Iam resident of qtr no 731, sector 8, rkpuram delhi -22. My consumer no is k [protected]. A new water meter of konark brand was installed at said premises of which communication was also made in month of june 2019 to o/o zro, djb, sector 7 along with original of bill purchase of said konark water meter installed at said premises.
3. The local water meter reader sh naresh was also informed of said matter on his mobile no [protected] (Sh naresh) and periodically also, as stated by him, the photo graph (At whats app number [protected] of sh naresh) of water meter reading installed at qtr no 731, sect8, rkpuram delhi-22 was updated at said mobile number of sh naresh, water meter reader, which print out is enclosed which indicates that water meter reading was whsttsapped on following dates with accompanying water meter reading –
28 june19 — meter reading 0000125
12 aug19 - meter treading 0001493

30 0ct19- meter reading 0003863
28 nov19- meter reading 0004900

4. On 28 nov 2019, the djb smsd a water bill for period 26june 2019 to 28 nov 2019 of rs 4141 (For consumption of 155 units) which is absolutely incorrect in view of free consumption of 20, 000litres per month for every consumer number as declared by govt of delhi ;said bill of trs 4141/- is wholly inaccurate which needs to be withdrawn as total consumption for said last 5 months has not even exceeded even prescribed free consumption parameters.
5. I would also like to point out that earlier too, faulty billing was being billed to undersigned which despite providing wahatsaapp meter reading is still not being corrected creating unmitigated harrasment to undersigned and its difficult to understand the basis of such continued faulty billing
6i would request you to please issue correct bills and withdraw inaccurate bills immediately as even free water liters has also not been consumed by k no [protected] from june to nov 2019.

We have not received the latest billm for this meter number. Last bill received for the meter was bill dated 31-jan 2017 which was paid. Now, even after lot of follow ups, the bill could not be given.

Matter most urgent
All nearest sewers which are blocked due to which water level has been rising. Now the situation is so bad that the is sewer blocked and overflowing. We all residents are requesting to your department please resolve our problem. Please make proper arrangements so that the gutter / sewerage can be cleaned totally.

    Hi,
    We are receiving muddy water through our water supply from yesterday. We usually use motor from 5 am to 6 am. Kindly look into this issue as the water is not usable even for cleaning. This is causing serious issues as we have to go for work on daily basis and we can't even take a proper bath..

      Dear sir,
      I am a resident of h. N.337/2nd floor, block l-extension, som bazar road, mohan garden, my consumer kno. Number is [protected]. We have observed that we are getting excess bill of water usage without consuming that much quantity of water. We hardly consume 500 litres a day as per our water tank size and according to me 20, 000 litres water is free in delhi and i am hardly consuming 15, 000 litres. This is not only issue apart from that we mostly get sever water in jal board line. I am repeatedly complaining for the same but still nothing has changed. It’s my humble request to jal board please send someone to check the water meter and do something about the sever water which we are drinking with jal board water.
      Thanks in advance hopefully i will get the resolution asap.

            Sir, i am a resident of b 52 vivek vihar phase 2 delhi 110095 my delhi jal board meter is running very fast k no. [protected]. This month the djb bill is of rs 3223. That is very high. I called at the complaint centre they registered the complaint but nothing happening. Currently i have paid the dues to avoid any penalties. Please get this fast meter changed or repaired and reverse the charges.

                This is regarding main water supply pot hole open and damage and no action has been taken to close it as daily causes accident the hole is about 8 feet deep and 3 feet wide which contains contaminated water and mosquitoes which causes diseases daily four wheeler vehicles got stuck inside it causing problem and jam in our area please after the matter as it opens about 1 month and creating problem to common people.

                  Sir, i am resident of j-51 (Pvt-4) f. F. Gali no 4, mohan garden. No water supply in my connection wef feb 2019. I have made several complain to customer care to change my connection from old line to new line but no action has been taken till date. Due to my personal intervention finally meter has been changed but connection not yet changed from old line to new line. Last meter reading of my old meter reading for 22 months (24.01.18 to 04.11.19) was 58. But regular average billing is being sent is not understood where as water supply line is lying dead since feb 19. I have reported this matter to revenue i/c nws, mohan garden but no action has been taken. Like this way the bill amount has been raised to rs. 2461/-. It is requested to please (1) change the connection from old line to new line. (2) waive off excesses/wrong bill. (3) fresh bill to be generated on pro-rata basis.

