Respected sir/madam

I am one of the resident of chandu nagar which is near khajuri khash. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

          adjustment of erratic water bill (k no 5970512360)

          This is bring to your kind notice that i have recently received the inflated water bill amount of rs 38316 (Bill no[protected] dt 24 oct 2019) and iwas shocked to see the bill. Although the meter has been installed there is variation in the meter reading and the bill amount. Kindly reduce the bill amount as per delhi govt order bill aare waived off before march 2019

          And by the leakage of such water pipes, water gets lodged on the road which is creating difficulties for the people to walk out.

            Ref. Bill i. D:[protected] dated 1st nov’2019. K. No: [protected], category-1

            Dear sir,
            This is to bring to your kind notice the sudden spurt of the billing amount. This is to request you to get the water meter changed at your earliest convenience and get the excess amount reduced or readjusted.
            This is not the first time such spurt has been seen. I have face similar spurt in billing every year around the same time (October to december) since 2016, 2017, 2018 and now again in 2019.
            We have family of four adults and two children, and limited resources; even then i got the line from ferrule onwards, the old line replaced with modern day pvc pipes to ensure proper water supply without desired results.
            Comparison of previous bill details:
            For 67 days; unit consumption 106 units; total amount paid was rs. 4, 109.52
            For 71 days; unit consumption 131 units; total amount paid was rs. 5, 422.02
            For 45 days; unit consumption 72 units; total amount paid was rs. 2, 790.00
            For 73 days; unit consumption 288 units; total amount paid was rs.14, 557.90
            For 46 days; unit consumption 204 units; total amount paid was rs 10, 493.06
            For 72 days; unit consumption 339 units; total amount paid was rs. 18, 457.00
            Current 127days; unit consumption 821 units; total amount demanded rs. 56, 355/-
            All previous bills give indications of excess billing. I would request you to be in shoes of the poor consumer; senior citizen, 77 year; with monthly income of rs. 30, 000/-, made to run from pillar to post.
            I suggest that a) such abnormal bills should be put on hold and self re-examine before presenting to consumer, b) the water meter should be replaced without hesitation, c) consider “consumer is always right” instead of current approach that consumer is always wrong.
            I trust you take immediate remedial action, under information to undersigned.

              There is delhi jal board supply in our area.
              Our neighbour (Mrs anandi pant) daily wastes the water in hundreds of litres in the name of cleaning by throwing cleaned filled bucket water in huge quantity in our front of home.
              Due to this there is a huge sphagnum moss layer in our walk way which always make us afraid that there is a great chance of slipping on the ground when we walk. There are above 6 persons who are elderly (Old age) people and if anything happens wrong due to fallen who will be responsible.
              We always forbade and suggest her not to waste the water as it is very precise and valuable thing. She always denies and threatened us by saying “mai to bahaungi jisko jo karna hai karle”.
              It is our kind request to take appropriate action against this type of person who always waste the clean water and makes us afraid from fallen due to slippery ground.

                  I am a resident of 178-b ambika enclave kakrolla dwarka sector 15 new delhi 110078. There is government jan suvidha toilet behind my house and sewer on that toilet is blocked from last one week. I registered a complaint in mcd office on tuesday but no one has visited here and fix the problem.

                  We are facing huge problem due to this. Bad odour coming out from sewage tank. Its very difficult to live in house. I urge ypu to fix this asap as it may lead to severe health diseases.

The last bill was also for rs.3614/- which was paid on 29 th june..2019. It seems that meter is running fast or there is something wrong in the bill.                         Delhi Jal Board,

                        I am writing in the context of the water supply by the Delhi Jal Board. From the past 3 days, there has been no supply of a single drop of water in the Vishnu Garden NW block. There is no water supply in half of the area. We are facing this water problem for last 6 months. Either we are provided with dirty and smelly water or there is no water at all. Now that from few days things were running fine, this has started again. I and My neighbors' have a complaint registered in a nearby MLA office many times but no action has been taken so far. We have to face this issue every year. Is there no permanent resolution to this problem.
                        Could you please look into the matter on high priority. We will appreciate if you can also provide the water in the evening as well. Till now we only get water between 5-6 AM in a day.

                          Iam resident of qtr no 731, sector 8, rkpuram delhi -22. My consumer no is k [protected]. A new water meter of konark brand was installed at said premises of which communication was also made in month of june 2019 to o/o zro, djb, sector 7 along with original of bill purchase of said konark water meter installed at said premises.
                          3. The local water meter reader sh naresh was also informed of said matter on his mobile no [protected] (Sh naresh) and periodically also, as stated by him, the photo graph (At whats app number [protected] of sh naresh) of water meter reading installed at qtr no 731, sect8, rkpuram delhi-22 was updated at said mobile number of sh naresh, water meter reader, which print out is enclosed which indicates that water meter reading was whsttsapped on following dates with accompanying water meter reading –
                          28 june19 — meter reading 0000125
                          12 aug19 - meter treading 0001493

                          30 0ct19- meter reading 0003863
                          28 nov19- meter reading 0004900

                          4. On 28 nov 2019, the djb smsd a water bill for period 26june 2019 to 28 nov 2019 of rs 4141 (For consumption of 155 units) which is absolutely incorrect in view of free consumption of 20, 000litres per month for every consumer number as declared by govt of delhi ;said bill of trs 4141/- is wholly inaccurate which needs to be withdrawn as total consumption for said last 5 months has not even exceeded even prescribed free consumption parameters.
                          5. I would also like to point out that earlier too, faulty billing was being billed to undersigned which despite providing wahatsaapp meter reading is still not being corrected creating unmitigated harrasment to undersigned and its difficult to understand the basis of such continued faulty billing
                          6i would request you to please issue correct bills and withdraw inaccurate bills immediately as even free water liters has also not been consumed by k no [protected] from june to nov 2019.

                          We have not received the latest billm for this meter number. Last bill received for the meter was bill dated 31-jan 2017 which was paid. Now, even after lot of follow ups, the bill could not be given.

                          All nearest sewers which are blocked due to which water level has been rising. Now the situation is so bad that the is sewer blocked and overflowing. We all residents are requesting to your department please resolve our problem. Please make proper arrangements so that the gutter / sewerage can be cleaned totally.

                            Hi,
                            We are receiving muddy water through our water supply from yesterday. We usually use motor from 5 am to 6 am. Kindly look into this issue as the water is not usable even for cleaning. This is causing serious issues as we have to go for work on daily basis and we can't even take a proper bath..

                              Dear sir,
                              I am a resident of h. N.337/2nd floor, block l-extension, som bazar road, mohan garden, my consumer kno. Number is [protected]. We have observed that we are getting excess bill of water usage without consuming that much quantity of water. We hardly consume 500 litres a day as per our water tank size and according to me 20, 000 litres water is free in delhi and i am hardly consuming 15, 000 litres. This is not only issue apart from that we mostly get sever water in jal board line. I am repeatedly complaining for the same but still nothing has changed. It’s my humble request to jal board please send someone to check the water meter and do something about the sever water which we are drinking with jal board water.

                                    Sir, i am a resident of b 52 vivek vihar phase 2 delhi 110095 my delhi jal board meter is running very fast k no. [protected]. This month the djb bill is of rs 3223. That is very high. I called at the complaint centre they registered the complaint but nothing happening. Currently i have paid the dues to avoid any penalties. Please get this fast meter changed or repaired and reverse the charges.
