Would like to bring your kind notice in our problem regarding non-water supply. We are facing water problems from last 4 yrs. I hereby request you please arrange to provide us 3 tanker every week so that we can rid out this matter.

    Sir/madam,
    There is a problem of meter reading for kno no. [protected] in the name of rakesh kumar at 82 j extension, laxmi nagar, delhi,. For consecutively both two last bills were with incorrect meter reading. I am attaching today picture of my meter which is only 530 unit. But bills are provided with wrong reading.

    Bill has been sent to us for rs. 41653. We just shifted here in the month of december 2018 . Beforeit was a vacant house, no one has taken meter reading for months and we do not even use this much of water . Kindly reduce our bill, we are not liable to pay such amount of bill.

My water meter has been stolen by some miscreants at night of 28th june 2018. Kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.

        Inadequate to nil water supply in old rajinder nagar, new delhi, block 28 for the past 4 days (04.07.2019 to 07.07.2019). Complaint was raised on 05.07.2019 with the delhi jal board but still no resolution has been provided. Further, there is no fixed time for the water supply and even if the supply comes, the flow remains for 10minutes only which is insufficient to fill the water tank for consumption through the day. Can you please provide assistance at the earliest?

        Overflow of water takes place everyday and this is the same scenario for over 1 year now.
        I have made several complaints but no action is being taken
        In morning around 7 am and in evening around 7 pm, overflow of water is there.
        So much wastage of water can lead to serious problems in near future

          Sir, For last few months we were getting abnormal bill. Even though we consume very less quantity, around 400 ltrs/ day., we remitted previous bills. But now during April 17 to June 19, 2019 we got a bill with consumption of 53 k. From 3rd May to 9th June we were out of Delhi and the generated bill is clearly a mistake. Please rectify mistake and sent revised bill. If the same is happening due to faulty meter please replace the same and include the applicable cost in next bill.

            This is a complain for a gym owner at N 28 Hargobind enclave, chattarpur, ND 110074. Every day litres of water is being wasted as his flush tanks, taps etc are leaking for months.

            Even after several complaints and requests no action is being taken. Some times the water also starts flowing out of the bathroom leading to water logging.
            Common water for building usage is being wasted. Every day approximately 500-700 litre of water is being wasted.

            Please take action.

              I bhagwati devi kadamb (Age 74 years) want to say that my water meter number 096778 is installed on 15/03/2019 at my residence 285 pocket e mayur vihar phase 2 delhi-110091. My water meter reading has been taken by the delhi jal board reader on 3rd of july 2019 and the reading was less then 90 at that time. Today i received the bill by the department and the reading displayed on the bill is 103 reading, but the actual reading on the meter today is 96. This manipulation is done by the reader so that bill amount rises. He takes the reading and generate the bill in 4 months so that i can not take the benifit of subsedee by the djb. So look in the matter and do needful and oblige.

                A delhi jal board plot which is comes in under goverment where people throw garbage and during rainy season those open pits are filled with water which causes dirt, insects, serious diseases like chicken gunia, malaria, dengue, viral fever etc and one thing more that a local area boys whi comes sit inside there and doing bad habbit like smoking, drinking and they do fight also, this is such a serious matter. It is a serious issue in this area. We are really suffering due to this garbage smell

                It is a humble request to take a look at this area also, please take action asap.

                  In the toilet of wave mall at rajouri garden (Behind police station) there is all urinals sensor are not working and wash basin faucets also since last 10 days and evey day thousands of liters water wasted and i complained there staff bt no body intrested. I requested to take strong action as we all are surviving water crises. Please survey on all commercial property such as malls factory, showrooms because there staff or management are irresponsible.

                    I'm a resident of h-19 sector - b2 pocket - h, dda flats narela

                    There is a lot's of vacant houses opposite my house. Litres and litres of water overflows everyday in the morning and evening for more than 2 hours continuously.

                    A huge amount of water is getting wasted not only in my pocket h from all other pocket's as well it's a very big alarming situation

                        I am a resident of jaidev park (East punjabi bagh). My water meter was not working and was in stop condition for over an year. I raised a complaint for the same at my local regional office. They told me to get a new meter installed and then someone would come to re-check the meter. I have done all the required procedure and submitted all the valid documents. I got a recieving from the authorities dated 21-5-19 but no one has came yet to take the reading of the new meter instead my bill is increasing month by month. My current bill amount is almost 17988/-. I am helpless and confused knowing the fact that nowadays water meter is not a big problem for people of delhi since they are getting a good free quota of water from the delhi jal board. I am attaching all the required documents so kindly so the needful action at the earliest.

                          For current months 27 april, 2019 to 24 june, 2019 amt. 1397-00.

                          I want say my daily water uses is aprox 400 liters, so that monthly uses is 12000 liters. And delhi govt. Given 20, 000 liters per months free water.

                          Therefore the above bill is totaly wrong, please check your details in respect of k. No. [protected] name pushpa devi. She is already a senior citizen lady.

                            DJB closes the complaint and marks it as resolved in reality nothing is resolved. They have closed my same previous 2 complaints. It's a CHOR board.

                            On 28th september 2015 received inflated bill of inr 5456/- as arrears. Fearing disconnection the bill was promptly paid.
                            Since i fall in the free water consumption limit i paid an excess amount of inr 5052/-.
                            From sept. 2015 till date my water bill reflects an amount of minus inr 5052/-.
                            I receive sms'es from djb that stating "that no payment required against kno[protected]".
                            I have already registered a complaint with mr. Sharma, mobile no. [protected] for a refund as well as written complaint with supporting documents with zro (Sw)-ii, vasant kunj, diary no.: 5203, dated 25th oct. 2017.
                            I as a senior citizen, have made several visits personally to djb office, vasant kunj also called up mr. Sharma innumerable times. Till date i have not received a positive response leave alone a refund of my excess payment.
                            On the contrary i have received negative response from mr. Sharma that "djb does not refund any excess amount paid".
                            I humbly request you to look into the matter for expediting the excess amount paid by mistake at the earliest.

                              change of name in water bill of delhi jal board.

                              I am a resident of flat no. 617, sector - 17-a, dwarka, new delhi. The flat was purchased from shri sandeep dhingra who was the original allottee of the flat.

                              My k. No. Is [protected] and i have online applied for change the name in djb water bill on 10.12.2018 and submitted all the required documents. Djb has done the needful in the same week and two bills have received by me in my name.

                                I am b s bora. I am leaving in palam colony, raj nagar-2, 110077. My problem is not getting water supplysince three monthe ago. Scarity of water becoming the severe problem for us. Half inside the street not getting water. Water pipeline in the street are on the up side as you go in side. There is some kind of political setback that is why still we are struggling to get the water pipeline sufficiently. I hope there is some way the method resolving the issue. I have many time complained but no responce.
                                Kindly draw some attention towards the issue water not getting

                                    There are sewage blockage outside in pipelines connected to our school which sometimes overflow and water came to our school grounds in continuous manner.. Request to you kindly look after the matter and send the labour with machines to sort out the blockage in our school premises... School is going on and it is very harmful for children's as well as staff members... Take this complaint on priority basis...
