Dear sir
This is complain regarding i recharge amount of rs 500 at recharge counter rithala at 9.46 am. The lady was sitting in white dress and another wearing yellow dress, she recharge in card of rs 200 instead of rs 500, when i told then again she recharge rs 100 and i believe it, but when i reach at sikanderpur in my card rs 300 recharge, when i scan to go outside card showing go for customer care, this was very disappointed when i contact to customer care he agree this thing is happening when white shirt lady is sitting because they are not dmrc staff,
Rs 40 i have to paid for extra at sikander pur metro.
Recipt no - 744, its matter of cheating why you people allow to sit at that counter, very bad service never expect from dmrc. What will happen of my rs 200 can you explain,

    I have recharged of Rs.200 for my metro card[protected] under order no. [protected] through Paytm but i haven't received the recharge value in my metro card.

    And, as per Paytm team they processed my transaction successfully and said to contact on DMRC email address.
    Could you please check this and add my Rs 200 recharge value in my card[protected].

      Irregular interval of train in morning and evening time, no distribution as per the passenger flow. No certain speed of metro running. Long time of haults in between the journey. No plan maintained for the trains scheduled for destined stations, super creepy dmrc staff. No customer service and customer complaint authorization.

      Happens every morning 8-9:00 am.
      And every evening 7-8:00 pm.

      On 7.06.2017 i was returning home from office pulbangush metro station to rohini west metro station between i have been lost my wallet having 2 atm card and pancard, voter id, aadhaar card of reena sharma.       Today in delhi metro near rajiv chock a huge mob was entered in the train near about 4:15 pm and during the journey from rajiv chock to new delhi mid the way someone was stolen my Asus Zenfone 2.
      Please do neccessary to find out my mobile.

        Present rent fare committee is very very duffer. Rate committee ne yeh kabhi nahi socha ki metro me safar karne wale daily pessonser daily wages ke hai aur unka fareo one day me rs. 100.00 per day. Unki wages per day rs.500.00
        I am travel rithala to kaushambi first fare rs. 22.50 present fare 36.00
        Rithala to dilshad garden rs.19.80 present fare 36.00
        Present fare kaushambi to kanhiya nagar 36.00 (Why)
        Discount 20% 8. P. M. To 8 a. M this is no pick hours. I am request you to fare committee, allow 30% discount on 07.00 am to 11.00 a. M. & 06.00 pm to 9.00 p. M. After 8 years rate increase 66%. Why.

          Hii,

          This is in regard of my metro recharge for card no. [protected].

          I did the recharge of Rs.200 on 13 may at 13.58 hrs.
          Which was successful on paytm. But when i tried to recharge on AVM it shows error.
          And paytm says if error msg is shown contact at dmrc helpline no.
          Paytm screen shot and messege recived screenshots are attached with the mail.

          Please do the refund as soon as possible.

            We are travelling by metro from last 5 years and such a sudden increase in the metro got very difficult for a normal person to travel and not everyone can pay so much amount for one side. Please try to reduce down the prices so that everyone can enjoy the services provided by the delhi govt.
            If you are increasing the metro fare than please improve the quality and daily there is some technical issues or the delay in the timmings.
            Please improve the standards of your metro.

                Respected sir,

                As a citizen of india, i want to tell you that raised price of metro fare is affecting us.

                My daily fare per side was 18 inr after 10th may 2017 it was 28 inr which is direct 10 inr increased.

                It is very difficult for a middle class to manage such a huge increased.

                Its a request to you to look into this matter beacause its a serious issue.

                I am the regular passenger of DMRC but sorry to state that at 9.37 approx exit gates at Seelampur metro takes lot of times and always only one or two exit gates works which defeats the purpose of speedy journey many times it takes 15 minutes to clear kindly solve the issue

                  I have travelling in delhi metro for years now. There have been problems but all reasonable except this one day. One and a half month ago me and my four friends were travelling from dwarka sector 12 to rohini west. We never stopped anywhere or wasted time anywhere inspite of that we were all fined for maximum permissible time limit. At kashmere gate metro station it was so crowded that we couldnt make it on the first train. It was not practically possible for anyone to get on that crowded train. So we waited for the next train which was due more than five minutes which is not our fault and rather dmrc's problem. We boarded the next train and that was the only time wasted and too because of the crowed station and the train's delayed arrival. When we were fined we asked the dmrc staff in the office she told us that we were not even 5 minutes late but we will have to pay the fine. It was dmrc's fault in every way and they should see into the time limits from station to station in their regulation of maximum permissible time limit. I want to be compensated for the fine and the inconvience cused to us.

                    Dear All

                    I had recharged my metro card on 4 th May 2017 from Janak Puri West metro station for Rs 500. The amount has not been transferred to be card. The machine which prints the receipt slip was not working and the person sitting at the customer care booth has changed was leaving as his shift was over. I had payed this from my Debit Card and can share the statement mentioning the money was transferred to DMRC account.

                    Today morning I went and told the lady sitting at desk that my card has not been recharged, initially told me that she cannot help. I insisted her on finding the solution where then she called her senior. She told me that person who was sitting on day before which had recharged my card, cannot be contacted. Once he comes back, they asked me to take up the issue with him.

                    I will request you to please look into this an help me get my card recharged or my money back.

