The Bills are showing as LOC although the Meter is active but there is no consumption of water since I am away from the City/ Country.
REQUEST FOR EARLY RESOLVING...

One bill of KNO [protected] shows arrears whereas the bill of the previous month had no arrears.
For the other K NO 63871000, a complaint had been registered yet we have been charged....

I filed a complaint to Delhi Jal board on 12th May 22 mentioning we don’t have a consistent supply of water and we can’t even see a single drop of water. For the past month, we have been dealing with the same problem. I filed a complaint about it with the number DJB[protected], but have yet to receive a response. My complain is still pending, no one from Delhi Jal board team responded yet.

We have been facing the issue of water scarcity for last 4 years in A-Block Suraj Vihar. If I talked about present month, almost daily basis we struggled a lot almost every day for getting water.

Dear Sir,
We are having a meter no. K[protected] in the name of Sh. Dharmapal Chohan. The meter reading taken by the employee of Delhi jal board by Sh. Abhay on 27.04.22 was wrongly taken. The bill generated for 64 days consumption is only 2 units which is wrong. We therefore request you to again take the meter reading and regenerate the bill on actual consumption.

I live in Indira Vikas colony, Delhi. From the past 1 week the municipality water is coming extremely polluted and dirty. Now it is creating so much hindrances in our day to day household work as well as creating hygiene issue due to this we are now completely dependent on external water supply. The water supply in Dwarka sector-28, Bamnoli is really bad. Most of the times the water is undrinkable, smelly like sewage and sometimes the water isn’t even supplied. This has led many health problems among the people living here.
Prompt action is required by the Delhi Jal board....
