To whom it may concern:

I Raj Pathak would raise a complaint on behalf of my family that I am a consumer of K No. [protected] with Neema Pathak.

My concern is that I have received a bill of Rs. 29, 471/- by your side. We have a small family of 4 people & out of which 3 are job working, so 500 Liters water tank is probably used by us in a day. The bill displays a shocking amount of Rs. 29, 471/- for a year. Even though we used max. time our submersible water motor for household activities. We only use Jal board water for drinking. This bill seems to be miscalculated and erroneous & I can't pay this bill because I had already lodged my hard copy complaint to your JAL board but none of any satisfactory action taken by your side. They replaced the water meter for a week & later they installed the same & told us that we had a consumption which is unbelievable. We aren’t as much salary as our water bill generated.

So, I request the concerned authorities to kindly go through my problem and should be resolved from the root so that no problem can arise in the future. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and do the needful to waive off the bill and bring me respite.

      We have received water bill of Amount 482 for Meter Number [protected]. Nobody has come to our premises for the water bill reading. Also on the bill received, meter status is showing as " Meter Locked ( MLOC ) ". Not sure how this is possible when there are number of families living over at the same address ( 52 Old Gupta Colony Vijay Nagar Delhi 110009 )
      Kindly check and wave off the Bill Amount .

        Its been 1 month we do not get our point of water tanker, Driver comes with water tanker and then refuse to come to our place because of xyz reason, however other drivers are coming in our place without any issue, i have requested to get small water taker as well, informed our locality JE Rakesh however he issue is not resolved and now he is also not picking our phone calls, not sure where to file complete, i need action on drive who refuse to come our place and then later he sell that water taken to someone else with exchange of money,
        I need to get this issue resolved ASAP please, i need water in my please as we are out of water and not sure where to file complaint.
        If required i will provide driver phone number as well who refuse to come to my place with water tanker

          इस पाइप लाइन में अकसर रिसाव रहता है .जिससे गली में आने जाने वाले राहगीरों को काफी परेशानी होती है, और पानी स्कूल की दिवार के साथ लगने से दिवार में नुकसान की सम्बावना रहती है, आपसे निवेदन है की इसे ठीक किया जाये .धन्यवाद्

            We are getting extremely dirty foul smell water supply since 1months .However its a regular problem but now is the limit as we are forced to drink that dirty water. Don't get enough water supply and the supply we are getting is too dirty to even smell .Should people of delhi deserve this water i don't think so .Can't imagine what slums are getting. Its really dirty water and supply is very less .We are not able to go to office on time and have a good bath.Body stinks when we take bath with that dirty water.Supply is very less .Its my humble request that atleast supply sufficient clean water to us as its been months that we are facing it .Authorities please awake and supply clean water with good supply as situation is pathetic now and we are irritated now.Black dirty water supply.

              Dear sir,

              Ref to Diary no 10816 dated the 27/01/2021

              Kindly refer to diary no 10816 dated 27/1/21, relating to above mentioned premises which is intermittently used and by and large closed, and water facilities utilised is minimal and much less than the 20000 litres/ month allowed limit for minimal billing.

              However, we are aghast to see that in the last 6 months, we have been raised 2 bills of over Rs 5000 and Rs 6000 stating "RDDT" as the meter reading whereas there is almost no water usage every month.

              Kindly refer to the above issue and help us resolve it and refund the bill amounts and streamline further monthly bills as the amounts are disproportionate to almost zero water consumption in the house.
              Kindly refund us the amount of Rs 6365 paid on 15/12/20 and rectify the current bill of Rs 5220 raised on 18/01/21 which is due on 4/2/21.

                I am living in Pkt. 16 sec-24, rohini, delhi. There is water available only alternate day leading to unhyegenic problems and hell like situation while in other Rohini sectors water comes everyday.

                Please rectify the problem immediately.

                  K.NO-[protected] Received bill Amount Rs-7614 today.Delhi Jal Board water supply not received .Then have used Summer Sewer Water.How can possible 53 unit consumption and Bill Amount.When Meter reader come said to you please take actual reading then send bill.But he ignore me.He also advice me please paid this amount and disconnect its.Actual reading are only 08 unit. Why I pay this amount

                      The water supply here is pathetic, The water is so smelly and dark in colour which makes it difficult for us to even wash our hands using it forget about drinking the same. It looks like the supply is coming from sewers. I would request you to please look into it at the earliest.

                            Hi, We are getting dirty water for last two weeks continuously in D Block, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar.
                            There was some work going to stop old pipelines which should not affect the new pipelines at all. But still we are getting very dirty water. Life has become very difficult here without any clean water. Always a foul smell in houses, and no clean water to clean or wash it. No water for bath, washing cloths.

                                Bill no[protected]
                                I have been charged 5551rs without any water consumption. Connection is taken at this address KHNO 12-10 Uttrakhand, Jindpur Village ND-110036 and the KNO-[protected]. That house is empty no one live there since 2017 and there is no water tank in that house. We paid the connection fees 6500rs When we applied for connection. Even we haven't connected the main DJB pipeline with that house. So why Delhi Jal Board sending us bill When we are not consuming water, even pipes also didn't connected. I am a poor person please have a look on my problem as soon as possible. We took water connection from Delhi Jal Board for future connection. and already paid the new connection fees. Please DJB solve this issue.
