Company is refusing to replace damaged speakers which is under warranty period.The service center and tech support is saying that, the speakers damaged due to use of third party software.And i was not intimated regarding this policy of the company before.Now i want the company to change speakers.

    My system was collected by Bluedart courier on 28/09/2012, POD no - [protected] for replacement.

    Its been 29 days and till now I have not received any reply from Dell people .

    Everytime , I am calling the customer care , they are saying that my concerned representative will call me , but there has been no call received .

    The customer care people are lying and keeping me in dark saying that I will receive the credit note by tomorrow , but there tomorrow never comes. This is continuing for past 15 days.

    The Customer Care has a very reluctant attitude and are making no communication with me regarding the same.

      my laptop is under 1 year complete cover warranty of laptop . 5 days ago i formatted my laptop and since then the internal speakers of my laptop are not working . on contacting the customer care representative , i was asked which all media players i have on laptop. since vlc is one of them i was told that the speakers have gone nonfunctional because of the vlc media player and the company will not replace the speakers . i asked them to at least send a representative to ascertain the cause of the malfunction rather than completely blaming it on something else. i was denied and told that the company will not entertain any further argument on this regards.
      if the company can not even send someone to ascertain the cause of any problem of its product on warranty , them why am i paying the amount for warranty.

        i bought a laptop from intelenet infotech, sector-17, vashi, navi mumbai. after two months it stopped booting. i called dell service centre number for warranty and after checking my service tag number they told me this is not to be sold in india, this laptop is not authorized to be sold in india, its illegal. so i can't even repair my laptop. i have a bill for that laptop with service and vat taxes paid of amount 46,700 rupees. please help me. my email address is [protected]@gmail.com, alamgir shaikh cell no.         DELL — illegal sale

        i have purchased a dell inspiron N4030 laptop from P.G.MICRO SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. SCF-22 Sector-14market, near HUDA office, Gurgaon....
        I recently came to know the fact that the laptop is imported from Thailand and sold to me which is an unauthorised sale in India....
        So kindly please send me a mail confirming that this is an unauthorised sale, so that proper action should be taken against the dealer and get my money back.......

          I have purchased Dell make laptop in Durgapur, West Bengal . The system started giving trouble and I have lodged complaint at Hyderabad where I was staying at the time of it’s failure. I have given a clear written instruction for the delivery of the ‘to be replaced system’ at my New Delhi address vide my Email message dated 8th october 2012. Inspite of my written instruction, the system was dispatched to Hyderabad where I am not residing anymore. Upon contacting Dell at Delhi during the period of 15th to 17th October’12, I was repeatedly assured that the system will be delivered by 20th positively at Delhi address. However, till date, the system is not delivered and upon enquiring, it is still lying at Hyderabad’s Bluedart office.
          Both Dell and Bluedart are every time confirming that in two / three days time the system will be delivered; however, just now got the information that the system will be dispatched by road which means it shall take many more days for delivering the same at my Delhi address.
          I am very sorry to say that no one at Dell takes responsibility in taking prompt action as our only means of communication is through phones and persons attending to the calls are totally reckless or may be that their communications with further staff are falling in deaf ears.
          I am appearing for important exams and every day is valuable for me and for last one month fed up talking to Dell. I don’t know when I will get my system and I am facing irreparable loss of time prior to my competitive exams.

                My work profile as technical service engineer for News Paper iCTP systems makes me travel 25 days in a month within India.

                Communicating using mobile phone is very important for me and the company i work for.

                Customers too call for seeking solutions to the problems they face while using iCTP systems installed.



                Since I have purchased this instrument, I have been facing Network problem.

                Please go through attachments and trailing email for history.

                Even after replacement of instrument by Dell, complaint is persisting.



                I am trying to call Accel Frontline Services Limited for my Complaint Status (MUT-DL-12-OOO42O3-DW Registered on Sep 15 2012 4:3 PM) but they are not answering the phone.



                Callers i.e. Family members, customers and office peers are and have not been able to reach me at the hour of there need.



                Though I have changed SIM card, it gives problem with this handset but not with any other handset. I have tried this time and again.



                My request to you is to resolve this issue once in for all as it is over due.

                Alternatively, please take back this instrument and either replace with an instrument that works or make a refund.



                Will await your response and resolution.

