      Hi, I am Rahul. A tortured guy by Dell Service. My service tag number is 1FLYVW1. I am not able to use my laptop from more than last 2 months. Everytime, a new kind of error pops up.Its more than 3 times now. I am totally fed up with dell service. I also requested Dell service to provide me extended warranty quotation from last 1 month before my warranty expired. But not seems professional enough to implement what they commited on the support call. I have co-operated enough with Dell support but seriously I don’t have much time to be on their support call again and again during weekdays. Please look into the issue ASAP because I don’t want to loose my trust completely from Dell products and services.

        hi, i am having dell laptop with service tag no : DKG7VQ1. It under complete care till June 2016. From last two months I am facing a lot of issues with laptop. Motherboard have been replaced 4 times. Speakers have been replaced 2 times. But still the speaker of laptop is not working. Many times, I Made a call. In between call gets disconnected and No one calls back. I am fed up from the service, calling again and again. Now I want my laptop to be replaced by new one. I am not free to call company again and again, they will replace the part and after some time face same issue. The service made me too irritated that it seems that Dell is Hell.

          I have registered my problem of dell laptop with dell call centre twice and they promised me to do as required but both the times NOTHING was done. My Internet browsers crash ( stop responding ever 5-10 min ) .. the person said the windows os has become corrupt and he will send a cd for that. My keyboard is also having problems he said he will ensure that its send In both cases nothing was send. Express code -- [protected]

            Hello, I own a Dell Latitude E5420 laptop.It's warranty period is over due 3 years back. I was facing issues while starting it ON. I was getting fan sound when power button was pressed and it off autometically 2-3 second without any display. I concerned the issues with below dell service centre. "LappyTech laptop Service center B-9, Ocean Plaza, Sec.-18, NOIDA, 201301 Tel:[protected], +91-[protected], [protected]" They analyzed the issue and after a week stated that Motherboard of the laptop has to be changed. I cant afford as much invest on this time. Only just startup problem he stated to me motherboard problem. So I Wasnt agree. This kind of service is not expected from such an renowned Company, whose Laptops are considered to be best. On the other hand the person sitting at the centre was not polite.My only concern is the problem was not detected properly. Please raise this to above service centre and please make sure anyone laptop gets serviced properly. Please its a request to take action against it.

              I have purchased Inspiron 15 (3542, ) on 06 Sep 2014 from the Dell dealer Mosad Infoways Pvt Ltd (Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala). And when I purchased they had told me that Dell is providing one year additional warranty and Rs6000 assured gifts (Wireless Head phone, Mouse etc.) But it is almost a month since we purchased Laptop. But I have not yet received any information on additional one year warranty and the parts that you promised to be sent to me as an assured gift. And also when I checked on your site with the product ID I could see the warranty period begain Aug 18 2014. And received no mail after I registered the product giving all my address and other details. Please advise...                 Order No:[protected] Customer No:[protected] Order Date: 26/08/2014 I have ordered a laptop from your site & complied all the procedure as told by your executive named SAKSHI DHALL. Thereafter your executive give estimated delivery date (17/09/2014). I have no problem with that. But when you say that estimated delivery date is 17/09/2014; don't give false time. I have made arrangement as you have said that your laptop will reach you on 17/09/2014. Today is 22/09/2014. 28 days from Order Placed Online. Same status is showing from last 15 days "shipped from factory". Does it actually shipped ?? Any courier company in India will take maximum 5-6 days to reach anywhere in India. Please urgently do needful in this matter. Didn't expect this kind of service from Dell.

                  Hello Sir, When i was working in Dell from 2010 till 2012 my PF no was BG/BNG/24960/000/0049906. I had applied for PF transfer from Cognizant Chennai to Dell Bangalore in year 2010 My PF no in Cognizant was TN/MAS/0031309/000/0080686. While I resigned from Dell I enquired with Dell PF people whether the transferred amount from Tamilnadu PF account has come to Dell PF account. They said Yes so i applied for withdrawal from my Dell PF Account However when I got the money it had only Dell PF amount and the transferred money from Cognizant Tamilnadu account did not come and the Dell account has been closed. Now the issue is the transferred amount from Tamilnadu PF office has come already to Bangalore and its reflecting in my Dell PF Account However for some reason its not showing in ledger and when I apply for withdrawal its getting rejected saying your account has been rejected. Its been already 2 years i am getting this answer and as per Dell PF people the issue is now escalated to Delhi PF office and they are also not finding the reason for it. Its because of the miscommunication and ignorance of Dell PF people for which i am facing this issue. had they told me that the transferred amount has not come to my PF account i would have waited till the transfer happens. Request you to take appropriate action on it.

