In molarband (110044), there is no timing of supply, sometime we receive water in 2 to 3 days. Most of tap water supply come in midnight which is totally wrong. Now tell me who is is ready position to get 2am, 3am midnight to fill water. This shows that your employees do not want to supply water in our area... When you do not have water for 3days. Think what will ne situation.. Rest in gali 68 n 72 n more people using groundwater as commercial use... Plz provide water daily n stop commercial use

I want to complaint against the wastage of water in chemistry laboratories of Ramjas college, University of Delhi.
Everyday a huge amount of water is wasted from leaking taps and pipes.
Please look into this issue as soon as possible .

    In sarita vihar block k there is a school named blossoms school. I am a visitor here and since last one hour i can see the peon is wasting liters and liters of water washing road plants etc... I tried to stop him but he kept on wasting water till i started taking a video of him. Please approach the rwa and the school authority to sensitise them and the staff.

      हमारे क्षेत्र न्यु अशोक नगर नियर mcd primary school के आसपास के क्षेत्र मे विगत 3-4 माह मे पानी की सप्लाई बहुत ही कम आ रहा है।सुबह मे केवल 30-40 मिनट और शाम के वक्त तो सप्लाई केवल 10-15 मिनट के लिए ही आता है।पानी के किल्लत के वजह से हमलोग बहुत परेशान रहते है।पानी की कमी के कारण कई बार बच्चे स्कूल भी नहीं जा पाते है और पानी की किल्लत के वजह से हम अपने रोजमर्रा के कार्य भी नहीं कर पाते है। आपसे समस्या के अतिशिघ्र समाधान की अपेक्षा है।

        Our neighbor is washing his vehicle through water pipe while he cleaning his vehicle with a cloth the pipe is in running condition and water is getting wasted and is flowing to the sewer. The amount of water which he used to clean his bike that can be used to clean 2 cars or can used to drink water for 2~3 days. Videos are attach for your rederence.

          My name is nadeem. I am living in kabir nagar, shahdara. I want to make a complaint against delhi jal board officers because water is not coming from last five days in my area. We are facing problem due to no water supply. From last few months water was coming only 1 hour at midnight but from last five days even 1 hour supply is cut. You think, how can we manage without single drop of water. Please think about my complaint and take action as soon as possible

              I am shocked to receive your water supply bill no.[protected] dt. 17 aug, 2019 for rs. 1196.10 yesterday for the water consumption of 49 kl. For the period 03 june 2019 to 02 aug, 2019, which appears to be based on arbitrary reading and not at actual.
              In this connection, i would like to state that in my house only 2 members, who are aged between 75 to 80 years and the water consumption to the tune of 49 kls. Within 2 months is impossible. You can look at my previous bills of few years and you yourselves will find the present bill is next to impossible.
              I therefore urge your good office to depute some of your officer to examine the reality and check the meter reading in my presence and accordingly raise your revised bill. Till such time i am keeping your bill is abeyance and not making any payment pending your inspection. Needless to mention that on such delay no penalities or late surcharge will be to my account. I hope justice will be done. I look forward to your earliest communication.

                Suryodaya apartments, dwarka sector 12, pocket 8, opposite to raddison blu hotel.
                The water tanks lack auto stop or a basic alarm sensing the water level in tank this leads to motors pumping water in the already overflowing tanks.
                I have personally approached some flats and requested them to take care but my actions have gone in vain.
                Every morning thousands of liter of water gets wasted due to the above reasons. Please take immediate and strict action on this and suggest if i/ society can contribute in any way.

                  I would like to inform that we have really frustrated with djb and aam party to having no water supply from past 2 days in our area (Moti nagar 8/30) its really disappointing there are no action taken on our several complaints and we are still have challenge to live without water supply, everyday we have to buy water bottle and spend lots of money on it.

                    Block 60, ramjasroad karol bagh, delhi 110005, would like to bring your attention on the water shortage that we are facing. We have been going through the water crisis since 6 months. Because of which we are facing lots of problems as there is no water for our daily consumption. There is no supply of water at all or if it comes it is for a very short time.
                    All are neighbours are facing this problem as well. We have already given our complains collectively but there has been no action taken.

                      I request you please send the machine which clean the sewerage as facing issue because of blockage water get inside our shops abd environment is unhygienic.
                      As it’s like harrashment to our customers they don’t come to our shop.

                      My mla he never took a stand as always his staff give excuse.

                      Since last 2 year i hv been fighting with this.

                      Every where the pipeline were replaced but here they were having order but still they didn’t replace the pipeline.
                      Because of small pipeline and flow of water if more as one dsui washroom is next to my office there water flow also come i reply u if they don’t want to replace pipeline atleast get it clean after 15 days every month.

