The employee of the ccd (Cafe coffee day) at gopinath bazar delhi cantt was spotted washing with running water with a hose, a car regd no. Dl12 cn 8613 model maruti suzuki baleno (Blue) at around 12:45 pm.

On advising, that he should use a bucket, the person went inside, probably to inform someone and resumed with what he was doing.
The activity lasted for good 20 minutes and funny part is that after wetting the car he started applying car shampoo and scrubbing during which he should have closed the tap. But he let the water flow without any consideration.

Few days back indian cricket skipper virat kohli was penalised for a similar act. Lets see how our government agencies deal with this case.

We have received the Bill no:[protected] Dt: 22/08/19 with the amount of Rs 32679.00 with unnecessary charges, However till 2018 we have paid all the bills time to time.

This sewer is broken from last many days & due to which my house jal board connection has also started smelling badly & it is very difficult for us to even drink water also. I naveen bansal resident of rze 668/27 gali no. 27d sadh nagar ii palam colony new delhi-110045, want to register a complain against delhi jal board. As yesterday some of the members of djb were here for new pipeline joining and they left it incompleted, due to which whole area is s floading and the pit around 4ft deep. This may lead to birth of many unwanted diseases. Since today morning as water started flowing in the pipes lots of water in getting wasted and seeping in the ground which may lead to damage in the neav of the houses in the colony.

I've replaced my meter on 11-oct-2017. My meter is working fine but the status on my meter bills are shown as stp. My bill generated on 15 sept was 5119/- rs. I am attaching proof documents that my meter is working absolutely. Kindly, look into the matter.
Also, i have tried customer care number multiple time to escalate the matter, however, it does n't seem to connect me to any djb representative.

We are not getting any water supplies from last 6 months and no one taking any action regarding our complaints. Water is very essential for daily routine of life so please try to understand our problems and take necessary actions to solve out problems... Hope you act as soon as possible

Request to immediate visit at 216-217, G 26, Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi 110085 . Builder installed a Illegal water summer pump connection . And continuously extracting the ground level water also there is a lot of wastage of water . Request immediate action.

My Consumer Kno. [protected].
I live in G- block, Street No. 20, Karawal Nagar, Delhi - 110094.
Here is the biggest problem of Drinking Water Supply. Water is supplied for 2 or 3 days in a week for only 1 to 2 hours in morning before 7am. The supplied water quality is also very bad and non drinkable.
Due to this we have to pay for the water cane for drinking.
Also water bill is generated without any meter reading.
When water did not supplied then how to generated bill.
Please check and rectify my bill and supply the water properly.

I just moved to mehrauli city 3months before... Ward no 8...
Since that time i m watching a huge wastage of drinking water every day... Near mehta tailor chowk market near jahaz mehal...
There are so many. Drinking water pipe lines which are above, laying on the road and are broken from almost everywhere...
The road is full of water anytime... Like it's raining... The water is just totally wasted everyday
I have tried to complaint before... But never found any place to complain

I hope the concern authorities will so the needful to get it fixed

I am a resident of delhi having k. No. [protected].
My water bill for month july-august was generated for rs. 4005.40/- for a false reading recorded by the reading man.
Reading taken on 12aug2019 shows 3775 which makes the total consumption to 110kl.

Whereas when i checked on 25aug2019, my meter reading showed 3744 even 13 days later than when bill was generated. I have tried connecting to the person who visited my house and generated the bill in my absence as he handed over the bill over to my mother with this hefty amount. We are a family of 3 and only 2 o[censored]s live in the house. 110kl has never been used ever in the past as well.

I hereby request you to help authorities look into the matter.

Updated by Ish Sharma I believe that the reading man clicks a photograph of meter when recording readings. I request DJB to check same in their database and make the corrections.

Am resident of old rajinder nagar block 3, first and foremost the j. E out here is since last more than 15 years - is this a permanent area or transferable?
Secondly were getting normal water supply but since last two days once again are getting contaminated water, upon contacting je got a very rude answer. How come mr. Kejriwal claims 24×7 water supply?
Will appreciate a feed back, am filing a rti also.

