I have purchase dell laptop from compuindia on 15-Oct-2014. order no - #[protected]. They said i will get 3000 Jabong boucher and 2 year extended warranty once i register and upload invoice at http://www.celebratedellse.com/. I have uploaded the same within timeline. Now they are saying that i have uploaded wrong invoice which is not at all possible because i have never order any other dell laptop in my lifetime.When i have dropped an email to their customer care email id [protected]@celebratedellse.com about wrong invoice details they are not replying on this matter. They have done fraud with offer with me. Regard, Ravi

    (1) I have a purcahsed a laptop( Inspiron 3521), Service Tag is 42RCRX1, AND EXPRESS SERVICE CODE IS [protected] last year.Now from few days webcam of my laptop is not working. In this regard i taked to your cutomer care but they are unable to help me.

    (2) As i am working in government department i have a very little time to enquire about all these things. so you are requested to please send your representative for resolution of my problem.       My DELL XPS L501X model is out of warranty and its display panel has to be replaced. I called Dell Laptop Service Center in Jayanagar, Bangalore. I told exact model no and exact problem. The receptionist said that "it will get replaced in Rs 4000". But that day i could not make it. So after 2 days i called again just to check opening and closing time of shop, and asked price once again, so that time she said "Rs 4500" for same thing. So I argued a bit and she said, "come to shop we will see". Then I went to the shop very same day and then the Dell representative said that "it will take something around[protected]". Then I really got frustrated and asked why this changing price every time. So then he called some person and said that there are three prices: 1800 - for service and making it work somehow 3500 - for replacing part but with a bit of scratches 4800 - for brand new piece Then I argued that on phone you said that brand new piece will be of Rs 4000. So he accepted his mistake and said that "We have part available and we will replace with brand new part in Rs 4000 as we promised on phone in 2 days. We will give you a call once it will be ready". But after 2 days, I have not received any call. So I called them and inquired. So he said that "we have only scratched part available, come and check if you are fine with that". I got surprised. Then I went to the shop and met manager of the branch. He talked very bluntly and with no respect. I said that 2 days ago you promised for brand new part and I have traveled all the way to your shop twice. He said very rudely that "we have only this scratched part and if you want it you will have to wait 1.5 hours to get it replaced". I really felt pissed off. Then I said that 2 days ago you asked 3500 for the scratched part, on that thing he replied that "this is the only piece of this part and it is nowhere available so you will get it no less that 4000". Since I had to travel to my home place the very next day, and this service center wasted 2 days of mine, i was left with no other option but to get it replaced with the scratched part only. So I asked them to get it replaced. When I returned after 1.5 hours, I got my laptop back finally BUT with lot of scratches and faded panel and my laptop is not getting closed properly. When I asked the manager about it, he said that "i cannot do anything". What i felt in the end is that since that part was not easily available, he got better price for brand new piece from some other customer. That is the only way how available part 2 days ago can become unavailable. This is really unprofessional and not expected from a company like DELL. This whole incidence was very frustrating for me.         While connecting power supply for charging showing an indication 'invalid battery' and not properly charging.I had already registered the complaint and contacted the service technician and directed me to submit the TABLET at SAHAR service centre near training school Kannur.But on contacting with service centre they told me that they are not authorise to attend complaints on TABLETs.What will I do?

          Hi, I have submitted my laptop in Dell service center, (Ambattur) on 06-Sep-2014, to replace the broken display. And they informed me that they will charge 7k to replace. After couple of weeks, i got a call from the service center that it has been done. When I went to collect my Dell laptop (Inspiron N4110), noticed that the panel has been broken and my laptop looks like it has been picked up from dust-bin. Your executives doesn't even know how to handle customer's product. And the Dell support staff tried to convince me that it will happen when we open and replace the display. I clearly told them to replace it give it back to me. An I keep on calling them and visiting to the show room where I submitted to get my laptop back. None of the staffs are taking responsibility and provide any honest update. And I am still waiting for my laptop, after 2 complete months. Really frustrated with the Dell service center and the supporting staffs who are all involved. Need my laptop back and I need a clear cut justification from Dell regarding this. Regards, Subash.

              I HAVE PURCHSE DELL LAPTOP ON 24/10/2014 FROM CARE SOLUTION UNLIMITED, AHMEDABAD. AND SO FOR THAT I GET ADVICE THAT THERE IS AN OFFER IS GOING ON NAME IS "CELEBRATEDELLSE.COM" ON THIS ID I HAVE TO DO REGISTRATION FOR GETTING WARRANTY EXTENSION UNDER THE WARRANTY EXPENSION SCHEME. AS THE OFFER IS VALID TILL 31ST OCT 2014. I GET IT MY REGISTRATION DONE ON 27TH OCT 2014 ONLY. WHEN I GO THROUGH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS NO ISSUE WAS THERE. IT WAS PERFACTLY DONE AND DELL ACCEPT MY REGISTRATION.                 Dell Mouse not working properly, it is within warranty period. I am not finding any service centre of Dell in Delhi, India, to change/replace this mouse with new one. Please send me address of service centre to replace my mouse immediately. If I file my complaint through customer care number, there are so many formalities there.

                  i have purchased a new inspiron 15 notebook on 16/10/2014 nd on celebrate dell se offer i have paid 1499rs on 22/10/14, now have received my e voucher... but no update about my extended warrenty . Have called many times but now disappointed.hope this complaint will work.

