My k.no [protected] be114 gali no.2 hai nagar new delhi I getting a faulty bill since from 2 year my monthly consumption of water is 12to18 kilo litres per month .I made so many visit to our zro office subhash nagar but still it is pending.

The bill was generated on pro rata basis as the reading says ns and got bill of 1200 rs which should have not been the case. Last reading was 1028 and only 22 units have been consumed since then so there should be no bill. Attached is the bill. Please help this rectify this.in hard times like this when people dont have money this should not happen

This is to draw your attention towards the polluted water coming in our home/ street from mcd pipeline for last few months, my water meter is also not working.
I am afraid that could be someone get serious infected and sick due to this dirty and smelly water, however my son is already suffered with loose motions due to drink this smelly water.
I hope you understand in these days situation and this water cant even be used for hand wash however we need to do wash our hand again n again due to covid 19.


We are expecting to receive clean water supply.

You are requested to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Also please repair/change my water meter..

I would like to inform you that our neighbor is wasting lot of water through pipe on daily basis and after information still don't improve and stop wasting water.
We need you to take some strict actions as this is not right as already water is very precious.
Delhi jal board denied to take complaint in this matter.
Couldn't understand why?
Please help as he is doing this non stop.

I am live in 18/456, trilokpuri, delhi-91. No provided water supply in our area and we are facing lots of problem last 1 week.
We are facing water supply issue in our gali at 18 block trilokpuri. Therefore i request the concerning authorities to look into the matter seriously and take necessary steps for solving the problem. So the water supply may kindly be made daily in our locality. People may get rid of the problem of no water supply. I shall be highly obliged to you.

Hello, i am living in wz59a, janak we park, hari nagar, gali no-4, new delhi-110064. We are getting dirty and smelly water. And also the water is coming (Dirty & smelly) in morning 4 am to 4.30am. No water is coming in the evening. There is no time for fresh water. Where as in all other parts of the city in delhi the water comes 2 time daily in the morning and and in the evening. We are facing big problem.

Also one thing i would like to make a attention thee is no sever line and also not water line in gali no-5.

This is to inform you that we are getting dirty and black drinking water from tape every day in my locality.
I am residing in b-1857 upper ground floor shastri nagar, delhi-52, near vinayak dairy
This water is so dirty that it smells really bad. I have never expected that the quality of water that delhi jal board is supplying is going down day by day. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. This problem is not limited to me as it is also affecting my neighbors family.

I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed asap by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

Please do the needful as we are dealing with dirty water since 4 days.

Dear sir,

I have recently received a message of the bill amount rs 3939.63 on my delhi jal board connection number (K. No. - [protected]).

My meter has been stopped working and i have been trying to get this fixed but due to covid and prior to that, due to unavailability in the city i was not able to get the meter fixed.

Problem is that since i got back home, i have seen that djb has been sending me the bill on an average basis and at this time the bill amount is very huge because of the average calculation, since i was out of country on official reasons and my parents were with my sister so the house was closed and no one was available to use the water.

I will get the meter fixed as soon as possible once the lockdown is over

But at this time, due to high bill, i didn't make the payment and there is no way i can visit the centre. At the same time djb has sent me a disconnection notice

one of my neighbor stolling water . you have to checked in his house back side near bathroom . then you have to find water pipelines and if you need help then asked his neighbour.

I am resident of bhalswa and the water supply by delhi jal board is not good, always dirty water flow in pipeline.

Bill generated period from 11december, 2019 to 14 april 2020. Total no. Of days 125. Unit consumed during 125 days 68 unit. Delhi govt free supply unit per month 20 unit. So bill amount should be nil. But bill show amount payable rs. 1267 that is wrongly calculated. The rebate amount not deducted in bill. I attached bill copy for reference.
Please check and correct wrong generated bill.

I am a resident of house no 144 kumhar mohalla tughlakabad village.
There is sewer leakage in my area due to which there is lot of problems occur to us. Too much smell, sewer water flow in the roads of the locality. Its to much hard for us to survive with that that bad smell. Too many people already affected by disease like vomiting with that. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. It will be really helpful for us because its about 7 days.

I have received a water bill msg on mobile from delhi jal board. Bill amount is rs. 1386 on date 25/april 2020. And this amount is wrong as per water meter reading they record meter reading on 14th apr 2020. Is aprox 2175 units and last reading record on 23 jan 2020 is 2113 units. The difference between them is only 62 units then why we get bill of rs 1386. Please check and do needful changes in water bill that i have attached as proof. Please have look.

With due respect, i nirupama have received an sms regarding my water bill pay showing an amount of rs 3026.00 against my kno ([protected]) which is an incorrect amount as i have taken the new connection at the end of december month 2019 where my new meter shows the reading of 0000009 and as of today 28/04/2020 my meter reading shows 0002890, so as pre the government norms a single family can use 20000 liters in a month and 700 lites in a day without paying any amount as water bill but anything exceeds these limits we have to pay for full, so there by according to my meter reading my bill amount shouldn't be anything like what i have received neither any of your executives had came to our loction for taking any meter reading so how come djb can send me the bill with such a big amount with any meter readings taken also djb bill copy also does not shows any water meter reading for my water consumptions.
So please kindly look into the matter seriously and correct our bill asap.

While on 14th April 2020 bill showing 195 reading that is wrong
