महोदय निवेदन,

इस प्रकार है डेढ़ महीने होने को जा रहा है लेकिन इस गली में पानी नहीं आ रहा है लोगों के बार-बार मेल करने विधायक के पास जाने से भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो रहा है केवल आश्वासन दिया जा रहा है JE द्वारा चेक करवाने पर पानी के प्रेशर की कमी बताई गई लेकिन डेढ़ महीना होने को जा रहा है पानी का प्रेशर तेज छोड़ा जा नहीं रहा जिस कारण कुछ गलियों को को पानी नहीं मिल पा रहा है ! सुबह सुबह लोग 4 बजे उठकर पानी के डिब्बे लेकर दूर-दूर से ढोने लगते हैं! लोग यहां पर 400 ₹500 की प्राइवेट टंकी मंगा कर भर रहे हैं! डेढ़ महीने में 2 दिन दिल्ली जल बोर्ड का टैंकर आया जिससे लड़ाई झगड़ा इतना हो जाता है कि कोई पानी भर भी नहीं पाता है!
और टैंकर इस बात का सलूशन नहीं है कि पानी मिल जाएगा विधायक और जूनियर इंजीनियर केवल खानापूर्ति कर रहे हैं यहां के लोग तकरीबन डेढ़ महीने से परेशान हो गए हैं और सीएम ऑफिस के बाहर किसी दिन धरना देने को बोल रहे हैं आम आदमी की पार्टी की छवि यहां पर बहुत अच्छी है लेकिन पानी ना आने की वजह से खराब हो रही है कुछ गलियों में दिक्कत है और कुछ गलियों में 4/5 घंटे पानी आता है इंजीनियर द्वारा यहां सर्वे भी किया गया कि अगर मेन रोड की लाइन से लाइन जोड़ दी जाए तो पानी का प्रेशर यहां तेज आ जाएगा जिस कारण वश लोगों को पानी मिल जाएगा लेकिन डेढ़ महीने होने को जा रहा है ना तो प्रेशर तेज छोड़ा नहीं जा रहा है!

कृपया करके मान्यवर समस्या का समाधान करें धन्यवाद

    This is to inform you that the water supply has been affected for the last 15 days in the gali no.35, Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh area.
    The water supply has been scanty and erratic for the last 15 days, there is also no regular timing known. Sometimes water is smelly, unclean and not usable.
    For the last 4-5 days, situation has become worst, there is not even a single drop.
    Kindly provide water supply specifically in lane no.35, Beadon pura, Karol Bagh, at least for few hours, as soon as possible.
    It is becoming unbearable in this scorching heat. Expecting a humane and fast reply/ redressal.

      Dear consumer complaint forum,
      My meter was theft in dt. 23rd May 20, which I already inform to DJB through mail & also raise a FIR for the same but no result came till March 22.
      During the period form June 20 to March 22 DJB charge for approx. 25KL per month from us & we paid all the bills generated during this period so, we paid extra money with every billing, all the calculation is already shared with the department but still waiting to adjust.

      Please ask them to adjust my money in my coming billing or refund my extra money back because I already sent more then 20 mails to the DJB till today dt. 2nd May 22.

        Dear DJB,
        We people residing in WZ-553B, Nangal Raya, Near Chawla Book depo facing an issue of non supply of water in our area from last 3 week.
        The problem get serious with time.
        Pastly we got water supply with time two times a day, once in morning from 5 to 8am and in the evening from 5 to 6.30 pm.
        But now aren't getting supply in the morning nor in evening. So we get up at midnight for approximately 3to 4 times just to get water supply. But we barely get 10 -15mint supply in one of our house in our neighborhood. That water is unclean and non drinkable.
        We request you to resolve this issue. As soon as possible. Without water we aren't able to do anything.
        This complaint is from whole neighborhood of Nangal Raya, Near Chawla Book depo.

          Dear DJB,
          We people residing in WZ-1566 Nangal Raya, Near Chawla Book depo facing an issue of non supply of water in our area from last 2 week.
          The problem get serious with time.

