Hello Team,

I have Dell Studio 1550 laptop with service tag B6RD7K1-DY.

Currently, I am facing problem as follows:

· Laptop does not come up and gives 7 continuous beeps. (May be Motherboard issue)
· Last few months laptop was getting hang and I end up with reboot
· Display screen shows 7 star-points kind of symbols which appear very disturbing.


Due to this I am running into big business loss as I called up Online Dell technical support 3 weeks back and even reached out to Pune Dell Service center.

I always get reply “Parts not available” DS-1550 laptop manufacturing stopped by dell and other nonsense stuff.

Requesting you to quickly look into this issue and assist me to get fix from Dell for all issue as I will be on business trip to USA next month and want fix this issue asap.

DELL — Poor product and tech support

Dell service is horrible in India. I have a very bad time with Dell XPSm1530 laptop. Do not believe the award winning service rubbish on their web site. I had a flickering screen within 3 months of sparing use. They changed the motherboard and now it is completely blank. No support for last 10 days. No response from the dell Bangalore office. The service reps in Pune and Mumbai do not pick up the phone. All in all I think it was one of the biggest mistake in my life to buy this over advertised laptop. Why don’t we all get together and sue in the consumer court for misleading consumers and false advertising about product support.
i totally agree with u Dr.Vinay.DELL is really an overadvertised product fooling atleast indian consumers.even they guarantee replacement of parts under complete cover but the question is how come a new laptop of such a reputed company(i assumed it was) can get screwed on the second day of its purchase(asi have seen many).i live in a hostel and atleast 30 dell laptops have been purchased in past 3 months and every day something terrible happens to someones laptop.and the service they provide is again state of the art.I am totally convinced that dell is using secondhand or repaired parts otherwise there is no reason for these things.even dell customer service representatives have no answer for that all they say is we will replace that soon(ofcourse with another repaired one).

DELL — bad support

Dear Sir,
I have been following up with Dell for servicing and repairing of my workstation from more than a week now.
Dell support is not even close to award winning. They give reasons like the part (SMPS) is not available in India and needs to be shipped and hence the delay.

Please address this problem as soon as possible as this means business loss to me. Dell is very callous in its approach to service clients.

I got my 15R Inspiron on 8th Sep 2010.. i was suppose to get 1year McAfee subscription .. but i got only a months subscription.. m into IT .. my office timings are different... tried talking to the Dell people on the toll free number many a times... whenever i cal up , get a response as executives are busy.. If any1 picks up d cal dey jst tel u dt dey r tranfering d cal to sum other person.. hell... dey never entertain any questions or any issues... dey jst keep transfering d cal and than the u get to listen to the same message saying that the executives are busy .. even i[censored] like stay on d line for 1 hr dey vil never entertain you... i told my dealer abt dis he said to call customer care ...

DELL — bad customer service

Dear Team,

My name is Shariq Khan and my laptop service tag no. is BNTH6Q1 ,few months ago i bought a laptop from dell in the hope of good customer service and product.but my all hopes went in vain since the day i bought this laptop.
Few days back i called dell helpline for a petty issue that my laptop wasnt detecting the USB pen drive.i called the helpline spoke to u r executive he took remote access of my system from me and kept doing sumthing for 20 mins.Later on he asked me to restart the system again when i did so my system wasnt getting restarted.i asked him what happen he dropped the call and never tried to call me back.then again i called the helpline again told the whole issue but again listening to everything the call was dropped again.again i called helpline again same story,again i did the same and same story was going on there.i called the helpline five times and near about three -four hours were wasted and my laptop was useless as it wasnt even powering on now.
Then i called the helpline last time and asked him to transfer my call to any of your senior on the floor,but that guy kept arguing with me and never transferred my call to anyone and finally that call was also dropped.he kept ensuring me of a call back next but as we all know "tommorow never comes"and this phrase has got high value in dell's tech helpline.

I kept struggling with my useless laptop my self and dell never came for the rescue.Again yesterday i called the tech helpline for the issue to request and engineer visit the guy muted my call and never came back he didnt even gave me a proper hold ,i kept hanging there for 8-9 minutes and then same story call drop.
Can anyone suggest me that have i made such a big mistake by buying a dell latop that i have been punished so long .Shame on dell and shame on your helpline if you guys cant resolve such a petty issue or if you guys are not capable of resolving these issues what you people are doing there.

