    My courier was dispatched by my 23/06/2020. Docket number[protected]. Still not received and not proper contact person. Arrogant staff. I personally visited hub at pune, tathawade. As parcel was shown at tathawade, but still no proper response. Asked me to go back and call next day. Then again i called on next day but not received my call. Mr. Vinod shinde (Delhivery) was my contact person.

      I have send the package on 20-may-2020 and i have paid 90 rupees for the delivery charges.

      On 27-may-2020 parcel is out for delivery, then the courier boy put the status in "reschedule" without any further notification to me. I don't know why parcel is not delivered at 27th may.

      Then i call to the customer support "[protected]" on 30th may, the executive says, "i have re-scheduled the parcel and will be delivered on 1-jun-2020".

      Still today itself, the parcel not delivered. I m trying to customer support call for more than 15 mins, no one pickup my call.

      This delhivery logistics not doing delivery on-time. Very poor. No customer support and also no email support.

      Please take legal action of the above problem as soon as possible.

        The expected delivery date was 01 june 2020 for my order tracking id[protected].

        It has been kept in haryana for almost 1 week, it should have been delivered by now, every time i had to cancel my order due to non delivery by delhivery before corona time.

        Could you please tell me when i will get my delivery, other product relating to tv has been delivered by other logistic partner.

        Your service is too slow. People should not trust you in case of need or urgency.

          Hi team,

          I am writing this email with regard to a very critical shipment that is stuck at bangalore hub for the last 3 days without any movement. I understand the current situation, but what is even more disappointing is the fact that no one is at least even having the courtesy to answer my call!

          These silicone bags need to be supplied to local labs for storing chemicals and liquids on an urgent basis.

          I request you to please look into this on priority and help us in the same.

            My parents have comorbidity, so i ordered essential medicine for them from netmeds and they shipped through delivery.
            Since our area came under containment zone and that too after i placed the order.
            The delivery boy called and said he will deliver the order and then he neither called nor picked up the call.
            I waited for medicine for 15 days and lodge continuous complaint to delivery, but not received the parcel and finally on june 1 they returned the order.
            It was essential medicine not available locally.

                      Hello, i had ordered an item from oziva, i got a delivery tracking number now when i had tracked my shipment, it is showing that it is already delivered on 26th may, but i did not receive the order till now and no one had called me for delivery. I need a immediate resolution for this. I need my order delivered.

                      This is purely cheating, i called their customer care many times not one picks it up and no one replies to my mail.

                        What #ing delivery syatem of delhivery frst order and i am very irritating... When 2 days over.. You send me new date of delivery... Extend extend and extend... One month ago and 15 days also done to complate all zone delivery...
                        Send me my order within a days now...
                        I ordered amazon before 2 days ago... And today received... And what the # of delhivery courier services...
                        Client said we send 21st may your parcel to delhivery courier services... And you never track me any information... Last date of tracking... Is 21st may 2020 what the # delhivery...

                          This is to inform you that, We are getting to much loss with frustration just because of your worst Team Management and unprofessional Delivery module.
                          We had book Shipment on 18th May 2020 from Delhi to Pune with commitment that the material will dispatch within 3 days as said Mr. Sandip Sharma, after 4-5days we called to Mr.Sharma that time we observe that Material was still at delhi hub. He said due to Lockdown.But actually we already discussed about Lockdown before booking Material, with Comparing Fedex, Professional courier etc. we finalized with "Delhivery" for 150/- Rs. per packet. After having Complete week still we don't receive any call or updates so again we called to Mr. Sharma and he tell same story with giving another Person Number "Mr. Anurag" He said same story and commit that material will be come within 3days max at Pune hub. we also track online after Saturday, from Saturday to Monday nobody updates again, Again we called Anurag and he said "yes sir material is in Pune hub But we don't have credential to deliver so I said, will come and collect at time he said the Amount of Package is 220/- per packet suddenly increased. They people getting cash money with charging GST that means completely meaningless, so without having any issues we agree but again scenario change. Mr. Anurang who suppose to send their Pune Location details take half of day. and when our Staff goes their Warehouse, everyone was just chilling at 25th May 2020 but nobody taking care about material or dispatch around 100 staff was there but all were lazy.finally someone get that packet with lots of non-sense mail process they done. which has to be before all of this. and Again another Scenario comes that our Material Boxes were missing only 3 Box out of 4. and then said the Delhivery is not responsible for that, MSK Courier and Cargo Pvt Ltd will handle. But all you "Zollturam's". we booked with Delhivery not MSK. and Mr. MSK guy said again it will take 3-4days. in this whole situation having only we were following theme all non-sense irresponsible stupid lazy Managements all they people are frauds and just are Faltugiri Process. if you were not capable to handle your jobs or business then why you playing with us. and showing your third-class branding.

