Hi, I have purchased the new Dell inspiron 14 3442 on the 8th Oct'14. at the time of purchase I was told that after paying additional Rs1499, I would get 02 years extended warranty and gift voucher of Rs3000. But even after paying that amount I have not received any information from dell. Even customer care of dell is also not responding. Akash

I bought dell laptop there was diwali offer of 1499. i paid 1499 online on date 21st oct, amount was deducted from my account.
but order got failed. i have sent mail many time to [protected]@giftbig.com. but i have not received yet any response from them.

also i called to following customer care number as provided on site http://dell.giftbig.com/convenience-charge.html
contact[protected] /[protected] /[protected]

This customer care executives has been making me full. they given me fake email id for contact.
they blocked my no when i call them they forwarded my call to another number which is switched off.
Last time they told me they would call me back when i called from my friend's no.

Please take on seriously as they are spoiling dell name.

Please either give my money back or allow me to order the gift coupon
I bought dell laptop as on 30th September there was diwali offer o i paid 1499 online on date 12th oct, amount was deducted from my account i but still now not got any extend warranty, or any gift voucher from dell.i also 2-3 time visited WTO counter they told me to talk abut dell customer care. this is very pathetic .

Dell - Not received gift voucher and extended warranty on Diwali offer

Hi, I have purchased the new Dell inspiron on the 21th Oct'14. at the time of purchase I was told that after paying additional Rs1499, I would get 02 years extended warranty and gift voucher of Rs3000.     I had contacted Dell out of warranty customer support (Call centre) service as my Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop front and back panels are damaged. As per the confirmation mail on the availability of spare parts from Dell Support team I have made the payment on 26th August 2014 for the dispatch and replacement of these parts. After making the payment, I have received order acknowledgement and as per that the parts are supposed to be replaced by 15 September 2014; (Quote no 26782626; Booking Date: 27 Aug 2014) When I contacted Dell support team on 16th September 2014, I was told there was some problem at their finance department side and was told by Mr. Reju from Finance department that the issue will be fixed by 23 September 2014. However, on the same day I have got another mail with a new order acknowledgement which states the estimated delivery date of 07 October 2014 (Quote no 26782626; Booking Date: 16 Sep 2014) Today it is 28 October 2014 and the update I am getting is not at all in line with the promises that Dell had made so far. The order has not been fulfilled yet, and whenever I contact support team I am getting the same update as parts are not dispatched. Though I have responded to one of their mails with all this history, no one responded. I even told that I will raise this issue in social media and consumer forums..still no one is responding. This clearly shows how much Dell support team are concerned about their customers and how well they are following the business ethics. I am very much frustrated with Dell support and will not recommend anyone to buy a Dell product.       Dear sir, I have purchased a dell laptop from dubai and wanted to extend its warranty so i called dell just before 2 days before the expiry of my warranty and i was informed that i need to transfer my product ownership to india in order to avail the service from dell india. The ownership transformation process took 2 weeks and then due to diwali holidays now its almost 1month and 10 days since my warranty expired. sir, normally i am eligible to receive 4 more years of paid warranty on my product but just because of the 1 month of delay (as mentioned above) dell technical staff told me that i am eligible to extend my warranty only for 3 more years and not for 4 years. sir, i was not informed about this and i was unaware about ownership transfer procedure. Please help me to extend my warranty for atleast 3 yrs and 10 months. I will be gratefull. Pratik[protected]

        Dear Sir, I have bought a new dell venue 7 on 29/9/2014 from compuindia.com and got it delivered by 3rd of october but for some unknown reasons of yours whenever i tried for registering for promotional gifts on www.celebratedellse.com my service tag "615Q122" was shown as invalid due to which i was not able to register for the same, i also tried calling WWW.CELEBRATEDELLSE.COM helpline numbers but no one ever responded to the calls, then finally i sent an email complaint at "[protected]@celebratedellse.com"regarding the same problem on 10/10/14 but there was no reply even after that from you side. Finally i was only able to register on 11/10/14 on your website when my service tag got valid. After that i have received a mail from [protected]@kestone.in today that is on 20/10/14 stating that "Your registration is Invalid as you have registered after 10 days of purchase". This makes it totally illogical as i was'nt responsible for the delayed registration of the product it was the dell's fault that there website was'nt accepting my servicetag number. I am totally dissatisfied and utterly disappointed by the tactics being played by your sales team for selling your products in the due of false claims and promises of promotional gifts.           Though I had purchased Dell laptop model Inspiron touch, i7 processor, many more features with benefits additional warranty, headset, gift voucher, etc, offered by you people after paying an amount in addition to the amount for laptop to avail this offer. After purchasing the laptop I couldn't get these offers till now. what to do to claim this offer? Also, I would like to know whether office 2013 was trial provided with this lap? whether these offers are just fr namesake to get more customers or whether the dealer had played the game?             My name is Bharat Ravikumar. I bought an inspiron 15 5000 series laptop in August Service tag: s/n BH7N702 I just had my laptop serviced .Now my system won't even boot. Its says no boot device found. I don't know what to do with this laptop and i have a lot of work to do as I am a law student I'm late in submission of 2 project and I am supposed to give a pp presentation tomorrow. I am not at all satisfied with this system and I regret getting this for 45 000 And last time it got serviced they didn't put the screw properly and left out one. Also while removing the panel they put some scratches this I may live with but this constant problems are worrying. I would like to get this Laptop replaced. Because this is the Third time there is a problem first being the entire screen replaced. While servicing they forgot to put a screw back in and after a week it wont even boot. I am am not at all satisfied with my device. Either replace the Laptop or Give the Money back. This is a request.