                If you are facing some issue with the set would kindly request you to visit the center. Let our engineer check the set thoroughly and its only after we will be able to confirm on the next course of action.

                If there is any soft issue in the set and our engineer can resolve it by soft setting they will do the same. if there is any manufacturing error and i[censored]nit is within warranty period we will provide replacement without any charge. But if there is customer damage or external damage or i[censored]nit has crossed warranty period we can still provide replacement only on chargeable bases.



                Would also like to inform you that if the replacement has to be arranged we would require 7-8 working days for the same and as there is issue only with the set we will replace only the set and accessories (Battery, Charger, Hand’s-Free, Memory-Card) will remain same. if the same has to be done on chargeable bases then payment has to be done in form of Demand Draft only, drown in favor of Global Infonet Distribution Pvt. Ltd.

                    To whom so ever it may concern,

                    XPS SERVICE TAG NUMBER – DSVJWL1

                    This letter is to let u know about the UNSATISIFED DELL customer who was never able to use his XPS because it always Had problems.
                    Till Date in a years’ time there have been 8 Part Replacements and the laptop could not be trusted for further use because it kept on having problems
                    I would like to list out the Problems
                    1. The Hard Disk Crashed - The Hard Disk was Changed But System didn’t come on
                    2. The Mother board had a Problem - The Mother Board was changed but the Laptop was heating up
                    3. The HDMI Stopped Working – The Daughter board was changed but the heating problem prevailed
                    4. The 2nd Mother board was changed and then the Heat sink was also changed – I was assured by the Technician that the Heat problem will be resolved.
                    5. The heat problem still prevailed and the Palm rest stopped working – The palm rest was changed
                    6. The speakers stopped working – The speakers were changed,
                    7. Now I am facing the same problem all around again. The XPS doesn’t start at all and it says there is a Boot Problem and it asks for a Windows Repair. When I try to repair it doesn’t repair and it suggest that the windows must be re-installed. I had spoken to the customer care regarding the problem and they suggested a Reinstall of the OS with formatting of all the drives and partitions. I tried reinstalling the OS 3 times continuously but it was unsuccessful. I turned off the laptop and after a few hours tried again and the OS installed but now again I am having the same problem. Sometimes it starts and sometime it shows the boot problem.

                    I had spoken to the customer care again and they told me that DELL will not help me as the system is out of warranty. 1st thing is that u guys dragged on the case by changing one part after the other and now finally u tell me that it is out of warranty.
                    WITH SO MANY REPLACEMENTS AND ME FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN WHAT DO U THINK THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE – I AM SURE THAT IN THE MIDST O[censored] MAKING SO MANY LAPTOPS THERE CAN BE ONE LAPTOP WHICH COULD BE DEFESTIVE AND I THINK ITS DELL’S RESPONSIBILLITY TO REPALCE THE DEFECTIVE LAPTOP
                    So I would like for u to know that this is the last and final time that I use a dell product and I would suggest all to stop using the laptops as it is the worst product EVER

                      I am fed up of calling Dell Customer Care India, and i am forced to approach you.

                      Problem faced by me.

                      1. TFT monitor screen is flickering rapidly and giving blurred images
                      and screen brightness is varying. and is going on-off.

                      2. Speakers are having problem with too low volume.


                      I calledup Dell Customer Care @ [protected] today afternoon and was
                      greeted by Akshita and call was forwarded to technical deptt after
                      too much struggle, i am sorry to state that i had to beg the executive
                      to transfer call to tech deptt.

                      finally the lady transferred the call to technical deptt, executive
                      James who checked my details / warranty etc and promised a call back
                      by respective team responsible for hardware failure in next 20 mins

                      It came out to be false promise as noone called up. This is too bad
                      service for an Inwarranty product.



                      Resolution i am looking for :

                      1. Engineer visit immediately and Replacement of monitor and speaker
                      as both are Inwarranty.

                      2. This has to be done immediately as facing problem since friday evening
                      and there is no support on saturday and sundays. and is hampering my
                      studies badly.

                      Would appreciate if Can someone get back to me with Solution.

