Dear sir,

My (Kno no-[protected]) previous bill no[protected] dt31/8/18 reading showing in bill 976-1015 =39 unit in 123 days bill amt rs=0 (Showing wrong reading and today new bill amt rs 1566/- how now reader take 1066 unit dt 22/10/18 (61 days) 51 unit. Pls revised my bill 184 days (90 unit) include both bill we cannot pay rs 1566/- because this totally reader mistake why we pay this. Every time my bill amt is zero amount ans our consumption approx 15 unit per monnts. Pls see
My last water consumption unit and revised my this bill.

Dear sir,

    Sir we are facing some problems with here supply water, kalyan puri house number 20/47to 20/55, here supply water is not coming regularly clear, we are drinking dirty water and all family members here falling illness and diseases, here 7to 8 houses not properly drinking clear water, water dirty coming, please kindly immediately take a action against this water supply, we are all family except to take some decisions, thankfully your responses,

      My name is bharat bhushan bansal living in 1/2963 gali no 14 ram nagar shadra (Jaiswal marg bala ji pani agency).
      We are getting dirty and smelly water from last three months.
      It is not first time it happening. We are facing this issue from long time and would request you please take some serious action to rectify this problems.
      Water is the most purity which should be pure and clean to be able to drink and use for other tasks.
      I hope you will understand the situation and will soon take serious n effective action to resolve this problem.

I have been paying my was bill without any delay regularly. I don't why these arrears have been charged. Delhi Jal Board need to check their account and get this removed from my bill.

          average water bill

          This complaint has reference to k. No. [protected] for flat no. 14-d, motia khan, lig flat, delhi

          We have replaced the faulty water meter 1 year back. Meter no - 046454 of kranti brand, present water meter reading 1118 dated 15th oct 18. The same had been notified to competent authorities in the past. But, to my surprise we are receiving average water bill of 1 year back consumption since nobody is residing at the house from...

          I am complaining on the behalf of shikshalaya: a real learning place, jangpura b. We are facing this problem from more than 2 weeks now.
          All water used in school goes to the sewage, which is outside the school but all water is coming out on road and a lot of mosquitoes are laying eggs there.
          It's very unhygienic for kids.

            We already payed amount of water supply by cash up to 16july2018 bill. After a long time no one came for routine checkup and suddenly one day a guy came and without knowledge of any past billed payed history. He charged unnecessary amount. This amount is unexpectable and in our past we didn't received this much of amount. I complained but no one took action

            I humbly requesting you. Please take an action and let us know immediately.

              Sir/madam,
              Reference to above i would like to inform that this new connection was provided in july 2016 for domestic consumption. Since then no body has turned up to take metre reading but i have been receiving bills.
              Even after 2 years my metre reads 133 m3, which is below the limit of 20 kl given by delhi govt. But in their bill they have been charging me for huge consumption (Almost 592 units).
              My complaints are not getting heard anywhere requested to please help

                A complaint received from AE (Electrical) regarding foul smell emitting from potable drinking water supplied to water supply in Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital.In this regard it is informed we have many complaints but no solution has been made and this water also has been used by patients.
                You are therefore, requested to kindly check the water supply for contamination with server line.

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  My kno is [protected] and i am a resident of mayur vihar-1. My meter is currently showing a meter reading of 291and meter reading last month was 281. However, the recorded meter reading shown on my last bill was 633 due to which my bill amount is significantly higher than the actual amount to be paid. I am enclosing the photo of the latest bill, meter reading of september and current meter reading. I also came last month to inform about the ongoing problem in my water bill. The concerned authorities told me that the bill will automatically get corrected after the meter reading is recorded for the upcoming month. However, there is no improvement in the situation and the person who took the meter reading is showing no interest to help me out. Instead, my water bill now shows that meter is non-functional. Please look into my matter and help me resolve this problem.

                    Sir,
                    Please refer to kno. Mentioned above.in this connection it is stated that bill for the period june to august was for rs. 9067, which was too high as in the past 7 yrs we have not made payment for more than rs. 3-4 thousand for two month cycle. It is also surprising as the house was not in use from 20th july to 10th sept. We took up the matter with djb saket office who advised us to get the meter tested, which showed that meter was not defective. We met the zro sh des raj on 6th oct who also showed his inability to do any thing as the meter testing report is correct. Now we are in a fix as to whom to approach as no one goes by logic as to reason of this inflated bill. The premises was also got inspected as to any tempering in the line etc, which was also found in order. We request that the bill may be revised on the basis of last years consumption. We have however made the payment of this bill to avoid penalty etc.