I admit that i have made a big mistake of buying a dell laptop but plz dont punish me so badly.

Poor Customer support as they don't provide expected service for which we already charged and dont know how Indian governmnet allow them to do business without proper business plan
My brand new dell laptop: $800 to buy had immediate problems
* user accounts would not add/delete
* SD card reader not working
* touchpad enable/disable button not working

Dell phone support actually quite efficiently (hours) updated the bios and drivers. Fixed the SD card reader, but not the touchpad enable/disable.
During BIOS update I lost the helper and had to call back, then the nightmare began.

The software support person absolutely insisted that my keyboard is bad (although the keys worked fine) .While I explained the keys are working ok, he insisted that it had to be a hardware problem. 3 hours off from work plus replacing a keyboard with a new one (laptop keyboard replacement) same problem. (touchpad not working).

We called in to the 'hardware department' who insisted that "the hardware is fine, it is a software problem" while the software department insists "the software is fine, it must be a hardware problem". Back and forth, one department at Dell blames the other, and we go nowhere. Asking for a return gives no help. I see from all the other reviews that the standard routine is to send back & forth between their service center & back until your warranty expires, then tell you to shove off.

During our conversation, they repeatedly made false claims. Anyway, I won't go through everything. Suffice it to say, they said they will escalate my claim to senior management and I will get a call in 24 hours. I never got that call.

I saw a quality survey of dell, acer, hp, Lenovo, apple products. Dell is home machines were at the bottom 30% below even cheapest Chinese brand PCs.

I have been a long time Dell buyer, since 2003. I am planning to switch. Dell computer quality really seems to have gone downhill,

I really hope they pull it out of the gutter, I like buying from American companies.

    I have bought a dell laptop from a vendor/distributor/shopkeeper in Ranchi(A city in India) on 21st uly 2012.It get never shut down.I had to power it off.(Actually it was a motherboard problem).I called to dell for the problem.They told that warranty was upto 21st March only.Next I called my shopkeeper in Ranchi.He took almost 2 months of time to update.When he updated it,already it was May last.Moreover warranty given was upto 2nd July which was 19 days less than that of 1 year.I called Dell and they replaced motherboard and battery.Again there was a problem and I called dell and they again replaced motherboard.Now warranty was over.On 19th July again there was a problem in laptop.I asked local repair shop.They told that motherboard need to be changed.I am really shocked with the service of dell!!Because I believed that Dell is number one laptop company.I am really shocked and depressed with the service of dell laptop.

      This is Mahesh Gutha,

      I have given my laptop for service on 5th July in dell authorized service center near domlur. They told within three working days you will get a call. On 12th I have got a call saying ODD, HDD and BZL needs replacement and asked me to pay 11000 INR to proceed with service. I have paid the amount on 16th July through online transfer , When I called them they told my laptop will be delivered by 19th July. But on 19th July I have got a mail saying my laptop will be delivered by 6th august which is almost 1 month from the date I gave my laptop. When I called them again they told we will refund your amount and we will not be able to do service because of non availability of parts. I don’t understand why they asked for money when they don’t have parts available. When I asked is it not your responsibility to do service , they are saying that dell laptop comes with a life of 3 years only and we will not support after that. Then why they accepted for service.

      i have bought my laptop on 15th July 2010 and I have given my laptop for service on 5th July 2013 , They intentionally delayed the service andy they told 3 years are over and we will not support.

      This is my second dell laptop and I would not suggest any one to buy dell again as it wont work/no support or parts will be available after 3 years.

      If that is the case , they should clearly mentioned 3years life on their products.

        i bought a dell inspiron n411z laptop from computer plaza ,shalamar road jammu on 23rd of july 2012 and after few months i faced a little issue with my screen ,mouse pad and usb ports and i contacted dealer about the same but he didn't show any interest . I called dell customer services and from there i got to know that my laptop was out of warranty and it was bought in the month of jan 2012 from US. The dealer is still not resolving my issue.i am frustrated.plz help

          This has reference to a number of Dell Vostro 3450 model giving us issues with the LCD panel bezel splitting open with a number of notebooks consistently since close to 2 months now and even before that.
          As of now we have roughly 17 systems that have given this issue with differing intensities and causing problems to our field staff at different locations in India.
          We had procured approximately 200 nos. of the above mentioned model in the second half of 2011 and have faced issues intermittently with the LCD bezel since then.
          We initially thought that the issue with the bezel splitting open was due to users not handling the system carefully but since the last 2 months the numbers have increased drastically thereby making us think it could be an issue with quality.
          We have been following up with Dell since then and have been dissatisfied with the support received.