                      Dear Indian Consumer Complaint Forum, I Pabbati Rajesh customer of Dell laptop purchased Dell inspiron 3542 model with Service Tag no:5D35312 on 17/07/2014 at Dell exclusive showroom at kphb near Technological university JNTU hyderabad. Dell given a college offer for students of worth 1299/- to paid which consists of three additonal benefits which include #1 two years additional warranty extension #2 levis gift voucher #3 senheisser earphones, I received first two warranty and levis gift voucher but till now not received senheisser earphones. I kept mail to Dell which is RW Promotions <[protected]@rwp.in> about senheisser earphons but till now I didnt recieved they said I will receive within 15 days it has already completed 3 months there is no response from them.                         I have purchased a laptap from dell on 13/10/2014. and they have given me a offer of extented warrenty and 3000 eshopping by paying rs 1499. so i payed rs 1499 on 19/10/2010 and it now i have no confirmation of that payment and the offer they said i have called n masseged dell so many times.please help me on this now i want refund of my money with extra charges for wasting my time.

                          I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 (3521) laptop last year and have faced serious issues. After some time o[censored]sage the left hinge broke off and it led to my display developing lines and the lcd back panel cover to develop cracks. I got it repaired but now the same thing has happened with the right hinge.This laptop is made of substandard plastic body. The hinges are so thin that they break off in time even with minimal usage.I really didnt expect a company of repute such as dell to deliver such a shoddy product.

                          i brought a new dell inspiron laptop 15 30000 series after receiving the bill i was asked to register for dell diwali offer that includes 2 years of extended warrenty and 3000 worth coupons. i registered and got a sms that within 7 days they would process and send me the payment link. i mailed dell customer care. they said that the registration is successful. but they haven't given me any payment link. when i mailed regarding the payment, there is no replay. moreover the customer care numbers provided by them are not working(either busy or not picking up the call). never expected such a worst care from the most reputed brand DELL. i think they wouldn't replay till the deadline and say that the offer is over

                              Sir I have purchased one DELL laptop (Model No: Dell Inspiron 3542 15-8/1TB/2 GB/ Windows 8.1 HJ4X812) on 23 Oct, 2014 vide invoice No. IMC8B6171\14-15 from Trivandrum exclusive showroom. The registration for extension of warranty and Deepavali discount coupon was done at your office on the same day. It is intimated that till date the intimation for payment of additional money for warranty extension is not received. I quote the mail received from your office Quote "Dear Customer, thank you for registering for- Celebrate Dell Se- offer. You will receive an email /sms from our end within 7 working days on the status of your submission and further action . We hank you for your cooperation " unquote. The matter was dicussed on telephone at your office on 30 Oct 14. I was told to wait and will do needful. It is brought to your notice that till date no information is received, AND ALSO REGRET TO SAY THAT NO INTIMATION IS RECEIVED FOR MY EARLIER MAIL You are requested to expedite and intimate on priority.                                 Same story here. I too bought a Dell laptop within the offer period and registered for the same. Except the initial sms stating that registration is successful there has not been any further communication (its been 9 days). I mailed them but got NO response. Customer Care is too busy, has wait times of 15-30 mins. When I finally connect they transfer the call to somebody else and that person never receives the call. I have no idea about the status of my registration, whether it is due to unforeseen delay on their part or something wrong with my registration (which actually can't be). Whatever it is, I find it absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL of Dell to commit offers and support, and in turn keep their customers guessing.

                                Actually Dell is taking more time to respond to the Diwali offers, maybe too many applicants. Don't try to call customer care, it's not worth it. Simply drop a mail to [protected]@celebratedellse.com and [protected]@giftbig.com mentioning your query. They should respond, if not try to follow up a few times. You shouldn't worry as long as you have the invoice, your product is genuine and you have registered within the deadline. In the worst case, if you are not able to avail the offer, write to the consumer forum.
                                I too was in a similar situation. However finally they have responded to my mails and given me the payment link.

                                  Hello, I bought DELL INSPIRON 15 3537 on 14th April 2014 via ecom express. It is still in warranty and i want to know about warranty terms n losses to be taken in warranty. Today i took out my laptop out of drawer and found its top cover broken at the corner. M very disheartened as its my precious gadget. Can it be replaced under warranty? if its a yes, i will b highly thankful to your service. Hope to get a positive response.

                                      Sir/Madam, I've purchase a DELL INSPIRON 5547 Notebook on 21st october 2014 in Diwali offer(Invoice number-WSRP[protected], ServiceTag-JQCCK22).The product has an offer of 2 years of warranty extension and a gift vocher of Rs 3000 under the payment of Rs1500.I'm supposed to receive an SMS/EMAIL regarding the warranty extension and the payment details.I have not received any such SMS/EMAIL till now.I am trying to contact the customer care representative since the last two days but the response was nill...I've wasted my entire day trying to contact the customer care team...this is very bad from your side.
