My name is vivek and my address is rzf-41/15, gali-41, sadh nagar-2/palam colony, new delhi-110045. My problem is stinky water supply for last 20-25 days. Even the health is deteriorating because of bad water. Please help us. People suffers half of the street from the inside. We do not understand where to go for resolving the problem. Please react on this issue

I am one of the resident of Karampura which comes under the West area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past two days which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some Sewage water. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalized.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

Hi sir, my name is rihan i live in kanjhawala and my water tank office is karala. I going to this office 13may and continue going in days this karala office because i need 1 water tanker on 3000ltr.
And i am going to daily karala office but not responding every staff my this complaint.. And staff releasing tanker of family members and friends & my tanker was not going to my home and area. Every staff is bad behavior and abusing with me and my friends. I hope you understand my request so please action this karala office staff.. Because he releasing on villege areas and not released tanker in colonies... So please action this karala water tank office.. Thank you so much

I have registered a lot of complaint against fast meter reading .Ref No. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] they came near by almost a month .they said bill Actual reading Basis. but meter reader person come form DJB he say your meter is very fast, it s loading is 6 times more than usual. what should i do. I[censored] not able to do some thing soon.i am registering a complaint against DJB carelessness and false checking, through consumer court.

My kno no [protected] why i am not receiving bill on monthly basis... Getting bill after 3 to months or after a year which is very high... I can not pay bill on yearly basis... Kindly arrange for monthly basis... Or check my current bill which is very high. Request you to plz check and confirm otherwise i am going to pay the bill

Respected sir, i am a senior citizen name nilam kapoor address 1470 wazir nagar kmpur nd 3, i have a water connection no K NO.[protected], i have not been using water from this connection as there was supply of sewage water and have got a bill of rupees 23, 625 on 8/5/2017, sir i am a widow and cannot pay this much of money as i have not used a single drop of the sewage water . kindly help as i cannot pay this bill at all and its unjustice to pay for something with you have not used regards neelam kapoor devi ph [protected]

Relating to Muddy and Smelly water just as sever, I am putting down my problems faced by us due to this Muddy water .

1. This is to bring your notice that, we are receiving muddy and smelly water regularly in our locality. For last 20 to 30 days, we are facing lot of problem due to this muddy and smelly water supply. I was complaining our area in charge but they didn't provide any resolution I m so worried. its very critical problem so please resolve this issue hurry Request you to please look into the issue and help in resolving the issue.

No supply of water in Islam colony, ward no 6, Mehrauli, area from march 2017, Actually, there is weekly supply of water in night, at 2am to 5am, but no water reached at this area due to unauthorized more water connection and also low pressor. In summer seasons it become very difficult to survive with water. Even we dont have water to drink. We have to buy water bottles or have to go to other area for bringing water when supply come. No supply of water in kishangarh area on 5may 2017 in the evening.
Further, on 6 may also there will be no supply of water due to breake down of water pipe lines.. In every two month water pipelines get damage. In summer seasons it become very difficult to survive with water. Even we dont have water to drink. We have to buy water bottles. Request you to kindly take serious action against delhi jal board

It is stated that mt. Reading was taken by the mt. Reader wrongly on 1/5/2017. It was 515 and not 575 as recorded. As thereby the total consumption comes to 48 units as against 108 mentioned in the bill. Bill will be paid after you make necessary correction and resend amended bill for the same.

There is a family, who waste water at least 4 to 5 hours daily. After so many reminders they switch off the water motor. Sometimes, they go for shopping without switching off the button.

Excessive Water Bill
Respected Sir,

I am writing the complaint in regards to the excessive water bill which I am receiving.
I residence at "D- Block, Gali Nos 12, House No. 61, sawroop Vihaar, nathu pura Near Auto Stand Delhi - 110084". my K no is [protected]. The water connection is under the name of Anusuiya w/O sandeep Kumar. I installed a new water meter in Oct 2015 and paid the all the Dues i have receipt for this.
From the last bill of 14-oct -2015 to 31-march -2017 annd total unit Consumption During This period Is only 00124( also attached Meter Image) I am getting excessive Water Bill. We are only 4 members in my family me any My spouce with Two Children.
Request U to please Look Into this matter and help us to Out from This

Since last 1month water supply to lodhi colony mcd area is very less. 3 buckets of 20 ltrs take 1 hr to fill & water comes at 3:30 in the morning. Flow is very thin like droplets. Two years back water supply was 2 hrs and twice a day but after aap govt. Took over it's reduced to morning hour only whereas lodi road complex which is just 100 mtrs away is getting water twice a day. Even ndmc area of lodhi colony is enjoying water twice a day with full pressure. Kindly help in resolving it.

Excessive Water Bill

I am writing the complaint in regards to the excessive water bill which I am receiving.
I reside at "F Block, Pocket 13 House No. 83, Sectot -15, Rohini, Near Vidhya Bhart Public School, Delhi - 110085". my K no is [protected]. The water connection is under the name of Smt Kailash Rani. I installed a new water meter in July 2016 and paid the all old bill on 11-Jul-2016 i have receipt for this.
From the last bill of 28-Jan-2017 to 21-Feb-2017 I am getting excessive Water Bill. We are only 2 members in my family and one of them is on job in day time so how can is this possible that only 1 person used 57kl water in 24 days, the water bill is above 2500rs. it shows that there is a big blunder.
When you inquired about the Last few reading and bills, you can check the status of meter readings & unit. According to the DJB Bill the unit table is as under :-

In the table you can see the fluctuation of the unit if the 22 unit of 75 days & 10 units of 161 days & 15 units of 59 days so how it is possible that 57 units of 24 only. its clearly shows that the meter reader is taking wrong meter reading.
And this time the meter reader has again taken a wrong reading according to Latest DJB Bill of 21-Feb-17 to 21-Apr-17 the unit is 15 for 59 days on 21-Feb-17 reading is 124 and 21-Apr-17 reading is 139 so unit is[protected] =15) but but when I checked my meter & click a photo today on 2-May-17 it was showing 139 till today. From 21-Apr-17 to 02-May-17 there is a 11 days gap and both of the days reading is 139 so it also shows that meter reader has taken wrong meter reading

The meter reader are billing us at wrong meter read.. Please look into this and rectify it

I am shakti and residence of gali no.42, naiwala, karol bagh, new delhi 5 and i am facing water supply problem last two months and i have been made so many times complaint on customer care no.1916 but they didn't provide any resolution that's i am so worried and without water we can't live.
O please revolve the problem

I'm staying in olld rajinder nagar, here the water supply is very low.

I know my complaint hardly affects you, as so many other requests are also pending, but need to put into your knowledge. So, kindly look after it.

Also i, don't understamd that till what time we gonna suffer for such daily issues, such as electricity, water, education, cleaned area, medical facilites, much more.

No, previous information about the cut off of water supply. Mcd, during time of elections were so active and now the same things. We are paying bills for it, so what is the matter?

I am resident of Old Rajinder Nagar and for the past three days (29th April - 1st May) there is no water supply in our area. It was informed that water supply was cut off due to the cleaning of the water tank on 29th April. However, it surprising that it is taking so many days to resume the water supply especially in summers when water is more in demand.
I would request you to take action immediately

There is absolutely no water supply in our area for last 2 days all taps & tanks are dry & no body is pickingany phone & the phone nos given on website says this no doesnot exist when dialed.
Is there any one who can adhere to the plight of consumers or we have to face this problem till eternity.

Filed so many times complaints to the concerns but no solution get till date. Compaints no. [protected] take the necessary action to solve this. Water is basic need for anybody hope u undersatnad that you all.
