Hi sir/ma'am,

I want to bring your notice that, i was traveling in yellow line from the green park to huda city center on 6 october, 2018 @9:05am. I was sitting on the ladies seat. One gentleman was sitting besides me on the ladies seat. He was continuously touching me. After repeated requests he didn't listen. Meanwhile a lady came and asked for the seat. He was not willing to get up. He kept arguing with me for no reason and the situation became worse.
After a lot of arguments and requests from the fellow passengers he stopped.
Please look into this matter so that the women's safety be made sure.

    I went to rithala from noida city center metro station 11.20am .when i come back from rithala Metro station to noida via kirti nagar with my father at that time my pursue snach by snacher & in purses i have 15000 ₹, my debit card, id card etc. this incidents was at 2:45 pm at the indralok in red line metro at a time i want to do complaint to your complaint office but they denied my complain & these staff rodly told me that go to Nagloi for this complaint i cant helf you I hope pls give right solution for this. for any quiry please contact My Naresh rathi,

      Moti bagh station on pink line has a major drawback as regards safety of passengers. Most of the passengers at this station come from old moti bagh side ie moti bagh-1, north and nw moti bagh (Thickly populated) and they can reach moti bagh station only by crossing ring road or shanti path. They do not have the facility of a sub way or a barricaded road as provided / available for other entry points on this station. This is highly un safe as they have to cross the very busy ring road or shanti path which have very dense traffic. It is suggested that a barricaded pathway may be made immly. And subsequently a traffic light be also synchronised with it. On a long term basis a sub way may be planned for this side also as the maximum users reside on this side of moti bagh station.

        This mail is to inform the delhi metro railways corporation about the inconvenience caused to the passengers traveling in violet line. I am from faridabad and travel through violet line on daily basis and i would like to bring it to your notice that the violet line runs with halt, slow speed and delay.

        This often leads to people reaching late to their office. It's the only way through which i travel daily for office and it's really becoming more and more inconvenient with this issue everyday.

        I request you to please look into this matter and take some action. Metro is supposed to be a convenient way to travel so please ensure that. I hope that some action will be taken.

            Hi,

            This is to inform you that today i faced a pythatic experience at janak puri west metro station.

            I daily travel from the same station.. However via metro card.

            Today i travel via cash.

            I go to vending mending machine for the first time.

            I come to know it dies not accept coins.
            There is no cash counter
            Two executive standing at d corners of vending machine.. Both executives did not replace my coin though they have the notes with them
            One is girl and another is a male (Namely rajesh.. As per him)

            He suggest me to go to customer care they will issue a ticket.
            I go there he did not issue a ticket instead he replace the coins

            Then i again go to vending machine..

            I am failed to understand

            Are the executives standing over there to assist us or to trouble us.

            It will be great if keep me posted on the status of the complaint.

              One of the busiest metro station, janakpuri-west, passengers were struggling to get tokens, all counters are closed except one where only cards are issuing. Two machines where notes are rejecting, passengers unable to get tokens. Dmrc should think how they provide world class facilities to metro cities. Lots of new lines implemented but they are failed to maintain old lines. Respecive authorities are requested to take immediate action by providing adequate facilities to the passengers.

                On 27th augusti got into the metro station at 9:10 am.
                Due to 10 min delay between all metro, till 10 am, there was a huge rush in the metro.
                Due to this, i couldn't board the metro till 10 am. Till 10 am i was waiting at the station.
                At 10:10 am i got metro from nirman vihar and deboarded at noida sector 18 at 10:33 am.
                During checkout, my metro card with number 52340593 was blocked. Reason being timeout. Then i had to pay rs.10 to metro staff to unblock it and there also was a huge line of people unblocking and paying rs.10.
                How absurd in this? I face harassment, i got late for office, metro delayed due to your service issue and who pays the price? That too me.

                There might have been 1000+ people who have paid fine today of rs.10. This is looting.

                I want compensation and my money back.