                      I recharged delhi metro card rs 200/- through paytm under order number​[protected] but today noticed on metro station that amount has not been credited,

                      I contacted paytm and they responded "we are sorry to learn that, you are unable to add the recharge value of rs. 200 in your dmrc card. Trust, paytm has successfully processed your transaction with dmrc for card number [protected] under order [protected] on 28/04/2017 at 03:34 pm
                      How ever you need to contact dmrtc"

                      Same email i have forwarded to [protected]@dmrcsmartcard.com but there is no response after 4-5 days, i would request you to address this issue on right forum - thank you

                        On 2nd May 2017, I faced very pathetic situation with Delhi Metro Customer Service at Dwarka Sector 21.

                        I want to highlight that the guy sitting in that customer support cabin is corrupted. He is a lier and taking cash money from peoples​ and making black money.

                        My concern is that today I have a metro card filled with Rs. 134. I have some work in gurgaon for that I travelled from Nawada metro (in time - 9:44 am) to Dwarka Sector 21 Metro Station (out time - 10:09).

                        After completing my work I came back Dwarka Sector 21 Metro at 2 pm, I tried to punch my card but the gate was not opened and I asked the same from customer support executive, he asked me to give metro card to him after checking it he told me that your money was not deducted before this ride so you have to pay Rs.14 cash, I assumed that it might be happened. Then I entered in the metro for Nawada metro station.

                        When I reached Nawada Station I checked​ my transaction history in AVM machine and I was surprised that the amount was already deducted from my card and customer support executive collected Rs.14 from me.

                        I have heard about these fraudulent tricks but today it happens to me and I believe that that guy fooling hundred of peoples every day and making lots of black money.

                        I am also attaching the picture of my card transaction history.

                        On an average if we assume the black money amount per executive Rs.1000. And now you can calculate the big amount of this fraudulent in DMRC every day and every Station.

                        THIS IS A VERY BIG QUESTION MARK ON THE DMRC HEAD. YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION ON IT IMMEDIATELY.

                        Rs.14 is not a big deal...! Point is corrupted peoples.

                        I hope you understand the situation and will take necessarily actions on it.

                          We are regular commuters using the Delhi Metro.
                          The main issue is that the AC is never working at the Jawaharlal Nehru metro station on violet line and the Central Secretariat metro station.
                          Given the heat these days, it gets very hot inside the station and as a result of which our clothes are spoiled because of all the sweating.
                          And the ACs do not work ever whether it is 7.30 AM or 7.30 PM.
                          Please look into the matter.

                              Dear Team,

                              Hi this is tilak from dwarka. My metro card was not detecting hence i requested to support executives to check. As per them, the card is not functioning and needs to handover the same to themself and a new card will be issue in 7 days which they are charging 50 rs and also dont know whether the amount of that card will be refund or not.

                              My query is Why they are charging 50rs as security deposit at that time of purchasing metro card if they are charging cost post further?

                              What about my balance which was there in metro card? Why they dont have any records of last remaining balance in that metro card?

                              The metro card is newly issued and no any physical damages still why customer are being charged of extra cost to issue the new card as already security deposit is there.

                              What if instead of handover this faulty card, would have destroy it, If will go for new card with security deposit. Isnt it violating your compliance and fair. The same when discussed to the executive ar sec 10 dwarka, his response was can destroy the card. Is this is the behaviour of executives ?

                              Request you to clarify waht exactly is process so that i could go with replacement or fresh card. If you can reach to me on [protected] also i can explain my problem.

                                  I had my car parked at metro station today 13th april @12:25 pm, with as much as half a tank filled.. The tank was almost empty when i left at 8pm. You can't even trust the people in metro parking area. The people who are actually there to take care of your belongings are stealing way fromantic your cars, not sure how poorly is thus being managed. Please can this be looked into.

                                    Still I have not get my salary from August 2016 and Many times M/S SARAL ENTERPRISES (Mr Ankur Agrawaal ) delayed day to day . Now I am facing my family crisis so please help me for release my salary

                                      Last month (6th March) due to underground metro construction, we were asked to evacuate our building within 4 hours without providing complete details, to which we objected. They just said there is some problem due to on going metro construction. We denied to evacuate the building. And asked them to stop the underground construction, but we were told that the construction cannot be stopped. After objection by all colony members they agreed to stop the construction.
                                      Same night we noticed lot of cracks in all our room and our main gate was visibly sunken down. All the flooring tiles started cracking up as well.
                                      Then we were told that due to construction the water started flooding underground and the building started sinking.
                                      So we had to immediately evacuate. We were shifted to a guest house named Divine hotel in maharani bagh by DMRC. We were told that it will take just 2 days. After that we were told that it will take 15 days. The guest house was not good at all so we were shifted to Suryaa hotel in New Friends Colony.
                                      In the mean time DMRC immediately started the work of lifting the building by filling cement under our building so that the building does not collapse.
                                      DMRC assured us that they will repair all the loss.
                                      Now after 27 days we have been told that the building has been stabilised and we can go back to our house.
                                      They are saying that they will start repair work of our building after another 20-25 days once they complete the underground construction.
                                      Our houses still have cracks all over. It's still risky to stay in the house.
                                      We are facing mental harassment. Out side our house their is lot of dust all over. My dad has lung problem. His treatment is going on in Escorts. Doctors have said that dust is poison for him.
                                      Please help us with the current situation.
