Terrible quality product

1. The computer frequently shows the notice, "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart . We're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart." While we are using the PC.
2. After this notice the PC will not shutdown, unless we press the start button.

Battery Delivered late and package was opened

I had placed an order for Dell Studio 1558 laptop battery through Dell partner CompuIndia.in. I placed order on 11th Aug 2014 was informed through an SMS that it would be delivered by 13th Aug 2014. However, the ecom express courier service of CompuIndia delivered the courier on 20th Aug and that too the package was open.

When I tried calling the[protected] which just rings and no picks the phone. I am very disappointed...
