We the residents of Wazir Nagar Gali No -1, Kotla Mubarak Pur are facing a severe problem due to Sewar Dir flowing on the street, MCD has put up a Dust bin in the Street No 1 while due to the dirt which hardly gets cleaned residents arefalling sick. Whole day Cows are ### on the dirt.

No action has been taken . All sewers in street No-1 Wazir Nagar are flowing like ganga -Jamuna and resident in the area are getting sick due to dengu and Maleria . A very Prompt Action is required to clean the blockages of the Sewers.
No action has been taken to clean the sewer . The common public is suffering and falling sick

    Subject:- anticipated water meter reading with bogus remarks as mlocas on
    Today[[protected]] k no.[[protected]]

    R/sir,
    I am user of water connection (K no.[[protected]]) at house no. Rz-a18, gali no.3, dwarka puri, vijay enclave, new delhi -110045. On receipt of a message on my mobile no.[[protected]], i have downloaded the water bill from djb site and found a bill dated 31st july 2020 amounting to rs.5389/- (For the period from 31st march, 2020 to 31st march, 2020 with 407 units consumption) due for payment up to 17th august 2020. The consumption has been averaged and reading/meter status has been shown as mloc (Meter locked). The status of reading/meter has been shown for today i. E.[protected]. It is shocked to me that i am very much present at home and nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as mloc which seems to be a bogus activity. Kindly look into the matter and send a reply to me on my mail-id baljit.[protected]@gmail.com.

          The shops at 5875 jawahar nagar have left theor taps open for the whole lockdown and haven't closed it till and the water has been gushing out from the shop ever since. The shops are named respectively jumbo juice and friends communication

            Sir I have building in Mangolpuri Village(Near Kali Mandir) with the basement. There is continuous leakage in our basement and I have tested it is drinking water of delhi jal board. The same problem is coming here in all the basements and everyone is so disturbed. We have pretty sure that the delhi jal board underground pipeline is damaged and because of that water is leakaging in all the basements. Daily everyone has to take out water by using motors.

            We request you to kindly take this matter on urgent basis and check the problem and get repair with the pipeline.

                    I have received water bill in july 2020 of rs. 4040/-. There are sewerage charges rs. 1200/-, service charges rs. 1222.55 and consumption charges rs. 2001.45.

                    I visit water bill office for asking correct bill. Employee said govt. Charged 60% sewerage charges and service charges of total consmp bill.

                    Why this heavy charge bill generated?

                          Dear sir i was applied for a new connection on 15 jan and paid my first connection bill on 5 june 2020 but the new connection installation process is very slow, i face so many problems due to very lack quantity of water and no one form djb department take its seriously, i calls many times on their customer care services number but they can't help. They provide only complaint number and advise me for wait. I requested that the concerned department may be advised to expedite it. Regards

                              Hello sir,

                              I am a Citizen of south Delhi. It's been years since I am Residence at Sangam vihar

                              "J block" near Neam Chowk.
                              We are facing lacking water, don't know when this problem gets resolved by you.

                              We are getting the water once in a month and some times not even once.
                              we have to call for water tanks every time which cost us a lot.
                              How many times do we need to buy bottles for daily use and drinking purpose every

                              day?

                              We raised this concern many times but there was no solution received from the Delhi Jal board.

                              Requesting you to find some permanent solution by extending the connection.

                              Note*
                              Kindly Change the water supply person at least once in a year

                                Dear sir /mam,

                                Our water bill came 5087 rs on 24 july 2020, even though meter reading does not show that you can check in the attachment (Meter photo).

                                Our problem started around 25 november 2019 when the bill came 2679 ruppes exact, and before this we only got 0 bill.. We were confused and after many inquires we came to know that we need to change our meter.

                                Finally in the beginning of february our meter got changed, and in the delhi jal board complaint they told us that this bill will get adjusted after you change your meter and after one month reading (Observation).

                                But they never adjusted the bill and we got a new bill of 5087 rupees on 24 july 2020 after continuous penalties even after changing the meter.
                                I have the details of 24 july 2020 meter reading and the bill
                                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

                                    This is to kindly inform that due the heavy rains this season, we the residents of b3 block janak puri (From house nos. 172-185) are facing a serious issue.
                                    Everytime it rains heavily, there is back logging of sewage water due to a block at its main drainage site. As a result, the sewage level in our manholes inside the house rises dangerously close to the manhole covers. There is a real risk of flooding in the house due to the sewage water. Particularly in our house, there is an underground storage tank of drinking water which is at risk of contamination due to this overflow.

                                    I may also inform that on our request, the local sewer bel-daar came and visited the site. He has confirmed there is blockage of the main sewer downstream from our area and unless that is cleared by machine, this problem will not be sorted. We have also visited the local djb complaint office and lodged a written complaint today.

                                    Kindly help resolve this issue on priority basis.
