My complaint is against Dell-RW Promotions. Sir, I have purchase the Dell inspiron on 31/07/2014 (Service Tag – 31JX212) under the "DELL BACK TO COLLEGE OFFER", I sent them a courier with required documents and a cheque of Rs.1299/- on 02/08/2014 and they also confirmed the receiving on 05/08/2014 via e-mail. They replied that once the cheque will clear they will sent me : 1. Levis voucher by SMS within 4-5 working days. 2.The Senheiser headphone will be couriered within 10 working days. 3. The warranty will be emailed to you within 15 days. However the cheque was cleared on 18/08/2014 but even after a week (25/08/2014) when I didn't received any offer product then I e-mail them regarding the status and then they sent me an email on 26/08/2014 containing my Levis voucher. Now, its 04/09/2014 and I am still waiting for my remaining offer products 1. Senheiser Headphone and 2. Email containing extension of 2 years warranty. During this I called them thousands of time but they did not respond the phone is engaged or not picked up everytime. Its a worst then ever experience from the Brand like DELL and pathetic service. Need a strong action against the Fraud Promises. They are annoying and irritating the customers.

    My service tag number is 47xlrz1, complaint number is[protected] my cursor is continuously moving down as in I had called customer care many times they are saying in this case we can do nothing, I had buy my dell laptop inspiron15 4th CI3 on[protected] one year warranty is there then to they are saying we cant replace or refund they had replaced my mouse touch pad and also enabled the safe mode however the issue is same.

      Dear Sir, This is in regards with latest offer from Dell - "Back to College", in which certain category of laptops purchased between a specified date are eligible to avail this offer by paying an additional price of INR 1299.00 to RW Promotions, Bangalore. I already submitted all the required documents along with DD of required amount to: RW Promotions Pvt Ltd No : 24, 1st "A" Main, 7th Cross(Opp. to TVS Showroom), Vignan Nagar, Bangalore - 560075 Ph:[protected]. Post validating the documents, Dell has extended my laptop's warranty by two years and also sent me Levi's voucher. But they did not send me Sennheiser Headphone as promised. I have written several mails to their cursotmer care email id: RW PROMOTIONS <[protected]@gmail.com>, [protected]@rwp.in & [protected]@mygyftr.com; but in vain. I did not receive even a single response from their end. I even tried calling at[protected], but this line always goes busy and no body picks up. My Dell Laptop Serial Number is: JW1L612.           They are just lying. Sometime they told me that they send my courier by professional courier or sometime they tome tthat they send my courier by bluedart
          My complain is against dell back to college offer(RW promotion Ltd). Didn't received "Senheiser headphone" and " warranty details " yet, It has been more than 2 months, I don't understand what kind of service are you providing. what day should I expect. "[protected]" this is my registered mobile number. can you please check it.Please look into these.

              Dell - Dell Back to College Offer - Cheating customers I purchased the Dell Inspirion laptop. There was this Back to College Offer (offer worth Rs 7K). How it works is, the customer need to submit a cheque for Rs 1299/- to a third party (authorized by Dell) and they will take care of deliverying the free items and processing the additional 2 years warranty. I submitted my cheque within 10 days. RW Promotions Pvt Ltd have one land line number which will not get connected any time you try. I have dropped 2 mails to them but not a single reply. They don't reply to mails. Their number is always busy. Dell is also not listening on this matter. RW promotions is only cheating us. Pathetic experience so far. There is no way to call them as their line is busy through out the day. This is nothing but pure cheating. My dell laptop Model no.- 14R 5437 service tag no. - 69763Z1 Date of purchased 2-Aug-2014

                  My laptop with the s.Tag no : d41x5z1 express service code : [protected], this laptop has the problem with the speaker, my built in speaker is not working, i have taken the lap on 30.08.2014, but when i connect a hadphone in the jack sound is working properly, but the speakers isn't. I tried contacting you on the phone but its getting disconnected. Please let me know whether all dell products are the same or should i get replaced with another company. I tried changing the operating system and with the drivers as well but hte complaint is still the same, hope you people treat customers in a mannerly way and waiting for you call,

                    Hi, I have reported my complaint (service request No | [protected]) couple of days back & dell has replaced my Batter & Motherboard. They provided me re-installing CD & guided me to reinstall the windows. Now when I am trying to install the windows the laptop doesn't boot from CD - Drive & even when I try to open the CD normally it shows empty. I guess their is some problem with my laptop or motherboard they have replaced is old model & I called Dell helpline & they refuse to help me due to some name issue & told me it doesn't cover in warranty Kindly help me out as my pc is affected by virus & I can't do my work.                       selecting one program from desktop, more than one program selected automatically in new window. eg, for selecting microsoft word the warning message asshown bellow "word has detected that your are holding down the CTRL key. Do you want to start word in safe mode"

                        DELL replaced the speaker under warranty last month. Laptop details: Vostro 2520 Service Tag: 41XHYX1 | Express Service Code: [protected] However, the new speaker had some magnetic issue, produced alien humming sound which caused screen vibration too and now the display is distorted and destroyed and the speaker keeps on humming. DELL needs to take responsibility of sending low grade replacement of speaker under warranty which caused such a fatal issue.

