Dear sir,
I have recently received a message of the bill amount rs 3939.63 on my delhi jal board connection number (K. No. - [protected]).
My meter has been stopped working and i have been trying to get this fixed but due to covid and prior to that, due to unavailability in the city i was not able to get the meter fixed.
Problem is that since i got back home, i have seen that djb has been sending me the bill on an average basis and at this time the bill amount is very huge because of the average calculation, since i was out of country on official reasons and my parents were with my sister so the house was closed and no one was available to use the water.
I will get the meter fixed as soon as possible once the lockdown is over
But at this time, due to high bill, i didn't make the payment and there is no way i can visit the centre. At the same time djb has sent me a disconnection notice
