It has been noticed from past few months as in a running metro the working tendency of the ac gets reduced to the significant level followed by a decrease in the oxygen level n the metro. Hence causes fluctuations in the body physiological parameters like bp, pulse..

Myself have experienced it several times and confirmed through my near and dear ones too who r regular dependent traveller complaining the same issue.
... Me being a neuro student from renowned central govt. Hospital would like to request you to kindly consider this matter seriously as decreased level of oxygen in the running metro could lead to brain anoxia to any of the age and gender

    Dear sir

    Today I travelled in metro from Botenical garden to Mayur Vihar Phas-1 around 7:15 PM. I used my Metro Card to get enter into Botenical metro station (you can see CCTV camera recoring for this).

    When I tried to get exit from gate no 1 Mayur Vihar Phas-1, my metro card did not work, when I asked employee at ticket counter then he asked me that metro card has negative balence and asked for fine Rs 120. I am surprised and shocked that I used my metro card and enetered botenical metro station.

    I tried to explain him but he did not want to listen me. finally I had to paid Rs 120 to him to get exit.

    Thank you, At least you can listen my complaint.DMRC employee was very unprofessional altitude toward the passenger.

    Is there any one can suggest me how can I can take some action against DMRC. This is not monetary issue but it hurted myself respect.

    At night ladies compartment not ladies compartment anybody is traveling in it. And no security guard is there. Specially red line dilshad garden route might be it effects somthing not be into your junk email. And one more thing staff is not cooperative try to explained somthing but they are not ready to listen anything. You have to improve your system. At last i want to say one thing your services are worst.

      Sir/ma'am
      I wanted to convey you some information about the fraud that is happening on Vishvavidyala Metro stations's Public toilet.
      The person who is incharge there asks for extra money from every person (He has asked me for 5 rupees instead of 2 rupees for urination) and if someone denies, he misbehaves with the person. He also hides the receipt and provides only if someone specially asks for it. Five rupees is not a big thing but the corruption and fraud he is doing is. So I request you to go through the matter and take necessary actions. If you want proof for this just send any women for urination as I have noted down his behavior two times.

      Early action is solicited and your reply is expected.

      My metro card is not working in entry and exit gate. My card current balance is 874.7 rs. I want to change my current balance to new card.. customer service desk is not issue new card.. several times I complaint but they not helping me. They said not any rules to transfer old card balance to new card. I need solution. Please help

        IMEI No.-[protected]is stolen from my packet on anand vihar metro station and i see that person which stolen my phone from my packet.when I request for tracking my phone(because my phone is ON state and trackable through IMEI No. and also available CCTV on metro station by the help of this we can catch the criminal but our police department is very very good so)then he not taking any action and noted FIR very delayed due to this thief is very happy and I'm in tension.I'm very angry with police department due to this types of behavior.

          Yesterday (08.08.2017), at sarita vihar metro station, a monkey came and snitch by hand bag from platform near ladies coach. All my original documents (E. G. Aadhar car, pan card, debit card, credit card etc.) are there in my handbag. After snitching, he just left my handbag on metro station itself and then went away but metro staff is not able to get it back. They are constantly blaming mcd for this & saying i will get back my purse only when the monkey itself throw it down.

          Is this reality the way, how dmrc operates and provides service to your passengers??

          Why station officer is so much helpless???

          I don't want to listen this blame game, all that i just want is my hand bag back. As its still available on that shelter of metro station

            Dear team,

            Today i was shoked! When i visit at ticket counter for token. He was denied said take self tiken from kiosk i don't have knowledge regarding kiosk their is sitting dmrc lady employees. She is playing with what's app & fb. I request 5 time approx please help for token... Then he said they don't have change even (10rs, 20rs 50rs 100rs 500rs) means they don't have money. Mostly passenger are facing issie we have approx 5 passenger no. Even... Then i reached again ticket counter person ' kuldeep meel ' asked same thing she is shouting with me.. Using abusing word.. You can check the vedio please take on seriously for these service by dmrc or dmrs staff behaviour.

                Sir my card no[protected] is not working, same has been checked by many stations, several times i have to purchase token when in a hurry. Today i went to dwarka sect 13 station to get this card replaced firstly they refused to do so. Then when again insisted they asked me to pay rs.50, when refused & asked to show the manual they refused to show me & asked me to pay or go.
                The customer care executive & supervisor - mr. Sunil & ms. Rani kumari is totally nonsupporting. They don't know how to help the customers, when sitting at such place.

                I think i have not saved much then i have to pay in purchasing new card as i am not a frequent traveler & i have done a mistake in buying this card.
                Please take action & get this card replaced.

