Subject: Dell system replacement - Service tag : B0CY1Z1 <<#[protected]#>> My Dell laptop has stopped working at Date: 12 july 2014 so i complained to Dell technical support deptt. and after the 4 time system's part replacement (i.e. Harddisk, Motherboard, battery and then all together). Techinal department transferred the case to "System replacement" deptt. For which, after finishing the documents and other formalities I got a e-mail from Mr. Vishal (email id:[protected]@DELL.com) about order placement at date: 11 August 2014. I also handed over the Old Laptop to dell (Ref Number : [protected]). Today its 16 september 2014 and i didnt recieved the 'new laptop' yet. during the duration mr. vishal always kept me updated about the process status (though mostly he gave excuses for delay). Since 12-july-2014 to Today my 'Laptop issue' is not resolved. If someone really cares about the customer in DELL then please help me to get replaced 'New Laptop' ASAP.

    i had purchased a dell laptop 3 weeks aback a i7 processor with 8gb ram and touch screen worth close to 70k. I am completly speechless about the performance of this laptop, Absolutly rubbish. i was previously using a dell i3 studio laptop which was way better than this i7 inspiron. it takes ages to start a program and to restart or to shut down or what ever you do. more over it gets hanged.!!! even with only windows ofice and internet connection using basic emails and other servies. i cant belive this is happeing with an i7 processer.!       I have purchased a inspiron 360 desktop computer - Tag No. D48S8R1 Express Tag No. - [protected]. This computer was shipped in India in April 2012. Now it reports to have a non genuine window 7 home edition. I tried to repair the disk provided by the Dell as directed by dell technical support video clip. It erased all the free games and dell support programs. It worked nearly a month and now again started flashing the same massage of being Non-genuine. All my free games specially Luxor has been deleted during repair, i want all that back.         I want to highlight Dell services program that is running in India for so many years. My Issue is quite old I first come to know about this in March. I bought a Dell 9020 OptiPlex in September 2013. it Was working fine until in March I noticed that the Webcam is not working. I lodge a complain, but Dell technical support main agenda is "You should in front of your system when you are lodging a complain." So if you are not in front of your system, suppose that you want to lodge a complain from your office then forget it. They also have very excellent office timing from 9AM to 6 PM. So eventually I ended up to lodge a complain on Saturday. Because my office timing is 9 am to 6 PM (and so does many others in the IT industry I believe) . However they check my system through online and finally confirm that yes Sir your system's Webcam is not working and its needs to be replaced. I waited for a long period of 50 days to get the LCD. Ok, fine finally in the end of May., Dell support engineer came to my home with a replacement of the LCD, when they opened the pack I found that the LCD has a crack. Right side there was a enough crack, I refused to take that. However the Dell Engineer did something back-door entry I could see that the Webcam is working. So I was happy. But recently I have again faced the same problem and now the Web cam still not working. Problem # 1: I cannot lodge the same complain as it was closed by them, although no specific replacement was provided.Problem #2: Again I have to go through that 9-6 issue and they check and confirm that "Yes Sir your LCD needs to be replaced." Problem #3: I lodged the complain on 9th Sep at 9AM with complain #[protected] and I have paid a huge amount for next day onsite service. But I received a call in the afternoon from Dell Bangalore that your parts will be ready by Thursday. I said OK. On 11 th Sep I didn't received any call. On Friday (12 September at 10.30 I got a call and the Dell guy wants to come now), I said I am in office come in the evening, in reply he said we don't work after 6 pm. I said ok come at 5.30 pm I will be there in my home. However He didn't respond and disconnect the phone saying that he will contact me again, however he didn't.What is amazing to think is the common-sense applied in a particular systemized fashion, they don't work beyond 9am - 6pm still they claim that they give customer service. I will ask the Dell administrator or the CEO that what brain he implemented the idea of 9-6 policy? Even certain banks to run their business started to work beyond the normal timing. So you can think of the number of messaging is coming to your way. Customer service is a very huge concept and it cannot be achieved by the normal 9-6 Govt office jobs. Its all about responsibility. Your technician cannot work on weekends, they have a holiday, they won't work on weekdays after 6 pm. Don't you think that this must be included in the terms and conditions in the Next day onsite service paper, and this conditions must not be in a scripted language, but BOLD, and should be clearly mentioned. Be incredible in your approach. I think majority o[censored]s who went for the Next day onsite service and paid a huge amount, is a dumb and paying the price of not knowing the entire conditions. Dell is a world leader, so I think they must be knowing between a happy customer and unhappy customer., But this morning 9-6 is a faulty process in a large number of ways. I repeat again Customer service is not a Govt. Job. I am not here to prescribe Dell something no, Just to make them aware that there is something in there system which needs to be corrected.An Yes when I said that just to replace a PC I cannot take leave from my office, your support Engineer told me that they would come on next to next Saturday.           Respected Sir/Madam, I bought new DELL INSIRON 15 352(Touch Screen) on date 19 June, 2014. The PC is giving me trouble day by day. Sometimes it get stop and the screen get blank, sometimes it get hang and at the end I have to restart it. It's windows also get corrupt. I have reached at it's care centre 3-4 times in two months for this problem. But don't get any fix solution. I have spent thousands of rupees on it, but don't get any profit. Please Help.           After buying this laptop 3 months ago, I have reached 3-4 times to DELL CARE CENTRE for help. But they are not able to solve the problem in pc. It's just giving me troubles and problems to me. I think the experts are also not getting the problem. So at the end I wan't you take the pc back and returne me my money. I am ready to handover it to you. Please respect my problem and it's solution.

