Dear sir our concern is our consumption in 17/08/19 to 14/01/2020 is 82 units of delhi jal board total month is approx 5 as per delhi jal board 20kl water are exempted so why our bill come because 82/5=16.4kl so our monthly consumption is 16.4kl and why delhi jal board make monthly bill because we facing a problem like this and i am wrong regarding this so how please solved our problem as soon as possible. Any clarification all bill is online....

There is some leakage problem of dirty water is comming back from my bathroom and my kitchen's seever please provide us any labour with all tools form your office. Please clear our problem in 2 working days. (Date:- 30/1/2020)

I lived in naraina vihar dda flat. Your pipe line is leakage on the roads from your pumping house from 30 days. There is no one who can see to it. Whole water is leakage on the road it creats problem for the residents. Please see to the matter rather in few days denge and malaria creats problem. Please take immediate action.

Above mentioned water meter was installed by delhi jal board for flat no 37, pocket-4, sector -12, shubham apparment, dwarka owned by me. The water meter is running fast and showing excessive consumption of water causing thereby highly exaggerated bill. Before it's installation, consumption was 15 to 20 kilolitres per month and thereafter consumption 45 to 50 kilolitres per month. Otherwise also we are four persons in the family if consumption...

I received bill for the period 27.11.2019 to 15.1.2020 for 50 days showing consumption of 100 units., which is unacceptable.

At kno [protected] contaminated (Sewar water) is being supplied from the last few days. We are regularly calling up delhi jal board people but no response. People are getting ill because of this water supply getting in our houses.in my family childrens are suffering from stomach infection and other diseases.
This is not the first time we are facing such problem, after every 15-20 days we have to face this.

Hi, i want to complain about water wastage in our building a 31, t block, friday market road, uttam nagar west where a lady from ground floor (Parking area) runs submersible for 2 hours twice a day and wastes water like hell as she is having only 500 ml tank which takes hardly 20 minutes of time to fill but she runs it for hours blindly. But our many or street the pipe line of water is already installed but there is not in street no 1 and street no 2, the pipe line is not installed so please installed our area pipe line so that we can apply the next step for water.

There is lots of water problem in c block moti nagar, some person came for water pipes but leave work in between, we dont have water in winter than hat will happen in summer, please do something for this water problem, we are suffering lots of problem even in last summer it was same, kindly change pipes and solve water problem at least give us water for 1 hour in morning and 1 hour evening...

Would like to inform that meter no. [protected] of vikaspuri, new delhi-110018 is not working properly and we are getting very high excessive billing. Last year also i had paid some rs. 9000 approximately for the water bill and after that after a gap of 3-4 months again i am receiving bill of some rs. 2888/- and rs. 4000/- etc.in this range. Can you imagine how we have been paying without any genuine charges and consumption is very minimum...

Our meter is not working properly and due to this there is problem in our water bill. Its coming out to be more amount than it is used. Meter is blocked and is giving false reading due to which unnecessary amount is getting add up in the bill. If this is not replaced will continue to get such bills in future.