          At first we were informed that the systems were damaged by user and therefore ineligible for the accidental damage support. On further escalation to our Dell Sales representative, he promised to revert in a few days and provided us a solution that we would have to pay the service fee for the repair to which we agreed.
          It has been over a month since then and we have now been informed that the parts are going to be imported from Malaysia and expected closure for the issues would be in the third week of July 2013.
          We have been very patient and have trusted Dell to keep up to their promise which has not been fulfilled.
          Our field staff are suffering due to their systems malfunctioning and the issue with the systems has been escalated to the highest level within Glenmark. We have been made to feel that our users are handling the systems very roughly resulting in the damage to them. The issue could be with one or two systems but 17 open calls for the same model in such a short period of time is not a coincidence or user mishandling case. We have in fact also received a complaint for the new model (Vostro 3460) again related to the LCD.

          DELL ,Laptop — Late delivery over 1 month

          My Laptop was scheduled to arrive at near January 5th,but it hasn't arrived till now..order no. was 2271259 and customer no. 290008.I asked for the delay reason,but no response.Please look in the matter.Thanks

          Dell India, Notebook Computer — Delay in delivery

          This is regarding my order no :[protected] [ Dell India]
          I was in touch with the New Numbai staff who were to deliver the parcel. But thery failed to deliver at the right time. Also no one has responded to me during difficulties in finding the address.
          This is absolutely ridiculous. Not very new issue to me but Blue Dart is a reputed company. If you really care for your customers you or the customer service can send me a mail regards this.

          i have also oredered a dell studio 15 laptop on 31st july'09 and the estimated deleivery date was 10th aug but till now i m not yet recived my laptop and the delievery date has been changed to 24th aug . i m sick of dell late delievry service .

          Yes finally i hav recieved my dell laptop that too before the 2nd estimated date . I got my laptop on 20th Aug noon, I got a sms from the blue dart people that my laptop will be delivered by 20th between 11a.m to 5 p.m . And I got it at about 1 pm . My manufacture build was completed on 17th . But yes there will be no frequent updation in the dell site about the status . So I also got surprised when i recived that mesgs frm the courier people . Hopefully u ll also get it before 7th .

          Laptop — late delivery

          my docet no.[protected],i have not got my delivery till now .it is booked on 7th dec.09 from jaipur to pune by air .so,you solve my problem now.

          DELL — repair

          I have Latitude D630 ,ID no 7CHLQ1S. It was covered in warranty, when it one of its hinge(connecting LCD to main body) broke. I put in a repair request No[protected] on 11th Jan, 2010. I was told that although warranty covers all hardware failures, this was due to usage and not component failure and that I must purchase the part. Although it is strange that only one hinge should fail due to usage and not the other as both hinges are operated simultaneously.
          Nevertheless, I decided to purchase the part and on Jan 13 I received a mail telling me that the part is also not available separately and the only way I can get the repair done is by purchasing a comprehensive warranty costing 16,500 for a year. How can a repair be done under warranty and the same part be not available. They want me to pay Rs. 16,500 to get one hinge of my laptop repaired! I send reminder mails on Jan 15 and Jan 18, with no response. This is arm twisting me to take a comprehensive warranty by not offering me any support. I seriously not expect this from an MNC like Dell known to deliver highest level of customer service.

          I am in dark as to how to get the repair done.

            I HAVE PURCHASED DELL LAPTOP INSPIRON 15R N5110 ON 26-OCT-2012 WITH SERVICE TAG G89WQR1. SO, ACCORDING TO RULE I GOT ONE YEAR WARRANTY BUT DELL WEBSITE IS SHOWING UPTO 18 JULY 2013, I CONTACTED DELL REGARDING THIS IN MONTH OF MAY AND THEY SUGGEST ME TO TALK TO DEALER. SO I MAKE A CONTACT NOW DEALER IS SAYING THAT THEY HAVE SEND DETAILS TO COMPANY, BUT STILL THE WARRANTY IS NOT UPDATED.
            I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY CUSTOMER NEED TO CONTACT DEALER REGARDING ALL THIS ISSUE??, WILL ANY CUSTOMER BUY A LAPTOP AFTER SEEING A DEALER OR A COMPANY??,
            I SAY THAT I DON'T KNOW DEALER, I JUST KNOW THE COMPANY BUT COMPANY IS NOT GOING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.

