Billing amount is more than usual bill amount. The meter showing total reading on 31-jul-2019 is 119 total unit since meter installed dated 14/12/2014 but in current bill 82 unit charge for the period of 20-apr-2019 to 27-jul-2019 for which amount has been charged rs.2705/-. So please check the bill and previous consumption record and correct the bill.

Even after complaining since 2 months, our water supply issue has not been rectified. Very less water is pumped towards our house 29/ 24 old rajinder nagar.
Since 1 month it is very less quantity of water that is being supplied towards our building and we are struggling to meet our day to day needs.
Telephonic calls are not getting connected for complaining nor the toll free number for complaint redressal.

Please look into the issue with some responsibilty.

I m resident of bhajanpura, delhi -110054. Just my next to house. There is a flat based house in which i have been see everymorning the wastage of water everyday. They don’t switch off the motor therefore tank overflow everyday which cause wastage and as well as dengue causing mosquito.
Now at this stage where an alarming situation all over india. We cannot loose or waste water at any cost.
Please look into it..

I shifted to vasant kunj (Green glade apartment) two weeks back. As each day passed, i saw spillage of water for hours from a 500ml water tank daily on the neighbors roof. I talked about the issue to my landlord but of no use. She said she tried to address the issue but the owners are indifferent and denied at the same. On enquiry found house no. 2319 is responsible, also when i went there and adressed the issue they didn't pay heed and denied.

I being a responsible citizen want to get your attention towards the matter. Please redress the complaint asap.

Getting unhygenic, foul smell, unhealthy, sewage water mix supply was given to us from past few days due to this supply of water my son is not well. My mother is also old aged women. My brother is survived from cancer this condition of drinking water or useage of water never make them to recover.
Request to please take care immediately. This water is used by kids and old aged persons which is not good for their surviving.

I am resident of guru harkishan nagar paschim vihar.in m-135 the driver they have, regularly washes their cars for hours with a regular flow of water in morning time. I request you to have a look once. Huge amount of drinking water is been wasted on regular basis. This kind of wastage of water should stop on urgent basis. Please have a look as soon as possible.

Sir, my water mtr connection no. [protected]. My water motor is out of order since may. I am not using supply water since may 2019. My water bill has received in may 400 and jun 365. Total bill received 765/-. There is no change of meter reading last three months, motor is out of order, how bill 765/- has come is not under stood. I have not paid the bill still clarification is not received.

Please clarify.

for last 4-5 days we are receiving blackish dirty water like it is creased with sewer / oil particle. Please kindly look into this matter asap. We are forced to purchase water from out side we tried to make call to various deportment of djb from janajk puri subhash nagar, ho at jhnadelwalan etc but no reponse

Billing error bill id[protected] for k no [protected]

There is a serious error in this bill as the apartment is not in use to show such consumption. Electricity bills stand proof of non consumption.

Application with all details lodged with zro (Swii) vasant kunj, delhi jal board on 12/07/2019 under diary no 1925.

The average monthly consumption figures appears to have gone up from 6 units in 2017 to 43 units in 2018 and then down to 14 units post march 2019.
This is untenable given no one is living in the apartment. So, someone is stealing water or siphoning water if the meter is moving.

No action has been taken by zro in rectifying the wrong bill despite the complaint lodged. Today i have been sent an sms serving a disconnection notice for failure to pay.

I am out of station and can only make attempts remotely to connect with djb vasant kunj zro but it needs attention as my application is with them to rectify the situation and issue the correct bill. I am being levied late payment fees etc. When i am seeking correction in bill. Phone number on djb website does not work forget about ease of doing business!

Please kindly escalate and expedite this

I'm a resident of savitri nagar. The building adjacent to reliance fresh, 29/1 savitri nagar, new delhi -110017 waste water everyday.. Some1’s water tank over flows for hours everyday. Litres and litres of water overflows everyday in the evening.

A huge amount of water iss getting wasted from the tank everyday.

Please look into this matter at the earliest.

I am extremely disapponted by the disgusting water supply at my residence- 21 Shanti Vihar, near karkardooma court Delhi -110092
We are terribly suffering due to smelly & dirty water supply from past few weeks which is mixed with sewage water . This water is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose & is horrible for human consumption. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and house members have already started feeling sick.
Could you look into the urgent matter immidiately as we are suffering a lot. Need an action to be taken for highly dirty and smelly water supply.