                      K no. - [protected], please refund my money credited in your account... The bill amount sent by you was wrong, but i made the payment. But now when i checked the actual meter reading, it was way below the reading mentioned on bill... So called up 1916 & regenerated the bill.

                      Now the billing is zero dues, so whole amount credited in my account which is around 1800, i request pls refund my money as my track record says i never consumed beyond limit... I am sure it will not happen in future because the tank size & water comes on alternate days... So i hardly consume 10000 kl in month however 20000 is the limit for any billing...

                      Customer care of delhi jal board is saying that no provision of refund... But i need this money back urgently

                        I vacate my dda sataff quarter address 176/c, a-2, block lawrence road,, keshavpuram, new delhi-110035 on 28.09.2018 and i applied for noc of water supply with the request to disconnect the water supply meter of my staff quarter in delhi jal board officeashow vihar, in first week of october. I paid the given amount rs. 2000 & 1260 vide receipt no. 8620 & 8621 from terminal no. 9339905 on 04.10.2018 at 15:06:29. But yet not got any communication regarding to collect the noc.
                        Kindly make arrangement to provide the noc as early as possible so that i can get surrender slip from dda staff quarter office.

                          I savita lamba h no 53 pkt b 9 ground floor rohini sector 5 delhi 110085 near rajiv gandhi cancer hospital djb bil kh nno[protected] as resident of delhi city and had requested to waive all amount 5800 has generated by djb bill without taking meter reading rohini sector 6 djb zonal revnue complaint letter also submitted by me to waive of all wrongly amount generated but still not yet resolved. Again and again it was generated wrongly djb bill as i only one individual living in the flat whereas all time i was sepending toout of the room i. E 12 hrs then how still generating the bill again with improper rs 1800 as my 1st floor /2nd floor / my neighbourhood not getting any kind of djb bil where as they living full of family when i asked to them about the same they used to say there no such kind of bill has generated nor they have rececived neither they have paid till date any kind of djb bill they said to me 0 bil they has generated why i only individual is surving to pay the same of a single person who was not availabale in the room at 12 hrs whereas when i entered in the room i only start motor for 12 min. After tht i swtched off then how the delhi jal board assumes that i used

                          There is no solution I m getting from there end .. I think they not ready to accept their fault.. how the Delhi jal board analysis the bill will be 2000 approx will by me as i am single person who were not 24 hrs available in the room without taking meter reading else not motor meter is also working then how Delhi jal board has generated the same bill my neighbour hood family never get then how I will accept the same pleaseeeeeee I am requesting to u to send any concern person to check it out

                          The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as (ok 606 ) and previous reading status as PLOC (Premises Locked) because according to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition but the meter reader reported 82 units generated which were the total units since the meter had been working condition or not be. Now the bill has come to Rs.1880 which is completely unjustified. I am enclosing here the screenshot of the meter reading and the bill. I am ready for the any test which might be initiated by the department.please resolve how the single person has consumed the water in such kind of delhi place unjustified totally disappointed with the wrongly bill generating by djb . my negibourhood not geting but a single prson getting the bill with the amount 2000 . please resolve the same asap

                              Drinking water supply through pipe line is dirty and with bad smell since lastten days. It is doubted that pipe line is mixed with sewage line.                                 Its been 12days that the foul smelling water is coming from the water line. It seems its a sewage water. We cannot use it for any purpose, lods of complaints been made but no action been taken. Its a really sad situation here, how much time does it take to rectify the problem. I stay in humayunpur, safdarjung enclave 110029. Kindly look into the matter.

                                    I have been getting bills from delhi jal board which shows 100 plus points more than the actual meter reading. (K. No [protected]) due to which its highly over charged.
                                    I have been contacting them since january 2018 regarding the same but they are not solving my issue at all.
                                    I have also submitted 2 letters (Attached below) to them, as they asked me to do so, dated 12/1/18 and 11/5/18, to which also they haven’t responded at all.
                                    The concerned person mr. N. C saini (Mob. [protected]) just says one line everytime “kal kaam hojaega aapka”.
                                    Please resolve this issue to the earliest so that i can get my actual (Much lesser) bill without any penalties.

                                      This is to inform you that from the last 1 month infront of our residence one sewer is overflowing badly