This is to inform you that i have to regularly pass through ansari road gali no. 4b at daryaganj new delhi 110002. The building's name is prakash house.

There is water tank which leaks huge amount of water throughout the day for over a month.
You can imagine tons of precious water is being wasted everyday. Water is collecting and becoming breeding house of mosquitoes and germs.
Moreover when we cross we also have to bear the fallling water on our heads. Everybody is suffering.
Please take strict action as so many places in india are suffering from water shortage and here so much water is being wasted day and night. They do not listen to anyone. They know the problem. But are ignoring it.
Please save people from getting dengue.

I am bipul living in new ashok nagar, we are facing inadequate water supply from almost past one month in this area. I have complained already regarding these issues, but they have not solved water supply issues. Even i also contact to are "je" they have also not any solution because they are not aware of the exact reason. When i contact the upper-level officer in this area, they directly answer we can't do any things. You area water supply problem issues only solve by you je, we have not any solution. I am very disappointed because of all this. It has never happened before.

I request to our chief minister and also to delhi jal board department to kindly provide adequate water supply in new ashok nagar area as before. We will also recommend all djb staff you all should meet your responsibilities.

Delhi jal board sent a wrong bill & after multiple complaints on twitter also no follow-up. There helpline also not reachable. Got bill of amount rs. 285308.81 (2.85 lakhs) for 58 days of water consumption.

Every month dirty and stinking water is supplied in b block, fazalpur, behind mother dairy plant.
It is hard to even wash hand also as, it smells so bad, due to that supply water lots of inconvenience is caused for office going person, as water also come as per fixed time. During night its hard to even purchase bottled water. So much wastage of money also happens as we are paying for water bill every month then purchasing other water too... This need to be fixed asap.

This is to bring to notice that the quality of water supply to old rajinder nagar (Block 28) is very filthy. It has caused so much issue for the residents that we are unable to perform our daily household chores. Also, the water is nowhere close to level of human consumption. It is leading to various skin diseases to us. Despite complaining several times, no effect has been seen. The. Water supply is causing so much problem to children at most causing diseases.

I am a resident o[censored]ttam nagar west, the water quality of my area is deteriorating per day. The water has a stinky smell and a taste which makes it almost un-drinkable. Most probably the water supply has been getting mixed up with the drainage supply. This an extremely serious matter as we are facing shortage of clean drinking water even after using clean water purifiers.
Hope the concerned authorities will be taking a quick action

Myself a customer of djb, ca no [protected]. Water consumption of my family per month is less than20kl. That is why i got 100% exemption on water bill till last month. My current meter reading (On 24/9/2019) is 576/ok, and previous updated reading was 258/ok (On 13/07/2016).
Hence my total consumption is318/ok during last three years. Djb recently send me a message stated bill an amount of rs 816.
Please take a corrective measures in this regard and oblige me.

I've opt for self billing in DJB mSeva app.
I've entered wrong reading (instead of 107.11, I've entered 10711) due to which huge amount of bill has been generated.
Please help to cancel this bill and resolve the matter.

We are not getting water supply on time at C Block Rama Park Uttam Nagar. As per the SMS received from DJB the timings is 1000 Hrs to 1200 Hrs. But not getting supplies. Also this time is not suitable for the working people. Please take corrective measures.

I am one of the resident of beadon pura, karol bagh, new delhi-110005 (Gali no. 40.) which comes under the karol bagh area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalized
I want to focus your attention on the fact that there are many hotels, malls corporate offices and food centers like domino's and macdonald in our area i. E. Karol bagh, beadon pura at these places are supplying absolutely clear water by the state and how it is possible at all times that the water is dirty in some streets in the same area and some places are very clear. It is a violation of the constitution and right to equality, why has there been so much discrimination that people is residing there for so long time.

We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

I am one of the resident of Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 (Gali No. 40.) which comes under the Karol Bagh area.
