    I bought Dell Inspiron 3521 3G 13 4/500/WB/TCH (service tag (S/N) 7Q1RRX1) on May 26th 2014 from G.I.P Noida Skope. Within a month my laptop became very slow and was not playing the audios. Every time I tried to play a video on you tube, the video was available but the audio was absent. Also, when I used to play any audio, in the middle of the audio there used to be a thundering noise and at that time I could neither turn off the audio or even the laptop. All keys used to go dysfunctional. I took my laptop to the Dell service center in Noida, sector 18. The customer care kept the laptop for one day and ensured that I have taken a backup of my data. They told me that they have re-formatted my system and now there will be no problem in the system. However, the very next day my laptop immediately stopped working and the screen went blank. Again all the keys became dysfunctional, I could not do anything on the system and not even switch off the computer. I immediately took the laptop to the service center again and they told me that the problem will be resolved in 20-30 minutes but they made me wait for 1.5 hours. Yes, the laptop started working again but another problem started. Now, the cursor keeps jumping, to an extent that the words and sentences automatically gets highlighted and gets erased on its own. If I am working on word or power point presentation or even making a google search, the cursor goes up and down, to an extent the cursor shifts within one line also. When I reported this complaint so the customer care executives in Noida asked me to disable the touch pad and then work on laptop. But this is no solution to the problem. The video quality has got affected, sometimes it gets clear and sometimes it goes a bit blur. I have visited Dell service station thrice in 7 days. The customer care executives were even rude in their behavior. I am very highly disappointed with the product and the help provided to me. I want my money back and I want Dell company to take their laptop back.

      dear My name is Anoop v Nair from Kerala. I am having Dell inspiron 3520 laptop.from the last few months( from January 2014) onward i am facing an issue with my laptops touch pad. And i already register a complaint to Dell customer care(CC) regarding this issue My complaint number is[protected]. They send technician to my end and replaced the touch pad and mother board many times( minimum of 3 times ). but the issue is not resolved. So again i contact Dell CC . They told i have to format my system, so i did the formatting around 5 times then also the issue was not solved . After that they(CC executive) told me to do the DISK PART in my system that also i did but still the issue is there. So yesterday[protected] i contact Dell CC.they told that they schedule a call for me on Wednesday(16/07/2014), but i didn't get any call from their side. Not only yesterday many times i contact Dell CC regarding this issue but, their is no response from there side. I think they don't have any responsibility.There behaviour is like that . i already register the complaint on 16th july 2014. After that i got a call from dell customer care, they told that there senior team will contact me for solving this issue, but i didn't get any call from there side. i bought this laptop for 32000/- rupees i think i wasted my money for buying this worst laptop. I will not buy anything from dell company items in my futurer. But i want to solve this issue as soon as possible So I kindly request you to do the needful for this issue regards..         Motherboard, LCD screen and keypad of my laptop needs immediate replacement. My repeated visits to your service station at Chandigarh (India) and further more than 6 telephonic calls during the last 1 month to your customer care centre for replacement of the above parts have not yielded any results.
        The necessary instructions to Chandigarh centre may kindly be given to make available the above said parts of my laptop.
        An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.

          I bought a Dell Inspiron N3421 Core i3, 3rd Gen, 4 GB, 500 GB, 1GB Nvidia graphics card dos. Laptop back in April-2014, it was working fine. But today in working period I noticed 1 (one) vertical lines generating on the screen. At first I ignore it, but its continuously show, Than I shutdown & restart but they still there. I have no Idea why its happen, so that I am discussing with you, if it is shoftwear problem then guide me what I'm doing. Or if its hard wear problem than replace it new as per warranty.             Dear Sir,

            I have purchased a DELL make INSPIRON 15 3521 model laptop from M/s Vijay Sales, K- 5 to 9, Sector 18, NOIDA on 27.06.14 vide V.No.- 41-UND06-14SIAO 101 and ORD/SIAO No.- 41-UND06-14SO 408.

            The service tag is 1BHYCW1 and Express service code is [protected] of my laptop.
            I have taken 2 years additional warrantee under Dell BACK TO COLLEGE OFFER.

            The updated warrantee end date (as 17.11.2016) at web site is not correct.

            The warrantee of my laptop should be updated on purchasing date as following schedule—

            SYSTEM WARRANTEE - 27.06.14 TO 26.06.15
            2 YEAR ADDITIONAL WARRANTEE - 27.06.15 TO 26.06.16 &
            27.06.16 TO 26.06.17


            Please see the matter carefully and taken n.a. for correct update of my warranty period .

              Sir, My DELL Laptop (service tag 7K7RXX1 )is having problem of speaker (left speaker is not working )and my Laptop is under warranty period, regarding this i have called for customer care & tell him that i use km player & my system is in warranty period & ask to send an engineer to solve my problem he told me that they will give their service on charges bases i remember them that my Laptop is under Warranty period but they said that we don't give service regarding speaker problem that uses KM third quality player under warranty. So, tell me that which player is 1st quality player i am still confused about that speaker was third quality or player . your company claim for giving best quality customer service and warranty related support . so kindly consider my problem under warranty and suggest me .

                I, ACHYUT MISHRA, bought a laptop(9ND34Y1) on 23 dec 2013 .From the very first day its wifi was not working..I did complain on the helpline and after 7 month i received a replacement.Unfortunately after working for 10 mins on new laptop(3SX0T02) it stopped working (same day i received it).DELL Service center told me its motherboard is not working.Now they are asking for 7 days time to repair it.i have to back to my university within 4 days.I am still wondering at DELL company services..both my laptop had problem the very FIRST DAY ..and I am totally NOT SATISFIED with DELL COMPANY and Its SERVICES.
                I am still getting about 10 calls from every day..regarding My laptop and still to receive a working laptop for which i paid for...

