-93A, F.F (L.H.S), K- Block, Gali No-12, Som Bazar Rd, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar 110059.

    My request is that a new meter should be installed as soon as possible.

I am a middle calls and here i am rented, how can i pay this amount. I am mentally disturb due to this. I am mentally disturb because of bills, kindly do the needful.

        I am a resident of 8/117 block 8, iind flr, geeta colony delhi 110031, its been more than 2 weeks we have been problems of dirty water with sand particles in it, there is lots of sand coming with water due to that people's motor pumps have stopped working, for that we had to get it repaired or repalced and we had a lot of money for that and thats not the only problem, moreover as per govt guidelines water is supposed to be supplied 6 am to 8 am and in the evening 7 pm to 8 pm but there is no water supply in the evening due to that we are facing lots of problems, kindly take some steps towards it and get it fixed as soon as possible

        Its still not resolved, it started to come but facing same problem again, i dont understand what jal board want from people, we are paying our bills on time, they dont want to provide water to people

          Sir, after every few months this problem is coming, sewage of lajpat nagar part-1 d-block gets blocked and it’s water mixes with drinking water and coming in my house. The water is so bad that i wash hands and i cannot stand the smell of my hands after that.

          Drinking is far away, my family is getting ill and i am afraid that no action is being done.. Whom and how to complaint kindly tell

          Sir, new line has been lay out in Vishu vihar near bindapur but distance for main chamber provided is to far at Vishu vihar to Pratap garden road.Concerned department is requested to kindly consider the problem of the person living in that area.

            Water has a bad smell and taste. We r not able to use this water for cooking and drinking purpose.. Sir we face lot of difficulty and if this condition of water continues this leads many health problems.. I hope u will understand and do the needful and supply the clean water for use.

            There is no water supply in old rajinder Nagar which is resulting in frustration among student community who come from different parts of country to study here.
            So we request your authorities to look into matter as they say water is the petroleum of life. We need it to eat to wash to clean to toilet and what not.

              One djb water pipe line in front of government flats at press lane t point connecting with ddu marg and beneath plus minus hording board is severely leaking results in heavy water logging in front of flats, slagging of silt and mud water creating unwarrantable condition. Quick action is requested to immediate stop of leakage. Concerned ze (W) and je (W) city zone have been duly informed, but the action is awaited.
              Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I have received a SMS from Delhi Jal board in which it is mentioned that mutation is successfully completed for CA NO [protected] via request no.[protected].

              Please look into it as I have not submitted any such request.

              Please take this issue on priority.

                Respected sir/madam,
                Most respectfully i anish jain s/o late sh. Devender kumar jain r/o house no 98-99 dariba kalan chandni chowk delhi-110006 want to state as under:-

                1. I had given a letter / application on dated 25.01.18 vide dairy no 301.

                2. My bill was generated due date[protected] of an amount of rupees 818.00 due date[protected] after all adjustment. Vide bill no[protected].in this bill last reading was 274 and next reading was 275 on 19 april 2018 meter o. K.

                3. My bill was generated on dated[protected] due date[protected] of an amount of rupees 630.00 bill number[protected].in this bill arrears was of rupees 817.00 and opening balance was -334.05 thus amounting to rupees 630.00 which i had deposit on line.

                4. I had deposit the above rectified bill on dated[protected] through online mode vide receipt no[protected] of an amount of rupees 629.97 vide d. J. B. Payment receipt no [protected]. Thus my outstanding was nil till date. I had intimated your office that my premises is not in use now and as soon as i will make use i will let your office know.

                5. Now once again the same thing is going on. My billing is made on average consumption though the premises are vacant for last many years. This is mentioned in my last letter.in that letter i had enclosed electricity bill showing very less consumption. On those bases my bill was rectified.

                6. I has received a s. M. S. Regarding a bill of rupees 3062.00 dated[protected]. I was surprised after receiving this s. M. S. Once my bill is adjusted, this was intimation also that my premises are vacant then why bill is generated on average bases.

                7. I gave a written complaint in this regard to your office on dated ………….. And got a received copy.

                8. I gave all documents to my water meter reader to rectify the bill but no action has been taken till date.

                9. Now i got an s. M. S. To deposit an amount of rupees 4467 till dated due date 17.12.18
                Respected sir/madam

                Please rectify my bill again and as per the policy of the government please make bill which is my right and give justice to me. I once again request you to please give necessary orders to the related officers to keep this in notice that the premises are vacant so there is no reading. I shall be highly obliged if your good self-kindly see into this matter personally and issue appropriate order to waive off my water bill till date.