            2) THERE IS MANY HARDWARE PROBLEM IN MY LAPTOP, LIKE :
            a) SOMETIMES ON DISPLAY THERE OCCUR SOME LINES WHILE USING IT AND SYSTEM GETS HANG UP THEN I HAVE NO CHOICE OTHER THAN MAKING IT RESTART. SO ACC TO ME THERE MIGHT ME PROBLEM IN DISPLAY.
            b) BATTERY LIFE IS GETTING LOW, AS NOW IT LAST LONG ONLY FOR 1:30hr APPROX.
            c) CHARGER GETS OVERHEATED WHILE USING.
            d) SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY GET HANG UP AFTER SOMETIME , THEN I HAVE TO RESTART THE SYSTEM AGAIN. DUE TO WHICH THERE IS LOSS OF MY WORK.
            e) SOMETIMES SPEED OF PROCESSOR FAN IS HIGH.
            f) THERE ARE SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE BODY OF LAPTOP.

            I MUST SAY DELL HAVE WORST SERVICE AND WORST PRODUCT ALL OVER THE WORLD. DELL IS MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMERS.

            Dell Laptop — service warranty

            I purchased my laptop warranty from Dell computers since the laptop was of a Dell brand.
            when I ask for service Dell is unable to provide the service.
            When I asked to refund my money they are ready to refund and said we raised the refund now it is about one month passed , I do not get my refund of Rs. 14400.

              hello,
              i have bought a Dell laptop, " model no: Insp 15R 5521, Order no:[protected] " on 13th June 2013. " Express service code- [protected]"
              its not even 4 days that i faced recovery problem and took around 4 hrs to reset the factory setting by online technician, which continued for 3 times, i can make out the its a internal damage.

              now after 15 days i am facing permanent Battery failure, which is unexpected as its not even a month.
              i heard dell is good brand but i am experiencing pathetic services.
              I want the complete product exchnage or cash refund,I have registered so many complains but no resonse.
              Dell is giving me harresment and i am distubed due to it.

              If i dont get any solution at earliest then i have to register complain in consumer court.

              DELL — moniter is not working , i mean lack of back ground light i can not seen nothing

              i purchased one lapTop on september 2008 from Jumbo Burdubai, now the moniter is not working, that is due to lack of back ground light, i can not see nothing. several time i try to contact service department. if you give the exact location of service center in dubai ( I am in Al Quose) it will be dood.

                Audio/sound problem

                I was listening song in my laptop.Suddenly the sound stop.After that my sound Was not working . I have reinsatall the driver from dell website .
                And i have update the driver after that my sound was coming.
                In headphones or outside speakers like computer speakers i have attached it but the sound was coming...
                please help me..

                  DELL - provided non-genuine window
                  When i got my dell laptop Hard disk replaced from Dell Service Centre Gurgaon - Sec - 14, they installed a non-genuine window on my laptop, when i raised the issue with Dell Support team and Dell escalation team, they took 10 days and said that they cant do anything. I tried to contact Microsoft, but they did not reply.
                  Now i am suffering because of dell and there is no one to listen. What can i do now?

                    I recievd the said desktop on 22nd June. I waited Dell person to install, but when contacted they said , I can install myself as the all the system is preloaed.
                    On 24th when I opended the package an installed it ,found that the Monitor is alightly tilted . On contacting the tech support they said we can not send hard ware team as I had oped it my self.
                    No what to do.Pl help me any one.

