My daughter has purchased Dell Laptop vide order number[protected]. It is getting overheated abnormally while operating it. Several times I have lodged compliant to the [protected]@Dell.com. No action has been taken by the management against my compliant. This is for your kind action to resolve my problem at the earliest.

DELL — Laptop Hardware not replaced after repeated call to the customer care
I have a dell Inspiron laptop which still has a on-site warranty and i have a problem with the wireless modem which is not working properly, i gave a call to the customer care and they said that they will send a person to replace the hardware to my home and even after repeatedly calling them on the customer care number, i am unable to get them to send an engineer to my home and get it replaced, it has been over 3 weeks now and they still have not responded to me. The complaint number for the dell hardware replace issue is[protected].
