Delhi jal board sent a wrong bill & after multiple complaints on twitter also no follow-up. There helpline also not reachable. Got bill of amount rs. 285308.81 (2.85 lakhs) for 58 days of water consumption.

Every month dirty and stinking water is supplied in b block, fazalpur, behind mother dairy plant.
It is hard to even wash hand also as, it smells so bad, due to that supply water lots of inconvenience is caused for office going person, as water also come as per fixed time. During night its hard to even purchase bottled water. So much wastage of money also happens as we are paying for water bill every month then purchasing other water too... This need to be fixed asap.

This is to bring to notice that the quality of water supply to old rajinder nagar (Block 28) is very filthy. It has caused so much issue for the residents that we are unable to perform our daily household chores. Also, the water is nowhere close to level of human consumption. It is leading to various skin diseases to us. Despite complaining several times, no effect has been seen. The. Water supply is causing so much problem to children at most causing diseases.

Sir,
I am a resident o[censored]ttam nagar west, the water quality of my area is deteriorating per day. The water has a stinky smell and a taste which makes it almost un-drinkable. Most probably the water supply has been getting mixed up with the drainage supply. This an extremely serious matter as we are facing shortage of clean drinking water even after using clean water purifiers.
Hope the concerned authorities will be taking a quick action

Myself a customer of djb, ca no [protected]. Water consumption of my family per month is less than20kl. That is why i got 100% exemption on water bill till last month. My current meter reading (On 24/9/2019) is 576/ok, and previous updated reading was 258/ok (On 13/07/2016).
Hence my total consumption is318/ok during last three years. Djb recently send me a message stated bill an amount of rs 816.
Please take a corrective measures in this regard and oblige me.

I've opt for self billing in DJB mSeva app.
I've entered wrong reading (instead of 107.11, I've entered 10711) due to which huge amount of bill has been generated.
Please help to cancel this bill and resolve the matter.

My complaint id:2459143 dated on 20/9/19 but till now nobody came from delhi jal board, i have already spent more money to delhi jal board, my father got critical health problem due to this anxity, please take necessary corrective action immediately. We are not getting water supply on time at C Block Rama Park Uttam Nagar. As per the SMS received from DJB the timings is 1000 Hrs to 1200 Hrs. But not getting supplies. Also this time is not suitable for the working people. Please take corrective measures.

I am one of the resident of beadon pura, karol bagh, new delhi-110005 (Gali no. 40.) which comes under the karol bagh area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalized
I want to focus your attention on the fact that there are many hotels, malls corporate offices and food centers like domino's and macdonald in our area i. E. Karol bagh, beadon pura at these places are supplying absolutely clear water by the state and how it is possible at all times that the water is dirty in some streets in the same area and some places are very clear. It is a violation of the constitution and right to equality, why has there been so much discrimination that people is residing there for so long time.

We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

I am one of the resident of Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 (Gali No. 40.) which comes under the Karol Bagh area. The problem is we have got water supply connection from delhi jal board, but there is no water supply and we are helpless and buying the drinking water from the market.

Whole gali is getting drinking water supply from water tankers, supplied by delhi jal board.

There is a horrible dirty foul smell in the water supply for the past one week. The same is not fit for human consumption. We are unable to even bathe in this water. It seems that sewer water has mixed with djb supply. Please get it checked immediately. The said problem is in the entire lane 31 Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar

I live in Maheva east Naini allahabad my neighbor waste clean water to much he use pipe which is 4 cm in diameter and he just thrown water in road to clean road but aur locality road is always clean but still he throw water for more than. 1 hr today is heavy Rain whole day but still he is cleaning Soo plzzz kindly take action on it

Last month we noticed that no employee from delhi jal board came to check the notice and track the record and after the month we receive a bill of rupees 5372. I want to know how they to any consumer and they generate bills for the consumer without taking a reading from the meter... I'm a senior citizen lady i'm very tensed about my extra water bill charges i have already many house hold expenses please deduct charges my water bill i'm not able to pay charges and check unit my humble request to you please solve my water bill problem

Bad quality of water being supplied in pocket 11, jasola vihar, delhi 25 sincce a week now. It's hazy and contains seawage smell. The quality been down since an year. But, got worsten in last 7-8 days, can't be used in any manner. It's a high risk of health of the community too, specially for old aged and kids who often use gulp during bath. Even it can creat epidemic situation in the society somehow.

Water overflows everyday into the open on the water tanks as shown in the video below. Creating pools of water, breeding grounds for mosquitoes and other problems. Everyday for an hour in the morning hours. The responsible don’t not listen and understand the repercussions to this or it as a problem and ignore it entirely. After several attempts of informing they are ready to fight.