                      I have purchased a new laptop my side panel was broken so I complained in dell to make repaired they sad that turn on your laptop press f12 then run diagnostic as the test completed my laptop restart and the screen flashes two three times and than show me a dialogue box in which their was written no booting device found so the customer care said to restart and then press f2 I did the same and then they said to change some setting and press f10 then y the system restart but still display the same thing so they said that the windows is now starting so they need to replace motherboard and hard disk and told them that my touch pad is not working so they said to replace it also and sometimes my dvd rom was also not working (when I press button present on dvd rom the tray doesn't open but from my computer it gets opened) so they said replace that also and some more things that I don't remember was replaced (total 12 parts) . the next day engineer came and replaced the parts then the next I got an unexpected shock from its body and my OS suddenly shut downs and its reset option(in windows 8 ) was not working and it start hanging or stops working till I press power button for long and the heat of laptop increases and make keyboard very hot to be touched and giving me a miner electric shocks so I again call dell they again send the some parts (mother board , touchpad ,keyboard, ac adapter,etc) at that time I checked the laptop it works fine but the next day again I get an electric shock from it ( I know that isn't because of earthing because I have another laptop from which i doesn't get any electric shock ) and some more issues like data transfer become slow and there is no graphic card in this motherboard( but when I purchased laptop it has amd radeon hd 8730m ) now I become very frustrated I told dell to give me a new laptop as all my parts have been changed now still it is not working properly but they simply refused to do so what can I do to get my laptop replaced

                      DELL — Laptop Hardware not replaced after repeated call to the customer care

                      I have a dell Inspiron laptop which still has a on-site warranty and i have a problem with the wireless modem which is not working properly, i gave a call to the customer care and they said that they will send a person to replace the hardware to my home and even after repeatedly calling them on the customer care number, i am unable to get them to send an engineer to my home and get it replaced, it has been over 3 weeks now and they still have not responded to me.                           Manoj here from pune,i have DELL INSPIRON N5050 which is in warranty service tag no. 7N4NNT1,i am facing speakers and mouse touch pad problem so i decided to call customer care they solve touch pad problem but for the speaker they are saying you are using VLC Player and that damage you speakers,i have two media players in my system KEMP and VLC so if a person not using VLC player then how damage will occur,i told dell guyz the same story but they are continuously saying the same thing and asking money for replacing my system speakers,why should i pay money if my system is in warranty.
                          one more thing,nowhere is written that if you are using VLC warranty will not cover.

                          help me for this because i dont have money to waste somewhere unnecessarily.

                          Sincere apologies for the experience you have been through. I understand your concern as denial of speaker replacement by Dell due to VLC usage. I need you to understand the reason because VLC when used at high levels i.e. above 100% damages the speakers since the speakers shipped with laptops are only 2W capacity and are not able to take the load. . Unfortunately any damage caused to the system hardware due to third party software is not covered under the warranty.

                          Yes same here. Dell cheat people by suitably altering the terms of warranty. I regret now about taking complete cover accidental warranty for 3 years. Wasting my Rs 10000. Getting accidental warranty- Highly not recommended,

                            DELL — Non Repair of machine

                            A) My Dell Studio laptop was stop working from about 20 days back. I logged a complaint (Number[protected] on 7th July'10.The agent was good and knowledgeable to talk to. Unfortunately, till date I am unable to use my laptop and has to request many people to allow me to use their system. Till now no resolution has been provided by Dell. I have contacted dell 3 times after 7th July'10. Following problems are faced:

                            1) It takes too long to reach an agent. Even if I reach the agent, they kept me on hold for long time which is cost in terms of time as well as money.
                            2) Every time agent promises to call back and to keep me updated about the status but never do so. Last, I contacted an agent on 15th July; he promised to get back to me at the earliest but has not done anything till date.
                            3) I am unable to start my system. It is a bog inconvenience as my important work in lined up because of non-accessibility to data. Also, it’s embarrassing to ask people for their system.
                            4) It has been 20 days to put a complain and till now their has been no resolution. The laptop is still under warranty but company is not providing any solution and any replacement for the same.
                            5) Its the case of consumer harassament and I am suffering a lot because of this.

                            I Have a Dell XCD 35 under warranty.

                            One fine day the display was not working and when I took it to service center the guy said that the display was broken and was not covered under warranty.

