Bhot batamizz hai iss duniya mai aate jaate bhot ghatiya log takarate hai but tab itna gussa nhi ata jab koi ek metro me token counter pe token dene waale batamizi pe aate hai... Aaj mai bhi apna experience share ya compaints bol lo same hi hai.
Aaj shaam kareeb 8 bje ke ass pass mai or meri friend karob baag metro station gate no. 2 tha ya 1 (Don't remember) se jab token lene gaye to bhot hi batamizz kism ka insaan shayad usne drinkbhi kar rakhi thi token counter pe token de raha tha maine 100rp ka note dia or 40rp ka token dene k liye kaha to to uss insaan ne pta nhi kaha se itne fhate nate purane nikal k mujhe diye maine exchange karne k liye kaha to mujpe hi batamzzi se bol raha hai kisne diye, note kon laya, mai kya ghar se leke aayo, ab batao bhai ye wo note mujhe de raha hai jo inki token machine aise note reject kar deti hai.
Or baad me meri friend pe ilzaam laga raha ki isne token apni pocket me rakh liya or maine paise nhi diye use.
Mtlb seriously man tum kisi ladki se baat kar rahe ho tumhe yahi nhi pta tumh baat kise karni hai or tumhe job pe rakha kese batamizi dikhane k liye token dene waalo ko ye batane k liye tum kaha se aate ho.
Baad me maine uski complaint bhi kari but pta nhi uspe koi action liya ya nhi.
So plz dmrc pehele to metro ka kiraya kam karo bhot prblm ho gai hai or aise batamizzz insaan ko bharati bandd kar do.

    I carry two metro cards bearing sl no. 78695733 and 54972966 in my wallet. I have just paid rs. 50 today before entering as access denied. Metro staff has informed that you have one entry pending. I guess the cards were interchanged while entering and exit on a previous occasion. Please consider the case sympathetically and return back rs. 50 cut as security fine today.

    Metro card with engraved id 79450424 had been recharged through Paytm wallet with ₹500 on 19th february 2018, monday. The recharge status is still showing processing and waiting for confirmation from the operator. The transaction can also not be cancelled.

      At 1008hrs i entered from dwarka {metro card number[protected]} and after entering into the metro i board at dwarka sec 21 metro at 1009 hrs but when i reached at dwarka sec 21 i checked but my metro card was lost i told to the lady guard that i have lost my card then she said that she cannot do anything and ask to stand then i go to dwarka sec 21 customer care person he said i have to pay 130 rs without checking or taking action then i said that person that please check my card may it was available at dwarka metro station or check my card details this will show you the entering details but he denied that then the lady guard & that customer service person said that they will not help they need only 130 rs then the lady guard said that go to the control room and when i go to the control room he asked me to wait for 2 minutes and all thembers of control room are misbehaving with me all the mebers at control room was not listening only misbehaving with me, i wait for him for 5-10 minutes i did not get any response then i asked again that 2 minutes done but he said that wait for another two minutes. After 12 minutes he asked to come into the control room then i said that i have lost my card any nobody is checking & taking action and they are asking for 130 rs then mr yogesh kumar from operation sitting at control room said that "madam ap do minute wait ni kr skti or ap bina 130 rs bina to ja hi ni skti" without listening & take any action and said that "jaha se aaye ho wahi jao m 130 rs bina liye nahi jane dunga" and
      That person mr yogesh kumar doesnott have any manner that how to take when i ask for his name he asid that mr yogesh kumar jao jaha bolna h abol do
      & jo krna h kro mera koi kuch nhi kr skta and was laughing i was crying and he also gave me an incorrect customer care number. I want strict action against that lady gurd and mr yogesh kumar specially who did not know that how to speak a lady child or woman

        I have a complaint about uttam nagar west metro station regarding the parking authorities.
        They had overcharged the customers and customers who are using monthly pass authorities forcing them to pay for the back dated pass and if customers denied to pay for backdated pass then they are not allowed to park their vehicles.
        Is this kind of services we are expecting from delhi metro?

        On dated 27.01.2018 i recharged my metro card at badarpur metro station around 8 pm . I gave the note of rs 500 but the recharge excutive recharged of rs 200 only
        so how can i get my balance amount back from dmrc

              Someone theft my purse today at new delhi metro station. I buy two tickets for noida city centre and waiting of the friend. After 10 minutes my friend came and i gave ticket to him and we gone down to catch metro. I entered in metro and checked the pocket but purse is lost. Purse color is black.in this purse 100 dollars cash and around 12000 indian rupees cash+ 2 atm of hdfc banck+1 atm o[censored]nb+ 2 driving licence of india and dubai.+ memory cards etc.