                            Yesterday i was expecting delivery from (Nykaa) delhivery but neither i received a call from courier guy nor otp msg but around 1:30 i received a msg saying it has been delivered whereas i havnt got that parcel. Since yesterday i am continuously calling on delhivery customer care but no-one is answering. I even submitted my query on the website but no feedback from these guys... Very unprofessional. E-commerce websites should avoid this courier service..

                              I have ordered from myntra website to pincode 389260. It is a orange zone. Your delhivery website also show it orange zone. I did not get my order till now. The all parcels reached to destination city-santrampur since 7days but not delivered to me.

                              The tracking shows false information of containment area which is totally wrong. You can check with your other sources. It is orange zone and delivery can be done easily. Here is santrampur police station number[protected] to confirm that the address is not in containment zone. Post-office number[protected]

                              Today i have received the a courier from amazon and the courier boy yelled that "sir your approx 15 parcels are at warehouse of delhivery courier at santrampur". "the delhivery guys were telling that they will not deliver the parcels unless the customer comes and collect it. The local delhivery courier persons are making fool of me and the company both by updating false information of lockdown and containment zone.

                                Hello,

                                This is regarding Delhivery AWB#[protected] which is to be returned to the merchant for close to 1 month. I had ordered at Unlimited Nutrition a package containing items that have an expiry date which was shipped by the merchant from Greater Thane on 23rd April 2020. I then cancelled the order while it was still on the way and it was recalled without it reaching me on 26th April and has been lying at Delhivery's transit hub at Greater Thane since 28th April. Delhivery have not responded to any of my emails and I'm worried that the products are either lost or will get spoiled causing me a loss of approximately 15, 000 rupees.

                                  My courier tracking no:[protected] was sipped from Surat for Gurgaon but when it was in Surat, the company/delhivery initiated return without providing the reason. Now the courier is stuck in Surat from last 10 days. Tried reaching customer support but no one replied. Pathetic services. Need an urgent action.

                                      The item was supposed to be delivered on 8th may and the status is not at all moving and when i tried contacting the customer support each representative is giving a different answer like wait for 24-48 hours from the past 10 days. The package is staying 60 kms away from my home and neither they are delivering nor allowing me to pick the item. Please do the needful

                                        My name is amandeep kaur. I belong to zira, district ferozpur. My three shipments have been stuck in moga from last 25 days, as all other parcels have been delivered to me and courier services are fully operational in moga as well as at delivery place i. E. Zira (142047), therefore, the lockdown could not be the reason. I talked to customer care executive also, he gave me assurance that my goods will be delivered to me with in 24hours. As 48 hours have been passed, i contacted again and they gave me assurance to deliver in 48 hours agains. Even i mail them from their official website and still their answer was same. I am tired of complaining and contacting them. The value of items are around 45000rs. I am worried as they are not providing the exact information, as i even ask them that if they cannot deliver to me then they should return the parcel to the originating place, so that i can ask for refund, but all is in vain. The customer car has provided me the request id 4694912. The tracking id of couriers are[protected],[protected] and[protected]

                                        I hope you will provide me assistance in this matter as soon as possible
