I am a resident of 752-b sukhdev nagar kotla mubarakpur new delhi.

I would like to draw your attention on this issue that,
People on the 4th floor next to my house waste water from their tank everyday.
The flat is rented.
I have complained many times but they still shed water.
I am requesting you to take action on this as soon as possible.
Please look into this matter at the earliest.

There is no water supply in Old Rajendra Nagar block 20 from past 3 days (28.09.19 - 01.10.19) . This is quite frequent in this area no attention is being given . People are facing problems to even carry out day to day activities. Kindly look into the matter ASAP and restore the supply.

Hi,

Our consumption of water is very limited on daily basis still i got a bill of around 2000every time even though kejriwal has implemented the policy of 20, 000 liters water free.

And every time i need to pay sewerage charges of around 500 and it wasn't cleared even a single day in a month then why i would pay this unnecessary amount along with my bill.

Request you kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

Wz-114 tihar opposite chattri wala park subhash nagar behind singh sabha gurudwara tihar 110018, the sewer is blocked as the pipes for new connection were installed and the sewer was closed from inside. Kindly open that as the problem of water logging is faced and health is affecting due to mosquitoes. Also the sewer needs to be covered properly as its just in front of the house. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

Ours is a residential complex comprising of 182 flats.

We have been receiving dirty water with suspended particles and worms since 30th sept 2019.

A complaint has been lodged on 1st oct at local delhi jal board office at 8, bhera enclave, paschim vihar, new delhi (Complaint no. 118044) then reminder to on 3rd oct 2019 and 4th oct 2019.

Residents are complaining of stomach problems on account of this. It seems sewer water gets mixed with the supply.

Please get the problem resolved as soon as possible before it may not prove to be epidemic.

Its been a year we are not getting water supply properly in govindpuri gali no 6.
Water comes only for 30mins in whole day.
It comes at 4am - 4:30am.
And because of this problem i am unable to complete my chores activity fast also not able to give/focus during the night like what if i couldn't woke up on time then i will miss the ride.
Also the water which comes is dirty water you can't take bath etc.
I have made complaints on several portal also put the same on twitter couples of times tagging the head of delhi jal board, delhi jal board, cm of delhi, mr. Shishodiya & our pm but no resolution and action has been taken on the same yet.
I humbly request you to look into such serious matter please ðŸ™ðŸ™.

Delhi Jal Board is very pathetic and they are proving it that there is no culture in govt things people work according to their wish.

I am a resident of prashant vihar a block and there is mehta jewellers opposite lancer's school, when i pass by while strolling through street, i see water pouring and overflowing from their roof which i think is from water overflowing from water tank. It flows for hours both day and night and is happening since very long. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, as lot of water is getting wasted daily and action to be taken regarding this.

This is to inform that no one is staying in the above flat since beginning of april, 19 for which i have received the bill of rs 5551/- bill no.:[protected] for a period of 01-oct-2019 with reading as rddt from 13-jun-2019 with reading as rddt with days mentioned as 110 & consumption mentioned as 110 units.

Also the earlier bill was having bill id[protected] and was of the period 27-may-2019 to 13-jun-2019 17 with amount of rs 2388/- for which no message / email was received.

A kind request to please get both the above bill corrected as the water consumption is zero in these months

Logging this complaint as there is no where i can complaint in djb site

The employee of the ccd (Cafe coffee day) at gopinath bazar delhi cantt was spotted washing with running water with a hose, a car regd no. Dl12 cn 8613 model maruti suzuki baleno (Blue) at around 12:45 pm.

On advising, that he should use a bucket, the person went inside, probably to inform someone and resumed with what he was doing.
The activity lasted for good 20 minutes and funny part is that after wetting the car he started applying car shampoo and scrubbing during which he should have closed the tap. But he let the water flow without any consideration.

Few days back indian cricket skipper virat kohli was penalised for a similar act. Lets see how our government agencies deal with this case.

I naveen bansal resident of rze 668/27 gali no. 27d sadh nagar ii palam colony new delhi-110045, want to register a complain against delhi jal board. As yesterday some of the members of djb were here for new pipeline joining and they left it incompleted, due to which whole area is s floading and the pit around 4ft deep. This may lead to birth of many unwanted diseases. Since today morning as water started flowing in the pipes lots of water in getting wasted and seeping in the ground which may lead to damage in the neav of the houses in the colony.

I've replaced my meter on 11-oct-2017. My meter is working fine but the status on my meter bills are shown as stp. My bill generated on 15 sept was 5119/- rs. I am attaching proof documents that my meter is working absolutely. Kindly, look into the matter.
Also, i have tried customer care number multiple time to escalate the matter, however, it does n't seem to connect me to any djb representative.

Request to immediate visit at 216-217, G 26, Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi 110085 . Builder installed a Illegal water summer pump connection . And continuously extracting the ground level water also there is a lot of wastage of water . Request immediate action.

My Consumer Kno. [protected].
I live in G- block, Street No. 20, Karawal Nagar, Delhi - 110094.
Here is the biggest problem of Drinking Water Supply. Water is supplied for 2 or 3 days in a week for only 1 to 2 hours in morning before 7am. The supplied water quality is also very bad and non drinkable.
Due to this we have to pay for the water cane for drinking.
Also water bill is generated without any meter reading.
When water did not supplied then how to generated bill.
Please check and rectify my bill and supply the water properly.

I just moved to mehrauli city 3months before... Ward no 8...
Since that time i m watching a huge wastage of drinking water every day... Near mehta tailor chowk market near jahaz mehal...
There are so many. Drinking water pipe lines which are above, laying on the road and are broken from almost everywhere...
The road is full of water anytime... Like it's raining... The water is just totally wasted everyday
I have tried to complaint before... But never found any place to complain

I hope the concern authorities will so the needful to get it fixed

I am a resident of delhi having k. No. [protected].
My water bill for month july-august was generated for rs. 4005.40/- for a false reading recorded by the reading man.
Reading taken on 12aug2019 shows 3775 which makes the total consumption to 110kl.

Whereas when i checked on 25aug2019, my meter reading showed 3744 even 13 days later than when bill was generated. I have tried connecting to the person who visited my house and generated the bill in my absence as he handed over the bill over to my mother with this hefty amount. We are a family of 3 and only 2 o[censored]s live in the house. 110kl has never been used ever in the past as well.

I hereby request you to help authorities look into the matter.

Am resident of old rajinder nagar block 3, first and foremost the j. E out here is since last more than 15 years - is this a permanent area or transferable?
Secondly were getting normal water supply but since last two days once again are getting contaminated water, upon contacting je got a very rude answer. How come mr. Kejriwal claims 24Ã—7 water supply?
Will appreciate a feed back, am filing a rti also.

This is to inform you that i have to regularly pass through ansari road gali no. 4b at daryaganj new delhi 110002. The building's name is prakash house.

There is water tank which leaks huge amount of water throughout the day for over a month.
You can imagine tons of precious water is being wasted everyday. Water is collecting and becoming breeding house of mosquitoes and germs.
Moreover when we cross we also have to bear the fallling water on our heads. Everybody is suffering.
Please take strict action as so many places in india are suffering from water shortage and here so much water is being wasted day and night. They do not listen to anyone. They know the problem. But are ignoring it.
Please save people from getting dengue.
