During this covid19 it's so difficult without water... We need to was our hand and take bath whenever we come from outside. Can you please tell me when it ll start supplying water?

    Address: adhchini, aurobindo apartments

    In adhchini and aurobindo apartments from last 2 days there is no water supply, no tanker facility has been provided by the delhi jal board and officials do not pick the call despite calling several times including the je.

    In these corona virus times, as arogya setu data shows that are 22 covid cases in 1km's periphery, water is important for washing hands and for sanitation. I would like to draw attention of the conerned authorities to please address our concern as a matter o[censored]rgency.

    Delhi jal board is under delhi govt, we have an aap mla who does'nt respond to our concerns. Please provide us water tanker, we are suffering.

      Sir,
      Vide this letter we like to draw attention of the concerned authorities toward the consisting blocked and stinking sewage in front of school’s main gate. It is a great problem where at the measures are taken by school regarding health & hygiene have been failed to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
      So it is the almost need and request to kindly look into the matter and help us to overcome this atrocious situation at the earliest.
      It is humble requested to depute a person to clean the sewage time to time for hygiene and healthy environment

        This is to inform that bill is generated without meter reading taken by meter reader person. As our meter started on date 26.5.2014, meter no. : 981131, new kno. :[protected], dairy no. : 1485.
        And our earlier complaint letter dated on 25.7.2015, meter reading 00229.71, dairy no. :6350, djb saket delhi.
        And our current meter reading is 01855.9.
        After getting through the above information. However i request you to look into the matter and help to resolve the issue asap.

            Our residance address rze-7 jaivihar najafgarh new delhi 110043. K. No [protected]. Once we can't give water meter reading and our water bill was auto generate with amount of 496 rupees.
            And that was carry forward for next month from previous months. So please check and do correction in our water bill

            I Ramesh Singh. Our residance address RZE-7 JAIVIHAR NAJAFGARH NEW DELHI 110043. K.NO [protected]. Once we are unable to give water meter reading and our water bill was auto generate with Amount of 496 Rupees.
            And that Amount will carry forwarded for next month from previous months continuously. So please check and do correction in our water bill

                Please refer complaint no 173415 dated 27 Aug 2018 and grievance no [protected] regarding no water supply against KNO [protected] and requested to shift supply through new pipelines laid in the Om Vihar phase 3 Nttam Nagar. Nothing is happened so far.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  This is regarding the water bill for the period 8th july to 29th august received by me. My kno no. [protected]. (Category -1, domesic type). This is the second time that the i am receiving so high water bill of rs 3499 which is not understandable for me. This bill seems to be miscalculated or there must be some problem with the water meter. Ours is a small family with 2 adults and 2 minors and only 500 litres water tank. The history of the previous units consumed showed that i never received any bill of such a amount since last two years. And that too you can check on your end in your records. My earlier bills cycle shows an average bill in the range rs 300 to rs 400, which has suddenly jumped to rocking amount of rs 6000 and 4000 around. This new meter shows a steep hike of 200 units for 51 days, which is unbelievable, as my water consumption remains the same. I request you to kindly go through my problem on priority basis and do the needful to rectify the bill and change my present erroneous water meter. I request the concerned authorities to rectify the bill and bring me respite. Thanks simmi. 5-b, dda flats, taimoor enclave, new friends colony, new delhi-110025.

[protected] period of 8/6/20 to 24/8/20 total days 77 days used 37 unit consume as per calculation Jun consume units 11.05 July in 14.89 and in August 11.53 as per subsidy 20kl but every month we below of 20KL units so why billing me please clarify regarding this bill and average units used only 14.41 units so please update my bill.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I a writing this mail for complaining the wrong and Excess bill charged by Delhi Jal Board, My K No. is [protected], Sewerage charge is 60% of water consumption is totally unacceptable, there are no sewerage in our area, also in the name of service charges Delhi Jal Board is lutting money from middle peoples, according to bill we have used 1000L in a day which is impossible as there are very limited use of water nor more than 400 Ltr in a day which is maximum.

                        Also attached file bill shows bill only for the period of 03 Jun to 04 Jun, How hilarious is this in one day we have used so much water, I ensure that there are no water leakage at my home and no any other consumption had in past, before and after lockdown my water bill was 300 to 800 for a month which is maximum including all charges.

                        I request you to please get all reversed Sewerage charges and Service charges Amount Rs 1600 around

                        I am not only one person, even in all my area bill is excess charges by delhi govt, however it may be strategy of Delhi govt of making money as they dont have money to pay their employees and later on they will reverse, but i dont want pay excess.

                        How delhi govt is lutting money only for his advertisement is totally unacceptable.

                        I urge you to please intervene and get it reverse all the charges asap.

                            Delhi Jal Board is not being built the road after breaking them for providing sewer line now they are moving ahead for providing sewer line and making roads side by side after breaking them off but they have forget about making our road because they have provide a sewer line before a lockdown and due to lockdown the work has stopped in between when they started their work they moved to another gali of govindpuri and forget about our gali no. 13 near holi chowk

                              Smelly and Dirty Water Supply ...

                              We are getting smelly and dirty water from past few days (corporation water) at New Mahavir Nagar Gali number 22, Tilak Nagar ... This water is of no use because its Smells like gutter water ...
                              This is very bad situation for us where we are not able to use water not even for taking bath...

                              Even water supply get cuts at 7 pm Everyday..
                              Please fix this asap so that we can use this water for drinking and other purposes ...

                                Our k no. Is. [protected] we presume of getting higher bill of water as i am only one members in family and i am working inspite getting higher bills than others who have joint family at home. Please get our water meter changed with new one to solve the problem as earlier with old meter we were not getting that much bill which we are getting now with new meters. These new meters were changed automatically by the department earlier in whole of our quarter in placement of old meters.

                                      I have received my bill vide sms of rs.1605 on dated 30.07.2020.
                                      Sir my bill is generated without meter reading taken by djb person. And in bill the reading is shown 594. But my current meter reading is 576.5 on date 31.07.2020 (Photo attached).
                                      However i request you to please look into the matter and help to resolve the issue.

                                        My bill no is [protected]. This time bill is overcharged with sewerage charges and extra service charges and i can't able to oay the entire bill because i have no earnings in this lockdown. My currently bill is more than 6000. Please waive off this bill or reduce the bill amount so that i can pay the amount.
