[Resolved]  Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — delivery service

Greetings,
My name is fasal and i am doing most of my shoppings online. Majority of the time my parcels used to carry by delhivery. Whenever they bring the parcel they will not deliver it. They used to ask me to collect it from their office which is at nilambur 12 km away from me. Otherwise they asks me to collect it from any shops which is familiar to them at wandoor 7 km away from me. And they will give it in shop and we will get a delivered message. Still the product is not reached me.. Not only once or twice, each and every time it happens. They says their delivery area is upto wandoor. Then why did they include our pin code 679328 in their delivery coverage area. If they don't taken this pin code as their serviceable area someone else would do this job. They cannot service only a particular area of a pin code if they can't simply exclude this pin code from your list. The reason behind every online shopping is to avoid traveling and hassle free purchases. And we are paying for the delivery charge too.. This complaint is regarding delhivery nilambur branch of malappuram dist of kerala. If it happens again definitely i am going to complain against them in the court and demand compensation. They have canceled many of my orders without informing me from their office. Whenever i track my delivery status it shows it is returning to the seller. What is their right to cancel my order for which i have already paid.?

This is not a single time issue. We are looking for a permanent solution. The only solution is either your nilambur office has to exclude the Pin code 679328 from their service list or they must provide service in all areas which comes under this pin code.

# Previous number which is canceled by your office saying that the buyer canceled the order because i asked for delivery ( i had paid for both product and shipping, then why should i cancel it?). The awb number was Our AWB[protected]
# i received the following message and they returned the package :-
(Our Executive ([protected]) was unable to deliver your Kart Rocket package with Delhivery AWB[protected] as you asked to cancel the order. To change response/provide feedback visit cf.delhivery.com/?lZWlZmhfp1egqFtw)

This is not a single time issue. It happens every time. So we need a permanent solution. The only solution is ask your nilambur branch to either exclude 679328 pin code from their service list or provide service to whole area which comes under this pin code not any selected places. Beause if they show this pin code as serviceable companies will keep sending with delhivery, and the same situation will happen again and again. If they exclude some other courier service will take that job and do it perfectly.

I am orderd from this online app. But i received Its quality is very poor..-. Now i want to return and get the refund. The price of RS 573/ Please return my money. Make sure that the money as refund must handover to me in credit note or in any wallet.. Please return my money fast
I want to return my item becoz the product was not taken by my choice
