My speaker was picked up on 7th March 2022 but hasn't reached boAt service centre in Mumbai.
The Delhivery office in Mangalore has been of no use in helping me. So much so that I'm beginning to think they have stolen it!!
What should i do?
Should i go to the consumer forum?

I would like to ask for a full refund for the Cream I bought From Mamaearth and the delivery agent was Delhivery

The reason I am requesting a refund is because. I Pay money online and its debited from my account but it wasn't A successful payment but amount was deducted from my account. And then i also pay money to the delivery boy.. But As now i didn't receive my money.
I received a message from your agent that if any money is debited from your account it will be credited to my account but I didn't receive any money..

My package was broken by the time they delivered to me ( so delivery person gave me a paper written that the package was broken and not working by the time it’s delivered ) . So I sent several mails to delhivery, at last they reacted and said they will pay only 7500 rupees as compensation, by my product value is 21800 rupees . So I call the guy to whom we gave package to Deliver, to ask him why my package value is 7500 ?, he is not answering calls and no response from him, from several days they wasted my time and money and gave me frustration and depression and irritation, I don’t know how to handle this issue, so I’m filling a consumer complaint, kindly go through it, thank you .

It may please be noted that the mentioned parcel contains food item (please find enclosed copy of receipt which mentions about the inside article) and it has not been delivered on time as given by the Delhivery and still 8 days have passed. There has been a too much delay from the end of Courier company (Delhivery) without any information and the tracking status is also fooling us by showing the same information at different times (please find enclosed the screenshot of the status for your ready reference). Despite so many mails and query, there is no proper response from the courier company and even after 8 days the shipment has still not been delivered.

Due to the uninformed delay from the courier company, the inside food article may have got spoiled and it will be of no use after the delivery.

Delhivery been a trusted courier partner has no decency to maintain their status or even inform about the delay.

This casual attitude of the courier company towards the shipment strictly calls for a compensation, as nothing in this world comes for free.

Kindly look into the matter soon and revert.

Your courier service is pathetic, I got no call from your side I just got a delivery message from you . With no contact number of the delivery person.. I am going file complaint in consumer cour for wasting my time at the time of my exam... I am a CA FINAL STUDENT ..

I have a bunch of pending orders but unfortunately, due to the service provider being Delhivery, all of them are stuck at Rajpura, AS USUAL. This never used to be an issue when the deliveries were done by expressbees especially for Nykaa as they would get delivered within two to three days but now the deliveries take at least 2 weeks, and we usually get them 6-7 days after the estimated delivery time. I just wanna know what exactly is happening in Rajpura that not one parcel can pass through that place without getting stuck for at least a week.

My mouse was previously sent through ekart by my rma company. Hell did that take so much to even deliver. Again now they sent my mouse through delhivery and i see the same lengthy process awaiting on me. Not delivered on time yesterday and i think the same today as well. Please deliver my mouse asap. Very sorry to say but yes ur services are pathetic and it's our bad luck that we have chosen you as our delivery partner. material is lying at the location from 3rd of May 2022 and is not able to deliver to the given destination. and now you are daily extending dates to deliver, poor thing is that you even not let us know the warehouse/office so that we can collect ourself. shipment number

I have shipped a package on 27/4/22 which was suppose to be delivered 5/5/22 at the destination. first of all the package had arrived in the said address warehouse (Dombivli, the package had to be shipped there) and it was moved to Bhiwandi . then the delivery dates were changing with each passing day without any information, there was no reply to mails or the calls. apparently the customer service number given is also not correct. Delayed package two times I contacted delhivery but no response from them i just wanna you to deliver my package as soon as possible

ICICI bank is showing they sent ac related package on 29 and it got delivered on 30 and signed by account holder. But neither me nor me family member received any courier. This is not first time Delhivery has done these things. they dont deliver on time and signed that they have delivered.

Double payment

The seller shipped the shipment via delhivery and gave me this tracking ID[protected]. But with tracking ID the shipment is showing delivered to another wrong address I need more details regarding this.
It's been almost a month since I am trying to contact delhivery support team.
I need a resolution upon this ASAP.

No courier person comes from here to pick you up, Agra's delivery service is very bad. My account number is 180033 . Today I have pick the request but No person will pick up the courier.

I was supposed to be delivered a package via Delhivery on May 2, 2022, and it is still undelivered as of today May 6, 2022. While accessing tracking info, I was able to see that the package reached my city Kochi on May 1, and has been stuck at the courier station for some reason. There is no means of contacting the courier to know the status. Looking online for reviews, I see multiple other customers raising the same complaints that their packages are not getting delivered on time from the delivery station at Kochi.

I want Delhivery to look into the issue and make sure that the package is delivered to me at the earliest.

Parcel with tracking id :[protected] is looping in the same city and its delayed by 3 days already and still no sign that it will be delivered today.
This is a worst courier company they don't even have a proper customer care number.

My parcel AWB no[protected] was stolen by Delhivery on March 5th 2022. Although it was under insurance and Ali Abbas their negligent cust rep who rarely sends mails has been sent my bank details for transfer I have not received the refund 2 months later. And now no response to my mails.

I ordered a dress which was not the same product i have seen in the profile, 3rd class quality and size was also extra large. I request to change it very politely to the person but the continuously ignore my msgs and book the same dress with my name without my permission and now they dont reply My msgs and calls….. they replied and said what was the issue go to the tailor and alter the dress thats it…… i want my money back which i have not ordered….. plzzz do something

I used to regularly ship using Delhivery Direct to my customers. Keeping in mind the volume, I decided to setup a Delhivery business account as their executive said the charges are comparatively lower.