              On 18th October, 2014 the amazing machine arrived. I was surrounded by at least 30 of my office colleagues who were equally excited to check out this cool new 2-in-1 device called Dell Inspiron 11, 3148. As I was unboxing it, I didn’t mind bragging about it and calling it better than a Mac. I was boasting about its i3 processor, 4GB RAM, Touchscreen which could bend 360 to become a tablet, its light weight and amazing battery time. And people were not just impressed, they were amazed. Until one person spotted an issue. A pixel defect on the bottom left of the screen. Thirty faces went sad at the same time. They had just started to like the machine, probably their next purchase. But the screen defect filled them with doubt. I said it’s a minor problem and Dell will replace it with their warranty, which also gave me an opportunity to brag about its 2year extended warranty as a Diwali offer. I called up the Dell support and that was the moment disappointment struck me as well. They tell me it’ll take 10 days to a month for them to replace my laptop. In a busy life, where our work is our first priority and we expect our electronic to be a tool to help us carry out our work properly, not something that’ll consume our entire work time to fix. It’s not bad enough that I’ll have to retransfer and customize a new machine again, Dell expects me to work with a defective laptop / or no laptop for ‘10 days to a month’. I expected a lot better from you dell. For these ’10 days to a month’ more people are going to see this defective laptop, my friends, my family and the colleagues who have already seen it are going to smile and ask ‘Did you get the replacement yet?’ So tell me Dell how do I brag about my favorite machine now?                     When starting the system, showing a long beep sound.After some times, beep sound will off automatically.after booting some keys will not work properly including touch pad.In this time systems performance is very poor.while using external keyboard showing no problem. I had complaint about this problem some days ago through online.But didn't got a reply till today.

                          I have recently bought dell laptop. I am facing problem in my lad display after only 2 months of buying it. I have a job to go so I could not register the complain on phone by toll free number because it requires me to stay in front of the system. I emailed them about the problem to rectify my issue. The mail reply and chats on Facebook page tells me to perform highly professional steps to diagnose myself and then only the on site warranty is applicable once I MYSELF DETECT THE PROBLEM AND TELL THEM... I am not computer save enough to perform bios functions on my own and I am worried that if something wrong happens then I will only be responsible for it and I will loose my laptop warranty this is a very smart step from Dell to make me loose my warranty by blaming me only. So I kindly request you to take some action as I bought 32000 inr laptop but the performance is not upto the mark and they are not ready to solve my previous problem by using my on site warranty where a Dell representative should come to my home and replace necessary parts after diagnosing himself not me. I have used this on site warranty earlier but this time they are refusing to come before I explain them my problem after full system diagnostics... Please help.

                              I am writing this in agony and anger o[censored]sing Dell laptop. If questioned on the quality of their product, I was blamed and indirectly mentioned as cheater. Read on..Its quiet a long post. I bought XPS 15Z in March 2012 through one of the known person working in DELL to save a few bucks. Being my first laptop and expensive one as well I was handling with lot of care. Problem started in few months itself. It was very slow and many unwanted apps running background. I took it to the Dell customer care in Bangalore where I lived at that time. They asked me to get all the software and leave the laptop with them. They called after few days and said that everything is rectified. But taking to their customer care continued for many times after that. I move back to my home town, Chennai. There is no customer care centres here. So, when dialled the service numbers they said that I am a privileged customer and service would be done at my door step. I was so happy. People, saying coming from DELL (actually HCL folks) came for service. DELL service tie-up with HCL. wow!!! what a collaboration. I was not bothered as long as the issue is resolved. They came, said your HDD has crashed. Please take backup and change it. I said OK, they changed it. next time, keypad working, OK Sir we will change, next time, mouse pad not working, OK Sir we will change next time, Optical drive not working, OK Sir we will change(twice) next time, LCD not working, OK Sir we will change(twice) next time, Speakers not working, OK Sir we will change No charges Sir, its all FREE. These many service people came and changed the parts. More than the usage my system got tampered of frequency of opening and changing these parts. Now frustrated and feared of so many defects I called DELL again in September 2014 as my optic drive is not working again to tell my concerns on changing of part these many times and doubted on the quality of the parts they use in the laptop as my warranty is ending in March 2015 and wanted a permanent solution. I m blamed that I have changed the LCD outside and its not a DELL part and added that the warranty is void and there wont be any service provided by DELL as I have cheated them.                                 i have bought dell inspiron 3542 series on 17 aug 2014 in "dell back to college offer". i have choosen the 1299 offer which includes 2 yr extended warranty, levis shopping voucher and senheiser head phone. i got two of them but didnt recieve senheiser head phone till now. invoice no-1081 express service code-[protected] service tag-815J412 very disapponted with your service. feeling like cheated. hope for positive response

