I am posting again my complaint. Last was posted on 29th may 2020. Since then no action has been taken at you end,
I am residence of vijay enclave and we are facing serious water shortage due to non supply of water in pipelines and no water tankers availability.
Submitted water complaint on this site, on 1916, reached on [protected] (Helpline no. Provided on site) he has given no.[protected] to be contact with, but no one attending call. Again called on mobile no. But that he has denied to listen my complaint and hang up phone call.
Today i reached to another je but he is also not answering call.

Such a major failure of delhi jal boards's every helpline no. As no one is seriously taking your situation.

"negative ratings" to these helplines.

      Address: Delhi JAL Board, delhi Varunalaya Ph-II, Jhandewalan, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.

      I am resident of rz54/1, madhymarg, tuglakabad ext., delhi-19. Earlier we received supply of water for one hour 3.00am to 4.00am on the gap of two days, but now it is restricted to only 30 minutes (3.00am to 3.30am) and gap of two days remained. Force of supply of water is also not adequate, we are not able to fill 500 liter tank in these 30 minutes time.
      Water is basic need for all o[censored]s, please provide adequate supply of water on daily basis.

        Dear sir/ madam
        We facing problem for no water supply from last one month, we have resized so many complaint on customer care and also requested to our area je mr. Shyamlal but still facing with the same problem. Generally we are getting water supply for only one hour in 3 days after that if we facing no supply problem. The sending tanker are not the salutations we request to please improve the systems and resolve this matter as soon as possible

          Sir I am resident of 17/11 Ashok Nagar, West Delhi. We have no water supply for 2 days. We didn't face any water related problems in last two years but after the rescheduling of water supply we hardly get any timely supply of water. Kindly look into the matter urgently and open our water supply.

            Problem there are many illegal water connection in the area, and water keeps flowing for no reason at all creating water logging scenarios on the roads closer on the supply line.
            Because these people dont even use taps on the supply line.

            Desirable resolution: it should be monitored and corrected so that no water is wasted.

              I would like to draw your kind attention towards the excessive bill of wrong water consumption and also our meter is not working. I have changed my meter 3 times and every time a very big amount of water bill came to me. I live in palam and all my neighbors get a very less bill amount and many times get 0 amount as bill. I live in a flat and our water consumption is very low as only 2 members live here. My details are as follow. This is to bring to your kind notice that bill that has been sent to us for Bill Amount -11059 . I had gone to Delhi jal board office my previous, however, we received always the bill of wrong water consumption after that we deposited all excessive bill regret, I had made many complaint against the bill of wrong water consumption for the same. But no one has shown interest to take even. My complaint number 5355 dated 29 Dec 2018, meter reading 0027871.
              Therefore, it is clear enough the meter reading is absolutely and need to be rectified immediately. Thanking you

                I am a resident of a-2 block janakpuri, delhi.
                There are certain godowns in front of my house in asalatpur and daily from 5 a. M. Water starts to flow off from one of their tanks and it continues to waste for about 2 to 2.5 hours daily.
                It is sheer wastage of water in such an enormous quantity.
                Please take action as soon as possible because when i contacted your customer care service they gave me the phone no. Of sh vinay kumar who is the appointed je for our area. That person never answers to calls and texts. So already a lot of time has been wasted kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                  I am already submit the amount of rs 5000/- (Appx) for water connection but the total time is pass way 6 months around there is not connection for water so please do something and help us so that you can provide us the water for drinking and any other activities.

                    There is no proper water supply system in govindpuri.in our street no. 8 no one has seen a drop of water from last 3-4 days in their taps. Such a low quality officers and services provided by them. They dont care about anyone, they just getting their salaries on time through our taxes and government has nothing to do with the standardization of government departments like this.

                      Withe the start of summers we residents of vijay enclave starts facing water crisis in our area. I have reached mr. Kejriwal on different social networking sites but no response has been received till date. Posting my complaint on this site is the last option left to us.
                      Only setting up different apps for queries won't resolve the crisis respected cm sir, it needs proper execution.
                      In our area water supply has been stopped from last 2 weeks and we people are left with no other option but reaching to other colonies (Far away from our location) for daily water needs.
                      You are hereby requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at earliest so that we can follow your suggestion you posted on twitter quoting "garmi badh rahi hai, bar bar pani piye"

                        Kindly replace brokenlid/cover of gutter (Near to water storage tanks) at the earliest. The broken cover is precariously placed and may lead to some mishap. This gutter/sewer lies in front of the flat no. 262 b, pocket e, lig flats, gtb enclave, dilshad garden, delhi 110093.

                          With due respect i beg to say that there is no water supply in vijay enclave c-2block since one month. People face a lot of problem.

                                I'm a resident of village kondli. I am facing problems due to irregular water supply in my locality. There is no fixed time for water supply and we have to stay awake all night to check water supply.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    KN no. [protected].
                                    My water bill with reference Bill ID:[protected] from 30 apr 19 to 6 Jun 19.

                                    Reading taken is incorrect i.e 194 very high as compared to previous reading and it is not practical. Wrong reading might have been taken due to manual noting of reading during inspection. And due to this wrong reading total final bill generated is very high based on wrong reading calculation which is quite Impractical.
                                    I have already submitted grivenance to delhi jal board portal and also submitted application in written to their office. But no action has been taken so far since last 2 months. Due to this, I am unable to pay my dues.

                                    Kindly resolve to avoid further delay in bill payment.

                                      Sir i am a resident of ashok nagar, west delhi and for two days that is 25th and 26th may 2020, there has been no water supply to our home. Before that also the supply was intermittent. We live on 4th floor so it becomes very difficult to even carry water to such altitude and weather is already being very scorching.