I am residing in nawada housing complex, dwarka mor nd-59, and we are residing in worst situation as sewer is overflow from last 8-10 days. We are unable to go out side of house as there are lots of bad water, blocked road with sewer water and mosquitoes... Kids are suffering from different diseases also not able to go out side... Its like hell.

No water since 2 months. There is very acute shortage of water in our apartment since 2 months. Even after lots of complaints the problem is not rectified.
Please look into the issue as soon. Its highly irresponsible to delay this over 2 months by now.

My water meter stolen 2 months back i have been doge a fir complaint aswell but there is no action has been taken from the management and now they give me tentative bill of 5 thousand rupees why should i pay if i m not using it i m not gona pay anything requested for a frequent action from your side i m very irritated with jalboard department i visited there they force me to submit this 5 thousand why should i pay just gave me new connection as this is not my mistake i someone stolen my meter i already inform police no one taking any action

Dear sir,

Am one of the resident of raghubir nagar j. J colony 25 yard area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some siver smiles. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

I wish to inform you i have received excess water bill is rs13110/-which is on higher side i have used water within std limit 20000 within a month and my meter is ok and no. Is [protected]. Kindly do the needful. I have already lodged complaint at your end till date i have not received any satisfactory reply. Every month bill is increasing. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court.

I am a resident of b-210 rajiv gandhi colony (Transit camp) govindpuri kalkaji, near c lal chowk, new delhi-19... Water supply line near shiv mandir b - block is totally damaged due to which there is leakeage of water in morning and evening. Water flows and goes waste at the time of supply, ie in morning and evening and it is almost daily wastege of more than 1000 ltr of water. We have already complain and it almost 2 months have passed but no repair has done yet... Kindly take this matter is serious... Save water is our priority..

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that we were getting dirty, chemical mixed and black drinking water by delhi jal board in block c rama park, delhi-110059 from last more than 6 months. This worst quality of water causing many hazardous problems on our health and it is specially affecting our children's health. Now from last more than 8 days no water is coming in the area. We are compelled to buy water from market.
I have complained from top to bottom including local officer to ceo delhi jal board/ cm office, but no action has been taken so far. Everytime the officials delete my complaints saying that the issues of dirty water/no water has been solved but actually problem is still same.

I am raising this concern to you as i believe it will addressed asap by helping us in getting good quality of drinking water regularly from delhi jal board. Request you to address it asap as it is making our living very difficult.

Dear sir/ma’am,

With due respect, i would like to draw your kind attention towards. The wastage of water in our area.

I leave in badarpur delhi. Every morning i go to the office, there is a street (Gali) on my way and there is a house and in the corner of that house, a pipe maybe 4 or 5 inches out of the ground. And continuous water flow from it and water goes into naali.

I know there are many streets where this is normal and peoples are wasting a thousand litters of water every day and complaining about such matter may be worthless but just watching and ignoring it every day is quite difficult for me.
Because according to news and social platform groundwater of delhi may run out of water in upcoming years. And water in the yamuna is already dirty and populated.

Like others, i can also be careless, but my india is changing and i am too. And it's time to wake up, we have to reserve our limited resource.

Maybe the name of the house owner is govinda which i had heard from sometimes from someone who was calling him. I went to him and asks him you should close the mouth of that pipe, you should know the value of water, this is so precious for us but he gives me anger reaction and after someday when i try to close pipe mouth with a pipe cap, he comes out of his house and pushed me than his neighbor comes and said to me “aap chale jao, hamne bhi bahut kosis kri iss pipe ko band krne ki ya kisi chij se baand kr k pani ko rokne ki lekin ye har baar cap ya bandne ki chij ko nikal kr fek dete hai or jhagra krne lagte hai”.

The place i am taking about is
Gali no. S 54, block-e 3rd, molarband extn, badarpur, delhi. There’s a small shop in gali with house no. 133, name is om atta chaki and a small school called jai bharti modern school.

I know this not possible for jal vibhag to check every street that why we have to wake up. I only want that please take strict action against him because delhi is already very late to aware.

I have already submitted written complaints regarding my bill which i have received from the jal board office.

I am not using my water connection from last 3-4 months but still getting the bill on regular basis. I have already inform the same to mr. Ramanand (Djb employee) to check the same.

Request you to please assign somebody on this issue and send me the revised bill as per the consumption.