                      Hi i bought a dell inspiron laptop for my dad, since the day it was bought it has been giving us problems with the keyboard, when we registered the complaint with the call centre, the email that we received was that they do not have the spare and there is delay due to unavoidable reasons for supplying the part. I really don't understand what the term "unavoidable reasons " means . Also additionally they have the audacity to put it over email that they do not know how much time it will take to replace the faulty part. i am writing this mail while i am on a call hold with the support team which is clearly not aware of the escalation matrix. My question is when you do not accept money in parts why should i pay and not be able to use the equipment. why is not being replaced, why is the customer being forced to go throught horrifying experience of continuously following up with different service executives. Why does dell even have such models for sale in the market for which it does not have spares ? and more importantly is there any quality check happening if at all. service no :[protected]

                        Dear sir, I bought my dell laptop from singapore. Right now it has some problem with its motherboard and when i contacted dell for the same they asked me to get the ownership tag transferred from singapore to india. I applied for the same as per their instructions. I even got a mail from their side saying that the tag transfer is successful but when i contacted the technical team of dell for the help they are arguing that the tag is not yet transferred from singapore to INdia. i contact them regularly for the same. but i am not getting any reasonable reply for the same. My system is not wrking since more than a month. Still every time i call they take around 40-45 minuted of mine and dont give any answers properly and are not solving my problem. They aRe litrelly harrasing the customers by checking out their patience level. I am in urgent need of the laptoP. Please help me to get back my laptop in the working condition. I am really tired and harrased by their vague answers. I have already registered a complain in dell with the complain numbeR[protected]. Laptop model : dell Inspiron 14z 5423.                           Hello, I own a Dell Studio 1555 laptop.It's warranty period is over due 3 years back. I was facing issues while starting it ON. I was getting beep sound when power button was pressed. I concerned the issues with below dell service centre. "Digicomp Complete Solutions Ltd. Pune 411 004. Tel:[protected] / 97, +91-[protected]" They analyzed the issue and stated that Motherboard of the laptop has to be changed. I approved for the same.After servicing was done, in 2 months I was facing similar issue. Now I invested an entire 10, 000 Rs to change motherboard under an authorised dell service centre, still I faced issue in 2 months!!!. This kind of service is not expected from such an renowned Company, whose Laptops are considered to be best. On the other hand the person sitting at the centre was not polite. He said there is no guarantee for electronic parts. Than why the hell service centres are provided???!!! My only concern is the problem was not detected properly.since I have invested such an amount. Facing same issue. Please raise this to above service centre and please make sure my laptop gets serviced properly and problem free without investing any more money on that or Please RETURN THE AMOUNT I HAVE INVESTED!!.                             I have purchased Laptop unit model no 3542 serial no.9SLW412 from Reliance Digital Virar outlet on 28 /8/14, while operations it found that R letter not functioning properly hence same was brought into the notice of Reliance Digital officials and handed over unit to them for further action. They registered complaint with dell and given complaint no. as[protected] with clarification that at present Dell d'ont have the required spares and will rectified after availability of spare, till date I have not received my unit.

                              I was apply for the good accessories before 2months, But i didn't get any proper reply from dell team.

                              Can you please register my conplaint & my cheque still not diposit.

                              I was ask many time for shyam (dell team member) but they replied 4 or 5 times approx then all mails getting stopped.

                              I got last reply for 1 september they said ( shall we do the needful clearence) but this is not a proper responce to advice you anything.

                              Awaited to get proper reply from dell team, Can you please help me to get accessories.

                                Hi, I got a mail from [protected]@rwp.in on Aug 20 saying we received your documents and We shall validate the documents received and shall revert on the same in 7-10 working days. Sep 12 I got another mail from [protected]@rwp.in saying, we are pleased to inform that the claim request has been processed and the warranty entitlement with an additional 2Yr NBD+24/7. But the below two are still pending 1. Levis voucher code 2.The Senheiser headphone I am trying reach the number[protected]what is given in dell site but it is always busy.And also I dropped two mails but no reply.                                   Subject: Dell system replacement - Service tag : B0CY1Z1 <<#[protected]#>> My Dell laptop has stopped working at Date: 12 july 2014 so i complained to Dell technical support deptt. and after the 4 time system's part replacement (i.e. Harddisk, Motherboard, battery and then all together). Techinal department transferred the case to "System replacement" deptt. For which, after finishing the documents and other formalities I got a e-mail from Mr. Vishal (email id:[protected]@DELL.com) about order placement at date: 11 August 2014. I also handed over the Old Laptop to dell (Ref Number : [protected]). Today its 16 september 2014 and i didnt recieved the 'new laptop' yet. during the duration mr. vishal always kept me updated about the process status (though mostly he gave excuses for delay). Since 12-july-2014 to Today my 'Laptop issue' is not resolved. If someone really cares about the customer in DELL then please help me to get replaced 'New Laptop' ASAP.

