Station :- dwarka metro parking
I had taken monthly pass for my scooty and for security purpose i used to take daily slips as well otherwise i did not have any proof that i have parked my scooty at the parking (Pass doesn't say that i am parking daily) so in case of any theft or damage i can show the daily slip. The contracter took my pass today and torned it after knowing that i take slips daily. On asking whats wrong in taking slips he just said "pass hai toh slip ki jaroorat ni". Take action against him as many cases has happened against him. Cancel his lease and appoint a new person.

    I would like to inform you that on 14th january 2019 at around 5:05pm while i was way to rajiv chowk to kashmire gate through metro, i lost my wallet along with other objects as cited above. So i hereby requested you kindly to take necessary action in this regard and to the needful.

      I would like to inform you that on 28th december 2018 at about 4:30 pm while i was on the way to pallika bazaar from r. K. Ashram marg metro station through metro, i lost my purse along with cash, mobile phone, atm card and voter i'd card. So i hereby request you kindly to take necessary action in this regard and do the needful.

        Dear sir/madam,
        My complaint is about the misbehavior by one of your co-workers or can say by a ticket-maker at ANAND VIHAR ISBT metro. When i went to the counter to buy a token at 2:05pm -28 Dec 2018, your ticket-maker refused to give me a token and in very dirty way he said go and buy from another counter, I then asked the reason why?? He said this is not a ladies line can't you see? I told him I can see very well, there were only 2 lines and both full with male passenger's in one line more than 100 people..so how can a ladies make a queue inbetween??but still somehow I managed to move towardswas second counter, But that person also deny, Because the tongue twisters man again said and teaches his co-worker(tickets-maker) " mat de isko token or nachne de yahi pe" I was in shocked!! Is this the the behaviour towards wemen?? And he again deny to give token to senior citizens and he said the same words as he said to me.. however I requested him to to give atleast one token to him. That time I was about to cry and feel nervous, which is very obvious. Now my question is DMRC illiterate co-workers are no one to talk to women like this?? They are no one to make me feel nervous and conscious. This is my land my nation.. please DMRC hire some good cooperative and knowledgeable people or teach them i[censored] could! Please don't degraded DMRC service. They should be polite when it comes with ladies or senior citizens or please provide equal opportunity to women either provide one line for ladies or one to one service.

          Mai dophar m 1:57pm shadipur se rajouri gya then nyt m mai rajouri se shadipur aaya to card lgane pe 159 error dikha rha tha... Maine customer exutive se bola to usne kha dophar m jab apne card lgaya tha uske baad exit nhi... My point is card to ek hi h mere pas itz mean system fault h aur uske garuntee kaun lega

          Ap logo k system k chkr m mere tym wawte hua aur staff bhot rude react kr rha tha...

          About lady guard available on duty on 17.12.18 at 3:20 pm at golf course metro station.

          Misbehave during screening with pregnant women returning from her job towards home.

          I was molested while entry and was denied to screen by hand. She provoked her mentally. Although this lady is trained or not.
          I request to please look into the màtter.

            I had done metro recharge of Rs 200 using Bank UPI on Paytm. but it shows Waiting for operator confirmation and recharge not done and deduction of amount is done from my account . Then I chat with Paytm Helpline and they told me that they are waiting for the operator confirmation.till now i didn, t get
            my amount .
            please help me out for this problem.i had given the screenshot of my transition

            For blue line (Dwarka to Noida City Centre), one day it reaches on time, next day it will get late by 30 mins. Very unreliable service. Not for people, who wants to reach to their destination on time.

              Dear team,

              There is black-marketing / nepotism for the sale of entry tickets through delhi metro, which are in real short supply.

              Today, i went to purchase 2 entry tickets from delhi metro, azadpur at 8.20am at the window. I was the first one to arrive for the purchase of tickets and there were 2 more persons waiting for the tickets after me.

              I was told the tickets are sold out though the opening time for ticket sale counter was 8.30am. So there was not a single ticket sold through the window but the stock was sold to their known circle through back door or was been kept to be sold through black marketing.

              We checked at the other metro stations also but all were following same modus operandi of either black marketing the tickets or giving to their near and dear ones.

              None of the tickets were given to general public at all.

              Why are we organising a trade fair for general public at all, if this mockery is to be made of the system??

              Requests, to kindly investigate to avoid this being a "complete sham" of the trade fair.

                I recharged my above metro card no. With rs. 500/- on 10 aug 2018 at 4.36 p. M. Through paytm (Transaction/order no. [protected]) which was successful and the amount got deducted from my bank a/c immediately.

                As i am not a frequent metro traveller, i could not tap it on any of the avm machines.

                Now, on friday 16 nov 2018 when i had to travel, i recalled the recharge of my card and hence tried to get a top up, but unfortunately it was not available. On enquiring at the ticket counter, i got the info that i have to register a complaint to the customer care only in this context and they shall not be able to help me out.

                Therefore, i urge you to kindly help me in either getting a refund or getting a recharge on my card. I shall be grateful for an early and immediate action at your end.

                  This mail is regarding the issue with recharge of my metro card no 45658948.
                  I had recharged my card with rs500 on 30/08/2018 at 9.11 am. Through paytm the amount got deducted & the status in the app shows successfully done but balance didn't come in my card.
                  Many times i tried to validate my card through avm but there it's not showing the pending balance.