                  Sir i have been charged for Rs40 from Vaisali metro station today at 20:59:46 PM. And i was informed from officer that my last journey transection was not showed and i have to give the charged by cash only. But when i check my transection on avn machine then my last journey charge was alredy cut off. Then why i have been charged for Rs 40. Please give me the information and if i am not guilty then Recharge my metro card with Rs 40. THANKU

                    Sir I was recharge. my metro card by PAYTM site . then I was went to metro station and top up my card in top up machine . but card have no. amount for top up. i was cheq my paytm account . but paytm shaw recharge is success full and give me 20 Rs cashback.plz solve my problame. my metro card no . 56570506.
                    I was so many time cheq my metro card .but no amount reflect. that first time for metro card not recharge by paytm side.

                        Today mornging when i reached metro 18 of noida there was no lady security for checking so me along with other ladies was waiting clamingly but when it was too late i asked another officer to ask someone to come here but he asked us to wait as she went to toilet.
                        After waiting more then 10 mins that lady came so i asked her that you people should manage it beacuse im working advocate and getting late for court but she started misbehaving and high her pitch though i remain calm but when it was above the level i asked her this is your duty and dont high your voice

                        I recharged my smart card at barakhamba metro station with my debit card 3 times but I received only 1 time total 1500 (3*500)debit from my account but recieved only 500.transaction date 31 July 2018 arround 7:00 clock.when I am complaining they told me a mail id [protected]@gmail.com but there is no response from this mail id

                          Sir, on 27 july 2018, at around 6.15 p. M., i was returning from new delhi metro station. When i alighted from metro coach, at metro station 18/19 rohini, (Second from beginning) and proceeding towards stairs, at the platform itself, drains cover were removed. I fell flat and injured myself badly with multiple injuries. No help was provided by metro staff. Fellow commuters helped me in leaving station. Doctor has plastered my right foot and i am bedridden.                             My card no. Is 68892635. I have done recharge of rs 200 through paytm on 9 july'18 at 7:04 pm and amount got deducted from my account. My order no.                               I want a clarification, is removing a headphone /earphone during checking compulsory for ladies??? Is it imposed or regulated??? If it is than for what reason??? Some security women put a mask on their face and ask me to removed my headphones. It is not professional at all. Some talk rudely back. If you guys did it for everyone safety I have no issues, if not then please clarify.

                                In lok kalyan marg gate no. 1 metro station escalator not in working positions.. I try to call station office but they not received my call in morning 06:55 am.. They r totally irresponsible staff. What is the working hours in office.. I tried 3 times but they not received any call.. Is this staff fault or not.. They giving not proper service.. the passengers have any rights for such staff complaints.

                                    Since last 15 - 20 days or even more a continuous falling of water from metro overhead bridge near Gate number - 02 of Jamia Millia Islamiya metro station, road which is below the structure start deteriorating along with that it also creating troubles for the pedestrain.

                                    Altuogh both are public property but it doesn't mean that one (DMRC) have the right to damage the other (Road) because it is constructed by the taxpayer money.

                                    If we even spitting under the metro premises, metro fine 200 rupess and as all o[censored]s know very well that spitting only give bad apperance not any way it damage its strength then. Is it not be right decision of imposing an amount for daming the road which passess under the metro bridge and stopping them form continuosly damaging the property.

                                    I was travelling by Delhi Metro but accodently got into ladies coach and it gave me much harrasment when some one from DMRC came to apprise us that it is ladiea coach. There waa no display inside the coach that it is a ladies coach. To avoid any harrasment to male commuters there muat be display of worda ladies coach inside the coach it self.

                                      Amount debited from paytm but not credited in dmrc card
                                      Amount is not getting credited in my metro card. I recharged my card by paytm on 30/05/2018 at 06:26pm but amount not getting credited in my card.
                                      Moreover, i complained both dmrc and paytm about it. Paytm is saying it’s dmrc fault whereas dmrc is not replying to my complaining emails.

                                        I have been done the payment 500/- thru bharat qr code from payzapp wallet on 26.05.2018 at approx 04:15 pm to dmrc, payment has been deducted form my payzapp wallet, but according to dmrc payment not received.

                                        But, as per payzapp team, amount has been received to dmrc. Today has been completed 15th days but payment not confirmed from dmrc side till date. I'm regularly contact with dmrc, but there is no any response.

                                        According to payzapp, if your payment not confirm from dmrc, your payment refunded in your wallet within 10 working day, but now payzpp team not response. Now here you need intervention please help me.