                Station : badhkal mod, (Under old faridabad stn mgr) purple line

                Date: 11 jan 2018 time 13.41 +/- five minutes

                Issue:

                On the specified time a customer asked for ticket to friends colony

                Staff at duty sold him a ticket to mandi house (Rs 50 token)

                I am witness

                I spoke to controller on duty, she defended contract staff.. Saying the duty staff (Third party contract staff) issued ticket for money he received

                When i spoke to station manager (Off duty) he kept maintaining that issue was not clear to him. While in conversation he maintained me to change my behaviour afterwards he disconnected phone.

                Did not respond to my redial (S).

                Controller on duty irresponsibly defended act of staff at token vending window

                The behaviour of station manager krishan dutt. (Supervisor to controller).. Is improper not upto standards of for which dmrc stands for

                This is serious

                (Dmrc is a commercial organisation where customer need be heard, disconnecting phone... Not listening to customer... Especially when i was suggesting quality improvement in service)

                  This is to inform you that your tvm machines are doing fraud to the customer.
                  On 12th of jan 2018 i have recharge with rs. 100 from tvm machine at botanical garden metro station. I have put the amount but my card was not recharged. I have complaint regarding this but they are saying that machine is ok and you are wrong. This is wrost condition and noone is helping me.

                    Rikshow and auto outside dwarka 21 metro are parked at relight it dont look very good and they block road and cause traffic jam. Dmrc never look at this thing. Every metro station has same story rikshow wala park their rikshow there mostly people have to ask rikshow wala to remove their rikshow so make passage for enterence into metro station. Can dmrc people check this issue or need to file a detailed complaint with traffic police office

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      This is to inform you that yesterday on 4th dec 2016 monday i had issues recharging my smart card through paytm for rs 500 and rs100 respectively. Each time i recharged the amount was deducted but the error showing as operator down.
                      I asked for help at your counter and spoke to the station master rajesh kumar nimble and each time he shouted at me rudely and started laughing at me looking into my issue and helplessness.
                      When he was asked to show his identity card he never displayed me his identity card even and started saying do whatever you can and go ahead and complaint against me.

                      Is this the way your passengers be treated while travelling through metro?
                      Is this the way how people will be treated disrespectfully?
                      Is this a professional and ethical way to come to a solution?
                      When asked for an email address of dmrc where to report this issue he never helped and neither tried to give me an answer.
                      Why did he shout at me and started laughing at my issue?

                      Is there any gentleman at dmrc who can reach this email of mine to your director?

                      I hope my issue should be taken care of rajesh kumar nimble should be punished and he should apologies for his deed for not doing is duties well.

                      Please look into my issue and call me back.

                        Hi team,

                        I missed my shatabdi train due to irresponsible behavior of delhi metro. I boarded the metro from iffco chowk station at 5:30 am and was scheduled for arrival at 7:15 am whereas the metro took 25 more minutes to reach at the destination. My train left at 7:40 am from ndls.

                        This is a loss of both time and money for me. I need a refund of my money.

                          I parked my car in friday evening and picked up at around 8:45 on sunday. The person at parking first said 240 rupees and after i calculated the charge he said 200 rupees. Please let me know if optimal amount was taken from me or he overcharged. Is there any check on how these people charge parking charges because he was not ready to listen to me and told me to complaint wherever i wanted.

I want to registerd a complaint against delhi metro why first metro start at 8am on sunday from old faridabad while others its starts at 6am from others stations.                               Your kind attention is drawn to the following incidence:
                              1. Today on 17/11/17 at 17.30 hrs i went to collect my renewed damaged metro card at nirman vihar metro station.
                              2. I submitted my slip to counter clerk who asked me to come after 5 minutes.
                              3. I contacted him again after 5 minutes or so when there was no one left in queue. But still he asked me to wait.
                              4. Just in loss of patience, i uttered that " bhai kya nawaon ki tarah bathe ho please thoda jaldi kar do is main aisa kya hai jo itna palat ulat kar rahe ho.
                              5. Counter clerk became angry so i apppologie immediately for using word nawab.
                              6. He was not satishfied and he immediately came out and said that he will handover me to security and he handed over me security.
                              7. Security was kind enough to persuade me and asked to st calmly and offered water.
                              8. Immediately the counter clerk again came to cisf chamber and scold on security that why this person is sitting on chair inside chamber, remove him and let him be stand like a beggar.
                              9. I immediately came out of cisf chamber and told that if he is happy like that then let me stand outside. But please give me complaint book to write whole episode.
                              10. After lot of persuation cisf took me to counter for complaint.
                              11. Again the counter clerk came out side his chamber and shouted on cisf personnel that i should not be allowed to leave station as he has called crime branch officer to put him in jail
                              12. I told ok gentlemen i[censored] feel i will stay here till ur cisf officer reach here.
                              13. After waiting for sometime, one gentle cisf person requested and accompanied me to send me out of station till i was down of station stairs.
                              13. I was s perturbed that i wanted to complaint to mobile police.
                              14. The mobile police officers were very kind to listen and had ability to persuade me just to forget all insult keeping my dignity in mind.
                              15. I asked name of counter clerk but he did not tell and asked my name phone which i gave him
                              16. Reaching home again i got call from cisf crime branch mr hariram phone [protected] who asked me to narrate whole story.
                              17. The tone of cisf officer crime branch on phone was not comfortable to me.
                              17. Sir i am an retired dignified govt officer.
                              May i kindly request for such action so that in future no other person get hurt by such an small incidence to tat extent. For reference u may refer cctv footage where in i have appologize with counter clerk with folded hand.
                              But if no action initiated for his unkindness, it will definitely be curse to society that too with senior citizen.
                              I[censored] feel that i was on fault please inform me so that i will take note of it.