                  Bill dt 20th nov, 2018, for k. No [protected], installed at l-11, kailash colony-110048. (Sziii)
                  Last month, i got a bill dt 20th sept which included consolidated arrear amount of rs 2730/- despite payment of all the previous bills well within the stipulated time-frame. A representation was made; consequently, i got a call from a djb rep to provide proof the payment made. Since the call was from mobile, i sent sreenshot of payment made through paytm.

                  I was expecting adjustment of consolidated arrear amount in the next bill (Dt 20th nov). Instead, the bill was a shocker - notice of an amount of rs1, 47, 685/-, to be paid by 07 dec. I may mention that during the 22- day period, our premises was without water supply for a week; we had to resort to djb water tanker supply during 16-22 oct.

                  The authorities need to place themselves in my position and see as to how an amount of rs 1.50 lakh can be mobilized by a retired person who neither has pension nor any medical benefits to support. We are a septuagenarian couple only residing in the premises, trying to fend for itself in this environment of declining interest rates.

                  I do hope some good sense prevails and no lpsc/penalties are imposed and matter gets resolved without delay!

                    Hi,
                    Since last one month we have been supplied with stinking and black water directly coming from some drainage line in our water pipelines, we have complained to the department end number of times, technician came twice but not able to help.
                    Please someone raise our complaint to correct department so that we can get clean water which delhi jal board claims and brags of on their site. This is second time in this year, last also we suffered two months in a row in june and filed many complaints this is a regular thing now. We are being billed on water meters but not been provided the clean water.

                    Reference to the new k no: [ 3452660000], it is to inform you that i have received a delhi jal board water consumption bill of rs. 2, 858 dated 28-nov-2018. The consumption for the period i. E. 119 days . consumption are very much on the higher side as can be seen from the previous consumption history where our maximum consumption had been Rs. 500 . these bill i received without reading. You are kindly requested to issue the this bill based on the average consumption...

                        It is to inform that meter reader of new delhi-110009 (Mukherjee nagar), they were not checked meter reading of manual meters & they generated huge amount of bill & mention stop.. But our meter is running properly & also after asking them the reason they just demand for bribe, they ask to give money & they will reduce the amount of bill in system also.. Djb service is too bad, even there site is not working properly... Readers have no fear while asking for money from consumer.
                        Even we ask to install amr meters where not installed but athority refuse to install it...
                        I know there is no action will take about this mail by concern athority, but hope for best... Plz take any action on this above mentioned...

                          This complaint is against my neighbour who is a resident of 88 jagriti enclave east Delhi.Everyday his tank is overflowing for 2-3 hours but today it has been 14 hrs since the tank is overflowing on the surface road.

                                We have tried to complain various times over phone as per the number provided by djb on its website however no correction has been done so far.

                                I have been receiving bills on average basis whilst the meter for above k no. Is working properly (As on date reading is 91743). Total outstanding as of now is rs. 4756/- as i have been receiving mobile message for disconnection of the meter without any fault o[censored]s.

                                I therefore request you to kindly arrange to correct the bill and send the bill on actual consumption basis.

                                  Ever since the meters were replaced by the DJB, the bills have shot up from less than Rs 500/- to thousands and to Rs 10-15, 000/-, hitherto unconceivable.

                                  The current bill dt 20-Nov-2018 for 22 day period is high at Rs 1.50 lakh, payable by 07 Dec. This is so despite there being no water supply during the week 16th-22nd Oct when we had to resort to limited water supply through DJB .
                                  The bill is inclusive of Rs 1189.59 as arrear amount. Incidentally, previous bill dt 20th Sept to had a consolidated arrear amount of Rs 2730/- which was paid, registering a complaint; this amount is yet to see the reversal of the amount.
                                  It seems the meter has jumped due to which high consumption of 2097 units has got registered. Request have the matter resolved early.

                                  I may also mention that we are only a septuagenarian couple residing at the premises; over the week ends we move to our son's place in Gurugram; we are not in a position to pay the bill and await adjustments subsequently as per the DJB practice.

                                    Please note that your deptt. has issued a latest bill no.[protected] dt.28/9/18 for Rs.5567/- for the duration 31/7/18 to 28/9/18. The above mentioned approximate bill has been made with a remark "Premises Locked". I would like to inform you that I am presently not residing at the said premises. My actual current bill reading is 001476 till 27/11/18 (photo of current meter reading is attached along with). Kindly let me know the exact amount of bill which I have to pay. I shall be obliged.
