Respected sir/madam,

Complaint number - 4755

An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in last 10 year at rzf-1/58a, mahavir enclave, gali no-1, palam, new delhi-110045 (Owner name shri raghunath prasad) (Bses meter no[protected]. I have make so many phone to inform police and delhi jal board but no action have been taken.

Sir its a request to please take a strict action against this complaint as early as possible.

दिल्ली के जहांगीर पूरी में C ब्लॉक में (C ६४१ से ७१५ वाली गली) पिछले १० दिनों से गंदा पानी की सप्लाई हो रही DJB प्रशासन में कंप्लेंट करने पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं होती। १९१६ नंबर में कंप्लेंट लिख लेते है और आश्वाशन दे देते है। 17 अक्टूबर को कंप्लेंट किया था और उन्होंने कहा था कि कंप्लेंट रेफरेंस sms पर भेज देंगे लेकिन आज तक नहीं आया और ना ही आज तक कारवाही नहीं हुई। ये कंप्लेंट कब तक कार्यवाही होगी बताए। धन्यवाद

Water supply in area yamuna vihar c-7 block is very contaminated with very bad smell and dirty since last one month which is unbearable to use in domestic work and for drinking.
The smell so foul that it cant be used for cooking purpose.
Water is coming like as if it is untreated water smelling very bad with dirt particles.

Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

We had sewer line changed in our lane in model town z block - z-1/6 and the contractor has left a heap of waste on my wall. It's been a month and there is no resolve to the situation. We have had word with the djb local office numerous times however the waste is still there and accumulating more. It is creating pollution as the dirt keeps flying around and is with just sitting there unecesaarily.

This is to inform you that the resident of house no. 372, block - 2, subhash nagar, new delhi-110027 under construction house.

Summer sever continue on and lacs of litters water overflow and waste water from 2-3 months. Some labour living there and we told him/ her several times by no body listen. Kindly look into the matter on on priority basis without any delay. Because this is our liability to take step to save water.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.

I would like informed to you that my connection no-[protected], i have meter installed 28 feb-19, water has taken started march-19 after that without reading bill generated 981/rs, i had came delhi jal board office, person said do not paid, next months will be taken reading then billing, after that meter active showing on bill may-19, when next month’s bill prepared through total unit-110, amount-2200/rs
When that bill wrong generated, so kindly our account will be do zero,

I live in sangam vihar and here people get water supply only once in 2 months. We pay monthly fees for water supply also and a person who is in charge to manage the water supply is totally corrupted. That is a sarkari bor from which everyone gets water supply but that man takes that sarkari bor as a personal property. He takes monthly fee by pressurizing everyone and give water supply once in 2 months.

It is to bring to your notice that there is a frequent breakdown/ joint leakage in 18 inch feeder line emanating from anand parbat/than singh nagar water booster effecting water supply to nearby residents. Water being most essential commodity & it is eluding the residents quite frequently & hence be the top priority of any government. Hence we request humbly to get this problem.
The concerned department engineers [mr. Mondal & others] do not feel this as top priority & hence we are left with no other option to make this as formal complaint.

It is requested to get this done at the earliest possible time frame.

I am the resident of n block, abul fazal, new delhi.
There is this building (N-44, n block, abul fazal part 1 jamia nagar near al shifa hospital, new delhi 110025) the residents of which wastes a huge amount of water every single day.
The tank overflowed and the water gets wasted for hours but they never cares.
Please look at the matter at the earliest

Our water meter has been stolen by thieves downstairs while we were upstairs kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.
This complaint is for bindapur police station, new delhi.

Hello concern,
I am currently residing at paschim vihar which is having water connection bearing, kno: [protected], area code 110063. For this month i was shocked to receive water bill for an amount of 1531 rs. My monthly water bill amounts generally range between 500 to 600. The bill for this 2 months is almost twice the amount of my regular bills. I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and i noticed that meter reading unit for the current bill is showing more than units than the current meter readings which is impossible. Apart from this i dialed cc no 1916 and received prompt to press 2 for bill issue but call is getting disconnected and also not able to register complaint online. Forcefully i have to raise this concern through mail only.

I hope my complaints will be resolved asap.

Is aap even worth getting a single vote? What is the point of carrying out swach bharat abhiyan when sewers are overflowing?
I am highly horrified to see the conditions of sewer in lajpat nagar 4, q block. After registrating end number of complaints against the same issue, today when i returned home i saw the most devastating sight of my life. The whole sewer has overflown and has come back in my house. Tell me how are we supposed to live in such filth? I am unable to use my washroom because i fear that it may make the situation even worse. It's a shame on the delhi government, jal board, mcd, and the centre government and whosever is responsible who could not even ensure a safe living environment for their citizens. Pathetic system it is where no one is ready to listen to our complaints. And dare they ask for votes this time and make fake promises.

October 2019 bill is exorbitantly high rs.13800.57 bill detail is also not there. I got notice in sms in mobile no. On 09th october 2019. From delhi jal board website also i could not get duplicate copy of bill. I got a copy of old bill dated 02 march 2019 bill no.[protected] where bill value is nil for a period of 60 days, units consumed 36, which is

My water bill for 161 days has been generated with total consumption as 113 units and amounting to Rs.2002/-.
However, this bill does not include subsidy provided for first 20 units for every 30 days and thus amounts Rs.2002. As per my calculations, this makes 108 of total units subsidised. I request authorities to please look into this.

Water supply by delhi jal board in 275 (A, b, c, d, e, f) pocket 2, mayur vihar phase1, new delhi-110091 is so drastic from last 20 days. As the sewer water, is contaminated in the pipelines which is a serious problem for the residency and there is small children they are affecting such type of sewer mix water. The water is the basic requirement for everybody. So i request that please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

K no is [protected].. Wrong bill was sent to me which i paid in hurry... After goung to the office i came to know i jv paid extra amount of bill... Plz sir refund my extra - 1232 to my account as it cant be adjusted in my future bills as i always use water under 20 kl free limit... Kindly refund my amount asap... Bcoz soon i m going to sale my house too... If it wouldnt be return it would be completely a loss amount for me

I am living alone and to my surprise my bill is so high that even family of four -six never got the bill so high. complianed may times but waste. got everything checked if some leakage is there but no leakages are there everything working well . house was also locked for 6 weeks even then bill is so high. i have been complaining since long but everytime gets just a call that it has been resolved but still getting high bill. help me and please check the matter

I live in gda officers colony nehru nagar 2nd b ghaziabad.
It has been noticed that from last 3 years water from tank is over flowing 5-6 times for half hour each. If somebody ask gaurd to open motor for personal use then also he does that.

But no one is taking action. I have been registered complaint before also but not action has been taken. Please kindly look into this matter.

This is to bring to your kind notice that there is a leakage of water from main pipe of main road of pooth kalan bus stop towards prahlad pur (From bus stand to vatika) and the result is wastage of huge amount of water day by day. Kindly repair the main line to save water as soon as possible, as we all know every drop of water is so costly

This is to inform you that the sewer of gali no.14 sadh nagar palam colony near raj dairy is leaking vigorously the whole street is full of sewer water people are at high risk of having disease the children are sliding because of sewer water. So please fix the sewer leakage.
Kindly respond as early as possible.