                              When I want to travel from terminal 3 air port metro station my metro card is not responding . When I enquired from ticket counter the ticket issued boy said that not upgraded this metro card is not bailed from airport. While another card is accepted that is my wife's card. Please do needf action.

This nces staff so many abuse language say to me and when i am came out to the lift and i am go to a customer care whatever abuse word cc person are use to me and when i do a complaint they not register my complaint. So i will request to you take a action on nces staff immediately if my complaint respone status not get to me. Otherwise then after i visit directly to in metro bhavan i am complaint there.

                                  आज दिनांक 15.11.2017 को जनकपुरी (प.) मेट्रो स्टेशन पर लगभग 6.15 बजे शाम को गेट न. 1 (जो कि विकासपुरी की ओर जाती है) के सारे एग्जिट पॉइंट खराब होने के कारण लंबी कतार लग गयी। वहां उपस्थित cisf के जवान ने सूचना दी कि ये एग्जिट पॉइंट 2 बजे दिन से ही खराब है लेकिन मेकैनिक 6 बजे शाम को आया। निश्चित रूप से दिल्ली मेट्रो का निन्दनीय एवं गैर जिम्मेदाराना कृत के श्रेणी में आता है।
                                  अतः मैं दिल्ली मेट्रो के पदाधिकारियों से जानना चाहूंगा कि इस समस्या का समाधान कब तक होगी।
                                  विदित हो कि उक्त मेट्रो स्टेशन पर इस प्रकार की समस्या आये दिन हुआ करता है।

                                  Increase your metro on green line ( Inderlok to mundka & kirti nagar to mundaka ). and most important problem is card swipe machine is not working on chawri bazar.

                                    My name is kumar gaurav and i am using the 'icici unifare debit card - dmrc' for travel in delhi metro.

                                    Concern-
                                    My icici bank account linked to card ending xxxx xxxx xxxx 3759 has been debited twice by inr 200 at 5:55 pm and 6:09 pm respectively on 03-nov-2017. So total inr 400 has been debited from my bank account. However my dmrc card balance shows inr 237 only. Upon enquiry at icici bank, they told that debit instructions were sent twice from dmrc. So please check with them for refund.

                                    Below are the transaction details available in my bank account-

                                    1 03/11/2017 rpi/delhi metro/[protected] dr. 200.00

                                    As i have already sent email to [protected]@dmrc.org and [protected]@dmrc.org but didn't get any response till date.

                                    Card details-
                                    Icici unifare debit card ending - xxxx xxxx xxxx 3759
                                    Dmrc card no. [printed on backside of icici unifare debit card][protected]

                                    And that's why i am writing the grievance on this platform. One important thing is that if a service like 'icici unifare card" exists b/w two parties icici bank and dmrc so there should be clarity in such cases that who should take care of the customer in such cases. Because in this case both parties are throwing ball on each other and customer is in real pain.

                                    Please get the grievance resolved asap.

                                    In addition I have received an email (iamrahultripathihere from [protected]@complaintboard.in>) and Call by Mr Rahul from number [protected] who claimed to be a DMRC representative and asked my debit card details. And further told me that my account will be charged INR 12 as a processing fee for grievance redressal. He told me to provide the OTP for transaction which I declined because DMRC or bank never ask such confidential information. Please beware of such fraud happenings. I saved myself.

                                      Green line kirtinagar metro sevice in pic hours week days as well as weekend day so delay. From this delay I have lost my useful time. from this delay timing I can't reach my exam center. I had reached on 9:30 am but from this delay I reached at 10 am. Only for metro delay I hadn't given my exam in my institute.

                                        Please note that by mistake I have recharged card no. 59611665 of Rs. 100 . My correct card no. Is 59611668 . Therefore, Sir please transfer the amount of rs.100 to the correct card i.e. 59611668.
