      Dear Sir, I had a problem with the display of my laptop a week ago. I took it to the "Reliable Computer", Choudhary Mode, Ghaziabad. I was told it is having an issue with the graphics card. I paid Rs 2500 for the same, as it was one of yours authorised dealers. When i asked for a bill, i was given no bill. Neither was i shown the component that was replaced. Now just after a couple of days the issue recurred. What should i do in this case. Now they are not picking up the call. I want to ask how can you distribute your license to such people who have no sense of customer service. Who will compensate for this. Please give a prompt reply, don't be like your foreman for whom just money matters. Thanks, Prashant Gaur

        Dear sir, I purchased a laptop DELL 13, VESTRO SERVICES, SERVICE TAG (S/N) 8T81PT1 EXPRESS SERVICE CODE [protected] FROM ANSUN ELECTRONICS PVT. LIMITED, 104, DEEPALI BUILDING, NEHRU PLACE, DELHI WITH CASH PAYMENT OF 29, 000 RUPEES ON 29th August. While after five days of the purchasing of the product i got some problem and gave a call to customer care service of DELL, they informed me that the warranty of the product has over much before . After that i called ANSUN shop, then they informed that they told me while i was buying the product that One year warrant will be provide form their shop only, which they did not. And if they did, it is not my concern, as i got a DELL product just a month before why should i accept a product that is not even in warranty period. Why should i receive service from a particular shop insted of the DELL ? They are not ready to upgrade the warranty period. I think they do the same with everybody . It is sheer customer right violation . Now i want to inform that if things wount get clear in 2-3 days i will left no option of going for leagl ways. After all one cant not entertain such fraud !!

            Dear Sir/ Madam, This is in relation to the Dell Laptop (Model No. Inspiron 15-3542) purchased by me on 14th August, 2014. The Service Tag code of the machine is [protected]. Even though it has been just over one month since I have purchased the machine and the same is claimed to be one of your top of the line laptops with superior specifications and performance, I have experienced various issues with the machine, due to defects in both the software as well as the hardware of the system. I have called your technical support executives on numerous occasions and spent hours on the phone trying to solve the issues but there has been little to no improvement. Add to that, I seem to be facing a new problem everyday which has caused my work to suffer greatly. It is indeed disappointing that despite the fact that DELL prides itself on the quality of its product and the superiority of its customer care, a brand new machine is suffering from such terrible defects. I have listed out some of the major issues being faced by me on a day to day basis as under: 1. Difficulty in connecting with the internet whether it is via LAN or by means of a dongle. (Please note that other systems using the same LAN or dongle connection are facing no difficulty in connection, hence indicating that there is a fault in my machine) 2. Defect in the (“) key. The same has to be pressed twice in order for the (“) symbol to appear. 3. The light next to the integrated webcam comes on and goes off without any command upon starting of a new application even when the application being opened has nothing to do with the Webcam. 4. There is some internal process that starts in the machine periodically which causes a loud noise (of various sounds) as well as vibration of the machine as if the same has an ancient processor. The starting of these noises is not dependent on any workload of the machine and can start even when there is only one application running. 5. There is a lag in the receiving of commands by the machine in relation to opening of applications, files, folders, etc on numerous occasions. 6. On pressing the left click key on the mouse pad, the drop down of the right key appears very often which means that the incorrect command is being sent to the system. 7. Upon pressing the left key, the cursor locks and does not move upon sliding the fingers across the mouse pad. This makes scrolling on a page as well as dragging and dropping objects extremely difficult if not impossible. Please note that this problem began today. 8. The caps lock key seems to be defective. Very often once the key is pressed (signal light on the key being on), the output would be of lower case and when it is pressed again (signal light on the key being off), the output would be o[censored]pper case. 9. The general speed of the machine is quite slow and does not at all live upto the tall claims of the processor that have been made. As stated earlier, most of the aforementioned issues have been discussed with your technical personnel but no satisfactory advice or repair has been carried out. You are requested to forthwith ensure that all the above issues are addressed and fixed at the earliest or in the alternative a replacement machine is provided to me which will perform as per expectation. You will appreciate that the inferior performance of the machine is causing significant hindrance in my day to day work and is hence causing me serious mental agony. Hence, I request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent and do the needful at the earliest.

