This is to inform you that we are living in street no 13, govind puri, new delhi - 110019, since a quite a long time we are facing this issue, our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one 8 months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies and it seems like water line is been merged with gutter...

Water supply line is too old so the sever water is got mixed with main water supply line . Dirty water supply to our houses in this area . We complain about these before.We are facing this problem from last 8 month our children get sick sir kindly see in this matter we are very great full to you.
I requested you to change the old pipeline in our locality
So that people get fresh water and stay away from diseases.

Ever since the september 2018, the water supply in our otherwise 'reasonably healthy ' djb pipeline has been steadily reducing each month from about 700 litres per day to absolutely nil, for the last couple of weeks. There is no degradation in our part of the water pipeline. Our water meter is also not faulty. Delhi jal Board web site is very difficult. Its not user friendly for example if we forget password than system is so difficult to create new password. Web site generally do not work. Learn something from /www.tatapower-ddl.com how friendly it is. It is no use provide lot of facilities with not working? Please do something and think quality service thereafter ask for vote....

I'm a resident of pocket 13, sector 21, rohini, delhi - 110086. We have few residents who waste water very frequently due to overflow of their water tanks. We have even requested them multiple times to install some electronic bell to indicate them about filling the tanks but they ignored our suggestion. These residents are flat no. 85, 86 (Date of incident 27th may, 2019), flat no. 72 (Date of incident 22nd feb, 2019). Attached are the videos....

I have been using this water connection for 25 years plus. I have two flats in vasant vihar. Namely b-33 & b-35. I have been residing in them for the last 30 years. We have never really used our b-33 flat as we had future plans for the house but never really used it. A bill dated 9th jan 2019 was delivered to me on 15 th jan 2019. Dear Sir,
I am a resident of RZ/A/63-64, Narsingh Garden, Khyala, New Delhi - 110018.
For the last 15 days or so the sewer line in our area is chocked and is overflowing causing inconvenience to the residents . Due to the chocking of the sewer line we are getting contaminated drinking water with danger of epedimics to spread.
As the sewer line needs immediate desilting and the concerned authorities are not interested...

Water meter reading not giving reading since march 2018 as per bill dtd. 26th march 2018.
We are getting bills without reading and adding lpsc charges very high in every bill since march 218

I live in maujpur, delhi area, where for last few weeks, the quality of water is very low and unfair to use. The construction of strees and sewers is underway for more than a month. No one responds to complaints. Due to sewage water from water line, we have to brought drinking water from outside but for household work its becoming difficult. Please look into this situation and take action as soon as possible....

On 20th may in monday morning when we started the motor to fill up the tank the water was not coming. So, when we called the plumber to check the issue regarding the water supply and then we got to know about that someone has stolen our motor and water meter too. As all this might be happened in the early morning of 20th may. Please register my complain and revert asap....

Pls refer to attached photo of meter reading. Meter reading should be Nil as there was no usage of water since last 6 months. Meter reading photograph is attached herewith for your reference and record.

Even house was closed Monday to Friday. Only saturday and Sunday open.

Kindly regenerate the bill according to meter reading.