                                  I purchased a dell venue 8 pro seven weeks back. It has been giving me problems since then. The very first day I figured out that the wireless is not working and I asked for technical support and they gave me the address of M/S Digicomp Noida. Till now I have taken my tablet there two times but still facing the same issue and whenever I talk to the customer service representative they just say "we will call you before End of Day; but I never receive any call from them. 7 weeks before I purchased it and for 4 and 1/2 weeks it has been with the service center. I don't know if I have purchased the tablet for my use or for their hands-on practice.

                                    I bought a inspiron 3521 in July, 2013 and my warranty expired in July, 14. In september, 2014 my laptop screen is not working even after power button pressed. I contacted the Dell Toll Free number. They send me a mail regarding a quotation for engineers visit to my home. The mail contains methods of payment of fees for the same. I wonder why they ignored the online payment. They have IVRS credit/debit card payment and account transfer. Bothe will take 1 to 2 days depending upon on the mercy of banks and later Dell support staff. After I paid the fee by using IVRS after generating OTP, I came to know that the engineer will visit in 3 to 5 business days. I wondered by knowing that they work only monday to friday. The dell site deliberately ignored to give mail id for further complaints. and not engaging enginners matching with the sales and need of service they had. Its has worst after sales service on the earth. I never want to purchase the dell product again. Thank you for teaching a lesson. Dell has to feel shame because in these days even if we purchased an electronic item worth 1000 the companies are responding in hours time and they are providing service even on sundays as well as holidays. Dell has to look into the issue and engage as may engineers as to attend on same day or the immediate next days, sunday or monday. Train the executives to speak politely. and please dare to give email id s of higher authorities. Please use online payment option and forget the age old ivrs payments and account transfers.                                     Hello, Mr. Reddy,

                                    I used to be a Dell loyalist for a very long time ever since I was given an Inspiron 5100 by my employer, way back. It was directly brought from the US and I was really impressed by its sheer performance and ruggedness. I'd been using it for over 2 years and it never let me down.

                                    So, when Android Smart phones hit the markets, I had no second thoughts in buying a Dell XCD35 priced at an aggressive 10, 000 bucks at that time. But I was so disappointed after the phone started giving complaints one after the other and I had to take it to their service centres many times. Every time I was dealt with utter disregard for customer satisfaction and in the end, I sued them in Consumer Court.

                                    I did not even have to hire a lawyer and the only expense for the suit had been Rs. 200/-. The court had ruled in favour of me making Dell pay me a compensation of Rs. 5, 000/-

                                      Dell Support Service Request Number[protected] I bought an Alienware M14x bought 2 years back from Dell at approx. INR 1, 00, 000 due to its reputation as a premium product and high configuration for multi-media as I am a DJ I also bought 3 years extended warranty so that it helps me manage the risk to my business due to a non-functional laptop. -The battery got totally non-functional in August this year 2014 and ever since I have been trying to procure a battery As the battery was not covered under warranty(Verified by a service engineer from Dell), I purchased one ASAP over a phone call on 9th September and I was clearly informed that the battery was in stock. However, after a week I was updated that there has been some issue and a battery is not available. Every Friday from then on, I was updated that Ill get an update on Monday and every Monday I was told I will get an update on Friday I have still not got the battery and I have been informed that there are 2 options: 1. Wait indefinitely for the battery since we do not know when it will be available. 2. Take a ref-fund! I have a tour coming up on 20th of October 2014 and I am expected to use the laptop for live performances! How can I perform without a battery????? What is the use of a premium product and a warranty when I am still stuck with no laptop for the tour? I requested resolution and the Dell team says they cant commit when the battery will come. They cant commit nor wish to help with the issue. Meaning I have to buy a new laptop worth INR 1, 00, 000 again for the upcoming tour since they refuse to deliver on an order placed on 9th September and they committed delivery in 10days. I hence demand, a refund NOT on the battery but the laptop! I cant afford 2 premium cost laptops! They still have my payment made towards the battery.