                    I have lost my water meter may 2017 i lodge the complaint. I went to delhi jal board (Smpl) office ther are sayaing the meter cost for rs 7500/- you can not purchsase form the out side and you can not take the meter manufucting companey witch is approved from the delhi jal board. Delhi jal board approved meter cost rs. 1200 to 1500/-. So why i go for 7500/- smpl meter kindly resovel the matter

                      I an a resident of C-4/21, Yamuna vihar Delhi-110053, the main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly so many complaints have been made by me through telephone no[protected] at the junior Engineer's office complaint register located but, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities. It is very shameful for the jal board sewage deptt. so i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to you.

                        Our neighbor got a habit of cleaning their basement daily and fills up the road with water daily. They tend to waste loads of water daily. I am sure this is a serious concern and serious action must be taken against such people who waste water un-necessary.

                        Can some one please take action to fix these issues, so that we can save water.

                          I am resident of m -56, 2nd floor, old double story, lajpat nagar -4, new delhi. I am getting supply of dirty black water from past two months, but unfortunately its not yet resolved after many complaints through emails to ceo delhi jal board and many another officers. I also lodge complaint on helpline 1916 with phone number [protected]. Many times but answer is we will make note of it and send to junior engineer. Please look in to this matter on urgent basis.

                          No info is provided as to where meter can be replaced. It was suggested to install from any where and submit the documents come along with the new meter. In market no document comes with the meter besides the cover box of meter. Then how one can claim benefit of this bill waiver scheme.

                          This is to bring in your kind notice that our residential sewer line is blocked past 15 days, due to this mosquitoes, flies and smell spread all over the area.

                          Kindly send someone to unclog the sewer line as soon as possible.

                            In my adjacent house.. Two family are living in rent. House onwer is living in noida.

                            Those rented person always wasted hundred of liters water in evening and morning. They never power off their motor after tank fill. I have asked them multiple time to take care. They started flighted.

                            I have informed multiple time to their house owner (Mr. Das - [protected]) also but no action taken so far.

                                  I’m a resident of e-44, 3rd floor, saket.
                                  There is a 3 storied building on the back side of our apartment.

                                  There is a constant overflow of water from their 3 tanks, which begins daily at 6 am and continues for 4-5 hrs.

                                  It is alarming to see thousands of litres of water being wasted daily from that building and this has been happening for years now.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and get this wastage resolved.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    As an citizen of south delhi. It's been 6 years i am residing at sangam vihar g block near dignity school and still there is one problem which was facing by everyone is water supply.
                                    We are facing this issue from last number of years and the problems i want to point out to you is :

                                    1) even after having pipeline connection across the street but there is no water supply in it. Please see attached photo.
                                    2) we are getting the water once in a month and some times not even once.
                                    3) we call for water tanks every time which cost us alot.
                                    4) there is always fights happens between people and it got so serious that they even starts thrashing each other because of this issue.
                                    5) we need to buy bottles for daily use and drinking purpose everyday.

                                    We raised this concern many times but there was no solution received from delhi jal board.
                                    There are many areas of sangam vihar in which got the pipeline connection of sonia vihar.

                                    I appreciate aap government to improve the roads and education system in sangam vihar and across delhi but this is one of the main concern we are still facing from long time.

                                    Request you to find some permanent solution by extending the connection or finding the root cause of the problem.

                                    its been 2 months we are not getting water supply, we are buying water from vendors on a regular basis.
                                    This is not the first time every summer this situation occours.
                                    I am resident of gali no. 12, G block, sangam vihar, Sitara masjid gali.G-240.
                                    I am not sure why residents in this gali are not getting water on the other hand I can see everyone is getting water supplies outside this gali.
                                    Please look into it.
                                    It's a major problem.
                                    Can we please get an extra line in this gali as water supplies are not reaching this height.

                                      Am filing this complainy post repeated reminders to the concerned authorities in my area. There is sone renovation work going on in my vicinity and they have made a illegal connection to the direct pipeline from where continous water wastage is there and they have also kept the drum wherein stagnant water is leading to breeding of mosquitos. Repeated reminders have fallen into deaf ears. Please take stringent action against the persons doing wishful wastage of natural resources.

                                        There is a rental house opposite my house litres and litres of water overflows everyday no one notice overflow of water.