                  Hi, I purchased a laptop of Dell from Croma on 6th of Jul-14. I had listened songs 2-3 three days in Windows Media player. After that I found problem in speaker. After that I had reinstalled sound drivers still there was same issue. I had tried after that to listen in VLC still there was same. Now today when I had booked complaint in dell I got replied from there' you had installed VLC player not your laptop speaker are not cover in Dell warranty, however speakers has been damaged before installing or using of VLC media player.                     I have brought a new Inspiron 15R Dell Laptop. It was very unfortunate to see that the buttons (@, #, " and £ ) have been interchanged i.e if I am entering " (Inverted commar) the @is comming on the screen. In the order the battery is 6 cell 65 Whr shown and confirmed before place the order with dell sales team. But I received 40Whr with the laptop.                         Sir, this complaint is with regard to the "DELL INS 15R 4200 4 GB I TB 2 GB W8 CC SILVER" laptop that i recently purchased from nehru place by one of your stores there. As mentioned over there, DELL EXCLUSIVE STORE by VIDUR AND CO. LTD i got the laptop on 19th july.The laptop is working well for now, but one of the services promised by him, which remains unfulfilled has bothered me a lot. As told by him within next 10 days of purchase I was supposed to fill a dell form and register on a certain website of yours namely -www.dellcollegeoffers.co.in to avail an extended warranty of 2 yrs. Other benefits included headphones and a levis voucher worth RS 1500 /-., I was active on my part for I submitted all the required documents along with CHEQUE OF INR 1299. But what I received in return is completely unsatisfactory! The very next day I received an e-mail from your [protected]@rwp.in that the cheque I sent could not be accepted due to " COMPANY ON INVOICE NAME". . Sir I contacted the person who was responsible behind the entire transaction - KAWAL-[protected]. but surprised and numbed, I was told that he resigned and the duty was now taken up by some other person RAJ- [protected]. Sir, this guy RAJ delayed on till 1 week. I contacted him daily and pleaded him that neither I received my Cheque nor any of the messages regarding if transaction is in the process or not. That person on the day 2 told me that he will process it by the next day, but the other day he picked no call of mine. not only that when I told him that my cheque is not returned he had no clue and then after 3 weeks he told me that it will take a complete month regarding the same. Sir, 1299 is quite a big amount for me. I am totally dissatisfied and upset at the same time.i want you to look into this matter and ease the situation out.                             Service Request Number[protected] was placed by me on 6th of July’2014 and till date and I do not have any resolution from your team. I have purchased the desk top during last week of May’2014 and never expected that I need to wait for almost 7+days on a service request.. This is least expected from Dell. Expect your intervention and a quick resolution. Will be happy if somebody from Dell team takes accountability to this concern and provide and quick resolution. When i bought ur laptop with in 3days its speakers damaged.. And when i complained to dealer.. Once he put he told me that .. This is not our problem.. So now you tell me sir.. If its not your dealer problme... So who will handel this .. Plz sir talk to me and gv me sugest about my complaint..

                                I bought a laptop charger for a Dell computer from "Ms Kopal Computers and laptops". Chenoy Trade Centre, Secunderabad. Suddenly, the charger caught fire and burnt, burning a spot in my bed. Luckily since I was awake, I was able to deal with it at once. On complaining, the dealer says it is not his problem. While I agree that the power cord is to blame and that the power cord is not manufactured by Dell, I expect a company of repute to sell its accessories with high quality, safe wiring. Or they should clearly warn the customer that the wire is substandard and liable to catch fire. No good quality wiring catches fire due to power fluctuations. None of my other equipment in the same house has caught fire. Hence the power cord sold along with the Dell charger is substandard. I would also like to mention that the attitude of the sales person was far from what is expected of any decent human being.

                                    Sir, I am working in a private college I bought a Dell desktop from Tirunelvei Computer Park on 24.04.2014 .. 2 days back I inserted a CD into the drive.. With in few minutes I heard a sound which destroyed my drive and CD was completed broken.. i just want to claim the warranty.. My service Tag is 36ZW5Z1. My friends asked me to go for HP But i deliberately bought Dell ... but i never expected such problem from Dell system.. highly disappointed.. please help me to replace the drive.

                                      I have been facing serious trouble with the laptop DELL Inspiron 15R 3537 with S/N - 7KVZQZ1 and Express Service Code - [protected]. The laptop was purchased on 25th June 2014 and it refused to start up since July 4th Night. It is simply lying dead as a stone, and there is no movement. I am a student of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and have bought the computer from one of the oldest and most reputed computer shops at Lucknow. I need a replacement of the entire unit and I have already sent the original invoice to [protected]@dell.com with Ticket #[protected] on Saturday June 5 2014. But there is no response from the technical support. It is really irritating for a student to miss on assignments on a faulty laptops.                                         Hi, my name is avinash sharma, i have submit my laptop to dell srvice centre at janakpuri centre in new elhi.. Got info to submit 11000 inr for repairing.. Submitted the same on 18 june ( i have made several calls to get to know the glith in my laptop as nobdy calles me to inform the same ).. Its been 15 days and i am calling everytime to know the status and answer .. Sorry not the answer, , i should use [censored]ing answer is '' sir we didnt received the qoutation and onec we received it will repair your laptop '' .. Pathetic . Iahve to sit 2-3 hrs everyday in internet cafe to fo my project work. A company like dell has no responsibilty to handle their customer even they dont care about service. I think thats the huge reasin that why they are loosing their business in indeia and i hope and wish they will shut down their operation soon.
