Respected sir/mam
I am a resident of jagatpur extension, wazirabad near burari in north delhi. For the past many days dirty stinking water is being supplied in our area
Recently djb claimed that water supplied by it is fit for drinking and does not even
Need ro purification
But the water supplied is not fit even for bathing let alone drinking.
Kindly look into the matter

F.) mohan garden, block-h, uttam nager, new delhi 110059, my water meter has been stolen on 31 may 2019 at around 1:00 pm.           Hi,

          My k no. [protected]

          Bill no.[protected]

          I have received bill of 3325.92 which is very high as consumption is shown 88 units. My meter reading is not taken in previous three billing and minimum unit bill was generated. Now when reading is taken in current bill no. O[censored]nits automatically increase. When i checked previous bill for three consecutive cycles then i found 5 to 7 units bill was raised. How come it is possible that consumption increased more than 40 times in current cycle. My consmption has never crossed more than 20units in any month as per bills previously. Kindly get it adjusted properly.

            It is again intimated that Mr. Ranjit verma has imposed an unauthorized and illegal connection with the house number rz-681/3/b-2 and b-3, gali no. 27e, sadh nagar-ii, palam colony, new delhi-110045 and through this connection, he is doing business to earn money per month by supplying water to others.
            No any action has taken by Delhi Jal Board on till date. Therefore, there is a humble request from you that please act as soon as possible so that the delhi jal board is not harmed.

                Delhi jal board team,
                I am a resident of j-3 block rajouri garden and i want to highlight a major issue of water wastage done by a mandir near by our vicinity.
                Shri sanatan dharam mandir of j-3 block rajouri garden, new delhi has been wasting out 1000 gallons of water on regular basis and have no control over its usage. The water provided to them is through ground water which i believe is a scarcity in new delhi and being a religious place they think its their right over it.
                Its really painful to see how such precious thing gets wasted everyday and goes into the sewer just like that. Request you to kindly intervene and find a proper resolution to it.
                Your action are awaited with full faith and hope!

                  For the last few months water meter reader has not come to take reading of the water meter so i have paid more money for water bill. The house where water meter is installed is never locked so kindly make an arrangement to take water meter reading time to time. The reading of the water meter is 915 on[protected].
                  I also upload the water meter photo on your website for your convenience. So kindly adjust my previous payments according to my water meter reading and provide me amended water bill.

                  Block 16 Old rajinder nagar, Not getting Proper Ware Supply for Last 10 Days. Evening NO SUPPLY at ALL. Morning for about 1 to 2 hrs that too with Low Pressure. Last 3 days morning 5 to 6 only. Have Complained ton Phone. Just Listening but so far no remedial action.

                  Kindly, do the Needful at the earliest.

                      Sub: very high level corruption at delhi jal board contractor new delhi 110046.

                      Respected sir,

                      I am a resident of rz-12/a geetanjali park gali no-5 west sagarpur new delhi 110046. I want to bring in to your kind notice that very high scale corruption by contractor as well as sewer line work not well. Sewer position is not line. My house effected by sewer. Cause of that my house ladder breaks by labourers. Because of sewer is so closest my house. Sewer connection is not in line and they disconnect sewer connection. When again they not connect sewer connection. If we told him for connection. They demand money rs. 1000 each. When we talk about supervisor mr aslam contact no.[protected]. He told that, i can, t say about it. (Paise tu dene hi padgey.) cause of new connection. How that this is new connection. Whenever you disconnected our old connection.
                      They also misbehaved with the person. So that i request you that please visit in site and check it work or problem.

                      I again request you sir to take a strong action against this contractor.

                          I m resident in c-6/7 vasant kunj. Already registered compliant on toll free no. 1916. Reference no is.[protected]. No action taken by jal board irrespective of many reminders. My house is overflowing with sewage water. I have small kid. The foul smell, mosquitoes and flies can lead to diseases in the house. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

                            I had logged complaint on 16th of jan 2019 & followed up numerous times.
                            The email was sent on following id's, but with no success.
                            I am continuously getting bills without meter readings.
                            Mrwater. [protected]@nic.in, ces. [protected]@nic.in, jtdirsouth. [protected]@nic.in, aosouth. [protected]@nic.in.

                            I was told by delhi jal board people that i need to get water meter changes at my own cost & then send all bill scans along with image of meter via email. I did all this & sent email on 16th jan..

                            But its 5 months, no one has come to read the meter. Why am i being charged on approximation even after changing the meter & sending all details via email (As asked by dlb member).

                            As per latest email from jtdir south, he now wants me to visit dlb office with all papers once again.. Now this is called harrasment. When i have already done all that was asked in this world of digital india, why am i again being asked to visit delhi jal board.
                            Why cant, people read the meter & send actual & accurate bills? I demand an explanation for this.

                              This is to inform you that my water connection and meter is running okay as per survey of your staff during may cycle and my current reading has been noted by taking an image of meter by your staff.
                              Earlier meter was illegible due to vapours accumulated over it, now it is legible and i have not consumed more than 20 units in any month

                                This is to inform you that we are living in street no 13, govind puri, new delhi - 110019, since a quite a long time we are facing this issue, our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one 8 months which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies and it seems like water line is been merged with gutter due to which at the time of water is coming bad water is also coming along with clean water even my wife and child is not feeling well and we are spending a ton of money to doctors, please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalized.

                                We hope that our government will take some strict action and also resolve the issue on an immidete basis in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

                                Kindly look into this and save us from living a miserable life without water.

                                  Water supply line is too old so the sever water is got mixed with main water supply line . Dirty water supply to our houses in this area . We complain about these before.We are facing this problem from last 8 month our children get sick sir kindly see in this matter we are very great full to you.

                                      Ever since the september 2018, the water supply in our otherwise 'reasonably healthy ' djb pipeline has been steadily reducing each month from about 700 litres per day to absolutely nil, for the last couple of weeks. There is no degradation in our part of the water pipeline. Our water meter is also not faulty. So could the djb please activate itself to check for any obstacles / diversions in its upstream pipeline. Our local djb rep mr harish (For b-4/ 108 to 118 safdarjung enclave) is also unable to provide any answers to this six month old unhappy state of events.

                                        Delhi jal Board web site is very difficult. Its not user friendly for example if we forget password than system is so difficult to create new password. Web site generally do not work. Learn something from /www.tatapower-ddl.com how friendly it is. It is no use provide lot of facilities with not working? Please do something and think quality service thereafter ask for vote.
