Respected sir/madam

I am one of the resident of beadon pura, karol bagh, new delhi-110005 (Gali no. 40.) which comes under the karol bagh area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalized
I want to focus your attention on the fact that there are many hotels, malls corporate offices and food centers like domino's and macdonald in our area i. E. Karol bagh, beadon pura at these places are supplying absolutely clear water by the state and how it is possible at all times that the water is dirty in some streets in the same area and some places are very clear. It is a violation of the constitution and right to equality, why has there been so much discrimination that people is residing there for so long time.

We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

We, resident of b-92, bindapur ext., uttam nagar, delhi-110059, recently shifted in our new house at the address mentioned earlier.
The problem is we have got water supply connection from delhi jal board, but there is no water supply and we are helpless and buying the drinking water from the market.

Whole gali is getting drinking water supply from water tankers, supplied by delhi jal board.

Water bill is very high or incorrect. We are a family of three and the past bills mentioned rs. 0 amount many times then why all of sudden we received a huge amount of rs 12000 approx. Two o[censored]s are working and how much water can a single person use in whole day. This is very hassasing. I request you to just go through the readings and bill details and do the needful.

Dear team, we have delhi jal board connection along with the meter to check the unit.
Last month we noticed that no employee from delhi jal board came to check the notice and track the record and after the month we receive a bill of rupees 5372. I want to know how they to any consumer and they generate bills for the consumer without taking a reading from the meter... I'm a senior citizen lady i'm very tensed about my extra water bill charges i have already many house hold expenses please deduct charges my water bill i'm not able to pay charges and check unit my humble request to you please solve my water bill problem

I am living in ms. Extension near som bazaar road, mohan garden, delhi 110059 from last 4-5 months. We all are facing a huge problem regarding dirty stink sewage water supply in our area.

Whenever water comes through djb supply it always comes sewage, dirty, stink, polluted & very low tds (Impure water). This water is generating many serious illness in people.

Nobody would like...

Bad quality of water being supplied in pocket 11, jasola vihar, delhi 25 sincce a week now. It's hazy and contains seawage smell. The quality been down since an year. But, got worsten in last 7-8 days, can't be used in any manner. It's a high risk of health of the community too, specially for old aged and kids who often use gulp during bath. Even it can creat epidemic situation in the society somehow.

Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past few weeks which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like sewage water please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.

Water overflows everyday into the open on the water tanks as shown in the video below. Creating pools of water, breeding grounds for mosquitoes and other problems. Everyday for an hour in the morning hours. The responsible don’t not listen and understand the repercussions to this or it as a problem and ignore it entirely. After several attempts of informing they are ready to fight.

My kno-[protected], installation date 10.05.2017, my water pump & water metre stolen on 11/12/2017, after this, i installed new pump, but not installed water metre, from 11/12/2017, i have not taken a single drop of water from your supply, but your bill will come rs 6914, how it is possible, i don"t know, please my bill immediately.

Hi,

There is dirty water is coming in supply pipe line for 5-10 minutes after that water supply stopped. Such issue we are facing for a month.

No action has been taken so far.

We are writting this letter due to scarcity of water and we are residing in sadh nagar part 2 palam colony i am buying water of ₹ 300 for regular use and for drinking water buying filtered water of ₹ 30

Hello i resides in govindpuri kalkaji, since 2 weeks on the main road of govindpuri near gali no 11 water pipes is open and it flowing regularly daily many tonnes of clean water is wasting.

Please send someone to repair it, we already running out of water kindly take some serious action.

You can come to govindpuri kalkaji gali no 11 nearby to hanuman mandir and on the main road you can see that pipe.

There is a horrible dirty foul smell in the water supply for the past one week. The same is not fit for human consumption. We are unable to even bathe in this water. It seems that sewer water has mixed with djb supply. Please get it checked immediately. The said problem is in the entire lane from m-34 to m-70 greater kailash part-i residence area, new delhi - 110048...

As our country is facing water crisis at a very big level so we all should use every drop of it judiciously. With reference to this, i want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards improper as well as illegal connections of water supply in my area.
In my area, my neighbor, neeta arora wife of jitender paul, resident of f-46, 2nd floor sham nagar, delhi-110018 is using plenty of water without paying any single penny to delhi jal board from last 7 years. Kindly look into this matter. She is not paying her bills from last 7 years. Here are number of illegal water connections in streets as well as roads and those people don’t pay any single penny for that precious commodity water that’s why they don’t understand…

Hi i am living in rani bagh market and the water supply in our building is very smelly it contains small particles of bricks and it is of very dirty colour. We can't even wash clothes or take bath from it. Please resolve it quickly as it effects our daily life.
It is going from a month and one or another day water smell is same as of gutter water.
I hope this complaint will do it's job quickly and resolve my problem.

I am residing at 723, nehru kutiya, near ambedkar park, malka ganj, delhi-7 and would like to draw your kind attention towards the inconvenience is being faced by the residents of nehru kutiya malka ganj due to sewer blockage, which has merged into the pipeline of drinking water now and not being cleaned by the concern authorities.

We have been complaining since last months, along with my neighbours for resolution to our area’s djb/je office. They always said that “we have given the budget to mukherjee nagar office please go there we can’t do any thing” however, neither we are getting any positive response from the delhi jal board/authorities nor attention from last 1 month for permanent solution.

Now we have no option to cross it while sinking our feet in it due to this blockage and backflow of sewerage, which may be blockage due to narrow sewer lines.

I am writing this letter because we are facing lot of problem in our area and so many toilets are also full just because of backflow. Atmosphere is also polluted, that’s why, i request you as well as your authorities to take appropriate action to resolve it.

In last i would like to request to all senior authorities and department kindly give us some break out of this politics, so that we can live in healthy environment.

The sewage near my home is left open. Yesterday a dog fell i to the sewage and died on d spot. The entire home area is stinking badly. I'm a mother of 2 children. My children play outside hence its very risky to keep the sewage open. Request you to help us and fix this problem asap. I have given many complaints to the local sewage person but no action been taken since 6 months.