                  I was asking for a ticket of 10 rupees at maidan metro station at 8 am on 24 july giving a 50 rupees note as i didn't had 10 rupees note he didn't give me the ticket and i have to return back even though he had change but still he didn't give me the ticket i don't know what they do with change kolkata metro has always a problem like this it should be looked at so that passengers don't have to suffer

                    Dear concern,

                    Today on 23/07/2016 i bought a token from samaypur badli metro station to anand vihar station which costs 30 rupee as per sunday fare but counter executive charged me for 40 rupee (Regular fare). Another customer before me bought a ticket to chandni chowk he charged him 60 rupee (Did not gave twenty rupee discounts on sunday).

                    This is not happening at one station or once in a while. It happened with me two times at two different station in same manner they are not passing discount to customers (Specially uneducated customers) as many of them are not aware about new discount system in metro.

                    I noticed few things on metro stations that
                    1- there is no display board on metro station about discount on sunday.
                    2- no announcement in metro regarding sunday discounts.
                    3- new fare charts are very small, customers not able to understand that there is any discount system (Uneducated people cant read that chart they simply trust token counter executive).
                    4- it is happening in a major way at crowdy stations like chandni chowk, rajiv chowk, noida.
                    5-metro station staff is not taking this scams seriously. But it is crores of rupee scam.

                    Dmrc is very reputed organization and it has served people transparently since its origin. But few bad elements are trying to break trust between customer and dmrc.

                    Being a lawyer and social activist i have few suggestions to make the system more transparent and more important to make customer aware about this corruption in token system.

                    1- we can put big display board at metro stations or in metro train about sunday discounts so that people can be aware.
                    2- we can make frequent announcement in metro regarding sunday discounts.
                    3- it shall be displayed at every counter separately in bold that on sunday special discounts are available so that every customer who is buying token can notice it. (Not as a small fare chart because it does not tell clearly about discount system)

                      My phone was stolen by some guy and i confronted him about my phone his one friend, he showed me his phone and ran in the crowd. I ask for cctv footage at that time but there was no police official available. Now my i. O was appointed to me but he said only 1 week footage is available after the incident. There is nothing we can do except tracking ypur mobile.

                            It is regularly observed that metro AC are shut off after 2100hrs daily on yellow line stations which are underground and legally it shouldn't be done.It is really difficult to sometime breath even in such a suffocated atmosphere. Metro officials who order's such inhumane decisions should think twice as humans are more valuable than their cheap power saving targets.Really shameful.

                              At Uttam nagar east metro station, vendor took extra charges.i was going to GTB Nagar metro station and charge is 30, he took 10 extra from me. When I got him, he made excuse and returned my money, when I asked him to answer he refused and locked his door.I got him because I had read a article which had the same issue.

                                Respected sir, elevator at ramesh nagar metro station is not working for the last four months. Staff is also very rude and do

                                When ever I enter in metro and try to get a sheet reserved for senior citizen, 90% times I found that ladies are occupying those and not getting up even after requesting them.
                                How much is charged At shadipur metro station they have taken 120 rupees for a token and security guard is passing me at 100 rupees

                                Dear Sir,
                                ladies are in habit of capturing the sheets meant for Senior Citizen . Once your staff frequently announce in Train "that people are not to sit on the sheets reserved for ladies, it is punishable offence " Than why can't it announce "Ladies are not to sit on the sheets reserved for Senior Citizens". Are ladies free to do any nonsense?

                                  Respected sir, at present timing of 1st metro in morning from jahangirpuri to huda city is 06:00 am, i and my friend are doing job in gurgaon so we r going from jahangirpuri to gurgaon daily from this metro. I and my frind live in jahangirpuri. The timing of our office is 07:00am. The 1st metro from jahangirpuri (06:00am) reached huda city at 07:15- 07:20 am, due to which we are getting late daily in office, because of that we r facing lot of problem from our administration.
                                  So you r humbly requested to you that changed the metro time of 1st metro from jahangirpuri to huda city as early as possible. It become 05:45 am insted of 06:00am.

                                    Dwarka 21 metro station stairs are very slippery. I fell from these stairs and broke my leg last month. My ankle got dislocated and i got three fractures. I have been through surgery and do not want others to face the same issue. Earlier also i have experienced the same issue with these stairs (They have always been so slippery). Though the support staff at metro station was good and i was taken to hospital in time. But the stairs can be dangerous for other people too.

                                    Please do something to make them more rough.

                                      Sir / madam,

                                      Your kind attention is invited towards the shabby condition of janak puri west metro station where some observations are mentioned below:
                                      1. No electronic escalator is present for the staff incoming to metro.
                                      2. The stairs towards main entrance are always found full if dirt & birds discretion.
                                      3. There is no refreshment present at the station.
                                      4. No wheel chair arrangement for the needy people.

                                      I have always been adoring dmrc services and compares that even small metro stations are having the above mentioned facilities & as to why the janak puri (West) metro station is deprived of these facilities.
                                      Requesting to please look into the matter & arrange for facilities at the earliest.
