Request you to help us here in getting water connection at our home which is located at Ambetkar palace, Baprola vihar (pin code-110041) as we have applied for a new water connection at Delhi Jal Board Office (Nangli Dairy, Metro Station, Najafgarh Road, Delhi) and payment submitted on dated 18 Dec'21 (receipt number[protected] with application number 45328 (dated 2 Dec'21). After making lots of efforts by visiting Delhi Jal board office (near pani takni najafgarh road) we were unable to getting a connection at our home and registered a complaint on dated 5 Jan’22 on toll free number[protected] with complaint number 266238 and till date we have given reminder 3 times to them for help us in getting connection. But they are also seems helpless here.

As of now we are dependent on our neighbours for daily needs of water. Somehow we have managed the situation just because of winters but now the summer session has started.

I am mentioning all the necessary details below for your necessary action. You are requested to help us as soon as possible.

Meter box showing constant reading since sept 2021

I am a resident of Pkt D Dilshad Garden Delhi 95 flat no 44.
Ist of all our pockets water storage tank roof got down before 15 Dec 2021 & still not completed due to which lots of problems occur every day.

2nd the water quality is very bad and smell comes from water.

In above regards I approach every day.

All last hoping a favourable outcome from your co-operation with earliest.

I am one of the resident of Jheel Khuranja which comes under the Krishna Nagar, East Delhi -110051 area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past 2 weeks which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

I have resident of swatantra nagar gali no 6a narela delhi-110040. Water supply timing im this area is 4:30 am. We are very disappointed for this timing because this is very bad time. It's very difficult to awake early morning. So you are requested to change our time like afternoon.

I am facing extreme problem as sewer is back to my house. My complaint No. DJB[protected] dated 13.2.2022 and many reminders been given. even then has not been addressed. Pl. take n.a at the earliest.

The mainhole and rain water drains is kept opened which is very dangerous. If somebody fells inside and it is very difficult to save the person or animal etc. Second reason is health problem as the mainhole and rain water drains smells a lot which is dangerous. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

the pipes were recently put underground by the people who claimed that valves were being put in the pipes but the roads are still not repaired after the work is done. The people working said it was their duty and the roads will be repaired soon after their work is done. It has been months and the roads are still not repaired.

Please do the needful in getting the roads repaired

I'm a resident of east delhi E block krishna nagar.
The officials do not come to take water meter reading regularly every month and thus our bills do not generate for 2-3 months at a time and when they generate they have a penalty amount. We cant see any bill for our corresponding meter number online as well during the absense of the officials.

Why should we pay penalty when the water bill itself is not generated.!?
Please ask them to come regularly.

Apke office walo ne meter change krne ko bola tha. To wo hmane change kr diya h, apke yha se koi bhi reading lene nhi aya. Ab phir se hmara pani ka bill bahut jayada diya hai.please ap apne office se kisi ko reading check krne ke liye bheje.Or reading check krke hi bill beheje.

Smells very bad and causing health problems

My water connection No is KNO : [protected]. My water meter has been stolen by thieves, I just got to know as I just opened my home today.

kindly please lodge my FIR complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.

Initially my meter reader didn't visit for reading and made bill on provisional basis. I request him to cancel as consumed unit are under the limit but he didn't adjust my bill as per my meter reading which is very nominal and under exemption.
Recently I received bill amounting to Rs. 4188/- which is totally baseless. Kindly resolve my request and settle my o/s to zero.

Hereafter I am attaching the screenshot of last bill with meter reading details and unit consumed.

The water has been o[censored]nusable quality since last 15 days, getting progressively dirtier. It smells of feacal matter. Everyone in the family and many of our neighbors have fallen sick even when they only used it for hand washing and brushing. Water purifiers have also malfunctioned. Kindly resolve this asap.

I have applied for new water connection and allotted with KO no. [protected]. I have paid Rs1000/ initial amount vide bill no.[protected] dated 03 Feb 22 (Copy of the bill is attached). Till date no connection is installed. My house has no water supply and I am compelled to buy water daily. I have tried all sources but got no response. My address is as follows:-