                            Moreover he was charging 7000 Rs for Display repairs for a mobile which sell around 8000 Rs

                              Sir,
                              I am a Mass Communication student. I bought a new dell Inspiron laptop and not even a month my display screen started to show linings in there. I called up the customer care service and asked them about the problem. First of all, they did some testing through the net and later they even asked me to send the snapshot of the screen. I did all the possibilities that i can to get my laptop repaired but the nothing was done so far. I had to call them up several times reminding them to please repair the system. But their answer to my question was that the parts were unavailable. Also, my date to leave the current location was approaching so i asked them to repair it as soon as possible. They said that it would be done by 2-3 working days, but no, nothing like that ever happened. But i did not give up, so i called the customer care again and again asking them to send an engineer to repair the system. Later i had a call from their Supervisor who happens to tell me that the parts had been reached to my current location and that the service would be done by the next day. The other day when the service needs to be actually done, i got a call from the service centre saying that the parts were not available again as they have given the service to another customer. Now my question is, how can that be possible? If this was what i needed to hear then why did they give me hope? If they had known for the fact that it could not be done actually why did they kept me waiting for another day? It has been approximately 10 days i kept waiting for the engineer to arrive and repair my system. I was said that Dell service was good, and this is what i got to see.
                              It would be an honor if you look into these matter for me as this was not a simple problem. I would be grateful if you do so.

                                I have taken a Laptop from dell website.But It was not the same Laptop as it was shown on the website

                                Scenario:

                                Laptop showing on the website was different(with Touchscreen) to me.when I have ordered the laptop in the confirmation mail it was different(without touchscreen) to me.
                                As I have read the configuration at time of submission of order on website so I have not checked the confirmation mail in details and I have payed the money.

                                When I have talked to the laptop company person then they have told me the touchscreen laptop with high price and the explained me that It is a only for attracting customer but when you go inside that link it will be different as delivered to you.


                                My Problem:
                                As I have ordered the laptop by seeing on website.Although they are agree that they will refund my money but it will take time.


                                I need your advice what should I do in this case ??

                                I brought one Dell laptop from Saudhi on 6/06/2009 , when i brought this i was aware that the Dell has international warranty . So only i brought form this Saudhi even my country is India.                                 I Sunil Philip a self employed from Delhi. I purchased a Dell Inspiron N4010 14R corei3 Laptop on 13/7/2009 with a service tag number 633T5BS from “Technology Next Infocom, G-7 Pragathi House 47-48, Nehru Place New Delhi-19. It has been many problems with my system from the day I purchased. When it switched on it very sharp humming sound is coming and the Touch pad is not working properly and is getting hotter than normal.

                                At first I went to the dealer which the address given above and they told me that they have no responsibility with this issue ‘whatever you want you do you can’. I called dell customer support on 22nd July 2010 at least 6 times but no support from there, at last talked with Ms. Kamini and her senior officer Mr. Karim and they told me that service Executive will come to my place on Friday (23rd July 2010) or 26th July 26, 2010(Monday) and he will replace all the damaged piece (Speakers, Touch Pad etc) But nobody come. On Monday I again called to Dell customer support Monday (26thJuly2010). But the answer was now they don’t have stock of spare parts with them. It will take another one month to receive the parts from Singapore. So I asked for replacement. But there is neither proper reply nor a responsible support from them.

                                As I said I am a self employed and the system is very essential thing for my daily business. Now I am struggling without a system. The bill of this laptop is attached with this complaint.

                                I humbly request to the court that please take a suitable action against this complaint. I am really disappointed by the irresponsible behavior of dell.

                                i have purchased a newl laptop from vijay sales on 11-7-13 but my battery back up is very low just like a old battery and also have opening problems . please look in to this matter

                                Monitor display is hazy and mouse not working

                                The monitor display is hazzy and we are not able to see the display. The mouse is also not working with this desk top. However the mouse is working with other laptop.

                                webcam not working and white dot on display

                                Hi this is Pankit Shah from Ahmedabad. my dell service tag num is : JKL2DT1 my webcam is not working and there is white dot in display. please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I placed an order with Dell on 9th May 2013 for the laptop battery and have not received it in over 3 weeks now, whereas I was promised delivery in 3-4 days time. The same problem I face was when I had ordered the Laptop and the delivery was delayed by almost 2 months. There service has deteriorated over the years.

                                  This time when I mailed them on feedback about the battery, there was not response from the customer care side. Only after sending a second mail was I told that they will look into the matter.

                                  They just take customers for granted. We all should come together and take legal action against Dell.