                                    i had purchased a dell laptop 3 weeks aback a i7 processor with 8gb ram and touch screen worth close to 70k. I am completly speechless about the performance of this laptop, Absolutly rubbish. i was previously using a dell i3 studio laptop which was way better than this i7 inspiron. it takes ages to start a program and to restart or to shut down or what ever you do. more over it gets hanged.!!! even with only windows ofice and internet connection using basic emails and other servies. i cant belive this is happeing with an i7 processer.!                                       I have purchased a inspiron 360 desktop computer - Tag No. D48S8R1 Express Tag No. - [protected]. This computer was shipped in India in April 2012. Now it reports to have a non genuine window 7 home edition. I tried to repair the disk provided by the Dell as directed by dell technical support video clip. It erased all the free games and dell support programs. It worked nearly a month and now again started flashing the same massage of being Non-genuine. All my free games specially Luxor has been deleted during repair, i want all that back.                                         I want to highlight Dell services program that is running in India for so many years. My Issue is quite old I first come to know about this in March. I bought a Dell 9020 OptiPlex in September 2013. it Was working fine until in March I noticed that the Webcam is not working. I lodge a complain, but Dell technical support main agenda is "You should in front of your system when you are lodging a complain." So if you are not in front of your system, suppose that you want to lodge a complain from your office then forget it. They also have very excellent office timing from 9AM to 6 PM. So eventually I ended up to lodge a complain on Saturday. Because my office timing is 9 am to 6 PM (and so does many others in the IT industry I believe) . However they check my system through online and finally confirm that yes Sir your system's Webcam is not working and its needs to be replaced. I waited for a long period of 50 days to get the LCD. Ok, fine finally in the end of May., Dell support engineer came to my home with a replacement of the LCD, when they opened the pack I found that the LCD has a crack. Right side there was a enough crack, I refused to take that. However the Dell Engineer did something back-door entry I could see that the Webcam is working. So I was happy. But recently I have again faced the same problem and now the Web cam still not working. Problem # 1: I cannot lodge the same complain as it was closed by them, although no specific replacement was provided.Problem #2: Again I have to go through that 9-6 issue and they check and confirm that "Yes Sir your LCD needs to be replaced." Problem #3: I lodged the complain on 9th Sep at 9AM with complain #[protected] and I have paid a huge amount for next day onsite service. But I received a call in the afternoon from Dell Bangalore that your parts will be ready by Thursday. I said OK. On 11 th Sep I didn't received any call. On Friday (12 September at 10.30 I got a call and the Dell guy wants to come now), I said I am in office come in the evening, in reply he said we don't work after 6 pm. I said ok come at 5.30 pm I will be there in my home. However He didn't respond and disconnect the phone saying that he will contact me again, however he didn't.What is amazing to think is the common-sense applied in a particular systemized fashion, they don't work beyond 9am - 6pm still they claim that they give customer service. I will ask the Dell administrator or the CEO that what brain he implemented the idea of 9-6 policy? Even certain banks to run their business started to work beyond the normal timing. So you can think of the number of messaging is coming to your way. Customer service is a very huge concept and it cannot be achieved by the normal 9-6 Govt office jobs. Its all about responsibility. Your technician cannot work on weekends, they have a holiday, they won't work on weekdays after 6 pm. Don't you think that this must be included in the terms and conditions in the Next day onsite service paper, and this conditions must not be in a scripted language, but BOLD, and should be clearly mentioned. Be incredible in your approach. I think majority o[censored]s who went for the Next day onsite service and paid a huge amount, is a dumb and paying the price of not knowing the entire conditions. Dell is a world leader, so I think they must be knowing between a happy customer and unhappy customer., But this morning 9-6 is a faulty process in a large number of ways. I repeat again Customer service is not a Govt. Job. I am not here to prescribe Dell something no, Just to make them aware that there is something in there system which needs to be corrected.An Yes when I said that just to replace a PC I cannot take leave from my office, your support Engineer told me that they would come on next to next Saturday.
