My name is mohil devgan and i recently took admission in ramjas college, delhi, which is affiliated under your university. On 14 october, 2020, i tried to submit the course fees through net banking. But there was some problem, the amount was debited from my account but it wasn't credited in the account of college. Though on same day, i tried again and submitted the course amount successfully.but both time amount was deducted and i didn't receives refund of that failed payment. I wrote to the principal of ramjas college and to du email id for refund of the double payment of the fees, demanding the refund of the failed payment, but no answer was received from their side. I am therefore enclosing some information of the same and i hope for the refund of the amount as soon as possible. Thank you.
