I've replaced my meter on 11-oct-2017. My meter is working fine but the status on my meter bills are shown as stp. My bill generated on 15 sept was 5119/- rs. I am attaching proof documents that my meter is working absolutely. Kindly, look into the matter.
Also, i have tried customer care number multiple time to escalate the matter, however, it does n't seem to connect me to any djb representative.
Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
