After Delhivery delivering agent delivered my parcel, the Executives called me again and ask for returning of my parcel due to some technical issues. I further address the problem of returning since I have already use the item in my parcel which I cannot return it back making it impossible for returning. The Executive instead raise voices against me and threatened to not deliver any of my future order with my name and address anymore. Instead of solving the issue, they instead provide threats of blocking any delivery to my address.

      My package was frist delayed by more than 15 days and now it is showing the package is lost I mean how can that happen and when I'm trying to reach the customer care nobody is interested in replying.

            I ordered a Ajio product of rs 1109 and made payment via sms link provided by dilivery agent. But was successful but dilivery agent said that he was not received in his system. And said make payment again, and I made payment again. This time payment was successful and also reflected on his system.
            My AWB no.[protected] and date 1st May 2022. I made both payments via gpay
            I want my refund ASAP

              I have ordered a watch with payment terms COD. The watch company (Daniel Wellington) had chosen Delhivery as their delivery agent. I have ever faced such an awful online shopping experience. It was due to the reckless behavior of your delivery agent. He called me in the morning that your parcel will be delivered by 2PM today. After that, I had been consistently trying to reach him till night. No response from his side. When I tracked the order by night, It says that the delivery has been rescheduled. Already there are news in the air regarding duplicates in case of shopping online. I was fearing to order the watch online and this kind of inept and unacceptable behavior of him adds fuel to the fire. I request you to take action against this concerned person ASAP.

                Dear Sir, I had booked a shipment via SHYPLITE (aggregator) and the carrier was DELHIVERY to be received at RANIGANJ, WEST BENGAL from ERODE, the shipment was booked on 11th of APRIL and had reached Durgapur nearest hub on 18th of APRIL and since then, its been 11days and the shipment has not been delivered and I call the aggregator everyday and I'm assured that they are working on it. I am a working women and unable to go and pick it up myself. I'm being harassed by both the parties. kindly help. Even though they are in service industry, they do not have any contact point whatsoever. They even do not care to reply to my emails and have just one photo type answer.

                    Delhivery message receiving from yesterday for Out of delivery of package with AWB [protected] sharing a delivery code but not yet delivered the parcel; even no attempt made by Delivery agent to reach on my number.

                    Still the delivery is not yet made from the courier service.

                      I have requested them to deliver one product from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on 22nd April and they showed the delivery timeline as 24th April. I packed my products and gave them for shipment, it got struck in Hyderabad from 24th April and there is no movement. There are important items for 6 months baby and which need to be delivered on time. There is no proper channel to communicate with them . Sending mails repeatedly for an enquiry and every 3rd or 4th mail they respond. The response would be “Thanks for your enquiry, your issue shall be looked at and resolved at the earliest”. I am not expecting this feedback. I wanted the products to get delivered on time or be returned back to me within a day so I can personally travel and hand it over for baby. Please provide immediate resolution.

                          I returned a pair of Zara shoes to a courier. He opened the box and check the product in front of me. A week after the Zara customer care and Delhivery customer service tells me I sent an incorrect product and there will be no refund made for it. After calling them and trying to get it resolved they told me that all the investigation had been done and they will not be able to help me anymore.

                            My parcel from Delhi was to reach on 25th April, 2022 and it is still showing in transit, they dont have any contact details here in Goa who you can contact, Yesterday I was told by the Delhi agency that it was out for delivery and will definitely reach the same day.
                            Today i have called them up thrice since morning and all they are saying is they have no news !!! It is 28th today

                              My Package was booked from Mumbai Under AWB no[protected] on 13th April 2022, and was supposed to be delivered on 19th April 2022. Firstly there was a delay in delivery and there was no update about the packet after 18th April, after lots of Escalation and complaints on 25th April 2022, the status on tracking started appearing as Package Missing in Audit and the Estimated Delivery Date Changed to 28th April 2022, but till date there is no update on it and today when I'm writing this complaint against them, the status remains the same "Package Missing in Audit".

                                We had shipped our household items from Mumbai to Lucknow using Delhivery through a vendor named Moving Force Packers and Movers based in Mumbai on[protected]. According to the vendor, the shipment should reach Lucknow next week and now we are standing on[protected] and the shipment has still not been delivered. This shipment was completely prepaid (23, 730/-) with the insurance of 80000/- on top. The tracking no for this shipment is [protected].

                                The vendor and the company support staff are not picking up my call or replying to my messages anymore and my parent who are senior citizens cannot go through the trouble of following up with the company again and again, without any results. The tracking system of delhivery shows that the shipment reached Lucknow on the 23rd of April but is still not out for delivery.
                                I am attaching the receipt of the shipment from the vendor as proof of this transaction and would request strict action to be taken against the vendor and the company to make them resolve this complaint asap. Contact details of the vendor are also below:

                                  My name is Toral Kavish and I am writing this email to notify you that your company Delhivery is not efficient and responsible in managing couriers intercity.