                        I am a resident of 9/306 iii floor, sunder vihar paschim vihar, delhi -87. People who live in 9/307, puris they switch on their motor let the water running for hours even the tank is full. I have requested them several times to have motor alarm but they paid no heed. Today also it is almost one and a half hour and the water is running continuouly from the tank. I mean the tank is over flowing since 1.5 hours.
                        Kindly do something.

                            Clean odorfree water supply to be restored in both evening and morning hours five hours each

                            It has to be done urgently and immediately.

                              Please refer to our complaints regarding the above subject dtd. 23rd may 2019 and reminder for the same dtd. 12th july 2019

                              You are requested to please do the needful by replacing the faulty water meter installed at our residence b-7/64, safdarjung encalve main new delhi -110 029 and revised the bills w. E. F. March 2018 to till date. As no meter reading reflects on our bills from march 2018 on wards but charged very heavy lpsc charges.

                              Kindly change the meter at the above address and issue fresh bills without lpsc charges.

                                Since 3-4 days the gutter is overflowing it has alot of smell. We complaint 3 days ago but no action was taken. The same problem we are facing from last 8months.in every 3 days gutter overflowing problem we are facing. This is really un acceptable that our children cannot even go out with this. It has alot of smell. Can any one take the complaint seriously and can rectify this issue today and help us to resolve this.

                                  The mainhole in backlane behind D - 194 Ashok Vihar phse - 1 is blocked causing very offensive smell in our home, it may cause health hazard, periodic cleaning was also seemed not taken place this season.                                       We disconnected our captioned connection at our mori gate, delhi, house on 29/06/2011, vide receipt no.283075 for rs 3846 including rs 100 as disconnection charges. Being senior citizen, we start leaving with my son at his house at pitampura, delhi. As mori gate house is on first floor and now not in an inhabitable condition, we decided to sell it out. I have visited djb, partap nagar on 02/08/19, 13/08/19 and again on 19/08/19 vide their dairies n0.1850, 1928 and 1953 with a request of "no due certificate.' but till date, not received the same. Disgusting. Please help, at least to senior citizen

                                        Dear sir/mam,

                                        This is to inform you that i (Owner) resident of flat no. 233, pkt-13, ph-1, manglapuri, dwarka, new delhi – 45 with installed water meter no. 2014a2035364 on 10.12.2016 by delhi jal board vide its receipt no. 12691 in exchange of existing old water meter. The k. N. O. Number is [protected].

                                        That in july 2016 / january 2017 i found my water meter stolen due to no supply of water in taps. I have lodged a complaint to palam police station instantly. Thereafter no effective steps were taken by the concerned police.

                                        That due to hefty/inaccurate bills without consumption recently on 01.03.2019 i installed isi marked kranti meter no. 100371 purchased through recognized shop vide receipt no. 2089. I am a regular water consumer of djb and paid last bill on 13.08.2019 vide receipt no.[protected] amount of rs. 19.120/-.

                                        That submitting the application regarding installed above mentioned water meter along with requisites the 02 officers on the desk for receipt of application in room 127 denied to accept the same and also directed to contact ms. Sunita in room no. 123. Ms. Sunita declined to accept the application on the pretext with condition that the l&t is only authorized water meter installer and no other brand water meter is acceptable therefore threw the application in wind. Ms. Sunita also warned to undersigned that if i fail to deposit rs. 7200/- price of new water meter then i will continue receiving the hefty wrong water bill identical to earlier once. Ms. Sunita forced me to deposit 7200/- or else face the consequences. Ms. Sunita also affirmed that the meter reading will be hypothetical even if no water meter installed until new installation and reading in installed meter is void and will not consider while billing next. There has been no meter reading by any official since last one year and wrongly mentioned meter reading date as 29.06.2019 in bill. You are sending average bills.

                                        That on 16.08.2019 i again visited the same office to submit the fresh application for water meter installation however, ms. Sunita along with mr. Devendra declined to accept the application despite the undersigned ready to submit the required amount of rs. 7200/- there and then wherein they demanded copy of fir which is lost due to over sightedness by me.

                                        Hence, i bound to deposit amount of rs. 7200/- cost of new water meter installation to reduce fraud created as planned strategy by delhi jal board.

                                        The true copy of receipt last bill paid is enclosed and details of current installed meter testing report & guarantee/warranty card, receipt is in safe custody of the undersigned. Under the circumstances, i request you to resolve the issue at the your earliest, so that may be correct reading of the meter and the correct water bills are prepared hereof.

                                        The meter reading as on 10.08.2019 is 0006092 to be noted.