                          I do not get enough refund as dell said to me. my dell laptop is faulty so request her to refund and he aggry with tham and declare a credit note of laptop full value Rupees 42000. But dell retailer told me you get just Rupees 30000 from dell.i went to full value of my laptop... my declared credit note details are given as photo proof bellow my dell laptop service Tag no is 3SPL4Z1. vaibhav patel

                            i have given my laptop bearing service tag no. Inspiron 15R NS 110 ST.2W2HTS1 for repair at Dell Authorised Service Centre, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi. on 06.08.2014 .I was told it will be rectified in 2 weeks, after you deposit Rs. 5000/- in citi bank or transfer the amount through net banking in co"s account, for which accounts details were given to me and i transfered the amount on 11.8.2014. the transfered amount receipt was mailed to the service centre. but till date my laptop has not been repaired.I was told their was some issue with the bank, parts of your laptop has not been realeased. i want to ask you, Dell is such a reputed company, makes such a lapse on their part leaving customers to suffer. i request you to please look in to the matter and expedite the same at the earliest. regards sudhir barellia [protected]

                                Recently i got m battery changed through the dell service center in named APEX SYSTEMS, krishna plaza sector-6 dwarka, new delhi. athey changed my battery and did some routine servicing of my laptop and charged me a total of Rs 3150/=. 3 days after this my lap top started to shut by itself without any error message . i contacted the service provider and explained the problem and the sent a technician to look into the same . He checked my laptop and told me that its some hard disk problem . He removed the 2 GB RAM and left only 1 GB RAM and told me to use and check . But the problem is still there. My laptop runs for hardly 20 min and get switched off by iteself . I then again contacted the service provider, but now they are saying that it has a mother board problem and it would cost me 10, 000 RS for new one . I explained them that the problem was not there before they serviced my laptop, but they are not taking any responsibility . They are not even ready to reinsert the 2 GB RAM in my laptop and say that i have to get it done on my one . When i called them 3-4 times explaining that its wrong and cheating, they started to yell and even threatned me not to call again other wise i could face dare consequences. I my work is on hold and no body is listning . I have attached the bills along with my complaint kindly help...

Means Whenever i turn on my laptop. then my mouse cursor automatically change in zoom in or out (+/-) In that case i cant work properly. Even Some time my mouse cursor is not moving also.                                     It takes 15mins to connect with the representative. Further they constantly transfer calls from one department to other and again each time it takes nearly 10mins to contact. Normal call holding period is also nearly 10mins. And after 22mins of total call duration. It directly asks you about your issue resolve feedback, and if you reply No, it disconnects the call. I am trying this from 2 days and my issue is not resolved yet.

                                      Sir/Madam, I had serious issues with the system (laptop) are hereunder: EARLIER: these under mentioned issues were reported within warranty period. 1. system get automatically getting switched off and in order to start it again, either I have to plug in the charger on or detach n simultaneously reattach its battery. 2. during net surfing on Internet Explorer sometimes I do not see the cursor on the web page and I couldn't post photos, files in it and also the internet explorer not responding afterwards. this particular issue is not detected while surfing net on google chrome or Mozilla NOW: this is the new problem detected now system didn't get shut down sometimes. sir the above problems were duly reported to the your customer support and treatments were received but these problems still continuing with the system, which has made the system difficult to use. I had also reported these problems to the customer support but they told me that I have to pay for it now . my question is do I need to pay for the above reported problems if it remained unresolved still by your technical support people, because I believe the issues which I reported prior to the expiry of my warranty period is still need to be resolved without any further charges totally free of cost. sir, if I had to pay for it then it will be a strict dissatisfaction for me of your service teams conduct because I feel it as if this issue need some special attention, then why they went on wasting the time. sir, this system still remaining with me as a burden, I am waiting for your reply in this regard at an earliest, whether I could get some remedy or not, or I have to proceed to dispose it off and switch to some other company Details of the Product I have are under: Dell Inspirion laptop Service Tag No. 2NYGBX1 Express Service Code: [protected] Contact No. of the undersigned user: (+91)[protected] [protected] E-Mail id: dharmbir.[protected]@rediffmail.com waiting for your early response to the above, Thanking you yours faithfully, Dharmbir Pandey Talcher, Angul(Orissa)

                                        From day 1 we are facing the following issues :-
                                        1. The computer frequently shows the notice, "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart . We're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart." While we are using the PC.
                                        2. After this notice the PC will not shutdown, unless we press the start button.
                                        3. Due to the system's error the CD Is unreadable.
                                        4. Os got corruped twice.
                                        5. Due the above problem the system is deformated once by the distributor, yet the Issue is not resolved.
                                        6. Distributor concluded that the above problem arise due to the hardware issue.
                                        Today[protected] we handed over the laptop to the distributor.
                                        Kindly resolve the issue, with high priority, without affecting the quality of the pc.
