Respected Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint against DJB department for sending incorrect and inaccurate
inflated water bills.
My K. No is [protected]. They do not even come for meter reading and have been sending ‘STOP’
meter bills without any reading but adding 50-60 average units in every bill since last 18 months.
I can prove that with all my past bills. They are just adding approx. 50-60 units every time and adds
to my water bill which is not the right practice.
My water consumption is average 8 units per month (I have been taking reading myself coz no one comes from DJB).
My request is to please rectify this problem soon and look into the root cause of the matter \
seriously.

I also called up Helpline number[protected] and the representative said that the department has updated my meter from 4th May 2022, which is actually not true. It is the fraud which they are doing. My meter is working fine and has not been changed from the department so why they have updated my meter in their records. Is it because then no one can go in the past records and correct the bill?
The reading which is shown in my latest bill has also been taken from me. They have not come to take the meter reading.

1. Submitted online complaint on 2nd June, nothing happened. No one replied back or provided solution.
2. Submitted written complaint during DJB camp organized by MLA Mr. Madan Lal. Nothing happened. Date:- 10th June. No one replied back or provided solution.
3. Spoke with Krishan Pal from Giri Nagar office on 11th July. He said my complaint is still open and no need to pay till the my bill problem is resolved.
4. Have visited Ms ZRO at Giri Nagar branch, she does not listen completely and says they will get back to us. Then no one reverts back.

We have raised a complaint grievance [protected] for KnO [protected] for this high Bill Amount of more than 5000/- of about 90 units ad we have paid bills since 2017 because we don't have that kind of water usage and nether have we increased our usage.

It has been 12 days the time we were asked to wait for a response and there isn't any.

After this we'll be charged late payment fee and could cut out water supply.

This is disgusting

No reading taken on 01.11.2021 and same reading of 2234 as on 28.08.2021 because of which huge bill is generated in March, 2022. Repeatedly I am asking for consolidation and no body is attending.

There is no water supply in ranjit nagar area, south patel nagar..specifically gali no. 5A from last 1 week. kindly inform about the water timings and resolve the issue ASAP.

Water supply to our locality in Mahavir Enclave Part 1, Bengali Colony is very bad from April 2022. Since April water supply to our locality is not reaching to our street, number of complaint has been lodge but so far no solution, every time we lodge complaint they say wait 48, 12 hours for resolution but nothing is done, we get water supply once or some time twice a week through pipe line but it doesn't come as per scheduled supply. we have to wake up whole night some time to check if water is coming and keep checking motor on/off to know if water is coming or not. Water supply was ok before April 2022. Two weeks back we were told that CT 1 is not getting proper raw water supply hence pressure is low. Now these days whatever little water reaching us is foul smell its sewer water that we are getting. no one is listening our complaint and no solution is done so far. now its raining all over so low water supply issue is also not there. At times we are help less to buy 20 litre water bottle for our routine jobs like toilet use etc. We are not able to wash clothes as supply that reaching us is about few buckets and there is no other means of water with us. There are watsup number for jal board help line and other option but who will solve the issue? If complaint cant be solved with one option then there is no use of making so many option for complaints. we have lodge our complaints on all the method that are available with Jal Board including emails.

Will any one help in this?

Dear concern,

Im a resident of A4/188 paschim vihar new delhi 63. DJB installed a new water pipeline in our area but there is no water supply available from past 10 days and in old pipeline also there is no water suppy and if sometime water comes then the quality of water is very dirty. People in our area are facing serious issue and this will lead to lot of problems and diseases.
Please help and take action on immediate basis.

I am receiving the bills for my above meter as stopped. The meter is functional. the same has been noticed by me. I had put the first complaint on the 19th March, & the second one on the 09/06/2022. Nobody has visited to inspect the same. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

My I draw your kind attention towards the problm of dirty Water come in DJB water supply of J J Colony khanpur Colony ambedkar nagar vidhansabha area.
People of JJ Colony khanpur suffer this problm last 10 days due to which They suffering from loose motion, vomiting, diarrhea, and other problems.

I am a resident of b-290, Hari nagar delhi. Water coming is dirty and with a foul smell since 15 days. My younger brother has even gotten diarrhoea. I had filed a complain earlier but action has been taken.. pls look into it

Our water tanker (Vehicle No: DL1LS5733, Driver Name: Deepak) which comes every Tuesday, Which remains mostly bad, due to which its time is not fixed, nor any day is fixed, it happens 2-3 times in a month when the tanker does not come on its scheduled day. We keep waiting, no one informs us why the tanker will not come today, but no one picks up the phone even when we call. We have called several times Mr. Satish Kumar ([protected]) but he neither picks up the phone nor does he reply to the message.

Since the summer has started, we are facing serious issue with quality and supply of water. The direct water coming from Delhi Jal Board is yellow, stinking and dirty. Me and my family members are having stomach infections quite frequently now.

In capital city, DJB, can't you provide clean water to residents.