            I had purchased a Dell Laptop MODEI VOSTRO 2520-CI3-2GB-500GB-DOS with 2GB DDR3 Laptop RAM on 13th March2014 from IT Square, Jharsuguda, Odisha, India. There is speaker problem and my laptop is on waranty.But the dealer is demanding Rs.2500/- ( two thousand and five hundred) towards to replace the speaker.Still my laptop is in his custody. Therefore you are requested to replace the speaker free of cost or exchange a new one laptop or returned my purchase price urgently. Otherwise I will file consumer case against your company. The dealer is challenging me for the same and advise me to complain to higher authorities. It is noted that the dealer has already lapse one month of warranty. So extent further such lapse period on my laptop From S. Parida.

                      dear sir i have purchase dell laptop since 2012 & their is some minor defect & i also contact dell customer care.the service told me that send a quotation i[censored] approved plz deposit requisite amount as per the quotation.then i also deposited requisite amount & send scan copy of deposit with written approve the quotation as per their mail instruction.but still their no reply from their end . then i send it again to their mail august6 but all these things are vain

                        myself vinayak koyande..i purchased a dell inspiron laptop on 15th august.I sent a check worth rs.1299 to avail dell back to college offer.Though my check has been cleared, i haven't got any mail from dell regarding vouchers, warranty extension neither i have received any earphones.This is horrible and worst service from dell.Never expected such a pathetic service from a good company.

                          I have requested for onsite technician visit and paid the amount for Rs 1, 364/- on 01-sep-2014. There was no response till 48 hrs and then i spoke to dell support blore on phone. I was assured by the sales team and the manage Snehal Ajani that the visit will happen before 08-sep-14. Today is 08-sep-14 and time is 3pm and still no response from Dell. Refer - Dell Order Acknowledgement Customer:[protected], Quote no 26792575
                          Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          The on site technician visit happened on 15-sep-2014.
                          They asked for replacement of mother board, heat sink and WLAN cable damage.


                          When the on site technician visited to replace these parts on 29-sep, the have not got the WLAN cable but the WLAN antennas.


                          This is in spite of me verifying again and again with the DELL representatives and the sales person especially for this part. They were not getting it right when they called to confirm the service request, parts etc etc.

                            My complaint is against Dell-RW Promotions. Sir, I have purchase the Dell inspiron on 31/07/2014 (Service Tag – 31JX212) under the "DELL BACK TO COLLEGE OFFER", I sent them a courier with required documents and a cheque of Rs.1299/- on 02/08/2014 and they also confirmed the receiving on 05/08/2014 via e-mail. They replied that once the cheque will clear they will sent me : 1. Levis voucher by SMS within 4-5 working days. 2.The Senheiser headphone will be couriered within 10 working days. 3. The warranty will be emailed to you within 15 days. However the cheque was cleared on 18/08/2014 but even after a week (25/08/2014) when I didn't received any offer product then I e-mail them regarding the status and then they sent me an email on 26/08/2014 containing my Levis voucher. Now, its 04/09/2014 and I am still waiting for my remaining offer products 1. Senheiser Headphone and 2. Email containing extension of 2 years warranty. During this I called them thousands of time but they did not respond the phone is engaged or not picked up everytime. Its a worst then ever experience from the Brand like DELL and pathetic service. Need a strong action against the Fraud Promises. They are annoying and irritating the customers.

                              My service tag number is 47xlrz1, complaint number is[protected] my cursor is continuously moving down as in I had called customer care many times they are saying in this case we can do nothing, I had buy my dell laptop inspiron15 4th CI3 on[protected] one year warranty is there then to they are saying we cant replace or refund they had replaced my mouse touch pad and also enabled the safe mode however the issue is same.

                                Dear Sir, This is in regards with latest offer from Dell - "Back to College", in which certain category of laptops purchased between a specified date are eligible to avail this offer by paying an additional price of INR 1299.00 to RW Promotions, Bangalore. I already submitted all the required documents along with DD of required amount to: RW Promotions Pvt Ltd No : 24, 1st "A" Main, 7th Cross(Opp. to TVS Showroom), Vignan Nagar, Bangalore - 560075 Ph:[protected]. Post validating the documents, Dell has extended my laptop's warranty by two years and also sent me Levi's voucher. But they did not send me Sennheiser Headphone as promised. I have written several mails to their cursotmer care email id: RW PROMOTIONS <[protected]@gmail.com>, [protected]@rwp.in & [protected]@mygyftr.com; but in vain. I did not receive even a single response from their end. I even tried calling at[protected], but this line always goes busy and no body picks up. My Dell Laptop Serial Number is: JW1L612.                                     Hello sir my name is dixit patel, my complain is against dell back to college offer(RW promotion Ltd).I have apply for this product and i got levis voucher but i did not get senheiser earphone and extended warranty mail.I have try to contact on [protected] but it always on busy mode i have also send mail to them may be 3 to 4 time but they did not reply for a single time.I am very disappointed because i do not expect this type of services from a respected organization.so please solve my problem as soon as possible mobile no-[protected] serviceservice tag no-60K7T02 email id- [protected]@gmail.com
                                    They are just lying. Sometime they told me that they send my courier by professional courier or sometime they tome tthat they send my courier by bluedart
                                    My complain is against dell back to college offer(RW promotion Ltd). Didn't received "Senheiser headphone" and " warranty details " yet, It has been more than 2 months, I don't understand what kind of service are you providing. what day should I expect. "[protected]" this is my registered mobile number. can you please check it.Please look into these.

I have the PF number mentioned- KN/BN/24960/62146 on my salary slip. Filling information as per new format. Getting this response after filling the correct information: STATUS for Member ID: BG/BNG/0024960/000/0062146 Data not available. For detail's please contact respective EPF Office.
