I have good working dell inspiron 1564 laptop wih display lid hinges was broken and i asked for dell support team and i paid Rs.5000 INR for non golden replacement parts. One Service technician came to my place and done service and make my laptop dead and went off. after that i called dell support for answers about this issues.. they told motherboard fault due to improper service done by the technician and they accepted to redo the service for free of cost within a week. but two moths gone. still no one came to my place. but periodically they are calling me to confirm my address alone.. this is happening for past 45 days. how long still i need to wait.?? they are telling the reason like "destination cldnt be reached by courier service". i want to ask "how cum now alone the destination cldnt be reached which is the SAME destination where they done their first service to damage my laptop...?????"

My Dell inspiron 1564 Laptop which was working at fine condition with display lid hinges where broken, I called dell support for replacement of hinges and lcd plastic panels and paid 5000 INR for non golden replacement parts including heat sink and fan. after payment and order confirmation formalities done. one week later. a service technician came to my place with hinges, heat sink and fan alone (Lcd plastic panel not included), but i asked for lcd plastic panel replacement also. and he done service with the parts which he had. after finished the service. my device is not getting turned on. it went totally dead. he gave me a rose color service report slip (attached with this mail) and he went off. After that i called dell support again regarding this issue (spent 4hrs to reach dell customer care!!!) again they sent an engineer to my place from same service team and he opened my laptop and told that "Motherboard Fault due to improper service done by previous technician, ask dell support again for this issue". Again i called dell support (again 3 hours!!), They told that some of your representatives will call you soon... as they told.. i got call from support team daily and after three days. they agreed that the service technician is responsible for dead condition of my laptop. dell will take responsible and will sent you motherboard and lcd plastic panel for replacement within a week for free of cost.(this happened on 1st week of October). I told ok. then after a week no update from dell support. again i used to call them daily spend bunch of hours to reach and they told that "parts are ready to despatch, please confirm your address. I told them my address(which is same where the first service was done). after 2 weeks went. no response from dell.. again i called for an update. they called me back every two days and confirmed my address alone for more than 5times in these past 5 weeks from 1st week of october.!! (i dont know what they thought about their customers so that they can confirm the same address for more than 5 times in 4 weeks). still now no one came to my place and not giving proper response to my query.

Now finally customer care speakers telling that "YOUR DESTINATION IS NOT REACHABLE!!".

Really i dont know how come the same destination( where first service was done) cant be reached now?? I dont know what logic behind this. They never failed to call me every two days and telling "this is regarding your service request and i ll update the status" and put my call for 3 or 5mins hold and confirm my address and end the calls... the same thing happening for more than one and half months and nothing happened more than that.!! i dont know why he put call on hold after calling me instead of took my request update before making a call to me..?? I am much fed up with Dell Service and Support and totally disappointed.

    I had bought Dell Vostro V14 3447 Via online through Dell. I received the laptop on 7th of novenmer.The laptop didn't switched on and when i connected to ac supply it showed that battery is not detected. I contacted dell tech support team and the confirm me that the battery is faulty.I asked for a replacement of laptop. The tech support executive refused for replacement and told me that only battery will be replaced. The quality of the product is suspicious and dell is agreeing to it.But they are not replacing my laptop. Please help me To replace my laptop My Case number in Dell is[protected].

      Sir, I purchased Dell inspiron N5010(service tag no.D2FS7BS) on 2010.Tilldate, I changed its Battery, Keypad and being changed for its CD/DVD driver.Now i feeling "why i select dell at that moment" becouse quality of your product component is very poor.Now i suggested to all my friend and relatives for not selecting Dell laptop/Hardwares.Component cost is also too heavy.It is too bad for Dell company.

        I have purchased Dell Laptop (Model No Dell 3421 S.No C59X271) on 24th August 2014 from Shop address: Arrow Informatics PVT Ltd.(14-15) R-18 Rita Block..Shakarpur Opp Metro piller No 48.Delhi -110092. After 1 month laptop is not working & not able to switch-on the laptop. Then I have register a call to dell call center for problem resolution. When they have checked the details they told me this laptop purchased from Thiland & not able to provide the services here.1st you have to register this laptop in India after that they will entertained me. I am shocked. When I have told all these detail to Shop Owner from where I have purchased this laptop but they didn't entertained me from last one month. Dell products are of poor quality as within 1 month the product stopped working and top of it they have pathetic services. When I have purchased from an Indian shop after paying all taxes and VAT, how can they deny servicing ? I am extremely dissatisfied with DELL.

              hi my brand new Dell speakers not working my windows 7 32 bit, past 5 days search for solution still i could find solution in site also, definitely i never suggest your product because what requirement for speakers to my computer i could find past 5 days search in your and your tech support very poor;very small product it does't work, try all steps upgrading my Realtek driver but nothing doing, please provide solution for this issue, Indian tech support very very very poor. i never suggest your product hereafter.

