I paid the annual fee 4 times because I didn't got the message from my bank of deduction but when I checked the status it showed paid. I mailed to he college and DU also but there is no response. Kindly solve my problem

Yesterday i made a payment through my debit card but there is no update yet . it shows too make payment again and also my amount get deducted what i m supposed to do . tomorrow is last day

I have made my payment of rupees 500/- for migration certificate using paytm upi method but when i tried to track my payments it still showing no payments made and i am not able to download receipt to submit.
I have attached the payment proof please check it.

I havent got my money yet. I got admission in lady shri ram i paod the fees but they cancelled my admission because of technical glitch. Money has been deducted already. Now i want my money back.

My Name is Mrityunjay Roy Form no[protected].I take admission in Shivaji college under 4th cut off in B.A hindi honours but, due to some reason I have to cancel my admission. I also pay my cancellation fee. It's about a month but my fee is not refund by Delhi University.

My name is mohil devgan and i recently took admission in ramjas college, delhi, which is affiliated under your university. On 14 october, 2020, i tried to submit the course fees through net banking. But there was some problem, the amount was debited from my account but it wasn't credited in the account of college. Though on same day, i tried again and submitted the course amount successfully.but both time amount was deducted and i didn't receives refund of that failed payment. I wrote to the principal of ramjas college and to du email id for refund of the double payment of the fees, demanding the refund of the failed payment, but no answer was received from their side. I am therefore enclosing some information of the same and i hope for the refund of the amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

My name is Hritik Achara (Form number[protected], I took admission in Dayal Singh College Delhi University under 3rd cutoff in UG admission 2019 course B. Sc (Prog.) Physical Science with Chemistry, and I cancelled my admission on 22 September 2019 and fee was 15560 Rs. Now its been more than a year and my refund has not been initiated and i urgently need that money.
Kindly look into this matter and refund fee as soon as possible.

Yesterday I paid my fees through debit card and the payment was made but the status was showing that some error was occurred and my fees isn't paid. What am I supposed to do?

They are not giving me information about exam i am ex student of College n m trying toh contact them sice 3 month but they are not give me a information n m suffering in this issue

I'm sonia sharma i recently appeared for b. Com last sem exams with obe mode my fellow students results came on 21 nov... My two subjects results is awaiting and in that subjects I have marked 0 after giving all the papers on time .. I send all documents and necessary proofs to nodal officer of my college on 21 nov but she didn't responded till today.. So today I called her and asked her about updates and she was like when did you send me... How irresponsible behaviour is this... I can't express my stress level in words ... I can't afford my one year to ruins like this.. I'm literally Panicing what will i do if my really will not come.. I have to take admission in m. Com and last date is almost on the edge.

I paid the fees for admission in B.COM 1 year from sol. My account got debited but i didn't get any receipt or any refund. My sol roll number wasn't generated because of this.

Yesterday i made payment to pay my third year fees, i got a message that payment is successful. But i didn't receive any fees receipt. I'm afraid and skeptic that whether my fees has been submitted or not. And today is last day to submit fees. Please resolve this problem, it's a humble request..and not only of me but of some of my classmates too.

I had fill the form from DU SOL of Bcom Hons and after fill the form I make the payment
(Rs.4040). My payment was deducted from the bank twice but still I haven't received any refund or
message from the side of college.

Yesterday i make a payment for my bcom course but i doesn't received payment receipt.
So please resolve this problem.

This is related to admission fees refund for my daughter Ritoja Kundu, form number 20515345, against her admission in UG Microbiology Hons in Gargi college vide ref no 33177/GARGI/52/1. I have deposited adm fee Rs 15045 & subsequently cancellation fee Rs 1000 in Oct 2020.
I am yet to get refund credited back to my a/c. I have mailed to DU helpline but no response received till date. Pl resolve this & update.

I am Neha this side i am student of du and i am 2nd year student of your university. tomorrow Yesterday I got my friend admission to BA (Hons) in Delhi University Sol. DU Sol has deducted money via Debit card and money (₹4040) has been deducted from the account but no fee receipt has been generated . Payment was made on 24th Nov, 2020 and today is 25th Nov, 2020. Please look into it .

I am kumari gulshan, I took admission in deen dayal upadhyay college delhi University under 1st cutoff in ug admission course B. Sc (hons.) chemistry fee 19345 and I cancelled my admission .I. Now it's like 2 weeks and my refund is not initiated and I urgently need that money .

I am Naib Subedar MA Khan is a soldiers and presently posted at Headquarters 15 Corps Srinagar. I son Faishal Ahmad Khan apply in your university for admission through Defence quota. As per policy 5% seat reserved for wards of defence personnel. This year 70000 seats are available in Delhi University for admission including 3500 seat reserved for wards of Defence personal. Firstly your university instruct all wards of Defence personal that you choose subjects and College. But today press realase issue by your university that as per some balance seat are available and special category will again apply only one subject and only one college. This is not understood because if seat reserved for wards of Defence personal why your university instruct that only one subject and College choose. Plz intimate fresh policy in this regards. I am also submit application RTI as well as civil court. What are team change the policy.

My amount has been debted from bank account wheyher it isnot showing in my dashboard and due to server error same occurs please refund my anount please call on [protected]