            I am a resident of Dwarka, Sec-4, Delhi where it seems the amount of chlorination in Tap water has increased significantly as a result the water not only is smelly but, also has a strong medicinal taste associated to it.
            Request you to please take this up to Delhi Jal Board and SDMC for further investigation on the same.

              My name is Sandeep Verma I live in subhash Nagar (West Delhi) pin code 110027. we are facing problem of insufficient water supply from last one month. we only get water for 10 minutes that is only one or 2 buckets of water in the whole day. me my family and my neighbors We all are in big problem because of this.

              Please do the needful so that we can have sufficient water supply for a daily needs

                  Hey i m sanjana live in vishnu garden maddi wali gali . There is no water supply in vishnu garden from last 4 to 5 days . We need to wake up whole night and wait for the water but there is no supply we are doung this from last 4 to 5 days. What is going on in summers everyone need more water in there house do you really think we can survive without water . Now it’s unmanageable . Take a quick action and start the supply in this area it’s already 5 days we don’t have single drop of water and now it’s crossing the limit

                          DJB Water KNo. [protected]

                          DJB suggest to replace the water meter which we got replaced on 28-Jan-2020. Since the meter was marked defective so were asked to pay a bill of Rs 1559. We paid the same on 22-Mar-2022.

                          Since new working meter is there but still we are getting a standard bill and meter status is set to STOPPED. Even after the Reader has taken the reading and accepted that yes meter is working. We have received a bill of Rs 18000 (Eighteen thousands)

                          We raised the issue with DJB via a written complaint on 11-Mar-2022, since we were out of station for most of the intervening time as below

                          1) 08-Jun-2019 to 02-Dec-2019

                          2) 10-Jun-2020 to 20-Feb-2021

                          3) 20-Jun-21 to 20-Feb-2022

                          To verify this, last two years Electricity bills were asked and we have submitted the same. Yet no change has been done,

                          When we visit the DJB office in Sec-6 Rohini they say the Reader has to send data. When we speak to the reader he says i have sent details and it is for now officers to make the correction.

                          It seems no one is willing to take and action and just keep on piling the standard charges every month. Paying a billing which is excessive and unjust when we just stay in the house for 6 months or so each year.

                          Please fix meter status and re-calculate the water charges as per meter reading.

                            Dear Sir, It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of acute water shortage and contaminated water for last 1 month. Water supply has been extremely poor on day to day basis making our lives miserable.Some people have chronic gastric problems due to dirty water..plz resolve it as soon as possible..

                              This is to inform that someone has stolen my water meter No.KNO-[[protected]] regd. in the name of Vishal Tiwari r/o 5/51UGF old rajinder nager delhi -60 on 02.12.2021 in the early morning. I am buy and install a new water meter, DJB wants a copy of FIR for the same. kIndly register my FIR for the same and copy given to me.

                                The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as rddt (Reading detained) and previous reading status as 1055 units. According to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that the rentholder is not in delhi from almost 3 months so how can the reading increase. Our meter is working and in good condition and have been checked.
                                He also said that we have to waste water if not needed but reading has to be increased unless they will always charge extra.
                                It is a pure case of fraud and looting of general public. please solve this.

                                    The water coming from taps and motor is so dirty and stinky, a person can't even wash his/her face with it. We can't drink this water, use this water for washing utensils, can't take a bath and this dirty water has been a problem to us since more than a month.I'm staying in govindpuri gali no. 3 in a flat. Plz provide us with some clean water even if the supply is for short duration still it's ok but don't provide this sewer water to us. This is a huge risk to our health and lives. Plz look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                        As per the current bill and the last bill the RDDT status was showing due to which the revenue department was charging the amount if the water line was not cleaned and they were not taking the action against that rather they charge the bill to us what kind of policy this is I am not able to understand this is the proper case of the fraudulent. As well as they never send the bill of last month.