                                  DELL — NOT DELIVERING WHAT THEY HAD PROMISED

                                  I had placed an order with dell on 7th july 2010.
                                  I chose dell because they were offering free bluetooth headset with the laptop.
                                  I work from 9 to 7 and the only source to relax would be my laptop in which i had planned to watch movie and listen to songs.
                                  Dell people had promised to deliver the laptop in 10 working days.
                                  I didnt get any order in 10 days. i called the customer care, the person with whom i had talked regarding the laptop.
                                  The person did not recieve my calls and customer care told it'll take another 7 days because bluetooth headset was not available.
                                  I couldnt do anything.
                                  I got my laptop delivered on 28th(nearly after a month)
                                  and WITHOUT THE BLUETOOTH HEADSET.
                                  I got a mail in which they said they are not able to give the bluetooth headset because of shortage and they have asked me either to choose a mouse or wait till SEPTEMBER end.
                                  I've again n again mailed them but they dont reply.
                                  This is not done, i feel so stressed. i chose dell only because they were providing me a free headset.
                                  Please help me

                                  DELL Laptops — Laptop Not delivered even after a month

                                  I have purchased a dell laptop on 6th august 2010 they promised me to deliver it on or before 25 august. But i haven't recieved my laptop yet, inspite of several tries to contact the sales representative he is not picking up my calls and when i am asking to return my money back they are saying that it would take 25 days for returning the money, after trying again and again last week when i was able to contact the sales representative he told me that they can't deliver the laptop as a result he has canceled my order of his own and now i have an option rather i can take my money back which would take a procedure of min 25 days or i can opt of other laptop that would be delivered within a week's time, i again gave them a chance to deliver the laptop on nxt week but now they again called me and said they can't deliver the laptop this week also, i have suffered a huge loss because of this please help me out.......
                                  DLL is a worst company. Business of this comany should be bycuttted from india and should be declared fraud company as this company harashed to costumers.
                                  On all these complaints Suprim Court of India should take action against DELL company and declared black listed.
                                  the same problem is with me . i had purchased my dell inspiron N5010 which was deliverd to me on 25th of july (i week late) and haven't got the bluetooth headset. i had choosen dell just because of this offer.i had contacted and they told me the same thing of delivering it at the end of september but now it's october ending. when i now contacted them than they say it will take 8-10 days.
                                  i had contacted them 4 times this month but the same reply comes. i am really frustrated and don't know what to do.

                                  Dell india service — Laptop Delivery

                                  Hi,

                                  I had made payment against Order #[protected] on 19-FEB-2011 & was promised a delivery within 1 week. However, the order wasn't delivered on time. Later I was given a delivery date of 09-MAR-2011 which again was revised for 11-MAR-2011 and again revised for 13-MAR-2011. today revised for 24-MAR-2011
                                  Its been almost a month since this order is pending at Dell side. please suggest me .

                                    There is a problem in my Dell Inpiron 7520 Laptop (which is under warranty) that the bluetooth headphones are not working with it from past 2-3 months. I had complained about this in dell customer care and now it has been 1 and half month and my problem has not beenr resolved. Neither they are giving any replacement nor they are resolving the issue.
                                    Even the customer cares have taken the remote access and moreover may times they take the remote access and donot do anything on my Laptop ,they just take the remote access and then left the laptop as it is.

                                    Ther is a limit of everything. I mean This is not the way to treat a customer. Even after their remote accesses my normal head phones are not working with my laptop and it is getting hang after every 10 -15 minutes.

                                    I am just fed up with the company. I have dropped 5-6 mails all the customer care executives whom i have taked and their names are Jasminder Sethi,Charu Shrivastva,Abhishek Mishsra,Parag Gogia,Anurag Prashar any many more whose names i have not remembered.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and provide me the Solution from the company.

                                    They Replace the Bluetooth Device of my Laptop. After Much Efforts made by this Forum, Dell Engineer Came to my Place and Replaced my Blutooth device With the new one.

                                      I using dell inspiron 1525 laptop, past few days i facing a problem laptop suddenly switch off. so i discuss with my friends gave service in ram info tech laptop service station.they told about problem in ur motherboard with sum off 12000. so i taken back laptop from ram info tech. but while taking back laptop from ram info tech , laptop is not all switching on..its in dead condition.. they spoil my laptop. worst service, they are telling that no1 laptop service? **** ... just remove names no1. worst laptop service center.

                                        My daughter has purchased Dell Laptop vide order number[protected]. It is getting overheated abnormally while operating it. Several times I have lodged compliant to the [protected]@Dell.com. No action has been taken by the management against my compliant.
