1. The computer frequently shows the notice, "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart . We're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart." While we are using the PC.

I have purchased Dell laptop on 1.9.2011 from Dubai ( Copy of the invoice and and delivery chellan forwarded ). I had placed an order for Dell Studio 1558 laptop battery through Dell partner CompuIndia.in. I placed order on 11th Aug 2014 was informed through an SMS that it would be delivered by 13th Aug 2014.