                  Request you to please check the issue & revert me back with the exact issue my reference no is mentioned below

                    Dear sir i m manoj last night dated 15/11/18 time during 11:15 pm to 11:30 pm when i enter city center noida metro station this time they r closed entry. Even mostly i have been ride in metro 11:25pm12:00pm sec 18 noida in a month.12 an 13 days. Last 2 year not get any problem face in sec 18 metro station but i m shok city center metro staff an cisf behave they r rudily mis behave with me pls u check cctv footage i know u don't care this mail an u don't take any action against that time present staff but we still response this mail which kind u have take any action other wise we r complain other way it's serious matter we also check tomorrow first off all u have informed i[censored] don't take any action then... Thanks

                      I am using icici dmrc debit card since long which has a dual feature of debit card and metro card but since july i am not able to use metro card features as it is being shown as blocked. Depsite of writing repeated mails to dmrc i have not received any response yet. Need resolution along with reason of delay. Attached is a image which cleary says that card is blocked.

                        We were use public toilet on hauz khas metro
                        Station mergenta metro line there a person sitted and demanding rs 2 for urine first will you tell me why are you taking charges for using public toilet when we use metro we insure with insurance and pay charges in tickets for travel and use public toilet in the cost of tickets as well as use platform and automatic stairs but you do not take extra charges all included in tickets so as well as public toilet charges should be included in tickets

                          I was traveling in delhi metro's first general coach, adjacent to ladies coach on 27. October.2018 @ around 4:30 pm from dilshad garden to rithala metro station.

                          I was sitting on the seat and i was in severe headache.

                          The fight occurred at keshav puram to rohini east metro station on 27, october, 2018 @ around 5:00 p. M.in delhi metro's first general coach, adjacent to ladies coach.

                          Another person whose name was sudhanshu was also sitting on the seat adjacent to my seat at right hand side. He was in black shirt.

                          His left hand was on my seat's portion, i was feeling uncomfortable so i said him to separate your hand from my seat's portion.

                          Then after listening this, he starts shouting like a mentally retarded person and doing misbehaviour with me. He said many abusing words to me in very high voice.
                          He gave me 5-6 hard slaps and punches on my face.
                          He leaves the metro from pitampura metro station, he was with a lady.

                          I was not touched him.

                          So please dmrc i am requesting you to see the cctv camera footage of delhi metro coach, adjacent to ladies coach,
                          Date - 27, october, 2018, time - around 5:00 pm, metro station - keshav puram to rohini east metro station.

                          Dmrc i am requesting you to search him and provide penalty to him as soon as possible.

                            I made a recharge on 30 aug 2018 at 9.11am through paytm. Paytm was showing it successful but i did not get amount in my metro card, i had tried many times at avm machine to valid but everytime avm machine is showing "there is no amount to valid". I asked paytm they are asking to reach delhi metro, sent many mails at [protected]@dmrc.org suggested by paytm only.

                            I am attaching the invoice of the recharge. Kindly resolve this issue.

                              On 1 november 2018 i was at vishwavidhalaya metro station when i entered and touch my smart card to entry gate the gate is open and after that i go to chandni chowk metro station and when i want to exit i cannot able to exit then the customer care service provider said u have to gave the fine of last 5 entry exit of my smart card when i denied and to call your head staf[censored] haves to wait for 5 minutes and i wait for 20 minutes i said plz send me to ur office with ur security card but he denied then he called cisf offiser he tries to misbhave with me then i start the videography and then they take me to their office as like i am a terriost and firstly they deleted that video forcly from my phone and fined on me but there were not any fault of me and after i paid my fined they theft my newely bubble packed milton water bottle and then today on 2 november 2018 i asked to those officers they strictly denied that we don't took your water bottle and there is not any submission of water bottle so as i say delhi metro satff is thef or not? And plz install new entry exit doors on chandni chowk, karol bagh, chawdibazar metro station because they did not work properly and they are very busy stations of delhi metro

                                Yesterday in a metro at vishwavidalaya metro station some one forget his bag with a new water bottle and a new lunch box i saw and i take it to the upper coustomer care and informed about the lost article they said you have to wait for 5 min and then after 15 minutes they strictly deny to take the lost article and said we have not enough staff to register/entry for this article and said take it to your home then how some one found their lost article at metro station

                                    Today morning I recharged my metro. Card with 500 rupee through paytm and it recharged successfully but when I try to get my recharge validated but it has not shown anything then I had to get my metro card recharged again with 200 rupee by metro staff so please help.

                                      Jamia millia islamia metro station gate no 2 is adjacent to noam chomsky building which houses many jmi learning centres. The wall of the staircase of gate no 2 is being used as a public urinal by the passer bys as well as the e rickshaw drivers. The entire area is full o[censored]rine's stench and is difficult to pass by. As the centre has many girl students as well as teachers, it is inappropriate for men to be urinating in the open. So much for the swach bharat. Verbal complaints at the jmi metro station have gone to deaf ears and no action has been taken. Kindly look into it as priority. All that needs to be done to fix it is place potted plants along the wall.
