Respected authority,
This is to inform about the illegal bore well run in tughlakabad extension.
Owner pushpa devi w/o Bangali ram gupta Ta/2A main jagdamba road, tughlakabad extension, has run an illegal bore well and Illegal water is being supplied by wrong money is being taken from the people living in the area.

It has been noticed by a number of people and after been informed that its a punishable offence the owner of borewell and their son Surender gupta (criminal) and also servant Pappu( a big offender) has kept on threatning people that your water connection will be disconnected.

Due to the fear no one has ever stood against them and they are spreading terror in that area.

They are pro actively involved in illegal activities and giving money as bribe to different departments of government.

Being a social activist its my responsibility to inform the authorities about all these illegal things running in that area.

I demand a strong action against the owner of borewell and request to cease that.

They should be charged a high penalty for the illegal distribution of "borewell water" so that a bench mark can be set for people who are doing illegal activities like this.

This kind of act is hampering the water supply for people living in that area and allowing some people to be provoked for doing such acts.

I request the authorities to take a quick actions against this illegal water distribution as it is also influencing crime in the city as well.

      Delhi Jal Board dug a pit in Jharoda, Burari area to do some work, but after working, they did not fix that road properly and it is a big hole, due to which any vehicle would have trouble coming an its risky at night time

      Could you please look into this matter and resolved the same

        DJB has served huge water bill on my closed premises where no one stays for more than 18 months and before that also it was occupied for 5-6 months in less than 3 past years.
        Middle men are asking for money to get the case solved which i dont want to pay. Plz help you can also access my electricity bill from BSES department or else I can share on email as an evidence that no one stayed in this house for more than 4 years.

          Dear Sir,

          It is to bring to your notice that our locality (B 103 Lalitchandra Nawash Inder Enclave Phase II Kirari 110086) has been suffering the problem of acute water shortage for the last 5 months. Water supply has been extremely poor on a day to day basis making our lives miserable. Quite often, water supply is so scanty that it is not sufficient for day to day use such as cooking, washing etc. Sometimes water is supplied for only half an hour in a week and sometimes we have to wait the whole week for water. But it is a very poor dribble that we get from the tap.I therefore, on behalf of our locality, request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to restore proper supply of water on a regular basis.

            I live in Adarsh Nagar. The water being supplied to our area is of extremely poor as if it is sewage water with bad smell. It has been almost a month to this problem. No effective measures have been taken to resolve the problem. This is causing big problem to do our household work like bathing, cooking, drinking etc. it has caused health issues to many of people in society.

              This email is in regard to odd hours for the delhi jal board (DJB)water supply. My parents are residents of B- Block Vasant Vihar.
              Since last many months the water is supplied at different times.

              First of all there is no fixed time when the water is supplied. Secondly the water comes if it comes at mid night.

              These problems are traumatizing my elderly parents where one is heart patient and second is having cancer. We do not have any helper and my parents are always stressful about the water supply.

              I request you please provide a fixed schedule for the water supply. Please take into consideration there age, health.

              Please show SOME HUMANITY and stop playing with citizen's time and health.

                I want to register a complaint for the wrong bill that we got due to wrong meter reading.

                We have not got any bill at our residence for the past 3-4 years.We assumed it is because our bill has been zero for every month.But in March 2022, we received our first bill in so long for Rs 7320.

                I got informed from your customer care department that this bill was first generated in May 2019 and they also informed me that it was clearly generated due to wrong meter reading.

                Please note that we have continuously kept track of our every month's water reading and we always consumed on average about 12-13 KiloLiteres. Please verify our meter readings again and correct our wrong bill.

                Current Meter reading: 1512 Kilo Liter

                  The Delhi Jal Board has generated a bill of Rs.147109.00 citing this is a bill over the course of 3 years for a connection in our building. The fact that they were not able to generate the bill should not put an onus on the customer to pay such a hefty amount.

                    There no water supply at our building, rohini sec 16 g2 101 no. Ist Floor, no water supply, irregular water supply in building. On Saturday and Sunday no water supply in building. Even after successful payment of our building for water and electricity there are gaps in water supply. We want to know the particular reason why this is happening and please kindly attempt to mitigate this issue as soon as possible otherwise we would proceed further in consumer court .

                      From past 3 days the water quality has detiorated in our block -11 old rajinder nagar (pin code -110060)
                      We have checked the TDS value of supply water which was found to be around 400

                      Requesting you to kindly divert fresh water with drinkable limit of TDS value
                      Or take necessary steps deemed to make this water quality fit for drinking

                        I have received inflated wrong bills from last two months.

                        No meter readings have been taken and bills are just some assumed avarage reading.

                        Pl cancel all the bills as our consumption is far lower than 20k liters.

                          I am resident of 553, Bhai Parmanand colony west, near Tagore park. (north-west) delhi-110009. Please note contaminated water is coming through the supply of djb in my home for last two months. All my neighbor are also facing such type problem. Contaminated water is just like yellowish smelly sewerage water. This contamination has caused epidemic of stomach upset and skin related problem. In this regard our Assosiation had also complained so many times but no action has been taken by concerned officials of Delhi Jall Board. This is to bring to you kind notice and should be rectify and immediate action should be taken in interest of public health and welfare at large. It is once again requested for the arrange to supply fresh water, repair the pipe line.
                          An early action would be highly appreciated in this matter and oblige.

                              I have complain regarding excess amount of bill. It shows that the bill is Rs. 6230. I request you to kindly check my bill details one more time as I think there is an error somewhere and I also request you to please check my meter once because bill is very high as comparison of our consumption. We are just four members in family and have only 500Litre water tank.

                                    Water bill amount is too high can't be acceptable.

                                    We have received a bill of Rs. 2153 in our K No: [protected], which is beyond our usage. The bill amount received is beyond the expectation and it surely a mistake.

                                        K No: [protected] Grievance Nos [protected] dt[protected] and [protected] dt[protected] which are shown as complete BUT NOT YET RESOLVED wherein I had requested for a REFUND of Rs. 7, 750 due to me since I was forced to pay your Arbitrary bills raised on the pretext of meter having stopped STOP. I request that the payments made by me for the period from[protected] to date may please be refunded to me which I had made apprehending that DJB may not disconnect the Water Connection for non-payment which in fact are not due at all, as there is no consumption of Water. The refund due to me as a result of arbitrary billing is Rs. 7, 750/- which includes Rs. 3, 398 comprising of Rs. 2, 526 as STP