                                  My AWB number is[protected]. My sister Priyal Patel has been writing emails to your company and she was told the package was lost and they can’t find it. The courier was picked from Hyderabad on 20th April and post that it is lost. I am extremely dissatisfied with the pathetic service and more so the customer care is irresponsible and has no idea how to assist. The package cost was approximately 15000 INR. I expect to be compensated for that amount asap.

                                  I am going to post a google review about the whole ordeal that we had to go through and how your company is inefficient and scams people in stating that they can deliver.

                                  I had booked a courier on the 18th of April with your company. It was booked from Hyderabad to Mumbai. I still haven't received the courier, and none of your executives bother replying to emails. if I write 5 emails, I get a reply for 1. I have couriered a very expensive bag, which cost me Rs.15000. I trusted your company only because I see brands using your services. Please see the timeline of events as below

                                  17/04 courier booked( delivery date was 21/04)
                                  18/04 courier was supposed to be picked up, but wasn't and the update said seller not available. However we weren't contacted for the pickup. I did get a call from someone from Delhivery but the guy was blabbering on the phone and behaving like he couldn't understand what I was talking.
                                  19/04 I called back on the same number and he pretended he wasn't understanding what I was talking. Then he kept calling me numerous times and kept talking gibberish, at that point I had to keep cutting his calls. [protected] that's his number
                                  20/04 courier was finally picked up. And the tracking was updated to 24
                                  24/04 the parcel wasn't delivered, so I raised an issue. The only response was we will expedite this and deliver at the earliest. I asked for a call back since you don't have a number listed. No one called me. Parcel had already reached the destination warehouse, so don't understand what the delay was.
                                  25/04 parcel was still not delivered. The status got updated to- delivery date 26/04. For this I raised an issue again and asked for a call back. They said we are looking into this on priority and will get it delivered asap. He said I will call you back in 24-48 hours. Never got a call back. This was supposed to be from Mr Ali Abbas
                                  26/04. Parcel still not delivered. Status- to be delivered on 27/04
                                  27/04. Parcel not delivered. Status updated to- to be delivered on 28/04.
                                  Some executive from the WH is calling me to ask if I had received the parcel on Monday!?!?! So they have clearly lost the parcel. He said I will check and get back to you.
                                  I called him in the evening, he is saying I am looking the CCTV footage and getting back in 30 mins. Never got a call back.
                                  I called again, he said call Rahul, he will let you know. Called Rahul he said I am checking.CCTV footage and will get back.

                                  What kind a company is this? How incompetent! If I raised the issue on Sunday, why is the CCTV footage only being checked on Wednesday. It was a birthday present for someone, which clearly never reached on time. Forget reaching on time, it seems to be lost!!! No one is communicating properly. I am emailing, and I barely get a reply. And the reply is the same automated standard reply of we are looking into it, we will deliver this at the earliest. Your booking only let me put the value of the bag at 10000. The bag costed me 15000 and was a present. I need that bag to be delivered ASAP. How can a bag that big be misplaced by the delivery agent??? For something that has a value.above a certain amount, you always send an OTP so how has he delivered it somewhere else. I am hoping to get a reply from you, and.a.replybthat will help me solve this issue
                                  I am honestly tired of following up!.

                                    Hi,

                                    on 22 Apr 2022 the delivery guy called me for delivery. I inform him that no one is available at home please deliver us tomorrow.

                                    on 23 Apr 2022 when I called him he was saying we will not deliver me today and wait for another next 3 to 4 days for delivery.

                                    Now when I am checking the status it is showing delivered.

                                    I complained to the customer support email and they informed me they will share with me the signature of the recipient. "we are arranging the Proof of Delivery copy that has a signature of the recipient and you will receive the same within 48 hours on your email."

                                    Days passed still no response from the customer executive team.

                                    You wont believe i have complete 1 bhk room item in the shipment and that shipment they are not able to track.

                                      Booked a courier on 17th April, pickup was supposed to be on 18th and delivery on 21. Then the parcel wasn't picked up till 20th. And the delivery executive assigned was mumbling on the phone and non stop calling me even though he dint know anything about the pickup of the parcel. Tried getting in touch with Delhivery via multiple complaints, only get one response in the beginning and then they ignored all other issues raised. Then they kept extending the.parcel.delivery date. First it was 24, then 26 then 27 now 28. I still haven't received the parcel. Their website says 2-4 days. Its been over 10 days. I have couriered a very expensive article. They have no idea where the parcel is or when it will be delivered. All they keep replying is sorry for the inconvenience, we will try to deliver at the earliest! I needed the aprcel urgently but they have really been extremely incompetent.
