I Raj Pathak would raise a complaint on behalf on my family that I am consumer of K No. [protected] with Neema Pathak.
My concern is that I have received a bill of Rs. 29, 471/- by your side. We have a small family of 4 persons & out of which 3 are working peoples, so 500 Liters water tank is probably used by us in a day. The bill displays a shocking amount of Rs. 29, 471/- for a year. Even though we used max. time our submersible water motor for household activities. We only use Jal board water for drinking. This bill seems to be miscalculated and erroneous & I can't pay this bill because I had already lodged my hard copy complaint to your JAL board but none any satisfactory action taken by your side. They replaced the water meter for a week & later they installed the same & told that we had a consumption which is unbelievable. We aren’t as much salary as our water bill generated.
So, I request the concerned authorities to kindly go through my problem and should be resolved from the root so that no problem can arise in the future. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and do the needful to waive off the bill and bring me respite.

Meter reader has not come to our premises and marked as meter locked, whereas there are two families reside in the same building having two different meters. One family resides there permanently whereas we keep on coming from Bengaluru for short period but building never remains locked. Now we found a bill dated 06 amounting to Rs.1402/- (for the period from 22-03-21 to 22-05-21 with 51KL consumption) due for payment on 8th Jun 21.
The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked). The status of Reading is shocking to me as one family remains present in the premises and it never remains locked.
Nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity.