                          My name is Ashutosh I brought Dell Laptop but it's not working properly so Dell provide me service and replacing all the part 3-4 time and installed only refurbished part but they are not resolve the issue now I requested them to give me a replacement but they not agree. But after long time they agree for replacement and they also upgrade my laptop top model but not free of charge they want extra credit and also they cancel my old laptop warranty. I agree it because they give me new laptop .
                          But they cheated me because the replaced unit is also not working properly from the date of delivery(1st Day) and also the item was missing in the box I reported him they say we will give you missing Item and resolve the unit problem so I again believe and cooperate with them since 8month's.
                          They provide on-site warranty but they want my laptop at his place without extending warranty I accept.They Collect 2 time my laptop and kept 1st time 31day and 2nd time 32day.
                          But without solving they return back the laptop and informing me Dear Mr Gupta Laptop is working fine .
                          When did I received it It was not working fine so He arrange on-site Er. He also informed him laptop is not working fine but they ignore it they ordered Er to close the case. Er want some part but they Deny to provide the parts
                          I asked him if you feel laptop is working fine than just proof me at my place but they say We do not want to argue with you.
                          They only willing to return money but i do not want to take it.



                          Please help me at this matter.

                            our broad band problem is when we on it on morning it shows that "internet does not
                            display on web page" or "web page is expired" even when we off on our computer
                            Greetings from Dell,

                            Regret to hear about this issue with your Dell System. Let us help you to resolve the problem.
                            This issue you have described is an issue which is only noticed if a USB mobile internet is used. Are you using a Mobile broadband connection like Tata Photon/ MTS / MBlaze etc ? If that is the case please make the changes to your computer as below.

                            There are few things we will check to fix the issue that you are facing:

                            1. Enter the system bios by tapping f2 key at the dell logo
                            2. In the Bios screen, please go to the advanced tab in the bios window” click on that”
                            3. Under advanced tab you will find an the option USB EMULATION “ select DISABLED”
                            4. To save the changes press F10” restart the system”

                            Connect to internet and check if the issue is resolved.
                            If this still does not solve the issue, Please reply on the post again.

                              Dear Sir/ ma'm i had purchased a dell laptop from Varanasi which speaker is not working properly. when I made complaint in dell company in august then i got news that my laptop is not registered then I met with my retailer regularly two or three times in a week but he could not make registration then finally i gave a written notice to him on 25th September, on advice of dell customer care and requested him for servicing and registration but after 15 day on 10th December, he finally discard for my request while my laptop is under warranty. Then I consulted again with customer care and got a complain no.[protected] which was given to me after an enquiry and an advice to do the case against retailer for fraudulent.
                              So therefore I request you to consider my request positively, I shall be highly obliged.

                                I purchased an DELL xcd 35 ,I had problem with Bluetooth,and software as well, i handovered my phone to the DELL AUTHORIZED SERVICECENTRE, ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LIMITED,Guwahati 781001,for the necessary repairs. Its has been more than THREE month now, but i do not get any response from the service centre. It has been the worst experience of poor service till date . We can flag the system on our end as stolen equipment and all services will be barred.                                     For the issue I had with my Dell Inspiron 600M laptop keyboard, I was charged exorbitantly more than the original keyboard cost.

                                    Initially I was told that for Onsite Engineer visit, charges would be Rs. 1364 + the product cost and I was charges a total of Rs. 5000/- to be paid first even before the issue is attend. But now when I see that the product cost is just Rs 406.62/- (Rupees Four hundred and six and sixty two paisa only) from their own delivery note with No:[protected] I am not sure why I was charged Rs. 5000/- . When I enquire about this, they are telling me all new things which were neither COMMUNICATED nor discussed earlier and also NOT responding to my grievances mail / call to refund the excess amount charged.

                                      Since 27th September I m regularly writing mails against my Dell Inspiron, its is a newly bought laptop and not even completed a year. Since that day it has been regularly giving me one or the other trouble. Though they agreed to replace it with some other but more than 15 days have been crossed i m still waiting for some appropriate result. I belong to a legal back ground and know that all these are time taking processes but atleast they can manage to reply to my mails and make my doubts clear.

As per our records we have approved and started the process of a complete unit replacement for you since you had a poor experience with this Dell PC.

                                      The turnaround time for a unit replacement is about 15-20 days as a fresh system is manufactured and then shipped out. As per details available with us, your faulty system is due to be picked up by dell within 2-3 business days and a new system will be shipped to you as a replacement consequently.
