There is regular daily/alternate days of water wastage from tank on terrace. Whereas pipes installed on terrace are extended out in back lane which hinders the path of lane.
On requesting several times to cut the pipes which will solve the issue, not done. But still need to be checked on wastage of water from backend or regular checks on wastage of water.
I request you to do the needful on wastage of water and to cut the extended pipes to avoid the disturbance to residential on path.
An immediate action is appreciated and request to reply in acknowledment of complaint.

    My kno. Is [protected], resident of e110, gk2, new delhi.
    1. Bill received is for 71daysi. E. For more than 2 months but billing done as if for one month as consumption in 71 days increased to more than 20000 litres and therefore charged 20% extra.

    2. I have 3 floors but floor written in bill is only 1. Hence consumption per floor should be 1/3 and correct billing done.

    3. Bill is never received from djb. We make the discovery only by going to djb site and extracting the bill. Hence late payment charges should be waived.

    Please rectify bill for past 6 months & send proper bill by refunding past extra charges made.

      For the past one week the supply water is very dirty. The colour of the water is black and smells foul also. It had increases the problems of aching, rough skin, pimples. We are getting water supply at the alternate days and then also the water quality level is so bad, then what for we are paying so high for our so called rohini residential status when there are so bad government services for daily needs.

        Bill no.[protected] amounting to Rs.5559/-shows RS.4684 as arrear in the bill is not correct. It needs rectification as all my previous bills are cleared and no outstanding amount is due to me. I don't understand how you have calculated n on what ground. As I'm not in Delhi n staying with my son at Hyderabad, I'm unable to come to you personally. Kindly look into the matter n inform me at the earliest. However I am making the paymentof RS.1145.oo towards the bill.

          I would like to inform you that i have received above mentioned bill of rs. 7393/- whereas our consumption has not what i have received.
          From starting till this bill has issued, i have received by sms you have rs. 0 (Zero) bill amount whereas when i saw the bill it’s mentioned that there are two arrear let me know?
          The total consumption o[censored]nits this month has 205 units which is equal to 2, 05, 000/- liters (I. E; 1 unit = 1, 000/- liters its means 205*1000 = 2, 05, 000/- liters).
          The per day consumption of water has 6, 833.33 liters, how is it possible in 450 square fts house.
          For this i am enclosing copy of bill and copy of meter.
          Hence i am requesting to check the meter condition and waiver of all bill amount.

            Water supply djb bill has been received for rs 24964/- is too high for residential buiding water consumption. My name is s. C. Gupta. This is in reference to k. No.[protected] in the name of sh. Anil chawla & reema chawla. I am forced to write this mail to you as i'm disgusted and pained by looking at the overcharging problem on the water bills every month. It is requested to kindly look in this matter and review the bills which i have been facing since few months. I had to approach the delhi jal board office (Malviya nagar) but, the staff there is not at all cooperative. I had approached to review the bills.
            Total consumption charges - 10000/-
            Sewerage charges 60% - 6000/-
            Rain water harvesting penalty - 8307/-
            Received bill by online -19/11/2018
            Last date - 17/11/2018
            Waiting your valueble responce.

              I am a resident of hno 5464-65 laddu ghati, pahar ganj, new delhi - 110055. The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly. So many complaints have been made by me to the junior engineer office in pahar ganj. But, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities and our problem is becoming worsen day by day. It is very shameful for the jal board sewage dept. So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible.                 I would like to inform you that from last one year no one come from delhi jal board for meter reading. Please help me and send the correct invoice to pay it on time.

                We have made several request to the jal board office based at kakrola mod.

                    I have received water bill via msg that payment was due and have to pay rs 11678.00. Last water bill which was received physically was 20th july 2017. With meter reading of 396. On examining my meter found actual reading to be 419. On 16th nov 2018. We have been hardly using water and were not staying here for long. The water bill provided is not on actual reading.

                    I am willing to pay the dues if my bill is issued on actual reading.

                      We, the residents of hari vihar near metro pillar no 816, dwarka area draw your kind attention that the delhi jai board/west zone has been supplying contaminated and filthy water through public taps in this locality for the last 3-4 month on every alterrnative day. It is worth mentioning that the water is contaminated with sewage water containing brownish color with foul smell and suspended dirty particles. Thus, the water supply of this locality is worst. Moreover, it is fundamental right to access the drinking water for life and health of public by civic authorities. As a result of this, a great tension have been prevailed amongst the residents due to danger to out break of water borne diseases and skin disorders like diarrhea, dysentery, gastrotrich & skin allergy. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible

                        The water if flowing through it's main pipeline of water supply in gali no. 2.
                        Due to leakage the million of litres water has been already wasted. And no taking care about it. I am seeing this situation from 1 months.

                              Water supply djb bill has been received for rs 11904/- is too high for residential buiding water consumption. My name is s. C. Gupta. This is in reference to k. No.[protected] in the name of radha gupta w/o s. C. Gupta. I am forced to write this mail to you as i'm disgusted and pained by looking at the overcharging problem on the water bills. It is requested to kindly look in this matter and review the bills which i have been facing since few months. I had to approach the delhi jal board office (Mukherjee nagar) but, the staff there is not at all cooperative. I had approached to review the bills and told that they will be visiting to check whether the meter is fabricated or some problem is there in it. It is requested to kindly replace the meter in order to solve the problem. We consume water for day to day use only.in the protest we have not deposited the bill amount of rs 4874/- of aug, 2018.2017. Last bill paid was also for ₹1696/- for two months ie april-june 2018. I have decided not to pay the bill until this problem gets resolved. I request you to kindly resolve this issue within 7-8 days of receiving this mail otherwise i will be forced to approach the appropriate authorities.

                                I am a senior citizen and i visited your rohini, sector -6 office and they told me to get water meter tested by l& t, this water meter was fixed on[protected].
                                Since it is working from 9 years, hence mechanical defect can occur easily.

                                Please permit to install a new water meter.

                                  I, resident of wz-417 naraina village facing a hazardous issue regarding sewage block nd over flow from a long time. Despite of many reminders no work is done till now.
                                  The main sewage system blocks oftenly and lead to unhygenic enviornment near by.

                                    Due to above problem our one kid was admitted in hospital for 2 days and other one is still sick.

                                    Previously i was of the opinion that djb undar aap government used to listen public complete and try to resolve then without fail.

                                    Please try to maintain our faith in djb and app government, further i request to resolve the issue earliest possible.

                                      Hello sir,

                                      I am writting this to you after a long time been spent by my father for the complaint redressal expectation from delhi jal board. After roaming at every possible place for redressel and getting nothing else then disappointment from ever where i had no option left then writting this to you.
                                      The water supply in vishnu garden area is worst then the sewer water.

                                      My younger brother had had stomach infection after drinking this water.. I had sever allergy after taking bath from the same water. I mean if we are moving leaglly and not using any alternate source of water such as boaring n ol then this is what we are getting in result? Who is responsible for the detoriaration of the health of my family members. Attaching the cleanest water we had in our house in these weeks... Rest we had black coloured water supply to with a # smell of sewer

                                        I, anjali walia, resident of d-2 /82a, jeewan park, bear gautam nursing home, pankhha road uttam nagar. Have already register the complain with delhi jal board, the complain no. For the same is [protected]. I would like to draw your kind attention towards me the for the last 10-15 days the dirty water is coming in the delhi jal board pipe line very foul smell is coming from the water. It is very difficult to drink the water, there is a great danger of spreading the diseases from dirty water. There are kids and senior citizen at home also. I
