I am pravendra diwakar want to correct the area code in my water bill (Delhi jal board) there is area code of janak puri but i live in mahavir enclave part iii so please kindly correct the area code in my water bill connection there should be area code of mahavir enclave instead of janak puri... Please make the correction in my water bill as soon as possible....

I am a resident of ranaji enclave phase-2, near nangli dairy men najafgard road new delhi-110043 in south-west delhi. I wish to inform you that we are facing problem of no water supplied in our area for the of past 15 days no water is supplied in our area in our locality people face the problem of no water supply. As you know it's summer time everyone need water but there is no supply of water.

We resident of shoe market uttam nagar gali no.27 are not getting water supply for past few days and are being charged in appropriately in water bill. For last 3 months, we have been charged rs 1975 and no one came for water meter reading.in bill also, meter status has been shown as rddt. My contact number is [protected]. Called djb customer care also and they gave me a complaint number but no proper response given...

I wish to inform you that we are facing problem of dirty (Sewer black water) water coming for the last 1 month in west guru angad nagar gali no 8, laxmi nagar area. Inspite of complaining about it no action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as this could cause health issue to us and our children.

I m resident in c-6/7 vasant kunj. Already registered compliant on toll free no. 1916. Reference no is.[protected]. No action taken by jal board irrespective of many reminders. My house is overflowing with sewage water. I have small kid. The foul smell, mosquitoes and flies can lead to diseases in the house. Kindly take action as soon as possible....

I had logged complaint on 16th of jan 2019 & followed up numerous times.
The email was sent on following id's, but with no success.
I am continuously getting bills without meter readings.

This is to inform you that my water connection and meter is running okay as per survey of your staff during may cycle and my current reading has been noted by taking an image of meter by your staff.
Earlier meter was illegible due to vapours accumulated over it, now it is legible and i have not consumed more than 20 units in any month
Please issue a revised bill which i shall pay