                I have call on dell thrice a day and 4-5 times a day their all representatives are busy. When they pick my call once and then they put my call on hold and then they cut the call i want to know my extended warranty of my laptop and offers regarding that i have paid 3000 from my credit card due to extended warranty of my laptop and i have registered on dell also online and i didn't get the mail from dell and not the message from dell so my complaint is that all the representatives cant pick my call and put their line on busy for a long time. They cant talk and know my details regarding this. Please accept my complaint and please take a strict action against dell and i would be very thankful to you.                       I have purchase dell laptop from compuindia on 15-Oct-2014. order no - #[protected]. They said i will get 3000 Jabong boucher and 2 year extended warranty once i register and upload invoice at http://www.celebratedellse.com/. I have uploaded the same within timeline. Now they are saying that i have uploaded wrong invoice which is not at all possible because i have never order any other dell laptop in my lifetime.When i have dropped an email to their customer care email id [protected]@celebratedellse.com about wrong invoice details they are not replying on this matter.                           My DELL XPS L501X model is out of warranty and its display panel has to be replaced. I called Dell Laptop Service Center in Jayanagar, Bangalore. I told exact model no and exact problem. The receptionist said that "it will get replaced in Rs 4000". But that day i could not make it. So after 2 days i called again just to check opening and closing time of shop, and asked price once again, so that time she said "Rs 4500" for same thing. So I argued a bit and she said, "come to shop we will see". Then I went to the shop very same day and then the Dell representative said that "it will take something around[protected]". Then I really got frustrated and asked why this changing price every time. So then he called some person and said that there are three prices: 1800 - for service and making it work somehow 3500 - for replacing part but with a bit of scratches 4800 - for brand new piece Then I argued that on phone you said that brand new piece will be of Rs 4000. So he accepted his mistake and said that "We have part available and we will replace with brand new part in Rs 4000 as we promised on phone in 2 days. We will give you a call once it will be ready". But after 2 days, I have not received any call. So I called them and inquired. So he said that "we have only scratched part available, come and check if you are fine with that". I got surprised. Then I went to the shop and met manager of the branch. He talked very bluntly and with no respect. I said that 2 days ago you promised for brand new part and I have traveled all the way to your shop twice. He said very rudely that "we have only this scratched part and if you want it you will have to wait 1.5 hours to get it replaced". I really felt pissed off. Then I said that 2 days ago you asked 3500 for the scratched part, on that thing he replied that "this is the only piece of this part and it is nowhere available so you will get it no less that 4000". Since I had to travel to my home place the very next day, and this service center wasted 2 days of mine, i was left with no other option but to get it replaced with the scratched part only. So I asked them to get it replaced. When I returned after 1.5 hours, I got my laptop back finally BUT with lot of scratches and faded panel and my laptop is not getting closed properly. When I asked the manager about it, he said that "i cannot do anything". What i felt in the end is that since that part was not easily available, he got better price for brand new piece from some other customer. That is the only way how available part 2 days ago can become unavailable. This is really unprofessional and not expected from a company like DELL. This whole incidence was very frustrating for me.                             While connecting power supply for charging showing an indication 'invalid battery' and not properly charging.I had already registered the complaint and contacted the service technician and directed me to submit the TABLET at SAHAR service centre near training school Kannur.But on contacting with service centre they told me that they are not authorise to attend complaints on TABLETs.What will I do?

                              Hi, I have submitted my laptop in Dell service center, (Ambattur) on 06-Sep-2014, to replace the broken display. And they informed me that they will charge 7k to replace. After couple of weeks, i got a call from the service center that it has been done. When I went to collect my Dell laptop (Inspiron N4110), noticed that the panel has been broken and my laptop looks like it has been picked up from dust-bin. Your executives doesn't even know how to handle customer's product. And the Dell support staff tried to convince me that it will happen when we open and replace the display. I clearly told them to replace it give it back to me. An I keep on calling them and visiting to the show room where I submitted to get my laptop back. None of the staffs are taking responsibility and provide any honest update. And I am still waiting for my laptop, after 2 complete months. Really frustrated with the Dell service center and the supporting staffs who are all involved. Need my laptop back and I need a clear cut justification from Dell regarding this. Regards, Subash.

AND SO FOR THAT I GET ADVICE THAT THERE IS AN OFFER IS GOING ON NAME IS "CELEBRATEDELLSE.COM" ON THIS ID I HAVE TO DO REGISTRATION FOR GETTING WARRANTY EXTENSION UNDER THE WARRANTY EXPENSION SCHEME. AS THE OFFER IS VALID TILL 31ST OCT 2014. I GET IT MY REGISTRATION DONE ON 27TH OCT 2014 ONLY. WHEN I GO THROUGH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS NO ISSUE WAS THERE. IT WAS PERFACTLY DONE AND DELL ACCEPT MY REGISTRATION. AFTER THAT WHEN I HAD TAKEN A FOLLOW UP FOR THE SAME FOR NOR GETTING ANY COMMUNICATION THROUGH GIVEN MAIL ID [protected]@celebratedellse.com I DIDNT GET MEANINGFULL ANS IN FIRST MAIL. THEN I AGAIN PUT A MAIL ON SAME ID FOR CLARIFY THE ANS FROM DELL. THEN THEY ARE SAYING ME THAT MY INVOICE COPY IS NOT VISIBLE SO YOUR REGISTRAION IS NOT DONE OR REJECTED.                                     Dell Mouse not working properly, it is within warranty period. I am not finding any service centre of Dell in Delhi, India, to change/replace this mouse with new one. Please send me address of service centre to replace my mouse immediately. If I file my complaint through customer care number, there are so many formalities there.