                  This computer is scrolling automatically to the end of the page whether it be ms word or internet sites .It has been like this for the past 2 weeks. I am now not able to read any book or browse any site with this computer. It has become a useless thing. This is very frustrating as I am now doing my thesis work. Also the key pad is not working properly. If you press the number lock key the number 1 is getting typed automatically on the screen repeatedly. Now the left arrow key is also working automatically. It took me almost half an hour to register this complaint. Kindly do something at the earliest

They told me to register for the college offer which I did the next only and had sent the documents through courier to the banglore office address. On 25th august I received the mail from your side. After one week the amount i.e 1299 was debited from my acount. its been more than 2 weeks I have not received the the college offer from your side.                           Hi, I am Rahul. A tortured guy by Dell Service. My service tag number is 1FLYVW1. I am not able to use my laptop from more than last 2 months. Everytime, a new kind of error pops up.Its more than 3 times now. I am totally fed up with dell service. I also requested Dell service to provide me extended warranty quotation from last 1 month before my warranty expired. But not seems professional enough to implement what they commited on the support call. I have co-operated enough with Dell support but seriously I don’t have much time to be on their support call again and again during weekdays. Please look into the issue ASAP because I don’t want to loose my trust completely from Dell products and services.

                            hi, i am having dell laptop with service tag no : DKG7VQ1. It under complete care till June 2016. From last two months I am facing a lot of issues with laptop. Motherboard have been replaced 4 times. Speakers have been replaced 2 times. But still the speaker of laptop is not working. Many times, I Made a call. In between call gets disconnected and No one calls back. I am fed up from the service, calling again and again. Now I want my laptop to be replaced by new one. I am not free to call company again and again, they will replace the part and after some time face same issue. The service made me too irritated that it seems that Dell is Hell.

                              I have registered my problem of dell laptop with dell call centre twice and they promised me to do as required but both the times NOTHING was done. My Internet browsers crash ( stop responding ever 5-10 min ) .. the person said the windows os has become corrupt and he will send a cd for that. My keyboard is also having problems he said he will ensure that its send In both cases nothing was send. Express code -- [protected]

                                Hello, I own a Dell Latitude E5420 laptop.It's warranty period is over due 3 years back. I was facing issues while starting it ON. I was getting fan sound when power button was pressed and it off autometically 2-3 second without any display. I concerned the issues with below dell service centre. "LappyTech laptop Service center B-9, Ocean Plaza, Sec.-18, NOIDA, 201301 Tel:[protected], +91-[protected], [protected]" They analyzed the issue and after a week stated that Motherboard of the laptop has to be changed. I cant afford as much invest on this time. Only just startup problem he stated to me motherboard problem. So I Wasnt agree. This kind of service is not expected from such an renowned Company, whose Laptops are considered to be best. On the other hand the person sitting at the centre was not polite.My only concern is the problem was not detected properly. Please raise this to above service centre and please make sure anyone laptop gets serviced properly. Please its a request to take action against it.

                                  I have purchased Inspiron 15 (3542, ) on 06 Sep 2014 from the Dell dealer Mosad Infoways Pvt Ltd (Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala). And when I purchased they had told me that Dell is providing one year additional warranty and Rs6000 assured gifts (Wireless Head phone, Mouse etc.) But it is almost a month since we purchased Laptop. But I have not yet received any information on additional one year warranty and the parts that you promised to be sent to me as an assured gift. And also when I checked on your site with the product ID I could see the warranty period begain Aug 18 2014. And received no mail after I registered the product giving all my address and other details. Please advise...                                     Order No:[protected] Customer No:[protected] Order Date: 26/08/2014 I have ordered a laptop from your site &amp; complied all the procedure as told by your executive named SAKSHI DHALL. Thereafter your executive give estimated delivery date (17/09/2014). I have no problem with that. But when you say that estimated delivery date is 17/09/2014; don't give false time. I have made arrangement as you have said that your laptop will reach you on 17/09/2014. Today is 22/09/2014. 28 days from Order Placed Online. Same status is showing from last 15 days "shipped from factory". Does it actually shipped ?? Any courier company in India will take maximum 5-6 days to reach anywhere in India. Please urgently do needful in this matter. Didn't expect this kind of service from Dell.

                                      Hello Sir, When i was working in Dell from 2010 till 2012 my PF no was BG/BNG/24960/000/0049906. I had applied for PF transfer from Cognizant Chennai to Dell Bangalore in year 2010 My PF no in Cognizant was TN/MAS/0031309/000/0080686. While I resigned from Dell I enquired with Dell PF people whether the transferred amount from Tamilnadu PF account has come to Dell PF account. They said Yes so i applied for withdrawal from my Dell PF Account However when I got the money it had only Dell PF amount and the transferred money from Cognizant Tamilnadu account did not come and the Dell account has been closed. Now the issue is the transferred amount from Tamilnadu PF office has come already to Bangalore and its reflecting in my Dell PF Account However for some reason its not showing in ledger and when I apply for withdrawal its getting rejected saying your account has been rejected. Its been already 2 years i am getting this answer and as per Dell PF people the issue is now escalated to Delhi PF office and they are also not finding the reason for it. Its because of the miscommunication and ignorance of Dell PF people for which i am facing this issue. had they told me that the transferred amount has not come to my PF account i would have waited till the transfer happens. Request you to take appropriate action on it.

So kindly provide the Code Number for Windows 7 to register the license thro’ net after formatting. Kindly do the above needfull.
